We spent our family weekend at this beautiful hotel. From booking to leaving, we felt very well looked after. You can truly experience hospitality here. The restaurant is also highly recommended; it's very delicious, and the saying "what you eat is what you see" is perfectly true. Many thanks to the entire team! ❤️

A very quiet location and a very well-maintained outdoor area. Our room (double room with extra bed) was very modern, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. A large selection of cold cuts, cheese, jam, etc., and everything of the finest quality. Nothing is lacking here. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. I also have to give a big thumbs up to the chef. I had the venison roast with red cabbage and dumplings. It was absolutely divine. The meat was super tender and the red cabbage was perfect. The attention to detail is paramount here. Whether it's a restaurant or a hotel, I highly recommend it to everyone. We and our 3-year-old son felt right at home and always welcome!

We visited here for the second time today, and as always, we were not disappointed. A warm welcome, a brief introduction to the menu, vegetarian, vegan, and half-sized portions. House-made lemonade, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The food was very fresh, high-quality, and delicious. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and even took time for a quick chat. We were there for the first time and had lunch. Top-notch from start to finish. The dining room is super appealing and harmoniously designed. The main course and dessert were a dream. And Torsten, a dream of a waiter; we've rarely experienced such an attentive and motivated waiter. He even showed us the three conference rooms. We are thrilled. My only criticism for the management: please replace Grapos. We will definitely be back.

We found the staff incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive (but not intrusive), making the first few minutes very pleasant. The food was delicious. While the menu features traditional German fare, you are served a plate that is refined and lovingly prepared. The value for money was excellent, and you are guaranteed to be full and satisfying. We would be happy to return next time we are in the area. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the "Wellness Suite" offer for two nights. The arrival was very relaxed, and check-in was also very friendly and informative; we immediately knew everything we needed. Then we were escorted to our room, the door opened...and what can I say...you're immediately speechless...What a room!!!😊....very clean and tastefully decorated. The size of the room is incredible. And of course, so are the furnishings. A huge sauna, the whirlpool tub is a dream (I want one 😜)...and the shower too. You sleep in a waterbed...it has to be tough on your back 😅, but I found it relaxing. The view is very beautiful, pure nature. Plenty of towels were provided, and the little bottles of various toiletries were also very good. Service and friendliness are very important at this hotel. No wish goes unfulfilled. The food is also second to none. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and healthy. Truly everything your heart desires. And the candlelight dinner is second to none. Amazing!!...I've never eaten so well 🤤...the terraces and gardens are also very well-kept...you can see the attention to detail everywhere in the hotel. We felt incredibly comfortable right up until the moment we checked out! Highly recommended 😊☝️.. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!

It's nice here—but for the money, you can get much better accommodations in Dresden or Radebeul. It's OK for one night.

... no sooner said than done! After "landing" here by chance in November 2024, this time we came here on purpose. We had lunch again, and again we were greeted very warmly. Again, there was the homemade lemonade, but with a different, seasonal flavor, and again we were very satisfied. Because it tasted so good, we asked a few questions (e.g., salad dressing), and the waiter was really good at explaining everything, including the kitchen's tricks 😀. ---------- Looking for lunch, we turned off the A4 and landed here quite by chance (we were on our way back from our vacation in Asia and really wanted to try some home-style food again), and we haven't regretted it. The ambiance and service here are very pleasant. The waiter was very friendly and gave us excellent advice. The food was truly delicious. We'll most likely come here again.

You can tell the people working here love their jobs and know what they're doing. What really stood out: the Aperol. It sounds banal, but it was seriously the best Aperol I've ever had in Germany. Perfect blend, perfectly served, not too sweet, not too bland, just right. The atmosphere at Waldblick adds to the fun. Beautiful location, relaxed vibe, no fuss. The whole package is just right here, from the first greeting to the last farewell. In conclusion: If you appreciate good food, great service, and genuine quality, this is the place for you. We were guests at a wedding at Waldblick. The ambiance of the hotel and the outdoor areas are wonderful and ideal for children. But what impressed me most was the attentive service staff. I haven't been treated to such attentive and prompt service in a long time, so I give them a huge compliment and thank you. The food was also excellent, and for that, I also thank the kitchen staff. I would like to celebrate my wedding at Waldblick.

The Hotel Waldblick is located in a district of Pulsnitz. There are ample parking spaces in front of the hotel. The overall ambiance of the hotel complex is very inviting. The restaurant and reception are at the center, so you can immediately see that they can also host conferences. A bowling alley (we didn't see it) and an outdoor curling rink are also available. Upon entering the reception area, you sense a very private atmosphere. The welcome was very warm. We booked the wellness suite for three nights. It was a dream. After a short, entertaining introduction to the sauna and whirlpool, we enjoyed our suite. On the first morning, we also had breakfast served in our room (for a small surcharge). Thanks to the restaurant manager, we felt incredibly comfortable at every dinner. Our sincere thanks also go to all the other staff members for making our stay a special one. The suite, the food, and everything else made our three nights a special experience. Many thanks to the entire team at the Hotel Waldblick.

Concerns about visiting a restaurant. On November 15th, 2024 we tried to reserve a table for two by phone. Without success. It wasn't picked up, pushed away or called back. When asked on site about the possibility of dining, the answer was no, as you would have had to make a reservation. There would also be internet... After coming here several times with satisfaction, we are very disappointed.

Very nice restaurant and hotel in a small district of Pulsnitz. There are several rooms for celebrating. Rooms quiet, clean, high standard - top! Nice, attentive staff, even if there is a staff shortage. Great food, fine cuisine (lots of game, but also vegetarian). There are two bowling lanes in the basement (€26 per lane), great! Quiet environment where you can go hiking. Large parking lot in front of the house. Overall, highly recommended!

Really great restaurant! We have now eaten here 3 times within a week. We had a total of 15 main courses, all of which were excellently crafted and made from obviously fresh, high-quality ingredients. All cooking points were correct. Visually appealingly presented and served by friendly and attentive service. All 3 visits were great. This time I had a double room as a single payer, which was really great. Last time a single room with a bed under the slant was a bit tight for a man of almost 1.90. Service and food were awesome. It's in an idyllic location, ideal for people who like to be in nature.

We ate at Waldblick for the 2nd TIME this evening. We really enjoyed it again. The service is great. The waitress, who served all alone, was always friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty. We can recommend the seasoned meat and the porcini mushroom ravioli.
