Bin there for around 20 min at the coffee bar and nobody came!! Today is the 23.02.25

Seats not clean. Long waiting times. Friendliness is a foreign word for the lady at McCafe. Impossible!! Definitely missed the job!

McDonald is located in the gallery at Stuttgart Airport. There are some seating areas that are comfortably framed with plants. You have a great view of the entrance hall and can watch the action. The food was ok, just the cleanliness was not correct. Leftover food and sticky ketchup stains on the seats. Therefore only 3 stars.

Does not accept mc Donald’s vouchers.

Curly fries lukewarm, 5er Nacho Cheese hard on the inside and Big Rösti dry. There is trash everywhere on the tables, or they are completely filthy

Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Everywhere to sit was filthy and the food was horrible. The burgers were cold. The coffee was entirely sweet milk. The staff seemed personally offended by the ordering of food.

The oriental boy at the checkout was really nice and smiling. The girl who handed out the chips last night had a dirty look at the customers. The man at the checkout did all the work himself. He tried to explain to the girl how the work worked, but she reacted poorly. I only come here because the guy at the checkout is really nice.

I was skeptic after reading the reviews, but the service was quite nice and food was normal McDonald’s quality. Prices are same with other McDs and the service was quite fast. I believe that they don’t do table service and probably because of that most of the people complain online.

Absolutely unworthy, dirty, rubbish piled up everywhere, tables not cleaned. Behind the counter is....nienand: then comes after a few minutes, rude! Never seen a Mc like this anywhere in the world.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The seats were all so dirty, I've never experienced that before. Staff also unfriendly, this could be because the employee was being lectured in an inappropriate manner by his superior right in front of me. At around 1:00 AM, there were very few people left inside the airport, all waiting for their flights the next morning because their previous flights had been canceled. In the middle of the night, they turned the speakers up to the maximum volume, playing extremely loud music just to wake everyone up so they would go buy their coffee. Fries cold and soggy. Burger cold, dry and to make yourself thanks to the individual parts in the box. The nacho corners cold and dry. You can't get a seat here because of home office workers and constant blockers with a cup of coffee. That was the last time at McDonald's

Were there this morning before departure. The fries were still almost raw. The cheese on the burger didn't run. The burgers were pretty cold. Sorry never again.

I was offered table service at the machine and ordered directly to my table 13. After nothing came for a long time, I asked at the counter. Here I was yelled at that they didn't do table service and was allowed to pick up my now cold food.

Customer service is different. We ordered an apple turnover via the app, but according to the shift manager the order didn't arrive in the system. The correct McDonald's was selected. Unfortunately there was no money back or any other solution. It's not about the money for me! I think it's a shame that despite a verifiable order that was shown to the shift manager on my cell phone, the customer is the one who got missed.

They served the potatoes raw, their sauces were disproportionate, some were too much, some were too little, and they gave our orders wrong. You may experience one of these. The workers are not robots, but how do we explain the white and bland potatoes?

Table service? "We don't have table service". Ahhhhh yes. It's just stupid for the customer that he can book it at the terminal and then wait forever for his food, which doesn't come. Incredibly bad coffee - and in a McCafe.

We had an extremely unpleasant situation. While I was in the bathroom with my youngest child, my oldest son paid for the order. When I returned he started complaining about not getting his change back. In response to my request to return the money, the employee blatantly lied that the change had been returned to my son! It was an obvious lie! I am grateful to the administrator of this facility. We have resolved the conflict. But an unscrupulous employee should be fired! It is unacceptable to deceive children!

At 3 a.m., completely unnecessarily and without any consideration/understanding for sleeping, waiting passengers, music blaring from the box. When spoken to, the young employee responded with complete incomprehension. And looked at me like she was about to do something to me. Zero respect and zero desire. This is what it looks like for ubs. That doesn't have to be the case!?!

CAUTION!!! Just don't order anything with table service...... We ordered our food in the terminal with table service. After 15 minutes we noticed that our tray was at the front. When we finally had to pick it up ourselves, everything was cold and the staff just stood around stupidly in front of the tray!!!! With the remark that we sent the order with table service, only the staff said PickUp on it, which definitely can't be that way because we gave our table number!!!. We didn't get any new citizens/fries!! We ended up having to eat everything cold. It was the first and last time. After all, if you don't have table service, you shouldn't offer it. And customer friendliness is 0 out of 100👎

Sorry - I can make a fool of myself. I have the McD app. I placed an order there and clicked on delivery service. Finally, there are “table service” displays and “table service stickers” on the tables. Then waited about 20 minutes. Nothing happens. So I went to the issuing counter. There I was informed that ordering via the app was not possible. I should use the terminals. So I went to the terminal and ordered again. When asked whether to take away or eat here, I of course entered eat here. And then there was the table service option. So I chose table service and specified table number 20. Then I waited for about half an hour, during which nothing, absolutely nothing, happened. Then I went back to the terminal and asked why my order number 261 was neither on the display for pickup nor was anything brought to my table. The answer was very friendly. But of course: there is no table service here. I then explained that I had been offered table service in the terminals at this restaurant and had chosen it. Answer: That still doesn't work. The table numbers are for internal purposes only. The end of the song: an employee then let me out and gave me both coffees. In total it took well over 1 hour. An impressive achievement for a fast food restaurant. This means you won't gain any guests or keep any guests who have even installed your app. Why there were two stars for the ambience: because an employee wiped our table several times.

snotty, unfriendly staff.. everyone really seems annoyed... an absolute no-go in the restaurant.. the climbing tower for children is positive.. that's why 1 star

Phew, arrived on the flight home around 7 p.m. Almost everything was already closed, so to the Mc for a little something. Ordering at the terminal is now possible everywhere. Even if you can provide numbers for table deliveries, there are no boards on the machines, so like before, wait in the checkout area until it's ready. What I found very unpleasant was that the tables were either occupied, logically so, or, which was less nice, filled with the trays of previous customers. Likewise the trolleys for delivering the trays. Nobody tidied up and cleaned there during our meal. There were colored glasses to choose from when ordering, but everyone got the same blue glasses because there were supposedly no others available. So the ambience isn't that great. The people who work there have no interest or respect. Placed the order with table service. But they said in a disrespectful tone that we had to get the food ourselves. Shouted at us because we didn't feel like it. When we said that the “table service” option had to be changed because there were a lot of people who couldn’t understand it. You shout out every number as if you were playing bingo. Even forgot a lot of things. The food was cold. Not that busy but we're just chatting instead of working in front of the customer. Definitely disrespectful, unconsidered and no desire to work.

Ordering went smoothly via the monitor. Colleagues had argued loudly and the lady had humiliated a colleague even though he was there for the first day (you could hear everything as loud as she was). The fries were totally soggy and sometimes very raw... The next day and I'm not feeling well, my boyfriend is in the toilet at the moment. I can't say anything more about it... You can't talk about cleanliness here. There were only crumbs and sticky puddles on the floor, the tables weren't cleaned, we had to do it ourselves with wet wipes. The children's play structure also leaves a lot to be desired, on the whole it was very disappointing

I was just here, the first impression was that the restaurant was incredibly clean. The employees were really friendly, as I have rarely experienced. The food was hot and tasted perfect. One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Convenient fast food as a walk-in patron. Nice outside eating area backside of the building. Other than that, all orders were taken away. Appreciate ordering and paying from the flatscreens. Orders came quickly and correctly. I have no negative comments. Found the menu selections and the quality of the food to be above of that from the US, Canada or Turkiye for that matter.

A McDonald's like any other. All good. At least they didn't make a mistake with the order...because normally something is left to be put in the bag when it is to go...

Unfortunately, I had another bad experience here. Ordered at the table via app, straw was missing. Napkins were missing and the fries were unfortunately a bit cold. I ordered ice cream for dessert, but unfortunately I only went to pick it up, which is not usual either. Would be prepared and simply placed on the table without a word. Ethically it could have belonged to anyone and everyone could have lived with the absolutely unfriendly lady preparing it today from 2:12 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Normal as always at mäcces, but the language barrier as a German-speaking customer is getting higher and higher 😀😀😀✌

Fly from STR often and enjoy stopping here at McDonald's. The food is mostly freshly prepared, as there is a high fluctuation of guests here and secondly, it is super quick. The only thing I find a little annoying but not earth-shatteringly bad is the lack of seating to enjoy your meal in peace.

The meal was served fresh and the service time was very acceptable. The only thing is that it is hard to find a seat right around the restaurant. Therefore, one can have a takeaway and find a seat somewhere else.

Nice and clean place. But fries was underdone, cheeseburger also was not with a taste it supposed to be. And no breakfast menu. Also you can’t pay with contactless method🤷🏼‍♂️

Food can be a hit or miss from here. Quite often the veggie food is well overcooked. We even once got asked if its okay to have the vegan nuggest cooked in the same oil as the chicken.....

Abwicklung Bestellung und Wartezeit absolut super, das Essen der gewohnte Standard, aber an den Sitzplätzen schmutzig ohne Ende. Die Schuhe kleben regelrecht am Boden. Obwohl das Personal auf Anforderung gerne die Tische abwischte, war es insgesamt gesehen wirklich sehr schmuddelig, leider.

Lieber machen 4 Mitarbeiter mit dem Supervisor SMALLTALK als die Tische zu reinigen, bzw. abzuräumen. Mein Essen war zwischen kalt und warm. Beim McTasty ist der Käse nicht Mal geschmolzen. Pommes waren warm und dAdurch labrig. Dafür die Cola kalt. Lediglich die McNuggets waren so wie Sie sein sollte. Für diesen McDonald's kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Freundlich ist was anderes, Kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Aber schnell zubereitet. Essen ist für diese Kette wie immer, aber meisten auch latschig. Ambiente ist halt Laut, Flughafen eben. Aber schöne Möglichkeiten zu sitzen.

Ich hab mein Portmonee dort vergessen und konnte kurzfristig den Filialleiter erreichen, sodass ich mein Portmonee wieder bekommen konnte! Sehr zuvorkommend!

Habe mir einen vegetarischen Bueger bestellt, leider habe ich ein Fleisch Patty bekommen…als ich mich beschwert habe meinte die Angestellte sie hätte keins mehr und ob das ein Problem ist. Lustiger Weise habe ich 5 min später doch einen bekommen.

Mal was anderes. Der Besucher sitzt auf der Innenterrasse des Terminals. Das ist zwar nicht sonderlich gemütlich, aber originell, weil der Blick von oben aufs Terminal geht. Richtig nett ist der McCafe, der in einer eigenen Bude mitten im Sitzbereich steht. Das ist wirklich schön gelöst. Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin.

We lost half of our order because their handicapped staff, forgot to give us the bag with half our food, we were in a hurry so we didnt have time to check the one bag we got, so when we were passing out food in the car we were suprised over two burgers and three fries were gone. Super dissapointed

Sehr freundliches Personal in einem sehr netten Ambiente auf dem ‚Balkon‘ des Flughafenterminals - von wo man einen perfekten Rundumblick auf das Kommen und Gehen des Stuttgarter Flughafens hat.

Kurze Öffnungszeiten, keine Auswahl, Mc ohne Essen. Der Service war ok. Sonst schöne lage über den Check ins aber ohne eigene Toiletten. Die Sitzplätze liegen in einem Durchgangsbereich.

Ich habe Big-Tasty genommen und das war schlimmsten Bürger meines lebens. übelst trockenes Brot und Fleisch. Ist doch nicht normal, wenn es knusprig ist? und noch dazu 2 mal weniger Soße als bei anderen Standorten. Pommes war in Ordnung. deswegen sogar 2 Sterne

Absolut grundloser Rauswurf nach ca. einer Stunde und bei den SB Automaten keine Tischnummern. Es waren noch genügend Plätze frei! Selbst noch was zusätzlich zu bestellen und noch ein wenig zu bleiben, wurde vom Senior Restaurantleiter verweigert. Zuerst wird abgeräumt und Minuten später raus geschmissen. Massenabfertigung, lange Wartezeiten und unhöflich. Extrem laut oben drein. Ich bin sichtlich enttäuscht. Noch dazu vom Preisniveau nicht mehr richtig attraktiv. Als regelmäßiger McDonald’s Besucher sichtlich enttäuscht. No go!

great service, love the touch screen ordering makes things so much easier. Filthy family bathroom though, which is a downer. Was busy so maybe they hadn't cleaned in a while but a gross bathroom is not very family friendly. Shame, food was otherwise hot and fresh and came super fast

We went there for dinner since every other near place was closed as it was sunday. We were in a school group from Mexico, mostly teenagers and kids. We don´t speak german and there was a frightening rude employee in the counter who was really desperate, she was in such a hurry that didn´t make a good effort to understand what kids wanted as she didn´t speak english. She turned really agressive and wild and threw some items. A nice english speaking guy had to come and take over to sell us the meals. Not a nice experience, the kids got a very bad impression. The food was good, some not really McDonalds usual stuff, I had some very good shrimps.
