I didn't like the pizza, the dough was way too thick. We ordered to be picked up and unfortunately only noticed on the way that it wasn't cut, which made eating very difficult. I had never experienced it in any pizzeria

We ordered and had it delivered for the first time. 10 minutes before the end of the lunchtime opening time... we made a quick decision and were able to place our order without any problems. From ordering over the phone to delivery to the quality of the food: everything is simply great. We are very satisfied and will definitely order here more often. Thanks to the whole team!

I don't think it's so great when master pizza cars drive through the 30 zone at 70 or 80 km/h. I'm losing my appetite!

We have been there to eat several times and have ordered very often (certainly more than 20 times). So far we have never been disappointed! Yes, the prices are higher than others. But the quantity and quality is also much higher. So the overall package just fits. If I order a large pizza from the competition, a small one is actually enough for me here. Actually...because the pizzas can be easily reheated the next day. ;-) This, too, is often no longer as tasty elsewhere. So order a large pizza and have a nice dinner for two days...or once, sorry, "food anesthesia" ;-) And the pizza rolls are my favorite, as a regular customer you can usually get them for free. At least there's something in here and the dough doesn't taste dry. The name actually fits us. Especially when it comes to delivery services, I don't know of any better ones in the area. Keep it up and thank you very much!!!

I can only rate the delivery and quality here since we ordered. Super tasty pizza, which looked appetizing and was even delivered warm. The price is of course a little higher than the usual run-of-the-mill pizzerias, but you're happy to pay for it. Thank you very much and I can only recommend it. You have to know.

The first order was good and that's why I ordered again. But the pork from the schnitzel stinks. I couldn't eat that.

Not recommended!!! First of all, the delivery time. You have to set it up for at least 2 hours and that's outrageous. The delivery is incomplete, the pizzas were okay for the price. I would like to give zero stars because waiting more than 2 hours each time is unacceptable given the prices. Totally outrageous since we live near them.

A great place to relax with family and friends

Free pizza rolls were ignored despite the coupon. 3x 30 pizzas cheaper offer was ignored. Pizza ordered 2 hours in advance, arrived lukewarm and 1 hour late after calling the pizzeria and they had no overview of their orders.

We ordered two burgers. At a price of €20 each, we had really high expectations, which unfortunately weren't quite met. I had a beef burger and my girlfriend had a chicken burger. The chicken burger was really very good – both in terms of size and taste. The slightly smaller beef burger, on the other hand, was dripping wet, not from the sauces, but from the meat juices. This made it almost impossible to eat with your hands after a few bites. The taste also suffered. It's a shame, especially at a price of €20 (!) without any side dish.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our last order. - We had ordered two hours in advance for a specific time. Unfortunately our order was ready three quarters of an hour early, so it was kept warm for a very long time until it was picked up. The Crunchy Fries weren't as crunchy after that. We were not actively informed about the changed pickup time, even though my phone number was stored. - Our request to remove certain ingredients was not addressed. Unfortunately, we had to throw away the burger due to a food intolerance. For the relatively high price, we expected more quality. Still two stars because everything went smoothly with our first order and tasted good too.

If delivery service then master pizza. They have nothing in common with other “cheap competitors”. Food flawless in appearance and taste. When you open the box it looks like it was printed out. There's work involved! You can even eat the burgers without meat. Delivery time is nothing to complain about either. I'm happy to spend the extra euro for it, it's worth it three times over. The on-site restaurant is also great. You don't even get anything from the delivery company. Last but not least, you can also communicate with the staff in German! Keep it up!

Very good lunch offer. Huge portion and good quality. If there are side salads instead of fries, I'll come back even more regularly.

Pizza was tasty, toppings were good, base was good and temperature was ok. Points will be deducted for tardiness (20 minutes ahead of time) and for not cutting the pizza.

We spontaneously decided to order food. My wife was craving burgers so we decided to order here. We decided on two VEGAN burgers and one VEGAN pizza. After a pleasant wait, the delivery arrived. However, only one burger out of a total of three items. We thought nothing of it and ate the burger. When two burgers and a pizza arrived in the second delivery, we woke up. We got a non-vegan burger and ate it with complete confidence that the burger was vegan. Thank you very much but we will never order from you again. LG

Ordered at 11:00 a.m. Delivery time at 12:04 p.m. Target unfortunately not reached, called the branch 20 minutes after the stated delivery time without success, the delivery should take another half hour, you should at least inform the customer about any delivery delays. Unfortunately the food was delivered cold and the supplier disappeared very quickly and we didn't get around to complaining about it

High quality food. Yummy. Consumption on site indoors or in the cozy beer garden. Always special offers depending on the season. Highly recommended for individual guests or families and groups, as even larger orders are processed quickly.

How practical, because the taste is disappointing. €12.99 plus delivery fee later glad it was over. A pity. Great staff, ambience and furnishings very well maintained. Easy to reach as the bus and train stop right in front of it. Pizza is very tasty and fills you up well. Good draft beer from South Bohemia Budweiser Budvar, really tasty. Price performance fits, we'll be back.

I was positively surprised. Anyone who calls themselves a “master” has to deliver. But the pizza was really very good. Certainly not a gourmet pizza, but hearty, packed with ingredients and simply very tasty. And the pizza rolls were also “more packed” than the competition. The dough was always well done.

We used the delivery service and we were surprised that the delivery was made before the specified time. I would have liked to post a picture of the burger but the crispy chicken with sweet potatoes was so delicious that I forgot about it. My friend chose the chicken fillet salad and it was more than enough and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Conclusion: always happy and next time we want to try the restaurant.

Used delivery service. Always been good so far. But after waiting for more than 3 hours, no complete order was received. We ordered with children, but at 10:05 p.m. I think the hunger is gone. Food was cold and communication was absolutely not right. I expect a minimal system from a system catering establishment. Not recommended for over €80. Addendum: I increased the rating because the error was acknowledged and they were very accommodating. Service can also be used to get rid of poor performance. Thanks

Sehr leckere Pizza und Burger. Auch bei Lieferung ist der Burger nicht wabbelig. Die Pizzen sind reichhaltig belegt und sehr lecker. Die Preise sind nicht günstig, aber angemessen. Jedoch sind über 6 € für die Curly Fries eindeutig zu viel.

"Deftig" nachgelassen. Damit ist nicht das Personal gemeint, das ist Top! Aber seit Monaten haben wir immer ständig Probleme bei einer Onlinebestellung zum Abholen. Entweder erhält man keine automatischen RückMails bzgl. der Abholzeit oder es wird erst gar nicht übermittelt. Und das neuste: Da man auch bei den Pizzen und Salaten keine Freitextfelder hat (für wichtige Infos wenn man was weglassen soll) muss man seine Infos in die Anmerkungen schreiben. Allerdings werden diese nicht übermittelt und somit weiß das Personal nicht Bescheid. Dadurch heute wieder reingefallen. Es ist immer die IT bzw. der Chef der es noch veranlassen soll/ muss. Ja es ist die IT und wenn es so grottig läuft sollte man mal darüber nachdenken diese Aufgabe jemand anders zu geben. Das Essen heute für 50 Euro musste ja auch bezahlt werden und es war am Ende nicht so wie wir es bestellt hatten. Das ist dann schon etwas ärgerlich, zumal andauernd.

Pizza ist super lecker, gibt auch eine gute vegane und vegetarische Auswahl. Ist nicht nur beim liefern gut, sondern auch richtig gemütlich vor Ort.

Das Essen war hervorragend! Die Servicekraft hatte sehr viel Humor und man konnte mit ihn lachen. Im großen und ganzen ein sehr tolles Restaurant! Auf jedenfall ein Besuch wert.

Wir waren an 2 Tagen hintereinander bei Meisterpizza in Dresden essen. Pizza war statt 30cm nur 27cm (beide Pizzen), aber geschmacklich gut. An Tag 2 bestellte ich ein doppeltes Schnitzel Wiener Art. In der Abbildung auf der Karte und in Rezessionen hier bei Google wurde ein Pfannenschnitzel angepriesen. Bekommen habe ich reine Industrieware aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Der Gurkensalat war eine Mini-Schüssel mit gehobelter Essiggurke. Preis des ganzen 17,90 €! Die Bedienung darauf angesprochen, hat man gemerkt dass ich wohl nicht der erste war wo das bemängelt hat. Nie wieder Meisterpizza

Überteuert, mehr Schein als Sein. Bei zwei Besuchen wurden wir enttäuscht: Alle Pizzen waren statt 30 nur 26-27 cm und damit nicht weit von der günstigeren kleinen entfernt - zum Preis der großen. „Die schrumpfen vielleicht beim Backen“, wurde bei Reklamation gesagt. Das bestellte alkoholfreie Pils kam in einem viel zu großen Weizenglas und lag damit weit unter dem Eichstrich. Ein Burger für mehr als 16 Euro ohne Pommes, dazu fast 8 Euro für ein kleines Körbchen Süßkartoffelpommes. Das sind überzogene Preise in dieser Lage. Bei anderen scheint das schlechte Preisleistungsverhältnis bekannt zu sein, denn wir waren an beiden Abenden die einzigen Gäste. Der Chef kam nicht zu unserem Tisch, um Reklamationen zu besprechen, sondern schickte eine junge Bedienung, um uns komplett abzukassieren. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Schönes Gebäude. Habe zur Selbstabholung bestellt. Essen war schnell fertig, geschmacklich auch okkkk .. keine Geschmacksexplosion, aber genießbar. Preislich vollkommen angemessen.

einfach nur Abzocke! Überstunden werden nicht bezahlt obwohl man gezwungen wird diese zu machen. Essen schmeckt wie aus der Tiefkühltruhe und kostet aber das 5 fache.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem schönen Außen und Innenbereich. Wir haben Burger mit Pommes bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Burger sind großzügig und mit viel frischem Gemüse belegt. Die Pommes sind frisch und gut gewürzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Aus meiner Sicht der beste Burger für einen Lieferdienst in Dresden. Burger hat eine super Größe, viel Belag und kommt immer warm und frisch an. Die Pommes sind jedesmal warm und knusprig, obwohl der Weg weiter ist. Auch hatte ich noch nie lange Lieferzeiten. Verpackung ist hochwertig und ansehnlich. Große Weiterempfehlung was den Burger und Pommes betrifft.

Ein recht teurer Lieferdienst. Das Essen kamm zügig und war warm jedoch sind die Preise hoch. 16,99 € für eine 30cm Pizza so teuer ist nicht mal ein italienisches Restaurant.

Egal, für welches Essen man sich hier entscheidet - es kommt alles aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Selbst das Fleisch auf den Burgern sind Industrie-Pattys, was man sieht und vor allem schmeckt. Die Pizzen klingen auf der Karte interessant und die Fotos machen Appetit. In echt waren sie mit Käse vollkommen überschmolzen und ziemlich salzig. Schade, aber das wird unser erster und zugleich letzter Besuch hier gewesen sein.

Das essen war gut, aber bitte beim nächsten mal mehr dressing und weniger Haar zum Salat.

Currywurst mit Pommes. Die Wurst aus der Friteuse, die Pommes knusprig. Die Portion ist gut und ordentlich verpackt. Aber 13,50 €??? Warum? Ein Dresdner Rasthof verkauft das Essen in gleicher Größe für unter 10 Euro! Für 13,50€ erwartet man schon Oberklasse und keine Friteusenwurst. 3 Sterne gibt es weil die Mitarbeiter sehr nett sind.
