We often go to the Ratskeller Pulsnitz. We've always been satisfied with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Since we come from the restaurant industry ourselves, we know how difficult it is to find new employees, especially young ones. And everyone has to start somewhere, so admitting mistakes is important. If I want another drink or something extra with my meal, I can always just give the waitstaff a quick wave. We always enjoy going back to the Ratskeller Pulsnitz...

We spent our family weekend at this beautiful hotel. From booking to leaving, we felt very well looked after. You can truly experience hospitality here. The restaurant is also highly recommended; it's very delicious, and the saying "what you eat is what you see" is perfectly true. Many thanks to the entire team! ❤️

The food is beyond reproach, exquisitely crafted, delicious, and very attractively presented, without any seemingly decorative frills. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very relaxed, which I really like. The service is open-minded, uninhibitedly friendly, and very attentive. That's exactly how it should be. Unfortunately, it's far too rare to find a restaurant where the quality of the food and drinks, the atmosphere, and the service are all of a very high standard. Bravo! Reasonable value for money! Highly recommended!
