The food was absolutely fantastic. The selection was very interesting, and the atmosphere was really nice, especially for this area. It was very clean, even the restroom. It wasn't spotless, but the mirrors were incredibly clean. Thank you so much!

The ambiance is beautiful, and we had a quiet corner table just as we'd requested. They offer a wide variety of dishes, even if you're looking for something a bit more extravagant. Ordering, delivery, and service were all top-notch. It might be a bit pricey for some, but it's worth it. The location is great, right next to the Deutsches Theater, if you want to combine your visit with a performance. As seen in the pictures: a Campari Spritz, a Pinsa Salmone, and a Tiramisu.

The food is really very good. However, the service leaves much to be desired: the waiters seem overwhelmed or unmotivated, and you wait forever to place an order – if you're even noticed at all… A real shame for the price.

The truffle pizza was incredibly delicious, highly recommended! Pasta, pizza, and two glasses of wine cost 63 euros. The place was fully booked, but they brought out our order in 10 minutes at most. I loved it.

There were four of us. Unfortunately, the service was very busy running around and barely acknowledged us. The food was okay, but it didn't arrive hot. Our drinks were empty and were neither acknowledged nor cleared until I placed them at the edge of the table and we asked to order more. We wouldn't come back. The price was not justified.

Amazing, best pinsa ever! Super friendly staff. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy in the front area. But that's probably more the fault of the other customers than the restaurant itself. UPDATE: This will be our regular spot, we'll definitely be back!

Unlike some people's bad experience. I had a good one. I was happy that I was served proper meal around 10pm. It was delicious. The place was quite on a Monday evening, so I had no issue with service. It is a pricey place. I paid almost 50 for one person. Main and side dish with a glass of wine. It does have a nice atmosphere.

Italian restaurant with some specific dishes on the menu.

The food and drinks were generally delicious. Unfortunately, the tables were so close together that the waiter couldn't reach the next table, and we had to get up to do so. We weren't politely asked to do this, but rather summoned with a shout and expectant stares. This happened several times. Bread baskets were only provided for the other tables. Furthermore, there was no inquiry about our meal or our stay.

Classist, unfriendly and extremely rude waiter who would seat people in worst locations, and when asked to change to completely empty seats, would retort extremely rudely without letting people speak - even if they have back problems. The ambience is so dark you can hardly see your food and subpar cleanliness of cutlery. For the price they charge - Never again!

The decor is lovely, but that's about all the good I can say. The food was greasy, not authentically Italian, and rather bland. Definitely not recommended for the Pinsa Bufalini. The service was also very inattentive and not particularly friendly.

We went there spontaneously and easily got a table for two without a reservation. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff very friendly, and the food (pinsa and ravioli) extremely delicious! It's a bit pricey, but perfectly acceptable for the quality!

We arrived and were allowed to choose a table. We waited almost 10 minutes for the menus, so I went to the kitchen myself and asked if we could have some. We then waited another 25 minutes for someone to take our order. We sat upstairs, and there were only two small tables there. After that, we left the restaurant. With so much work, it's understandable that we couldn't have two tables. NEVER AGAIN!

Sometimes a single evening is enough to sense that a restaurant knows who it is. MIA Trattoria e Bar in Munich is such a place – elegant, but not stuffy; Italian, but without postcard clichés. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by that typical aroma of freshly baked pastry, lemon zest, and espresso – warm, inviting, a promise. The service is attentive and charming, without the exaggerated joviality you experience in some Italian restaurants. A friendly "Buonasera," a pointed glance that notices the empty glasses before you even think about them – professional, but warm. The kitchen is at its best: The vitello tonnato comes wafer-thinly sliced, with a sauce that's pleasantly creamy but not heavy – delicate in flavor, finely balanced between tuna, capers, and lemon. The Caesar salad: fresh, crisp, with a dressing that has substance and doesn't just feign creaminess. And the pinza – a small highlight. Crispy on the outside, airy on the inside, with a dough that tastes like it's been left to rest for a long time. Toppings like parma ham, burrata, or truffle cream are high-quality and don't seem randomly combined, but rather carefully chosen. The atmosphere is also perfect: warm lighting, a pleasant volume, a clientele that oscillates between a business dinner and a relaxed date. You can tell that the people working here know how to keep guests longer than just for one evening. The only downside: the prices. Not completely outrageous by Munich standards, but still ambitious. Anyone who visits here is paying for the ambiance and consistency – and that's fine, as long as the quality stays where it is. The bottom line is that MIA Trattoria e Bar is a place for those evenings when you want to treat yourself. It's not an insider tip, but a reliable companion. Everything is fine – only the price reminds you that you're in Munich.

First time here, had a date night with my Husband we found this place by chance. We will be back, food,Service and price were good.

Full marks for the great ambiance, the Croatian waiter (who does a fantastic job), and the delicious food. The fresh ingredients for the pinsa and the oil served with it are worth sinning for. We received attentive service and will definitely be back.

The food was alright. The service was rather slow. Beware that they don't offer tap water, they don't list the water on the menu, and a bottle of still water is 7.90€ for 750 ml. The ambience is nice. We spent 60.90€ for two before tip.

The food was cold, the waiters weren't particularly motivated. Everything seemed somewhat disorganized.

am absolutely shocked by the service. I ordered a Caesar salad without croutons, as I am allergic to them. The waiter brought me a salad, I started eating it – and it was full of croutons. I asked for a replacement, the waiter apologized and said he had mixed up the orders between tables. Then he brought me another salad — simply taken from another table (luckily, those people hadn’t started eating yet). Even worse, he returned my already half-eaten salad to those guests, and they continued eating it! This is beyond unacceptable and completely unsanitary. To top it off, when I asked for the bill, they charged me for four espressos I never even ordered. Mistake after mistake. I am absolutely shocked by the level of service and will definitely never come back here.

The food was really delicious and of good quality. However, I found the service a bit pushy – the waiter was very close and seemed too eager. For example, even though I mentioned twice that I wanted to order later, he stayed right there at the table and tried to convince me to order right away, which was simply too much and stressful.

We ordered two Sarti Yuzu drinks. Unfortunately, the two drinks arrived with completely different strengths. We then ordered two pinsa, which would have been very good in themselves had they (both!) been more than lukewarm. We complained, but they were returned only lukewarm. The pinsa is served on a piece of paper lying on a plate. This paper dissolves into an unappetizing mess during the meal (see photo). When attempting to remove the paper, a worn and scratched wooden panel appears beneath the paper, which is also not something you'd want to place your pinsa on (see photo). As a humorous highlight, shortly after 8 p.m., the lights were dimmed throughout the restaurant. As a result, the lamp above our corner table went out completely, leaving us completely in the dark except for a small table lamp. Our request to turn the light above our table back on was dismissed with the comment: "It can't be done, then the entire restaurant will be bright again." In summary: Drinks would be interesting if the same drinks tasted the same. Pinsa would be very good if they were hot. The restaurant would be nice if the lights remained on at every table. There was no bill or receipt either.

The establishment is very nice, however the waiter was a bit impatient unfortunately. I had a Pinsa and a lemonade, which was okay but a bit over priced compared to the average prices in other parts of the city. The food was good and I have no complaints in that area. Overall not a bad place to eat.

Here for a work trip made a last minute large party reservation and everything was excellent. Everyone agreed the service was the best here out of all the restaurants we visited over a 10 day period in Munich. The food was excellent, ambiance was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Super team, great food, would love to go again

The only place in the area that was a respectable place to eat late at night after midnight. I was really surprised! It was probably my best meal in Munich. The pizza dough was light and crispy, clearly prepared in house. The pizza de manso itself was very clever. I appreciated the different levels of flavor and prep that went into this pizza - it wasn’t one of those pizzas where you just throw everything together and stick it in the oven. From the green onions on the fresh creme to the fresh cheese grating on top, I was very satisfied. I wish the meat had just a pinch of salt to bring out the delicious meat taste, but probably better suited for German tastes I don’t know if the chef is Italian but this is a great place. Highly recommend

I have eaten there several times now and unfortunately I have to say that the service does not do justice to the restaurant, its price range and atmosphere. Some of the staff are downright unfriendly and do not allow you to enjoy the evening and the meal. Especially for such high prices you expect pleasant service, but this is not the case here at all. Simple basics like asking if you have finished your meal were not properly observed; my food was simply taken away. After paying there was no thank you or goodbye, he left without comment (with a tip). We had made a reservation with several special requests, not a single one of which was fulfilled, which is a real shame. Not even the choice of seats.

Lovely place. Didn't eat there, but stopped off there for drinks many times during my stay. Although I didn't eat myself (Italian food not my favourite) whatfood I saw being served looked good. Beer and wine excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it.

The food was delicious. The ambiance is also nice, if you ignore the location. The service was unfortunately very poor. I had to listen to a comment from the waiter because I ordered a Coke Zero. When paying, they simply entered an amount including a tip that I hadn't mentioned. We (two women) were also very unpleasantly and flirtatiously reduced to our appearance – it may have been well-intentioned, but it was completely inappropriate in this situation. I won't be back.

I celebrated my birthday. The food was very good; we all had pinsa and an appetizer platter. There was nothing to complain about. The service was fast and friendly. They always asked for our change, and because we had a seat near the air conditioning and it was simply too cold for us, they easily moved us to another seat. Thank you again for that.

Nice atmosphere and very nice food. However, the service was so incredibly slow even though only 3 other tables were there, on multiple occasions we waited for 10 minutes to even catch their attention, let alone get what we wanted. Our server was also quite odd. He was flirting in a kind of rude way, but it just came across weird.

We wanted a nice Italian restaurant with outdoor seating outside of old town near our hotel and this restaurant left us absolutely happy with our choice. Our waiter, Omar, was on point with his wine recommendation to my taste and the food recommendations were no different. Price was well within reasonable expectations. The owner came and met with us to follow up on our expectations of the food and was very hospitable. Serving sizes were very generous. We couldn’t fit our dessert in, so take home was no problem as well. The atmosphere was what you make of it, depending on where you want to be seated. For us, it was perfect. Cannot fault our experience.

We were just looking for a take-a-way pizza. Entering this restaurant turned out to be the best idea ever. We ordered 2 pinsas and they were extremely juicy and delicious. We really recommend them!

As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the magical ambiance – the terrace was reminiscent of a stylish atrium under the stars, so inviting that we wanted to move in right away. Coziness has found a new home here! The food? A poem! Fresh, creative, and prepared with so much love that we simply savored it reverently. Every bite was a small work of art – both in taste and appearance. And then Caroline arrived. With a smile, warm, attentive, charming – she not only took our orders, but filled the entire evening with soul and lightness. Thanks to her, everything felt not only perfect, but genuine – and that's exactly what makes all the difference. In summary: An evening that made us forget everyday life. A perfect blend, warming for the heart and stomach, with a pinch of humor and a healthy dose of happiness. We'll definitely be back – and hope Caroline is on duty again!

I just order pinsa from Mia on liferendo app. Delivery was okay but pinsa quality is horrible. It’s so so dry that I will brok my teeth if I will try to eat it. Honestly horrible

Loveless and unfriendly - there will be no repeat

We went there for the first time. The restaurant is near the main train station, directly across from the Deutsches Theater... There are nicer places in Munich. The restaurant makes a great impression. We were greeted (presumably by the manager) right at the entrance. The food was very tasty, although we unfortunately had to wait quite a long time for food and drinks. Apparently, the restaurant was understaffed. This unfortunately spoils the overall impression. We will definitely give the restaurant another chance and come back.

Great food, friendly and prompt service, and fair prices. I definitely recommend the pinsa with spicy salami, but the other dishes are also excellent. The lemonades are also really delicious. We combine every visit to the Deutsches Theater with a meal at Mia.

The food was super delicious! However, the service was bad, you were literally ignored... a long wait until you were served and then nothing worked... and the restaurant was only moderately busy.

I did a trial day at the Mia Trattoria Bar – unfortunately, without ever receiving any feedback. No rejection, no brief thank you – absolutely nothing. Personally, I found this disappointing and lacking in appreciation. What bothered me most, however, was the tone and atmosphere. On my very first day, I heard comments that I found condescending towards the existing team. As someone who was there for the first time, I felt neither welcome nor respected. My impression was that the working atmosphere was tense, and there was a lack of mutual appreciation. I didn't get the feeling that people here enjoyed working there or enjoyed it. That made me sad – because the restaurant industry actually thrives on team spirit. I'm grateful that I don't need this job. But I know that other people depend on such jobs – which makes respectful, transparent, and humane interaction all the more important. I hope that something will change in the future.

I ordered meat pasta and a glass of Tuscan wine. It was very delicious. The service is very good. The place has two floors and I was able to find a table without a reservation on Saturday evening. I recommend.

I don't know...an Italian restaurant without antipasti! Serving cutlery like in a canteen! Beer coasters for cocktails and food are very average! One time and no more! The waitress smoked and immediately brought us some cutlery... the feeling of “if only it was”!

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. This restaurant can only survive because of its location to the German Theater. Disappointing. In the future we will eat somewhere else before going to the theater.

Great restaurant here, we would love to come back! Spaghetti, Pinsa, Caesar salad etc. There's nothing but praise! Great, Mia team, keep it up! Every Friday and Saturday evening there will be a DJ on the 1st floor, a delicious meal beforehand and then on the 1st floor listening to local music, sipping cocktails, chatting and dancing a bit, I feel like it! A little tip, the Deutsches Theater is opposite and it can get full quickly if a performance is out, so make a reservation in advance or avoid these peak times!

Were complimented out after 3 hours, 11 people, 1 person celebrated their 56th birthday! It wasn't said or announced beforehand! The waiter said after 15 minutes he had to settle the bill and we would pay and leave, the table would then be reserved for other people! Sorry, Munich so usual! The last time I was there! Me and my friend were there for dinner yesterday. The restaurant is nice. The waitress was very nice at the beginning, but then she showed her face to her goods. When we wanted to pay my friend said that he wanted to pay in cash then she asked if we wanted to tip and we said no, then she freaked out and threw the bills at us on the table and said that she didn't have any change and that she would be there soon. She came back and we gave her the money again and she the remaining money. We understood that she worked alone in the area and that's why we were patient with the waiting time, but the action was very disrespectful. The food was nothing special and the location is perfect.

Nice atmosphere. The food was okay, though very salty. We were seated upstairs and there were only two waiters. The service was the slowest I have probably experienced in my life, even in the moments there wasn’t too many customers. We had to wait for an hour to order our food and it didn’t get better after that. What a disappointment. Maybe due the lack of enough staff, the two didn’t perform their best.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, but I have yet to meet a waiter who asks for a tip! The bill is 57.50, I give 100€ and he asks me how much change he should give me back?!

Great location if you want to visit the German Theater directly opposite, for example, cool decor, good Pinsa, noodles also good, service friendly, but dramatically overpriced in my opinion - 24 euros for a Pinsa is pretty sick.

Incredibly expensive! A tiramisu to take away for €7.50!? And what's more, such an outrageously small mini portion! For the price of an impressive €7.50! Totally cheeky and impudent, this pricing for a Mini Mini Tiramisu! For a pile of cream, with a little vanilla flavor an incredible €7.50! I won't say anything more about it! There was hardly even any dough, made from biscuit biscuits in the so-called “Tiramisu” included! Almost nothing inside! Just cream with a few berries... Incredible and really disappointing! See photos! Just cream, just a small pile, with a little cocoa sprinkled on top to make it look like more? But nothing behind it.

Visiting more then 5 times and every single time was lower impression than previous.. service just ok for Germany.. but.. and i think they have changed chef and pizza was not same good as before. Still one of the best places in the corner..

Well furnished bar with a good selection of Italian dishes. A pinsa in particular is worth it here, as you get a very large portion here. The starters are also very tasty, like the burrata with fresh, warm bread. What spoils the ambience a bit is the loud techno music, making it difficult to have a conversation.

Elegant environment and refined design. Varied and rich menu. Excellent cuisine. Attentive and professional staff. Very interesting quality/price ratio. The only flaw: techno music that is completely wrong for the place (it's not a nightclub) and the volume level is intolerable for those who want to relax, chat and dine with gusto. It would be much better to opt for soft jazz or a live jazz band and achieve perfection ;)

Was there three times. Three very bad-tempered waiters in a bad mood. Friendliness is completely missing. Food is still good. On the last visit: The place was almost completely empty, but it was still not possible to choose a free seat, even if we asked again. The overall atmosphere was very unpleasant.
