It's just like any other McDonald's. Can't go wrong with it, and can't go right with it.

At 6 in the morning, this lady opened the restaurant and started decorating it.

30 minute wait. asked in german and english for the guy to check. said it was coming. didn't bother to look. no apology.

At McDonald's the burgers are always good but the service is always bad, the atmosphere used to be better, more colorful nowadays everything is monotonous.

Brought coffee and French rolls. The Franzbrötchen was cold inside. The employee had headphones in, I think that seems a bit strange

I would like to express my disappointment at a visit to McDonald's that was less than satisfactory. On August 31, 2024, we were at your branch at 6:00 a.m., in accordance with the official opening hours stated on your website and on site. However, to our surprise, we were turned away because apparently there were not enough staff to serve us. This was already annoying, but what made the situation worse was the behavior of the restaurant manager. Instead of politely explaining to us why we couldn't be served, he was extremely unfriendly and unreasonable. It certainly would have been possible to at least keep us seated until the staff was fully ready. But the feeling that the customer was not wanted here was only reinforced by the manager's behavior. This experience has left us very disappointed and makes us doubt the customer orientation and service quality in your branch. I hope that you take this incident seriously and take steps to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again in the future.

The fact that McDonalds doesn't have such a good reputation has been proven once again. We waited forever for the food. The fries were inedible. There were no straws for the drinks, including the shake. When we asked, we were told the lid had an opening for drinking. Splendid. Thanks for nothing. Never again.

Disastrous from the order boss to pickup. Completely overwhelmed employees. You have to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks. That doesn't work at all. This urgently needs to be remedied.

Was this supposed to be a joke today? I asked for a straw and was unpleasantly told that they had been abolished. I then went to get a cola popcorn (who came up with that?) ...and without asking, a straw was put into the cup with the answer that it only exists with mixed drinks..... how please, then why do you lie in the first place....? In addition, the employees probably prefer to be busy with themselves instead of serving.

Largest McDonald's in the world, a lot of space, service quite fast, view of the visitors' terrace, with the option of taking the food there. Large selection of food. McCafe available. Children's playground available. Unfortunately no parking space other than the expensive one at the airport.

Stand in front of the waitress and greet her and instead of noticing me, she ignores me in order to continue chatting with her friend. Say hello again, ignore me... only the third time she looks at me and takes my order. What's that supposed to mean? This is a job, not a coffee party with your BFF 🫠🫠

Went last week because I generally don't eat at McDonald's. Anyway, I wonder who the answer was, they were there just to have a drink. One of the worst Mägges I've ever experienced. Unfriendly and stressed staff. Two packers who are just chilling and don't feel like rushing. An unfriendly boss who leaves after 20 Not even an excuse for waiting minutes. There were 15 orders before mine and they can't manage to pack the things as a fast food restaurant. Everything lies around forever and is now getting cold. McDonald's is a disgrace. This numbering system was the stupidest decision ever.

Were there from about 3.5 a.m. to 6 a.m. By 6 a.m. it was already completely full, so it's definitely going to be extremely busy here in the afternoon. But in itself a good McDonalds!

No waiting time late at night, food as usual from McDonalds. A latte macchiato was advertised in a glass when ordering, but later unfortunately only in a paper cup. Only half as good. The beautiful viewing areas that we actually took the route for are closed in the evenings. Otherwise there are enough seating options and places with sockets for charging devices etc.

It is not recommended for people who are catching a flight. I ordered a small muffin and coffee and waited for 30 minutes. The meal was also wrong. People ordering burgers are still waiting, and they may not be able to catch their planes.

Astonishingly slow. We have been trapped here for almost 30minutes. About to give up and go to gate. Do not come if your flight are within an hour.

McCafe closes at 8 p.m. Also on Saturdays. Sitting on the sofas by the window is not possible. The playground also closes. So with a child we just had to wait. Our child was so excited about the playground. McDonald's restaurant is open until 10 p.m. Why can't the playground stay open that long?

And once again we were annoyed that we ate at this fast food chain! This shop actually managed to take 25 minutes (!!!) to prepare a menu and then served out the wrong burger. Ordered and paid for Double Big Mac Bacon, got normal Big Mac. Since the fries and cheeseburgers from the other menu were ready earlier, they were able to cool down in peace! No apology, nothing. When I asked to cancel the order, the only answer I got was "Nothing can be done - you have to wait..."! Aha! This is definitely the worst McDonalds from the worst franchisee in Germany! This experience is enough for me - you should simply avoid the chain!

At 8 a.m., 3 out of 4 quarters are cordoned off for no reason. People are allowed to share the remaining seats together at what is supposed to be the largest airport in Germany. Thank you!

Throw out families with children who are late at night and only want to let the children rest for a short time with security support. Employees are too cowardly to speak directly to parents. What a dirty shop. You shouldn't eat it anyway if you want something from your pension.

The best Hamburger Royal TS in a long time. Great view of the runway. Very friendly staff. Praise to the staff.

Don't keep the opening hours. Total shame, guests are already lining up and it still won't open!! Don't even deserve one star!

We ordered our breakfast menu at 9:14am on a Monday. At 9:42 a.m. they still weren't finished. We left without getting anything because we had to go to the gate. They didn't want to refund my money for the service that wasn't provided. The staff was annoyed and snotty. There was no sign of the shift manager either. By far the slowest McDonalds I know.

The food here isn't nearly as good - we waited forever to order - the atmosphere with a playground for children was quite nice - the food was so good

Order terminal did not issue a receipt. The duty boss (May 12th, 10:45) was unable to generate the receipt and searched for something in the system for a quarter of an hour without finding anything. He didn't want to give his name. Data protection. Rarely laughed so much.

Typical McDonald’s but this place is massive and has like 35 ordering screens. They do sit down delivery service as well as to go and counter pick up. They have good items here that aren’t available at other McDonald’s in the area, which is kind of cool, especially since they have “pancake bites” and their version of a breakfast burrito, except with lettuce. I dunno. Not bad though, it’s more expensive than one outside an airport but not bad.

You can always rely on chicken nuggets. But here they lay in the warming drawer for hours.

The salad with the chicken was an absolute disgrace! Only God knows how old the stuff they sell here as fresh is!

I was put off by the comments but I have had a good experience. It's an MC Donalds with great capacity so it doesn't feel overwhelming. The cleaning is good, the staff friendly, you have the option of having the food brought to your table. The food is good, average

I had the feeling that one or... (no, just one) of the staff was a bit irritated. (but this is the exception!) Otherwise everything is as expected. Except for the cards for delivery to the table, which were missing...

It was the best place I have seen

Very unfriendly, very aggressive employees. The pickup numbers are displayed, when you go to pick up the food there are 4-5 menus there. If you ask which one is mine, see for yourself. The pickup numbers are not called. And when they complain, they hear from employees, "go somewhere else" - the little one with a headscarf and the guy with a white shirt and a bald head, a huge disaster.

As always, wrong order. Always no idea why but always wrong... Never come here again. That was the last time

The McDonald's in Terminal 2 of Frankfurt Airport has a very ideal location directly on the viewing platform. The selection is like any other McDonald's and everything is comparable in price without any big surcharges. This is a good place to grab a burger before departure.

I was there today after a long flight and ordered fries and a twenty piece of Chicken Mc Nuggets. Fries were cold and there were only 16 nuggets in them. In addition, the tables were dirty. All in all, an absolutely disastrously run and dirty McDonalds that I will not visit again under any circumstances.

Nice views of the tarmac and runways. Modern furniture. Food options like every other McDonalds in Germany. Easily accessible from Terminal 1 via SkyLine train or bus service.

Even though there were not many customers, the order came out wrong. One hamburger was missing and the other hamburger had a missing patty. When I told the staff, a person who appeared to be a manager took the hamburger I was eating, put a grilled patty on it, and gave it back to me to eat again without saying sorry at all. And when asked if they could refill Coke, they answered no with an annoyed answer. The service is the worst as basic tasks are omitted.

It is assumed that in an airport this area is open 24 hours a day. However None: Play area closes at 7:30 p.m. (due to lack of staff) Cozy seats with a view of the runway closes at 8:00 p.m. From 8:00 p.m. onwards, eating is only permitted in the pick-up area. Looking at the deep fryers! Pathetic!! Food is like any other McDonald's. Only the app wasn't able to generate a pickup number.

Alleine wegen der Aussicht aufs Rollfeld vom Flughafen ist dieser Mc D die Anfahrt wert auch wenn man nicht verreist. Für unsere Tochter immer wieder ein kleines Erlebnis.

McDonald's in North end Croydon is always very busy. One of the last ones that doesn't have those order stations. You have to queue and talk to a member of staff for your order. I do like this as it is more personal, although the waiting times might be a bit longer. We had breakfast there, food was hot, but the portions seem to get smaller and smaller and the costs are going up and up. Coffee is still great and I much prefer it over any other coffee shop.

Halt der McD im Terminal 2 - Durchsatz hoch, aber irgendwie auch schön hier mit dem Ausblick. Essen war warm,.irgendwie keine Papperöhrchen aber was soll's, geht auch so.

Das übliche Fast-Food-Erlebnis. Personal ganz ok. Bestellautomaten funktionieren nicht sonderlich gut, der erste hat nicht reagiert, der zweite nur bei jedem zweiten Klick. Bei der Lieferung an den Tisch fehlte die Hälfte.

Es ist ein toller Servicestandort mit McDonald's-Essen und mehreren anderen Restaurants, einem Kinderspielplatz und sogar Toiletten in der Nähe. Warm im Winter und kühl im Sommer. Parkplätze finden Sie am Flughafen P9. Im Vergleich zu anderen Parkplätzen ist dieser P9 leicht zu erreichen und sehr günstig.

Bestellautomaten funktionieren nur wenn sie wollen. Platzschilder waren nicht vorhanden. Im ganzen fühle ich mich in diesem Laden nicht wohl. Die Bedienung war trotz allem sehr nett.
