I was here for breakfast, it was delicious.

Food is good, kebabs are made from meat rags and not minced meat. In general, the meat is well fried/cooked and of stable quality. The service is, as you would expect, standard. The ambience is good, with Turkish music, and the interior is very clean and pleasantly designed.

Quality, service, ambience, friendliness... everything is excellent. They understood what service means.

While looking for a Turkish restaurant that Serpme Kahvaltı offers, I came across Meyman online. Went there yesterday - and we were thrilled. The selection was huge, a beautifully designed wooden board with many small bowls was served, as well as a basket of bread and a pot of tea. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come more often. Teşekkurler!!!

The worst service I've ever experienced in Germany!!! I went there with my family. The waiter didn't give us the menu card for the longest time even after noticing us. It was not a busy time. I had to call him and request for the menu card. They did not serve us the sauce that comes along with the meal. Had to specifically request it. When it came to asking for the bill, the other customers received wet wipes and the bill was nicely presented in a closed folder. The waiter simply came to our table and left the bill openly. They only accept cash. In this day and age where 99.9% of restaurants accept card payment who carries cash? The bill was 80 euros. We luckily had the cash. For some reason, I felt the waiter's attitude was cold towards us. The food was great but unfortunately the unfriendly vibes left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately, you won't be treated really well if you're not a big eater and therefore only order small things for breakfast as a couple. The waiter says they occupy a table for two and don't order enough.

Portions are very good. Definitely not too little. You can't get two chicken skewers for one portion of chicken skewer plate anywhere else. The taste was delicious and the prices weren't exorbitant.

We are happy to have been here spontaneously this morning and to have gotten a table. The breakfast brunch is served to your table and there is definitely more than you can eat. There is definitely something for everyone! The selection of cheese, sausage, eggs, vegetables and the large selection of spreads as well as the large pot of tea (which is of course not included in the price everywhere) rounded off a perfect brunch for us. We would also like to thank you for the very friendly hospitality. We were greeted and treated very politely. The ambience is also great! A big thank you to the staff in the kitchen. The breakfast platter was prepared with love. We could see that well. The attention to detail and the presentation was an additional treat for the eyes. Best regards

Definitely one of the best restaurants for Turkish food in Bonn. The waiters are very friendly without being intrusive. The Turkish breakfast we ordered is rich, varied and very, very tasty. The menemen was a little under-spiced for my taste, but this is only a high-level criticism. It's a real shame that the Çay is placed on the table in a thermos. This is practical, but since the rest of the breakfast is lovingly prepared and the restaurant is also very stylishly decorated, it stands out. But it tastes very good! It's great just to enter the restaurant when there's a lot going on and you're greeted by the lush smell of different dishes! At the end of a visit I can only recommend eating a portion of künefe. I didn't know it before, but I learned to love it here. Overall a great restaurant, I will definitely stop by again!

Unfortunately I only have to give it 4 stars, although the service is top and the breakfast is great (I would even say the best in Bonn). The reason why I unfortunately have to deduct a star is that unfortunately you allow smoking outside. There are families with children who want to enjoy breakfast and then you get smoke in your face every 5 minutes. As I said, you are a great restaurant with excellent service, very family friendly but unfortunately the smoking is really annoying. Nevertheless, we always like to come back ;)

Food was wonderful!!! However, after having to wait quite a long time for no apparent reason (I wanted to order take-away and there was no one standing in front of me), I wasn't served particularly friendly, and I wasn't even really looked in the eyes/face when I spoke...

I ordered Iskender, the pieces of meat were small and I simply took them off the kebab and without butter, the whole bread was hard.

Wow, guys, you definitely have to try the Meyman kebab shop, the shop is absolutely amazing! I was there recently with my buddies and we filled our bellies like world champions. The kebab there is so delicious that I almost burst into tears with happiness. The sauce is just amazing, I dream about it at night! And guess what? The portions are so big that I look like an inflated balloon. But hey, it was worth every calorie! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is really cozy. So if you're looking for a kebab that will make you laugh with joy, head to Meyman

Hello, unfortunately I have to update my review! After I was here for breakfast today with 10 adults and two small children, and instead of preparing one plate for each of us, the waiter prepared two large plates, even though we quickly asked him after ordering that there should be one plate for each, he pointed out but said that it would be prepared within a minute of ordering !!! But at the end of everyone they asked for 15.90€ and an adult came after the order and instead of 10 people tried to charge 15.90€ each , you were obviously being taken for a ride in German! The breakfast that was supposed to be for 10 felt like it was a breakfast with side dishes (2 each, 2 scrambled eggs) defined for 6, each with missing scrambled eggs and menemen!!!! I can only advise everyone to get their own breakfast plate from publishers, otherwise you will be ripped off by this shop! Outrageous!!!! 159€ for an item of 60€!!! So really outrageous!!!!

We were there on a Friday and were able to easily find a place despite not having a reservation. The service was very courteous and friendly. It's very cozy inside and there's a pleasant atmosphere, and there was also some classical music every now and then. The food was extremely tasty and everything tasted very fresh and very good. The portions are also relatively large, we went there on an empty stomach, but really struggled with the last few bites :) Price-performance ratio really excellent! If you want to have a good Turkish meal in Bonn, this is the place for you. Definitely coming back.

We were in the restaurant for the first time. Friendly justification. The restaurant was very full and therefore very loud. As a small starter we were given a bread basket with 3 delicious dips. The main courses we ordered, chicken skewers and Adana kebab, were very tasty. The kebab could have used more spice. As with many Turkish restaurants, the food was not very hot, rather lukewarm (as the kebab was fresh from the grill, it was very hot). Very large portions, fresh salad. We were offered tea as “dessert”. Given the portion size, the price is absolutely right.

I left a 1 star review because I and a few friends picked up a kebab box and everyone got up the next day with a stomach ache and nausea. When I was there with my family at some point, they also felt bad for the next few days. We were thrilled. Very nice service. Our meal, a grill plate with fries and a children's plate of chicken kebab with rice, tasted super delicious.

Unfortunately not tasty at all. The fries in my kebab box looked like they were still raw and the meat had a strange color and was gristly. The employees were very unfriendly!

Unfortunately, really bad food. Doner meat was really fatty and leathery. Pide was raw and inedible and unfortunately ended up in the trash. The price is outrageously high for the quality. Never again. The boss is very unfriendly to the customers and unsympathetic.

In my opinion not recommended at all. Bad service, unfriendly operation, a lot of time-consuming at a high level. The total waiting time is more than 50 minutes. Here, customers are quickly and systematically divided between welcome and unwanted guests. I hope that many people reconsider their decisions in this regard and stop eating there because of grotesqueness. Whether rich or poor, we are all human beings and should have the same rights and responsibilities. I didn't have that feeling there in any way. I was there recently with an elderly woman who was a wheelchair resident. First we had to wait 10 minutes for our turn. We asked if some dishes were offered as a set menu. However, the man behind the counter couldn't speak German. Annoyed, he instead handed us a menu with his greased hands and asked us to sit at a corner. When we arrived at the place we waited at least 20 minutes until a waiter finally came to us. He first asked me and then the old lady in a muted manner about the food serving. After taking the order he disappeared without saying anything. After another 10 minutes another man came to us. He had a pink, damp and dirty rag in his hand. He actually started cleaning the table and, in my opinion, made it even more dirty. After another 10 minutes, the waiter finally came back and informed us that unfortunately the order we requested could not be served because the chef had apparently suddenly become ill. Instead he served us other dishes. The food was cold and it didn't look appetizing. Unfortunately there is nothing (except location) that can be seen as positive. Even the interior design of the location is quiet and not comfortable. The price is outrageously high due to the catastrophic quality. Note: If Google (Alphabet) deletes this message, then I don't understand the purpose of feedback. You can't only give positive feedback and this place doesn't deserve a star at all.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly in the last few months! The lamb was good but the starter plate was very weak, the flatbread was cold and from the supermarket and the dips were ready from the bucket.. the fries on the side were out of place and cold. Due to the high volume of visitors, we were almost pressured to leave the table as quickly as possible after eating so that new guests could be seated. It's not the classic feeling of going to a restaurant where you want to take your time. Mass production with low quality. There are better alternatives for less money.

To be honest, I don't know how to fairly judge this restaurant compared to the two other restaurants we tested in Bonn (Hanedan and Divan). Here the whole thing is surpassed many times over in a calm and chilled manner. The Mercimek and Paca soup we ordered were great. The paca soup in particular is the best for us nationwide to date😋😋😋 The mixed grill plate is also the best in Bonn and for us nationwide. All types of meat were well seasoned and still tender and juicy even after a long time. Even the chicken skewer! The Yaprak plate was also a hit. Comparable to “Et-Dünyasi” in Berlin. Only here the taste was a bit lamb-heavy. But still great👍. Price/performance: please look at the pictures of the previously visited restaurants and judge for yourself! For Bonn, this restaurant is our number one, followed by Divan. This restaurant is the only one to offer basmati rice. All the others we tested only served normal rice. That alone is unrivaled! Service staff great and friendly. We will definitely come back.

We were there for dinner with 5 people. It looked very cozy outside with the table fireplaces. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to sit outside. Very nice and courteous staff. Very tasty food: starter plate was enough for 4 people, highly recommended. Grilled plates, lamb skewers, lamb stir-fries. Everything great. Meat super tender. Baklava is great for dessert. We all got Turkish tea on the house. It wasn't the last time we were there 🥰

Delicious food but the prices try to rip you off. If you want an extra skewer, you have to pay for the entire plate with the skewer (approx. 17€) even though you didn't have it or wanted it (if you point this out to them, you'll use the words in your mouth to justify the charge). to have). In my opinion, the kebab is one of the best in Bonn. The bread is super fluffy, the salad is very fresh, the sauces are finely balanced, not overly present, not overly spicy, creamy and fresh. The best thing, however, is the meat. No overly flavored minced meat mush that is seasoned beyond recognition, but the finest Yaprak meat. With a fine, delicately buttery note. Divine. The meat is cut with a knife, goes into the bread hot and doesn't lie around under the skewer for minutes and then finally cools down completely until lukewarm with the sauce, as is the case in so many shops. Another thing that is done better here. I almost never order everything because very few people manage to put a balanced topping on the kebab. Often there is far too much lettuce, which then results in a “soupy mess”. But not with Meymar. Despite being complete, the chef knows how to create such a wonderfully coordinated distribution of ingredients that it's a dream. A kebab that you could easily eat even while walking. You shouldn't. You should take the time it deserves for this culinary work of art. I'm glad I found this masterpiece and hope it remains one. Because in quite a few cases, stores lose their quality standards. For a variety of reasons. Hopefully the owner is aware of what he has actually created. It's so difficult to find a truly uncompromisingly good kebab these days. Because it's all industrialized one-size-fits-all rubbish. Oh yes, another small but nice feature. Anyone who ate kebab in the early to mid-90s will easily get nostalgic flashbacks here. When kebab skewers didn't come from a factory yet. The rude attitude of the waiters was the most important thing, and the problem for me was when we went to the cash register to pay, they said "cards are not accepted". In which era do we live? If you have such a right, you should have told us this when we sat at the table. (Which you do not have such a right.) If there are friends who are planning to go, they should bring their cash with them. Let them keep it.

Absolute recommendation! I eat here once a week, we love the börek, the grape leaves, falafel or the delicious selection of meat. The absolute highlight: the buttery rice! Aside from the fantastic food, the service is outstanding; very accommodating and quick and extremely friendly.

Best breakfast in the area! Everything tastes great at Meyman. Doner kebabs, grilled dishes, snacks and also the desserts are great. Price-performance is excellent and the service is always friendly. We really enjoy coming to eat here! You can also park in the parking garage right around the corner. The tram stops right outside the door.

You are forced to order more than you can eat. There were 4 of us and you had to order the large breakfast plate for 4 people, regardless of whether you ordered anything else. Very unprofessional. The best customer service is the most important thing to keep a customer coming back.

Die schrecklichste Erfahrung, die ich in Bonn habe. Die Leute sind so unhöflich, sie verdienen keine Münze, es spielt keine Rolle, ob sie das beste Essen kochen. Außerdem akzeptieren sie seit Jahren keine Karten mehr, ist das nicht ein wenig verdächtig??? Was ist der Grund dafür? Überlegen Sie sich noch einmal, bevor Sie hierher kommen, was für Menschen ich mein Geld in diesem Restaurant gebe!

Habe einen Grillteller bestellt. Essen war beim servieren schon teilweise kalt. Die Rindfleischstücke waren sehr zäh. Auch das Kotelett war nicht viel besser. Hähnchen, und Adanaspieß waren gut aber nichts besonderes. Für den Preis habe ich mehr erwartet…

Yemekleri güzel diye duyup gelmiştik, gelmez olsaydık. Mekanın sahibi de dahil olmak üzere çalışanlar inanılmaz kaba ve saygısız bir üslupla ve tavırla müşterilerle konuşuyorlar, hatta tersliyorlar. Bir daha asla gelmeyeceğiz.

Arkadaşlarımızla buluşacağımız için önceden rezervasyon yaptırdık. Geldiğimizde bize masa rezerve etmediklerini öğrendik. Kasada duran beyefendi de hiç çözümcül değildi, ayrıca uslubu da hiç hoş değil. Bir özür dilemediler bile. Malesef size o halde masa yok deyip işin içinden çıktı. İşlerini düzgün yapmayan ciddiyetsiz bir restoran. Üstüne çevre restoranlara göre çok daha pahalılar (Garsonlar ve diğer çalışanlardan yana kötü bir deneyimimiz olmadı. Onlar kasadaki duran beyefendiye göre daha saygılı.) Neyse bu restorana bir daha gitmem. Hem fiyat hem de müşteriye yaklaşım ve hizmet açısından çevredeki "Saray" ve "Divan" restoranları buraya göre çok daha iyi.

Wir waren heute als Familie mit 4 Personen zum ersten Mal hier. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und schnell bedient, obgleich alle Tische innen, sowie außen besetzt waren. Das Essen kam in angemessener Zeit und war richtig gut. Vorher gab es noch Brot mit zweierlei Dip. Da mein Sohn gerne einmal Baklava probieren wollte, fragte er danach und bekam es dann (kostenlos) serviert. Es wurde sogar noch einmal nachgefragt, ob es ihm geschmeckt habe. Alles in allem haben wir sehr gut gegessen, der Service war top und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider haben wir keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht das Essen kam spät und die Getränke erst als wir fertig mit essen waren, obwohl alles vorher bestellt war auch die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und mit behinderten Gästen in Rollstühlen geht man scheinbar nicht so toll um was wir erleben durften. Die Begrüßung war nicht toll und es wurde sich auch nicht verabschiedet. Und on top war Kartenzahlung wieder mal nicht möglich. Wir kommen nicht mehr! Und ein paar Meter links stimmen die Preise der Service und auch die Qualität vom Essen da werden wir jetzt nur noch hingehen.

Das Essen ist okay, aber der Service ist sehr schlecht und unfreundlich, besonders der junge Mann, der am Donner ofter Abend arbeitet. Er gehört dort nicht hin und sorgt nur für schlechte Laune bei den Kunden.
