I think McDonald's has really slacked off when it comes to preparing their burgers

When asked for an extra straw, the waitress was the rudest I've ever seen. As if I asked to give 1000€ from her own pocket.

It is claimed that there are no straws. Got it... cheek.

One of the nicer McDonald's's around, service was good with helpful staff. Dedicated space for children to play was a nice touch.

I live near so I go often to drink a coffee or something to take away. They were nice and the food was okay.

We ordered milkshake, it came out way too runny. When asked, they said the machine was broken. You can only offer ice cream. I have no idea why it is tighter! And I don't know why they keep it quiet at first and don't point out the problem directly!

The service was terrible, I ordered breakfast online at 10:29 a.m. When I wanted to pick it up the guy said it was 10:30 a.m. and there was no more breakfast. I said it was ordered before 10.30 a.m. and no, it's no longer available. Really unfriendly guy.

We often got lost in this fast food restaurant while on vacation. The initial euphoria about the wonderful mountain scenery fades over time. What remains sobering is that the service leaves a lot to be desired. What is striking is that one of the employees there is obviously completely confused. We were served by her three times, and each time there was something to complain about. When ordering with table service, she puts the food in the bag, drinks are missing, or she unnecessarily adds sugar to the coffee even though it wasn't ordered. It is also noticeable that tables and chairs are unclean. A little more ambition and enjoyment at work might be the key to success here.

I have never seen such speed in service! Exceptional and courteous!

I was so disappointed. I asked for gluten free food. This is available everywhere at Mac D in Tyrol. None of the employees spoke German. I got a roll with egg and bacon, which I immediately passed on to the table next to me. A single catastrophe, a very bad report for Tegernsee. I myself had a Gadtro business with 300 seats but I have never experienced anything like that. Simply horrible. Where are we if no one can speak German sufficiently?

Wasps endlessly, there shouldn't be any Cola cups on the table. Otherwise a normal McDonald's. Only clear tray carts and tables in summer because of the wasps.

German language is difficult to use...even if it's just a fast food restaurant, the employees should already speak the official language...you feel really foreign

The staff closes the store at 1:55 but officially they are open until 2 am. I can understand that the ladies and gentlemen want to go home, but if you show opening times you shouldn't turn away customers beforehand

The fries would be the best thing on the menu. Mosquitoes everywhere in the restaurant. Tables and floor dirty. No toilet paper. Total failure

The food and atmosphere are typical McDonalds. You know what you're getting. But the service is uncharacteristically bad. I'm used to better things. Two orders and both were incomplete. Unfortunately, the service staff can't open their mouths and now looks at you expressionlessly when you say that something is missing. Then I had to pay for it myself and pick up what was missing.

The staff usually seems annoyed or indifferent.

Our recent visit to McDonald's was disappointingly subpar, to say the least. The food we received was cold, which is never an encouraging sign when it comes to fast food. Specifically, the patty in the McChicken Classic had a color that immediately put us off our appetite - a clear deviation from what one would expect from a supposedly fresh and appetizing meal. It was, frankly, disgusting. To add insult to injury, the overall cleanliness of the establishment left a lot to be desired. The place was quite dirty, which only compounded our disappointment and made us question the standards of hygiene being upheld. It's disheartening to witness such neglect in a well-known chain that prides itself on consistent quality and service. Overall, this experience was far from the quality and service we’ve come to expect from McDonald's. It’s crucial for the management to address these issues promptly, focusing on food quality and cleanliness, to restore confidence in their customers. As it stands, our recent visit has significantly diminished our enthusiasm for returning anytime soon.

Just typical McDonalds. What can you say...🤷‍♂️

Today (2/28) at almost 2 p.m. my order was missing fries, which was my mistake for not checking right away. From now on I won't leave without checking if everything in the order is correct, I have lost trust in this McDonald's and I have been coming here regularly for over a year :(

The service is an absolute disaster. I shared a milkshake with my girlfriend and asked for a second straw, but this was refused and I was looked at stupidly. In addition, my coupon didn't work when I ordered and was then sent away

Nice McDonald's that we like to stop at on our way through. Unfortunately the beautiful fireplace was removed as part of a renovation. The food is typically OK at McDonald's, but price/performance has generally decreased at McDonald's in the last 3-4 years, so this part of the review can generally be seen for the McDonald's franchise model. The best is still the McCafe, which is subjectively treated somewhat neglected. The service staff on site at the time of my visit was friendly and competent. See you again soon.

Unfortunately, the Big Rösti Cranberry to take away was once again served without cranberry, it was only noticed when we got home...plus none of the employees understand German...

If you own shares in MCD, you can definitely recommend the restaurant. So: go there and have a good time.

Had to wait 30 minutes just to pay by cash, not even counting that we had to wait another 30min for food to be ready! Toilets were full. Wifi doesn’t even work!

Ein wirklich unschöner McDonalds. Vorallem das Klo ist immer extrem eklig und auch die Sitzplätze sind klebrig und dreckig.

Ein von außen wunderschöner McDonalds, innen ein bißchen klein, Essen war wie gewohnt, wurde schnell serviert

Habe online bestellt und es hat super geklappt mit der Abholung. Essen frisch und lecker nur die App ist leider für mich unübersichtlicher als bei der Konkurenz.

Essen passt, aber alles andere konnte man vergessen. Personal sprach überhaupt kein deutsch, war sehr tollpatschig. Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dreckige Tische und Stühle ec.

Bestes Mc Donald weit und breit. Saubere Toiletten, sehr gutes und frisches fastfood. Gute Erreichbarkeit, viele Parkplätze. Immer einen Reisestop wert.

Waren hier auf einen Cafè, hatte Milchkaffee bestellt. Anstatt mitzuteilen, dass es keinen Milchkaffee gibt (man hätte ja bei der Bestellung darauf hinweisen können, dass es nur Lattemacchiatto gibt) wurde mir einfach ein Amerikano hingestellt. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde erklärt, dass es keinen Milchkaffee gäbe... Sorry, Service geht anders👎

Toller MC Donalds mit super Service

Man muss immer aufpassen bei seinen Bestellungen bei uns fehlt eigentlich immer was. Personal sehr unfreundlich.

Ware immer frisch, einfach super !!!

In letzter zeit sind die mcflurrys nur zur hälfte gefüllt und man muss 50cent für das sonst kostenlose getränk zahlen

Nachdem wir auf der Toilette waren, waren wir satt. Unsere Kinder hatten durchschnittlichliches Essen, welches sehr lieblos zusammen gestellt wurde.

Een hamburger restaurant met terras in Alpen style. Uiteraard met eigen parkeerplaats. Grappig. De McRib bij een Duitse McDonalds blijft lekker!

Schöner einladender Ort. Gut und günstig Essen.

Wir waren maßlos begeistert. Wunderschönes Ambiente. Das Essen top und super lecker! Im Vergleich zu mindestens 20 weiteren McDonalds, welche ich schon probiert habe, ist dieses Restaurant der Hammer! Zudem noch sehr sauber. Fazit: wir kommen wieder!

Hatten eine sehr nette Bedienung Essen war in Ordnung aber jedesmal wenn wir da sind sind die Tische nicht sauber und die Damen achten nur auf ihr eigenes Aussehen und können leider nicht gut deutsch

Hab zum ersten Mal einen veganen Burger bei McDonald's gegessen. War lecker. Ich war aber auch sehr hungrig.

Alles in einem nett und schön eingerichtet, nettes Personal, Essen ist auch ziemlich lecker, nur die Musik war zu laut, so das man sich nicht richtig unterhalten konnte,aber sonst alles In Ordnung.

Mc drive....jedesmal bei den letzten 3 Bestellungen fehlt was obwohl es bezahlt wurde...vor allem die sosse für die Nuggets wird oft vergessen....

Schnell und gut halt MC Donald's

Ich dachte irgendwie ich wäre falsch und wäre in einer Disko gelandet. Die Musik war so laut das man sich in keinster Weise unterhalten konnte. Ich weiß das McDonalds ein Fast Food Laden ist, und das da eher jüngere Leute hingehen, aber das empfand ich dich als sehr sehr laut. Diesen Mcdoof werde ich meiden. Das Essen war wie immer

Небольшой достойный представитель сети в окружении живописного Тегернзее и гор. Наш обычный ориентир-гора со старинным замком наверху, прямо под ней расположен МК Дональдс. В этот раз зашли взять с собой на пляж. Я взяла бокс с курицей и креветками. Рекомендую есть все свежим, если постоит на солнце, вкус становится не очень. Сервис хороший, имеется МК кафе с тортиками и прочими сладостями, летняя терраса и детская площадка с горкой. Рекомендую.
