Fantastic view of Lake Constance, very friendly and attentive staff, and fantastic food—both the salad and the main courses. We particularly enjoyed the Maultaschen (swabian pasta).

Great restaurant in Meersburg with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. Excellent service and a fantastic selection of spaetzle. We had the cheese spaetzle and Allgäu garlic spaetzle with mushrooms, and the choice was worth it: incredibly delicious, large portions, take-home option for leftovers, and a good side salad!

We went here because of the good reviews. We were still sitting outside on the terrace and had such a good meal that I had to write a review right away. I had the winegrower's roast, and my husband had a dish of the day. Both were delicious and absolutely excellent value for money. The service was prompt, empathetic, and very warm. While we were still in Konstanz, we were looking for a suitable place to round off our short vacation when we came across the Meersburger Winzerstuben. Perfectly located with a view of Lake Constance yet relatively quiet, this restaurant offers the finest regional delicacies. The service is extremely friendly, prompt, and courteous. Every single dish was a delight, whether it was main courses, appetizers, or desserts – every detail is spot on. The drinks are also perfectly coordinated and of the highest quality. The service is not just friendly, but truly exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and prompt, ensuring you feel completely at home. Even our 8-year-old son was treated like royalty. You immediately notice: hospitality is lived here! Add to that the beautiful location overlooking Lake Constance makes everything even more perfect. Amazing food, stunning views, a cozy atmosphere, and a perfect vacation feeling. No matter how hard you look, you won't find fault here. This restaurant impresses across the board: top service, top food, top drinks, top location. Simply an excellent restaurant that we can recommend without reservation. We'll definitely be back!

My meal was truly, truly good! Even though I chose something simpler, I have to say I haven't eaten this well in a long time. The service was very attentive and friendly; they were very quick and attentive. I sat inside, which is very quaint but beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and very clean. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back!

A wonderfully located restaurant overlooking the lake with a typically rustic ambiance. The terrace, set on a steep slope, has a cozy charm. The service is excellent. You never feel like you're having to wait, and the service is very courteous. Feel free to request something from the menu, if possible. The food was outstanding. The quality and freshness of the dishes can be tasted with every bite. The ingredients are regional and of high quality. The taste was excellent. A shout-out to the kitchen team at this point. The full five stars are well deserved...

I'm absolutely thrilled. The two of us had lunch here and were able to sit outside overlooking the lake. I had the fantastic duet of salmon trout and whitefish with broccoli and boiled potatoes for €24.90 (August 2025) with a delicately fruity Pinot Noir. A fantastic combination. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. So, all in all, full marks and an absolute recommendation.

Today, I spontaneously stopped by for lunch with my 14-year-old daughter. We received a very friendly welcome and were able to choose a table outside. After we ordered, we didn't have to wait long for the food. My daughter had schnitzel with spaetzle and salad, and I had Jägerschnitzel, also with spaetzle and salad. Both dishes were delicious, and my daughter even enjoyed the salad, even though she's always a bit picky about it. I thought the dressing was very good. I also wanted to highlight the particularly delicious cream sauce. In my opinion, it's the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The initial taste reminded me of mashed potatoes. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is worth a detour. The beautiful outdoor area invites you to linger, offering a great view of Lake Constance. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The creamed schnitzel and the Baden-style sauerbrauten with homemade spaetzle each get 10 out of 10 from me. If you like draft beer, I recommend the Farny (Edelweiss brewery from the Allgäu region).

...and once again in Meersburg, and once again in the Winzerstube, and once again we were completely surprised by the delicious food and excellent service. Thank you very much, we're already looking forward to the next time.

It tasted good, and the price was more than just reasonable. You could even say it was cheap. However, the schnitzel was definitely frozen. That's unfortunately common in restaurants, but it doesn't meet my standards. Hence, 3 fair stars.

I came with a travel group. I'm allergic to nuts, and my guide told the main waiter. They literally gave me a grilled chicken fillet with boiled potatoes. I find it pathetic. I can't believe there's no main course on the menu that doesn't contain nuts. We didn't pay for this, to be honest. I understand that sauces and many other things can contain nuts, and I assume desserts aren't allowed. My travel companions ate pasta. The surprise came with dessert: chocolate ice cream, which can be much more likely to contain nuts than pasta. They ruined my day. Thank you so much to the restaurant.

The ox cheeks don't need a knife; they're as tender as butter. The surprise on the sport fish plate is an incredible fish ravioli. I haven't had such a good meal in a long time.

Auch Müllerin Art zu empfehlen oder der Teller mit Lachsforelle und Felchen. Preise zwischen 24.80-28,80€. Personal sehr freundlich und schneller Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We celebrated our golden wedding anniversary at the Winzerstuben. The staff had beautifully set up a small room (just right for us) and decorated it enchantingly. We were completely overwhelmed and delighted. Our menu was top-notch 🌟 🤩 We felt very comfortable with our lovely waitress. Without words, just by eye contact, she always knew exactly what we wanted. We've been guests at the Winzerstuben several times and decided to celebrate our wedding there. A very good decision, as it turned out. A quick, uncomplicated planning process, such as the champagne reception and wedding cake, and the date was set. We were able to drop off the cake and floral arrangements the day before. The cake was carefully placed in the cold storage room, and the floral decorations were arranged in the private Knight's Hall. We didn't have to do anything and could relax and focus on our guests. The food and service were, as usual, excellent. We received a lot of praise for our choice of venue, and the guests were still talking about the great food days afterward. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, and thank you again for the wonderful day. Anyone who follows my reviews knows that I judge very harshly. But my recommendations are just as honest. I'm 100% sure you won't regret a visit to the Winzerstuben. My tip: Swabian Schmankerl (pork fillet on cheese spaetzle with a damn good sauce) and a cold, refreshing Farny Radler to go with it. Take care and enjoy life!

Expectations far exceeded! As the son of a Swabian, I grew up with Maultaschen, but these were probably the tastiest ever, prepared with style and refinement. In general, the supposedly home-style dishes here are of a first-class standard, modern, and sophisticated. Add to that the friendly and expert service and a fantastic view. I'd gladly go back!

I'd go back anytime. Very good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Because it's popular and many guests were waiting for a seat, you felt like you should vacate your table after you'd finished eating. This was particularly noticeable from the female waitress. I had the feeling she wasn't pleased when we ordered a drink after our meal while enjoying the ambiance. We no longer felt welcome. Therefore, one star deducted.

Wir waren schon einige Male zu Gast in der Winzerstuben und haben uns deshalb entschlossen, unsere Hochzeit dort zu feiern. Eine sehr gute Entscheidung wie sich herausstellte. Eine kurze, unkomplizierte Planung zum Ablauf wie Sekt Empfang oder Hochzeitstorte und der Termin stand. Torte und Blumengestecke konnten wir einen Tag vorher abgeben. Die Torte kam vorsichtig in die Kühlkammer und der Blumenschmuck wurde passend, im privaten Rittersaal dekoriert. Wir mussten nichts machen und konnten uns ganz entspannt auf unsere Gäste konzentrieren. Das Essen und der Service war wie gewohnt hervorragend. Wir haben viel Lob für unsere Lokal Wahl erhalten und die Gäste haben auch noch Tage danach über das tolle Essen gesprochen. Hier geben wir von ganzen Herzens und nochmal dankend für den schönen Tag, eine dicke Empfehlung! Mein Tipp: Schwaben Schmankerl (Schweinefilet auf Käsespätzle mit einer verdammt Guten Soße) und ein kaltes erfrischendes Farny Radler dazu. Passt auf Euch auf und habt Spaß am Leben!

We held our wedding reception here, and everything was absolutely perfect. The private room was beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful ambiance. From the service to the setting—and most especially the food—everything exceeded our expectations. We were all very satisfied with how the staff took care of us, and that made our special day even more memorable. This is why we’ll continue coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to others.

The only thing that bothered me personally (a minor detail) was that the waiters sometimes spoke to each other in a different language right in front of the customers. The ambiance in the restaurant is really nice, and you immediately feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant. Update: We were there again on June 10, 2025 (two years later). Everything was the same. The portion sizes, however, have become slightly smaller. Still, I recommend it.

We were out with a group of four cyclists and actually just wanted a drink, so we ended up at the Winzerstuben. A really nice ambiance with tables outside the restaurant. And the service really impressed us. We were served drinks quickly, and they made sure we, already slightly red-faced men, got even more sun exposure. And the waitress was super nice and friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed for dinner. The positive experience continued here. Very good food with very good value for money. Highly recommended.
