Mediteran Steakhaus in Hagen

I ordered three steaks of different cuts of meat, all medium. Unfortunately, the chef only cooked one of them perfectly. Overall, the food was good, but you should definitely check your bill. There were five of us at our table, and the waiters entered the wrong amounts for two of us. They refunded the difference and apologized – but you really have to pay attention.

Delicious food, including liver, which was very tasty, even after we first received the wrong thing. My lumberjack plate included pork fillet, rump steak, stuffed minced steak with pork loin steak, fried potatoes, and Djuwetsch rice. Unfortunately, I was missing the pork fillet, and the pork loin steak was so dry. And the Djuwetsch rice wasn't my thing; I've had much better ones. Maybe they had a bad day yesterday. But I wouldn't drive 70 km there and back for that again. What a shame.

Unfortunately, the parking situation is anything but convenient, but that's not the restaurant's fault 👍 We sat outside, and the clever planting and decor provided good privacy from the street. Let's not forget that we're in Hagen and not on a promenade ☝️ All in all, I was very satisfied and will visit this restaurant again 👍

Went there today with the whole family for Schnitzel Wednesday and it was very tasty. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Plus salad from the buffet. 13€ for a plate like that is mega👍🏼💪🏼 we would love to come back. The food also tasted very good 👍🏼

I have been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years, with parents, wife, colleagues and my own children. I can highly recommend schnitzel day on Wednesdays, but on public holidays it's best to reserve by phone to secure a spot. Staff always friendly and on the ball when it comes to drinks. On warm days there is a beer garden right in front of the house

Remaining good for years! The food is always tasty and there is enough. You'll get full there. The employees are all nice and accommodating. The ambience invites you to linger. The steaks were always top and cooked to perfection. In my opinion, the salad bar could be a little more extensive and parking spaces are unfortunately difficult to find. Still 5 full stars for me

The food is great, the ambience could be changed a bit now, it's pretty old-fashioned. Service was quick at first, but it got a little slow around 9 p.m. Prices absolutely removable.

Unfortunately, the Steakhouse Mediterran in Hagen disappointed me. The Viennese veal schnitzel was far too thick, fried instead of baked and just too fatty. The fried potatoes were too salty. Unfortunately I don't recommend it, although the furnishings and ambience are really okay.

I had the pleasure of visiting Restaurant Mediterran in Hagen and can only say that after 40 years it is still one of the best Croatian restaurants. From the moment we arrived to the last bite everything was perfect. The highlight of our visit was the beef fillet platter, which was simply sensational. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender, and the side dishes went well with it. Every bite was a delight. The service was equally impressive. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and professional. Our wishes were immediately fulfilled and we felt completely pampered. Of particular note is the special service, which made us feel truly welcome. The ambience of the restaurant is warm and inviting, with an atmosphere suitable for both a romantic dinner and a leisurely meal with friends. I can fully recommend the Mediterranean and am already looking forward to my next visit. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable evening!.......

Mediterranean - everything is great here! The restaurant, the ambience, the owners, the service, the food, everything is really as it should be. We've eaten here a few times, most recently an hour ago, and every time we're 100% satisfied. The meat is always tasty and juicy, the portions are really big, and the owners are always up for a laugh. You just have to feel comfortable here. So if you want schnitzel or grilled food, then ONLY here. And we like to tell everyone else that too. See you next time

I was here for the first time 14 years ago with my brothers and my dad, and I've been there regularly since then and I think the service and quality hasn't decreased. WEDNESDAY is always schnitzel day and there are five different schnitzels to choose from for €11.50 each, I can only recommend it.
