Absolutely unacceptable service!!! I waited over 40 minutes for my order at this McDonald’s, only to find out my name wasn’t even on the waiting list. With my boarding time approaching, I asked for a refund, but the staff completely ignored me and even snapped at me to keep waiting. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is shocking. No apology, no effort to resolve the situation — just rudeness and negligence. I ended up missing my meal and wasting my time. This location needs serious management intervention. I will never come back and strongly advise others to avoid it.

You can order whatever you want, either you only get half of it or something completely different.....3 times now....

Dirty, Milkshake liquid Staff unfriendly Playground closed

No breakfast, the restaurant doesn't open until 1000 but there are no signs and even when I asked in German they wouldn't tell me the time it opened. The Cafe doesn't have good food options, just sweets and snacks.

Unfortunately the worst McD in a long time. On the one hand, it took quite a long time until the food was brought to the table. And then both wraps and the McBacon+Egg were only lukewarm. The cheese wasn't melted, so I assume something went wrong during the preparation.

Were there today at 6 a.m. to eat an Easter special. Unfortunately we didn't know that it only starts at 10 a.m. An employee, I think it was the branch management, couldn't explain it to us properly. When asked, he told us it was breakfast (why can't I eat a burger early?) and we shouldn't talk too much about him and grinned. What we complained about was his manner. He then threw us out. GO. You can't treat customers like that!!! I then asked him his name, of course he didn't say it. We have never been treated like this before!!!!! Such an arrogant, rude, customer-unfriendly person and doesn't even dare to say his name. This refers to data protection. One point too many.

The male service staff is extremely bad! I just asked if the water was too sweet but he spoke very curtly, rudely and left. No apology. Disappointed!

I always enjoy coming here when I have to wait a long time for a flight or train. It's very cozy here and I've always been happy with the food I've ordered. Some employees are a little friendlier than others, but you'll find that in any McDonald's. Both breakfast and the normal meals were top.

Simply my favorite restaurant. Every time I'm there I have to go there. I love it (music on)

You have to "drink" milkshake with wooden sticks, you don't use straws or spoons anymore...

Area is spacious. Food was fast and hot. Service was fantastic. Would definitely eat here again.

Where's McDonald's ever? They don't accept credit cards and they don't sell it anywhere

Table service is very bad and takes so long because the person doesn't look for where the table is. Walking around with your food until it's cold but not looking properly. If you only go through 50% of the tables, you don't have to be surprised if you don't find something.

This largest McDonald's in Europe at Frankfurt Airport offers a great view. The food and drinks offered here are exactly what you would expect at McDonalds. In terms of price, you hardly notice that you are at an airport. The products are as cheap as those in other McDonald branches. Both the actual restaurant and the McCafe are spacious and ensure quick ordering and preparation. The highlight, however, is the view. The McDonald is directly behind the viewing terrace and has large panoramic windows. This gives you a great view of the apron as well as the RWY 25C and RWY 25L. So the bottom line is a great place to use some time at the airport.

Spectacular and immense space located in terminal 2. Where you can find, in addition to other restaurants, the very nice Mac Donald's Mac Café. You can drink various spectacular coffees, served in cups called Mac Café. The young woman who serves, very polite and helpful, prepares them exquisitely. You can't stop stopping by here. They have a sensational park for children. The furniture was super comfortable and I was able to witness the different colors of the sunrise since the view of the track is made of glass. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The food is like everywhere else at MacDonalds. But the staff obviously didn't understand what the displays "in preparation" and "ready for collection" mean. They mark everything at the latter, which of course leads to all customers asking questions at the counter and receiving unwilling answers. This happened to me twice and I asked two employees and the manager about it without them realizing it.

Actually the best place at the airport to see something. But profit is obviously in the foreground: the window front is inaccessible because a separate MC Café has set up here and only allows entry with "consumption" from there. After 8 p.m. there's no chance anymore... What a shame! The food: McDonald's.

As always, you can't beat the unfriendliness. Apparently the restaurant is doing so well that you can ignore customers at the checkout.

I'm there every now and then, all I can write is: 1.Food is very tasty 2. clear away my rubbish, there is also an extra trolley for that. 3. Unfortunately there is only one person there who can take care of the cleanliness! And as far as the behavior of individual customers is concerned: BOTTOM FLOOR!!!

If there were 50g of chicken meat on this chicken burger then that would be a lot, really a total joke. The fries are soggy and lukewarm, and then you wait 13 minutes.

Having visited so many countries, this is one of the best McDonald's in the world! Lovely play area for kids too.

Here is a review in German based on your experience: I have to say that McDonald's in Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport is the worst McDonald's branch I have ever visited. First of all, the customer service is extremely poor. They served me food twice in a very bad condition. The first time the fries were cold so I returned them. The second time the fries weren't even cooked properly. I had to throw them away because they were inedible. Second: The children's play area will be closed at 7:30 p.m. This is way too early! We visited this branch specifically for the play area, but how are we supposed to explain to our children that they are not allowed to play there? My little two-year-old son really wanted to go to the play area, but he wasn't allowed. In my opinion the play area should be open 24 hours a day. When I asked the McDonald's staff why the play area was closed, they said it was McDonald's policy. The manager explained to me that they did not have any additional person to look after the play area (e.g. for cleaning and supervision). This is the reason why the area remains closed. Dear McDonald’s management, if it is possible to hire just one additional person, please do so. We usually come to McDonald’s because of the kids. If the kids aren’t happy, why should we even go to McDonald’s? In addition, the play area is often crowded in the early evening, which is why we sometimes can't come until after 6 or 7 p.m. I hope conditions improve as this visit was a huge disappointment.

Orders simply disappear on the display and no one feels the need to say anything. Rude and rude when asked. If it turns out that ingredients are missing, then you are not allowed to accept orders. They are completely overwhelmed and take it out on the customer.

I don't suggest anyone to go there ! The employees are rude we almost lost the plane because they didn't had eggs to make us 2 toasted burgers 🍔 and when we tried to complain we have been treated like fools !! I suggest to try better the other 2 restaurants there they are much better !!! From me its 0 !!! Get my tip ! There are 2 very nice restaurants in the same area 🙂 try them instead !!

I would love to give out minus stars because of how arrogant and rude the way people are treated here. I waited at the order acceptance desk while three employees at the serving desk had nothing to do. Nobody came to me. When I went to the counter, it said you had to order first. When I pointed out that I had been waiting there, an employee said, Apparently the shift manager, rude customers like me wouldn't like to be served and no one would force me to eat here. Ok, then never again. But these employees are totally wrong in their service....

Actually a completely normal visit to Mc: dirty tables, cola without a straw. Fries cold and way too salty, burgers carelessly assembled. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but the cashier wasn't able to enter 3 happy meal 3 milkshake a savings menu then it was finally there. Everything was wrong. Children totally sad no toys nothing. The restaurant manager was very unfriendly!

There's an employee here who should probably work as a prizefighter. Absolutely rude, aggressive and extremely disrespectful. I have no idea why a company like McDonald's employs someone like that. I hope he gets to the right one someday, because he will only learn one way.

Today I ordered happy meal with chicken nuggets. It took a very long time. Chicken nuggets had been forgotten. They made my cheeseburger plain twice without cheese. I had to run 4 times to those with 2 children. The food wasn't brought to my table. Didn't even apologize. The worst McDonald's ever.

At 6 in the morning, this lady opened the restaurant and started decorating it.

30 minute wait. asked in german and english for the guy to check. said it was coming. didn't bother to look. no apology.

At McDonald's the burgers are always good but the service is always bad, the atmosphere used to be better, more colorful nowadays everything is monotonous.

On August 31, 2024, we were at your branch at 6:00 a.m., in accordance with the official opening hours stated on your website and on site. Was this supposed to be a joke today? I asked for a straw and was unpleasantly told that they had been abolished. I then went to get a cola popcorn (who came up with that?) ...and without asking, a straw was put into the cup with the answer that it only exists with mixed drinks..... how please, then why do you lie in the first place....? Largest McDonald's in the world, a lot of space, service quite fast, view of the visitors' terrace, with the option of taking the food there. Large selection of food. McCafe available. Children's playground available. Unfortunately no parking space other than the expensive one at the airport.

One of the worst Mägges I've ever experienced. Unfriendly and stressed staff. Two packers who are just chilling and don't feel like rushing. An unfriendly boss who leaves after 20 Not even an excuse for waiting minutes. There were 15 orders before mine and they can't manage to pack the things as a fast food restaurant. Everything lies around forever and is now getting cold. McDonald's is a disgrace. This numbering system was the stupidest decision ever.

Were there from about 3.5 a.m. to 6 a.m. By 6 a.m. it was already completely full, so it's definitely going to be extremely busy here in the afternoon. But in itself a good McDonalds!

No waiting time late at night, food as usual from McDonalds. A latte macchiato was advertised in a glass when ordering, but later unfortunately only in a paper cup. Only half as good. The beautiful viewing areas that we actually took the route for are closed in the evenings. Otherwise there are enough seating options and places with sockets for charging devices etc.

McCafe closes at 8 p.m. Also on Saturdays. Sitting on the sofas by the window is not possible. The playground also closes. So with a child we just had to wait. Our child was so excited about the playground. McDonald's restaurant is open until 10 p.m. Why can't the playground stay open that long?

Ordered and paid for Double Big Mac Bacon, got normal Big Mac. Since the fries and cheeseburgers from the other menu were ready earlier, they were able to cool down in peace! No apology, nothing. When I asked to cancel the order, the only answer I got was "Nothing can be done - you have to wait..."! Aha! This is definitely the worst McDonalds from the worst franchisee in Germany! This experience is enough for me - you should simply avoid the chain!

At 8 a.m., 3 out of 4 quarters are cordoned off for no reason. People are allowed to share the remaining seats together at what is supposed to be the largest airport in Germany. Thank you!

Throw out families with children who are late at night and only want to let the children rest for a short time with security support. Employees are too cowardly to speak directly to parents. What a dirty shop. You shouldn't eat it anyway if you want something from your pension.

Don't keep the opening hours. Total shame, guests are already lining up and it still won't open!! Don't even deserve one star!

We ordered our breakfast menu at 9:14am on a Monday. At 9:42 a.m. they still weren't finished. We left without getting anything because we had to go to the gate. They didn't want to refund my money for the service that wasn't provided. The staff was annoyed and snotty. There was no sign of the shift manager either. By far the slowest McDonalds I know.

Order terminal did not issue a receipt. The duty boss (May 12th, 10:45) was unable to generate the receipt and searched for something in the system for a quarter of an hour without finding anything. He didn't want to give his name. Data protection. Rarely laughed so much.

Typical McDonald’s but this place is massive and has like 35 ordering screens. They do sit down delivery service as well as to go and counter pick up. They have good items here that aren’t available at other McDonald’s in the area, which is kind of cool, especially since they have “pancake bites” and their version of a breakfast burrito, except with lettuce. I dunno. Not bad though, it’s more expensive than one outside an airport but not bad.

I was put off by the comments but I have had a good experience. It's an MC Donalds with great capacity so it doesn't feel overwhelming. The cleaning is good, the staff friendly, you have the option of having the food brought to your table. The food is good, average
