I ordered the all-you-can-eat option and was disappointed! The food was mostly mediocre, and the wait for the next round was significantly too long. I had to wait about 40-45 minutes for each round... Furthermore, the food selection wasn't very extensive, which I also found disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for the all-you-can-eat option!

Everything is actually great, we just have to wait forever for each round of all you can eat.

I didn't enjoy my visit to Mezedes Großneumarkt. Starting with the service, which seemed hectic and inattentive to me. I didn't like the food either, and I found some of it underseasoned. I had hoped for more.

The food was good – but only the first two rounds of the all-you-can-eat menu were impressive. The rest was okay. The service was friendly and attentive, but if you asked for something special – like more vine leaves in the all-you-can-eat menu – it was impossible to accommodate... that's what separates a good restaurant from a very good one. The ambiance was functional, not overwhelming, but not negative either.

Anyone who doesn't give this place 5 stars has lost control of their life! We've never received our drinks so quickly! The server turned around after taking our order, and the other server was already at our table with the drinks 😮 Amazing! That's what I call process optimization and customer focus! We ordered the mezedes we usually order. The food came quickly, and refills always arrived just in time. Even though it was quite busy, everything ran smoothly without any waiting! The quality of the food was unbelievably good! I have rarely eaten so well and rarely felt so comfortable! Completely satisfied, and the 5 stars are absolutely justified! We'll be back!!!!!

At first, we were met with unfriendly looks, and later, we were even refused to order more food. For an "all you can eat" offer, that's pretty questionable—why pay for it when there's apparently a limit? Personally, I found it quite unpleasant.

A piece of Greece in the heart of the city! We had a wonderful evening at Mezedes. From start to finish, everything was just perfect: the warm welcome, the attentive service, and of course, the fantastic food. The dishes were authentic, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. At the end, we were treated to a glass of ouzo on the house—a lovely gesture that perfectly rounded off the evening. We'll definitely be back—Efcharistó! 🇬🇷✨

The food was excellent. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The appetizer, or more precisely the shrimp, was outstanding. One of the best I've ever eaten. The tzatziki was very good. The beef skewers were also great. All in all, a very good restaurant that I can warmly recommend to everyone.

We visited Mezedes for the first time, partly because of the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, ordering from the waiter was a disappointment, as the drinks we ordered arrived completely wrong, and when we asked, we were told that they weren't currently available. We decided against the "all you can eat" option because we weren't that hungry. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was completely tasteless and arrived lukewarm. The ambiance, on the other hand, is very pleasant and inviting to sit down, but unfortunately, all in all, it was more of a disappointment than a successful dinner.

Managed to reserve a table on a short notice on Sat evening, the place gets really busy. The food is good, portions are generous, service okay, but again, they are really busy. The first glass of wine was spoiled, so they changed it for “smth else” and then we noticed that they have charged us the price of a more expensive one 🤷🏻‍♀️

Worst service in Hamburg! Arrogant, aggressive, and unprofessional staff. NEVER AGAIN. We were a group of six. The waiters were rude from the start, but we decided to wait for the rest of our group in the hope that things would improve. Instead, we were disappointed: The service was not only abysmal, but downright hostile. And then the nerve to insinuate that someone was drunk? We couldn't even order the watered-down beer, let alone drink it! We tried to order, we politely asked for recommendations, but the waiter, apparently completely overwhelmed, reacted aggressively and ultimately threw us out. This reaction is nothing more than a transparent attempt to distract from the disastrous service and the overwork of your staff. If anyone here was "drunk," it was probably the people who were supposed to serve us. Several comments already point to the abysmal treatment of guests. But instead of taking criticism seriously, you resort to slander. Shame on you! Such a shady way of dealing with paying guests is simply disgraceful.

Four of us were there today! The all-you-can-eat tapas option was fantastic, something for everyone and super delicious! We'll definitely be back! It was busy, perhaps the service was a bit more attentive with the drinks, but all in all, a great place!

Delicious tapas. €29.90 per person (minimum 2 people) for all-you-can-eat. There were two of us and we ate 14 tapas, which is equivalent to the first two courses. If you want more, you can order a third round (or more). Most of the tapas (including grilled chicken or feta in a sesame and honey coating) were good to very good. Two or three tapas (including warm mixed vegetables) were a bit lacking in flavor. Friendly staff, fast service, and an attractive interior. There's also a small terrace in the back courtyard. We'd be happy to go again! 😃👍

Our 11th Greek restaurant in Germany. And I have to say, it's Polý kaló!!!! The ambiance inside is very nice! The outside is fine, but the seating is very close together. Hence one star deducted. The furniture inside seems very new. The waiters are well-versed and really enthusiastic, but they're quick, but a little too hasty. When you're finished eating, they snatch your plate away with the last bite. The food itself is top-notch. Everything is fresh, delicious, and served piping hot!!! But the dishes have flaws and sharp edges! That shouldn't stop us from eating there again.

The food is very tasty and of good quality. Some information on the menu, such as whether or not tomato sauce is included, would be welcome. However, it was a great evening, and I'd be happy to come back.

The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. We received a friendly welcome right away, and our orders were taken quickly and brought to our table. We had the all-you-can-eat option (for two people), and there was a great variety of dishes. There's definitely something for everyone :) The first two rounds were brought straight to our tables, and halfway through the third round, we were asked if we were finished or wanted to continue eating. That was really good. We were full, and everything was perfect. It's definitely worth eating here; we'll be back! 🤩

We had the Mezedes (all-you-can-eat tapas), two bottles of wine, and water for about €45 per person. There was a large selection of tapas, brought to the table one by one. This included various salads, dips, and many variations of fish and meat. The terrace is a pleasant place to sit. However, due to the many large tables, it's quite noisy inside. Overall: good food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. Currently my favorite Greek restaurant in all of Hamburg.

This is finally a Greek restaurant beyond the Mykonos platter and Zeus plate. Mezedes are what define Greek cuisine.

The concept is great! The execution is just as good! A great selection is served, nothing is repetitive, and you can try so many things. With the exception of the ribs (very dry and tough), we enjoyed everything, whether it was the meat, side dishes, cheese, vegetables, or dips. Service was friendly, prompt, and attentive. Unfortunately, it's very crowded, cramped, and a bit noisy. Nevertheless, overall, highly recommended.

I've been here several times and have always been absolutely thrilled with the all-you-can-eat offering! The various bowls per round are served on an oblong board. I had previously expressed a request that there should be no fish. This worked out perfectly. Everything was truly delicious and the service was excellent!

We opted for the à la carte menu and were very satisfied. The bread with the tzatziki is a dream. The service is very good! The souvlaki and the stuffed vine leaves were also delicious.

The meze buffet they offer is truly extensive. You get everything they usually offer on the menu, albeit in smaller portions. However, you can order as many servings as you like, so you'll definitely be full. No matter what you order, everything is really very good and beautifully presented. Kudos to the kitchen and the staff.

As a Greek, I can only recommend this Greek restaurant without hesitation. Here you'll find authentic Greek food, not those Germanized Greek restaurants where you'll only find Zeus, Poseidon, and other such rubbish dishes with oversized portions and piles of onions slapped on top that make you sick... Thank goodness not here! Finally, a Greek restaurant that deserves the description "Greek restaurant"!

Great dining experience! This is true Greek food and you cannot go wrong with the “all you can eat” which gives you a variety of options. The service was amazing and can answer all your questions to included any allergy issues.
