I recently visited Stuttgart Airport with my family and would like to share my positive experience with the McDonald's there. Honestly, I'm really impressed! This McDonald's is a great place, especially for families waiting for their flights. It's a familiar, uncomplicated option that works well, especially with children, to pass the time. You know what you're getting, and that's worth its weight in gold in the hustle and bustle of an airport. But what I really, really like best is the McCafé area. The coffee there is really good—not your typical airport standard. I had a great coffee and a cappuccino that really tasted amazing. That's a real plus and makes your stay much more pleasant if you want something better than the usual "waiting lounge coffee." ​Conclusion: The McDonald's at Stuttgart Airport is not only a convenient place for a quick snack with the family, but also offers unexpectedly good quality hot drinks thanks to the excellent McCafé. A clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, this McDonald's makes its own rules. I had a voucher for a 0.4 l milkshake (explicitly stated). On my tray was a 0.25 l cup. I then asked politely if I could still get the amount I ordered. It can happen to anyone. The manager (on September 26th, around 10:30 a.m.) explained to me that the sizes had changed and that was correct. I showed him the voucher and he said, "I could buy a 0.4 l at the regular price." Now that's customer service. Is that in the spirit of McDonald's Germany? Very sad. Please check your order here or skip this shop. It's a shame that you have to start your vacation with such an experience.

Actually, it's a good McDonald's right at the airport. However, seating is quite limited – even on a Monday outside of school holidays, it can be difficult to find a spot. The four ordering counters also seem a bit cramped during peak hours. I'd like to highlight the friendly service staff. The selection and taste are good, as usual at McDonald's. I'd be happy to come back, but I'll probably order takeaway instead.

The employees here still don't understand the purpose of online ordering. Why do I have to queue again when I can do everything through the app?

After a long, tiring flight, I picked up a takeaway from McDonald's for about €25. When I unpacked it at home, I noticed that all five sauces were missing. When I called the restaurant, they first promised to check – then simply fobbed me off and hung up. This is really too rude. I expect a refund for this poor service.

On August 24, 2025, I went there for dinner in the morning and ordered a Happy Meal. I got some old Minions toy that was probably available last year, even though they're supposed to be selling Hello Kitty Happy Meal toys now. The fries were also cold and tasted soggy. Update September 9, 2025: I contacted support shortly afterward, and Mr. Betzien (the franchisee) got in touch shortly afterward. I responded quickly, but I didn't hear back from him. I asked again two days ago when I'd get a response, but to no avail. I'm still expecting a Hello Kitty toy like the one advertised on your website, and not some (probably) old Minions toy that hasn't been available in the last few months, and the food shouldn't taste cold and soggy either. I also don't think it's reputable that the franchisee isn't responding anymore.

Hello, I was at McDonald's at the airport today at 9:39 am. When we asked if we could change the sauce, the manager there (blonde with long gel nails) was really aggressive and told us to go to a McDonald's outside the airport. According to the standard, gel nails are not allowed in restaurants for hygiene reasons. We could have at least worn gloves. Never again MC at the airport.

So, I can give this little McDonald's a full 5 stars, even though I rarely do that at McDonald's. I had to wait for my flight and was hungry. It was pretty crowded upstairs, but you can always find a seat, okay, I was alone. Cleanliness was okay. You can order from one of the many vending machines. I ordered via the app. The young lady at the cash register was very nice, but math wasn't her strong suit. Anyway, the food arrived within 8 minutes. The food was okay, the fries were super fresh, the burger was good, and the price was the same as outside. All in all, I boarded the plane full and in a good mood. Oh, and I also treated myself to a coffee. I would definitely get something to eat there again before my flight.

Vouchers from the app are not accepted. There was one extra croissant at 7 a.m. The McCafe had to wait 15 minutes. Staff were completely overwhelmed. Tables and chairs were completely dirty!

The burger was only lukewarm, and the fries were practically cold. When I ordered chicken nuggets with table service, I had to pick them up myself, which meant the fries were cold, and the chicken nuggets were just about okay. The service was an absolute disaster.

McSundae only gets half full. No refills to normal amount. It's enough, according to the employee.

Nothing makes sense at this McDonald's. 1) I buy a reusable container, ask to reuse it for another purchase, and they tell me they can't. What's the point of reusable containers? 2) I select delivery to my table at the vending machine, and after 15 minutes I realize my order is waiting cold at the counter. And the lady tells me they don't deliver to tables. So why do they have that option on the touchscreen vending machines? Nothing makes sense at this McDonald's. AVOID

I haven't encountered such an unfriendly salesperson in over 20 years. The ordering terminals also didn't work, and a customer was missing a takeaway order.

Service is okay, but when you order a Latte Macchiato Grande at a terminal, why do you have to enter 13!!! details to get the receipt? 🤔And then you still don't know whether you can pick it up at the MC Cafe or at the counter, since the number is rarely displayed and you might be sent from one counter to the next. Perfect chain restaurant.😁

McDonald's at Stuttgart Airport is a good option for a snack. Everything I ordered was always hot and normal. The fries are delicious and crispy every time, no matter how many times I come. Convenient place to grab a quick meal before your trip

Today, it was barely busy here, and I was served right away. The McCafe was a really big cup of coffee. Plenty of room to sit.

It's 2025 and there is no contactless payment at the machines here. This could be described as very backwards 😄 the ordering machines are also so old and slow that they are hardly used.

April 27, 2025, 04:40 One of the two ladies at the register serving at McCafe was definitely not in the mood to serve, she was rude and even other customers noticed it. I ordered tea and a croissant to eat on site and she put everything in a plastic cup and a paper bag. Someone should train her a little better.

Today, April 25, 2025, we were at McDonald's at Stuttgart Airport. We placed a large takeout order. There were many positions, but all of the merchandise was simply placed on the counter and we were told to pack everything ourselves. We weren't given any bags, so we had to carry everything in our hands. The employee who served us was wearing an orange T-shirt and had a dissatisfied expression on her face. She was rude and answered our questions rudely. In addition, the sauces were swapped and the toys for the children were missing. Overall the service was very poor and we are very disappointed.

After a while, a rather bold lady came through the rows, called out our order number and “called” us to the counter. Hello, I was there today and ordered to be picked up at 9:44 p.m. and didn't get it. I was there at 10 p.m. Whoever else ordered before me at 10 p.m. got their food. What an impudence. And when I eat there, my seat is dirty, the floor is dirty, or you can't even do table service - that's what it says. It's dirty as if they haven't cleaned it in 2 weeks. Some chairs are already damaged. And the children's area has things broken. Not nice, just complaining. Salad can only be used on the day if you want to eat it a day later, it is broken and then smells strange. Café or cappucino tastes like the machines have been leaving it for a month. I'll never go here again. And on Sundays if someone comes at 11 p.m. you can't order anything. Opposite there is a McDonalds nearby, I'd rather go there, it tastes better and is open until 11:59 p.m. No longer recommended, eat there, go to the other one nearby and it tastes better.

McDonald is located in the gallery at Stuttgart Airport. There are some seating areas that are comfortably framed with plants. You have a great view of the entrance hall and can watch the action. The food was ok, just the cleanliness was not correct. Leftover food and sticky ketchup stains on the seats. Therefore only 3 stars.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The seats were all so dirty, I've never experienced that before. Customer service is different. We ordered an apple turnover via the app, but according to the shift manager the order didn't arrive in the system. The correct McDonald's was selected. Incredibly bad coffee - and in a McCafe.

We had an extremely unpleasant situation. While I was in the bathroom with my youngest child, my oldest son paid for the order. When I returned he started complaining about not getting his change back. In response to my request to return the money, the employee blatantly lied that the change had been returned to my son! It was an obvious lie! I am grateful to the administrator of this facility. We have resolved the conflict. But an unscrupulous employee should be fired! It is unacceptable to deceive children!

CAUTION!!! Just don't order anything with table service...... We ordered our food in the terminal with table service. After 15 minutes we noticed that our tray was at the front. When we finally had to pick it up ourselves, everything was cold and the staff just stood around stupidly in front of the tray!!!! With the remark that we sent the order with table service, only the staff said PickUp on it, which definitely can't be that way because we gave our table number!!!. We didn't get any new citizens/fries!! We ended up having to eat everything cold. It was the first and last time. After all, if you don't have table service, you shouldn't offer it. Sorry - I can make a fool of myself. I have the McD app. I placed an order there and clicked on delivery service. Finally, there are “table service” displays and “table service stickers” on the tables. Then waited about 20 minutes. Nothing happens. So I went to the issuing counter. There I was informed that ordering via the app was not possible. I should use the terminals. So I went to the terminal and ordered again. When asked whether to take away or eat here, I of course entered eat here. And then there was the table service option. So I chose table service and specified table number 20. Then I waited for about half an hour, during which nothing, absolutely nothing, happened. Then I went back to the terminal and asked why my order number 261 was neither on the display for pickup nor was anything brought to my table. The answer was very friendly. But of course: there is no table service here. I then explained that I had been offered table service in the terminals at this restaurant and had chosen it. Answer: That still doesn't work. The table numbers are for internal purposes only. The end of the song: an employee then let me out and gave me both coffees. In total it took well over 1 hour. An impressive achievement for a fast food restaurant. This means you won't gain any guests or keep any guests who have even installed your app. Why there were two stars for the ambience: because an employee wiped our table several times.

Ordering went smoothly via the monitor. Colleagues had argued loudly and the lady had humiliated a colleague even though he was there for the first day (you could hear everything as loud as she was). The fries were totally soggy and sometimes very raw... The next day and I'm not feeling well, my boyfriend is in the toilet at the moment. I can't say anything more about it... Convenient fast food as a walk-in patron. Nice outside eating area backside of the building. Other than that, all orders were taken away. Appreciate ordering and paying from the flatscreens. Orders came quickly and correctly. I have no negative comments. Found the menu selections and the quality of the food to be above of that from the US, Canada or Turkiye for that matter.

Fly from STR often and enjoy stopping here at McDonald's. The food is mostly freshly prepared, as there is a high fluctuation of guests here and secondly, it is super quick. The only thing I find a little annoying but not earth-shatteringly bad is the lack of seating to enjoy your meal in peace.

Nice and clean place. But fries was underdone, cheeseburger also was not with a taste it supposed to be. And no breakfast menu. Also you can’t pay with contactless method🤷🏼‍♂️

The meal was served fresh and the service time was very acceptable. The only thing is that it is hard to find a seat right around the restaurant. Therefore, one can have a takeaway and find a seat somewhere else.

Food can be a hit or miss from here. Quite often the veggie food is well overcooked. We even once got asked if its okay to have the vegan nuggest cooked in the same oil as the chicken.....

Abwicklung Bestellung und Wartezeit absolut super, das Essen der gewohnte Standard, aber an den Sitzplätzen schmutzig ohne Ende. Die Schuhe kleben regelrecht am Boden. Obwohl das Personal auf Anforderung gerne die Tische abwischte, war es insgesamt gesehen wirklich sehr schmuddelig, leider.

Lieber machen 4 Mitarbeiter mit dem Supervisor SMALLTALK als die Tische zu reinigen, bzw. abzuräumen. Mein Essen war zwischen kalt und warm. Beim McTasty ist der Käse nicht Mal geschmolzen. Pommes waren warm und dAdurch labrig. Dafür die Cola kalt. Lediglich die McNuggets waren so wie Sie sein sollte. Für diesen McDonald's kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Freundlich ist was anderes, Kein Hallo oder Tschüss. Aber schnell zubereitet. Essen ist für diese Kette wie immer, aber meisten auch latschig. Ambiente ist halt Laut, Flughafen eben. Aber schöne Möglichkeiten zu sitzen.
