Certainly I can recommend this place. A shortcoming, but this is criticism at a high level. The smallest pizza has a diameter of 33cm, which is considered large in many pizzerias. This would definitely be too big for small guests. But that's complaining at a high level. Price performance is definitely right and great importance is attached to freshness

We were in Milano for the first time, We can only recommend the friendly service and the delicious pizzas with top fresh ingredients. Even the “little” one leaves you (woman) completely full. Unfortunately, the outside area is very dark and it could be better maintained - but that's no reason for us not to come back! When you pay you also get to know the boss.

Milano is always beautiful. Large pizzas, great salads, highly recommended the farfalle with crab meat and gnocchi gorgonzola. Friendly, fast service, despite a full house. Reservations can be recommended on weekends. The atmosphere is loud but not uncomfortable. Always my pleasure! The toilet facility is sufficiently large, meaning you don't have to wait in front of one or two cubicles.

Nice ambience but miserable pizza, very largest pizza in the city but poor quality cheese, cheapest salami tastes better than eating a frozen pizza at home, plus the waitress is not allowed to collect, the boss does it himself and the boss would also like to collect a tip. Unfortunately only 3 stars. Pizza 🍕 was already black on the edge, but the base was not fully baked and was rather soggy. The pizza oven was probably too hot, the pizza wasn't in there long enough and there were too many toppings. The service was good. The medium pizza was huge. The dessert was cheap. However, I prefer quality over quantity. Our companion ordered a pizza back. The positive thing was that we didn't have to pay for the pizza we returned.

We ordered takeout with a large group of friends. When we picked it up we had to wait longer because a pizza was wrong. Half of the pizzas were burnt, the other half were old, stuck to the box, the cheese was like a pizza that you take out of the fridge the next day. So anyone who still orders or eats at Milano has really lost control of their life. I won't let myself be persuaded to order there again. It's all well and good that they are the biggest pizzas in KL, but who wants to eat disgusting cheap pizzas...? And I would advise the store to take the reviews seriously and implement the criticism rather than just deleting other people's reviews all the time.

In my opinion you won't find better pizza in Kaiserslautern. My problem is different! I gave a 2 star rating on my main profile due to blatant service deficiencies (not being served for an hour at medium service and a cheeky comment when making a change) during a visit to the restaurant (without justification, just 2 stars) This has now been disputed by the restaurant and deleted by Google without any real review. In my opinion, anyone who deals with criticism like this doesn't deserve 2 stars!

As the three stars say: it was “quite ok”. No more and no less. I had pasta and had to add a lot of seasoning because it tasted very bland. And the dressing on the side salad tasted artificial - not homemade. On the terrace it was protected from the sun but dark and also very loud and hectic. So when I say comfortable, I imagine something different. Only the service deserves four stars, especially one woman who was really on point and very friendly.

Milano in Kaiserslautern - The price-performance ratio is great. The portions are really generous and Nan is happy to accommodate any special requests. You should definitely make a reservation on the weekend. Unfortunately, parking spaces are in short supply. Children are extremely welcome in Milano and can really still be children there. You are also allowed to bring dogs and they will be provided with water. The toilets can only be reached by stairs and are therefore not suitable for disabled people. The service is really friendly and tries to do justice to the guest. There is usually a lot going on on West Coast and you have to plan for waiting times. Nonetheless, it's great there. Thank you very much.

We have been here many times in groups of varying sizes between two and thirty people and have never been disappointed. The wood-fired pizzas in particular are consistently very good, but unfortunately also very large 😉. The price/performance ratio is great, the service is very friendly. Since we always come here in a larger group, we also appreciate the very good parking situation. I only deducted a star in the ambience because of the often high volume.

(Baked) pasta, pizza and gnocchi have been on site so far, but also very good to take away. The room currently has a high noise level when it is half full to full. After eating half of the food, aluminum plates were placed on the table. That was a new experience for us. We might order here again, but for takeaway.

Pizzas are good, cheap, decent products on the pizza. But be careful, not authentic Italian cuisine. Pineapple pizza is offered, the tomato soup is an instant spring soup, or something similar with ketchup!?. On the whole, cheap, mass-produced, high-profit food but not Italian cuisine

My daughter and I each ordered a medium size pizza. These were huge. We're only a little over halfway done. Both pizzas tasted very good. My wife had Tortellini Chef (or something similar). This portion was also generous and tasted super, super tasty. I found the price for a non-alcoholic wheat beer a bit expensive. However, since I'm not from Kaiserslautern, I don't know whether the price is normal in KL. A clear recommendation from me.

It's always nice to find a restaurant that does fire-baked pizzas. Yet, other than that - their pasta is hit or miss. This is their lasagna, that I got to go - the picture speaks for itself. Not a fan, but this seems to be the norm over here.

When we are in Kaiserslautern, we always like to stop by Milano. You can still get great pizza here at an unbeatable price.

We quickly got a burst but then had to wait a long time until someone came and took our order. There wasn't much going on at the time. There were three of us and we ordered two pizzas and a pasta dish. The pasta dish came first and the pizzas 20 minutes later because the person opposite had already eaten his pasta, so that's a no go! For dessert I ordered a fruit yoghurt ice cream cup (pictured were fresh fruits and lots of yoghurt in a glass) what I got was a joke, two scoops of ice cream canned fruit with the juice where they were pickled and a little creamy yoghurt - you searched in vain. We asked for the bill and waited 30 minutes until we finally went to the checkout ourselves. The timing is extreme But the pizzas were big and good!

I was already attracted by the good smell of the food. Eat: I had a small calzone (33cm∅) and a mixed salad. The salad was fresh and crunchy and the dressing was delicious. The calzone felt like it was 40cm and was very tasty; One flaw was that the calzone was burnt on the thin edge. Happened and wasn't too bad; still the best calzone in a long time. Service: The colleagues were very attentive, caring and really quick. This was probably because it wasn't completely full. Ambience: For me, the charisma began with the smell of good food; and would be beautifully rounded off by the Mediterranean, unrban, open style. Thank you for the very pleasant evening. 🙏😊

We were there with a larger group & several children of different age groups. First we had to quickly order our drinks. Some of these had just arrived and we had to order our food. However, since some of us were unable to do so, we were rudely and unkindly informed that we would not be eating together if we placed our order later. So we quickly ordered "something" without further ado to guarantee a meal together. As quickly as we had to order, the further service was just as slow, sluggish and unfriendly. We had to wait a long time for our food & of course we couldn't eat together. The background noise is incredibly loud and unpleasant. The parking situation is devastating! Apart from the fact that some motor vehicle drivers are not able to correctly assess the size of their vehicle, there are also not enough parking spaces available. We will not be making another visit to this restaurant. Neither alone as a couple, as a family nor with friends. A very disappointing visit!

No longer the best pizza. Unfortunately it has worn off. Often too short (doughy) in the oven. Deduction for the regularly overly optimistic waiting times and the lousy acoustics. A few nice sound-absorbing elements would do wonders.

We spontaneously went there on a Friday evening around 6 p.m., you should reserve a table. The place was completely full, but we still got a table after waiting 15 minutes. The service is always very nice and friendly, the food tasted great as always. Unfortunately it was very loud because there was so much going on. You almost had to shout at each other at the table.

If you want to eat a great, huge pizza, this is the place for you. However, in my opinion, meat dishes and salads are not that great.

Food is very tasty and plentiful, you never have to wait long. Of course, there can be longer waiting times on special days such as weekends and public holidays, but even then the service pays a lot of attention and asks on their own initiative. Even if something goes wrong, they are very accommodating.

Particularly noteworthy are the friendly service staff, both ladies were very attentive, very polite and courteous. Pizza Calzone very tasty, the pizza looked great too and the small one is already huge. Price-performance more than okay.

It was on Labor Day and last year I was here briefly to get takeaway food and eat here alone again. The women who served me were super nice. Maybe I'll celebrate my birthday here too.

Hier geht man gerne zum Essen hin oder nimmt eine Pizza to go. Der Laden brummt! Die Gründe dafür haben sich uns nicht erschlossen. Zuerst einmal das Positive: - die Portionen sind groß Jetzt das weniger Gute: - unsere Tischreservierung war (obwohl bestätigt) nicht vermerkt. 20 Minuten Wartezeit. - das bestellte Essen wurde in 3 Tranchen serviert: 2 Pizzen nach 25 Minuten (lauwarm), ein Nudelgericht nach 30 Minuten, das letzte Nudelgericht nach 40 Minuten! - die Nudeln ertranken in Sahnesoße. Man verlässt sich auf Fett als Geschmacksträger , lässt es an ausbalancierter Würze vermissen. - der Service ist unpersönlich, was am System liegt. man hat keinen fest zugeteilte Servicekraft. Den Charme eines typisch italienischen Ristorante strahlt dieses Unternehmen nicht aus. Warum auch? Es kommen ja doch alle. Wir allerdings nicht mehr.

Pizza from the wood-fired oven is still delicious. However, the prices have really increased. A 0.5 Riesling spritzer for 9.20 euros is more than outrageous. Beer isn't much cheaper. An American children's birthday party didn't exactly create a feel-good atmosphere. Atmosphere now more like in a fast food restaurant.

The food is really very good, we will definitely order takeaway here one or two more times. Unfortunately, the atmosphere on site doesn't come close to the quality of the food, which is certainly due to the size. There is a fairly high noise level, the tables are very close together and it can be quite chaotic at times. The service staff seems completely overwhelmed in places and usually doesn't know which table the drinks or food belongs to, and most of them don't seem particularly motivated. The two dishes we ordered were served with a larger time difference, which shouldn't be the case.

Very good wood-fired pizzas. Can be ordered in 3 sizes. Note: Coating was a bit unusual: cheese also on the topping. (But not annoying) Lots of space to sit. You shouldn't be sensitive to noise. Staff is quick and courteous.

Food tastes great. The background noise is very loud and it is a “mass processing”. What shocked me the last time...200 ml of tap water for 2 euros...for the dog (the same tap water) is free.

No recommendation. The starter plate with olives and peppers is a joke, just cheap ingredients from a jar, two leaves of lettuce, balsamic vinegar and placed on the table. Bread and plates were only available upon request. The pizzas were huge, but the taste was mediocre. Quantity instead of class. The whole place (including the toilets) makes a somewhat run-down impression, and there is a corresponding crowd there. Clearly a place in KL that we will not visit again.

An extensive menu with a reasonable price-performance ratio. Despite the large crowds, the staff was friendly and attentive. The quality is good as is the size of the pizzas... There is no comparison to other pizzerias anywhere. So we go there often. Salad was there after 15 minutes and a delicious dressing. The empty salad plate sat on the table for a long time, during which time the waitress walked past it at least 10 times. One of THE pizzerias in our area. Very good level of taste. We have a great, large winter garden where you can enjoy the sunshine even in winter. Service was excellent 👍🏼
