McDonald's in Zeitz - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

The waitress asks me how dare I take a photo even though I only scan a Qr code that is posted directly in front of the food being served. I have rarely seen such unfriendly, brazen and overwhelmed staff.

We had iced latte and McSundae, the ice was completely melted when we got it and there were no ice cubes or coffee in the latte, so basically just lukewarm milk.

We have been here again for a long time and were disappointed. Tables and benches were dirty and sticky, the food (nuggets, some burgers, netted potatoes) was complete in our case, but some of it was cold, only an apple turnover was still hot. There aren't even straws with the drinks anymore. Not even with iced coffee with whipped cream, not even when asked. Waiting time almost 40 minutes. Orders were already being brought to the tables, which were placed long after us. Our order was only carried out when we asked. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

So one of the most expensive breakfasts for the menu + butter croissant 12 euros juice mini cocoa medium cup and bacon new with egg is the most expensive breakfast in the area. Staff very friendly of course you should also earn appropriately. Nevertheless, every bakery or butcher shop gets you for 7 euros more than here. It is intentional that you want to get rich quickly through violence.

The mini golf course at Hufeisensee near Halle is always worth a trip. Playing golf is a lot of fun in a group.

3 cars in front of me in McDrive and waited over half an hour. Unacceptable.

When we asked for another straw we were turned away without explanation! The action took away from Megges and was not taken seriously by the team at all... I had four children in tow and they were very disappointed about it

Hello, I would like an apple turnover

Been there again for a long time. Has worn off quite a bit. No more straws for drinks, no more soap in the dispenser in the toilet. Although there was little activity, the full containers were not picked up. Result: Not here again!

It just takes far too long. Recently ordered 4 ice creams at the drive in and waited almost 12 minutes. When I asked what was going on, I got a cute answer.

I wanted my Mc Chicken “without cheese”. Instead, the tomato was left out. Read it properly next time.

It's a McDonald's... I don't think we need to talk much about the food. I think I could have visited a real restaurant there. I think it's a shame that when you celebrate your birthday at mc you no longer get the classic birthday party. The employees were very nice at the beginning and tried to make it nice. When the children cleaned up their place and simply put it in the cart where the dirty dishes go, about 10 minutes later I was complained that the dirt should have been put on a tray. I didn't even pay attention to it... but I thought it was a bummer. We haven't been to McDonald's in a few years and I think it will definitely stay that way. It was my first and only time. I would also like to say how horribly bad the toy has become. You can also order some junk from temu. A cuddly toy I saw afterwards was broken... I think it's sad and a real shame that McDonald's has degenerated so much in Germany. The service only gets two stars because they made an effort at the beginning. I also had the feeling that they were quite annoyed by so many children.

Had two cafes, milk foam was cold. The service that brought the goods to our table could have been friendlier. Ambience typical of McDonald's, relatively loud in the restaurant because of children playing in the slide and children's birthday parties.

Delicious food and drinks. Children can play on the mini playground. Usually not many people and clean. But there is one employee who hates visitors! She has already behaved aggressively and expressed herself several times. It's a shame that people like her spoil the general impression of the institution.

I really don't believe it at all! We ordered a burger for a friend and he unwrapped it and the burger was eaten!!!!! Absolute impudence!!!!!!

Ice cream and cappuccino had the same consistency and similar temperature! Because our order was ready at the counter for 20 minutes! This can be done better!

The access to the Golden Möve is relatively confusing. There are a small number of parking spaces, but they are sufficient for this region. There are 2 terminals for digital ordering in the branch. Unfortunately, the burgers were thrown together relatively carelessly and the waitress didn't know where the table numbers were, despite the small size of the branch. Unfortunately, the waste collectors were overcrowded and the tables and seats were very dirty. Still a cozy restaurant.

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn't even busy but the employees were standing around in the kitchen while the tables and floor were very dirty. The tablet storage carts were more than full. Nobody sees this from the employees. The main thing is to stand around and eat the pasta they brought with them in front of the guests. The words work and service seem to be a foreign word for the employees. I had a Mc Chicken Classic and it was bent over. How does that work please? Mc Rib consisted almost entirely of sauce and you didn't know how to eat it without what went on the things. The area manager should check here and send the employees to the training course.

Food doesn't taste good. Very unclean. Tables are not wiped down and if you want to sit down you have to clean the seating. Hygiene leaves more than to be desired.

Die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. Allein die " neuen grünen " Verpackungen " von Wrap sind grausam- das Essen klebt jedes Mal daran 😡 Nach 10 km zu Hause waren die pommes kalt - also definitiv nicht frisch zubereitet. Die junge Dame die uns heute bedient hatte - sehr unfreundlich. Du schnell weder ich nicht wieder bei MC Donald's essen holen. Auf Sauberkeit wird auch nicht geachtet...

Sehr nettes Personal, mein lieblings Mitarbeiter ist Florian er is immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Hätte eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter bei Mces in Zeitz. Die Mitarbeiterin Aniko ist immer sehr aufgeschlossen und nett. Meiner Meinung nach hat Sie ein Chefposten verdient !!! Stammkunde lohnt sich.....

Keine Ahnung ob die Angestellte, die das Essen an den Tisch bringt unsere Sprache spricht. "Hallo" , "bitte" , "danke", "guten Appetit" sollte schon möglich sein. Einfach wortlos das Tablette abstellen und gehen ist unhöflich.

Immer wieder ein sehr symphatisches Team und vorallem kinderfreundlich. Haben immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Macht weiter so👍🏻

Kann mich nicht wirklich beschweren. Das Essen kam schnell und war voll ok. Lediglich bei den Bestellbildschirmen gingen nur 2 Stück, was bei einem gewissen Ansturm auch längere Wsrtezeiten mit sich bringen könnte.

Soweit zufrieden jedoch die Sanitär Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig

Normales McDonald's lief alles reibungslos und geschmeckt hat es auch.

Wir waren gegen Abend da und bestellen bei McDrive. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, aber das Essen war unterirdisch. Pommes nicht heiß und knusprig. Waren trocken und schrumpelig. Konnte und wollte man nicht essen. Die Bürger kalt und lieblos in der Verpackung. Hatte was von einem Puzzle, musste man selbst zusammen setzten. Apfeltasche lauwarm, durchgeweicht und nicht knusprig. Auf dem Aufkleber stand 12:47 Uhr Bis 13:47 Uhr sicher noch genießbar, aber nicht frisch! Nochmal?.....Nein Danke

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehr gut, Essen heiß und frisch. Ambiente ok. Will nicht sagen, früher war alles besser, aber gemütlicher und zum verweilen einladender auf jeden Fall. Wie heißt es so schön? Aus dem fröhlichen Kind, ist ein depressiver Erwachsener geworden. Einiges war früher auf jeden Fall besser. Umweltschutz, gut und schön. Jetzt gibt es aber zum Beispiel nicht mal mehr Trinkhalme zu den Softdrinks. Nicht mal auf Nachfrage. Man kann es auch übertreiben! Die Papierhalme sind eh schon das letzte, aber solche erzieherischen Maßnahmen, sollte man sich als Unternehmen verkneifen. McFlurry mit diesem tollen Holzlöffel kann man sich auch sparen. Flach wie ein Messer. Womit hat dieses Ding eigentlich die Bezeichnung Löffel verdient? Von vernünftig durchgerührt kann eh keine Rede mehr sein. Wie auch? Aber die Plastiklöffel, die man in die Rührmaschine einspannen konnte, sind ja eh schon lange Geschichte. Und die Liste schwachsinniger Maßnahmen, die natürlich alle nur der Umwelt und der Optimierung der Prozesse dienen, wird zunehmend länger und länger. Früher hat McDonalds mal Spaß gemacht. Das waren noch Zeiten...

Hat stark nachgelassen. Bacon-Burger. Warum heißt der so? Bacon kaum vorhanden. Und Strohhalme gibt es auch nicht mehr. Sicherlich nicht gleich wieder.

3 mal essen geholt und drei mal zu Hause festgestellt, das jedes mal etwas fehlte, wenn das Zufall ist...ab jetzt wird gleich kontrolliert, rate ich jedem!

Das Restaurant selbst ist sehr sauber. Die Bedienung ist nett. Aber das was sich da zum Frühstück, Rührei mit Schinken und Brötchen nennt, kann man so für den Preis nicht gelten lassen. Das sind wohl Kinderportionen für 3 Jährige. pS: der Kaffee war gut auch eine ausreichende Tasse...

Ich bin dort schon einige male gewesen, und kann mich nicht beschweren. Das Essen ist immer schnell da. Die Pommes sind sehr gut gesalzen 👍. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Kassensituation. Man kann nur an dem Computer bestellen. 4 Sterne ✨✨✨✨

Halt MCD hier mit sehr gut gelaunten Mitarbeitern

Wir haben als Familie eine größere Bestellung getätigt- mittlerweile ist es ja bekannt, dass man seine Bestellung kontrollieren MUSS, was wir auch getan haben- fehlte natürlich einmal Pommes. Dies wurde dann gemeldet- patzige Antwort erhalten- sie haben alles rein getan- natürlich... nochmals nachgesehen, erneut gemeldet. Die Damen wollten uns keinen Glauben schenken... Kunde war höflich- Personal nicht!!!

Haben heute morgen 2 Mc Muffins Bacon und Egg sowie 2 MC Muffin Fresh Chicken bestellt. Leider waren die Muffins kalt und es fehlte der Käse auf den Muffin mit Chicken. Es war auch im Restaurant nicht viel bis gar nichts los. Als ich mich per Telefon beschweren wollte ging niemand ans Telefon

Wenig Publikumsverkehr... trotzdem reichlich Personal was scheinbar überfordert ist. Essen nach längerer Wartezeit ok. Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische im Außenbereich stark verschmutzt und klebrig. Nach zweifacher Aufforderung hatte dann jemand Zeit gefunden und kam mit nem Lappen vorbei... Service geht anders.

Bestelltes Menü war ok. Personal sollte jedoch unbedingt mal nachgeschult werden. Ich bestell am Display, es sind keine Tischschilder mehr da (jedoch keine weiteren Hinweise) ... Ich geb also ne 45 ein um in der Bestellung weiter zu kommen. Dann kommen zwei Damen mit meiner Bestellung auf mich zu und meckern mich voll was mir anfällt den Tischservice am Sonntag zu nutzen obwohl der sonntags nicht angeboten wird . Woher soll ich das wissen ??? Ich war das erste Mal in Zeitz im Mces und wahrscheinlich auch das letzte Mal. Sowas geht gar nicht !!!! Die wissen anscheinend nicht das ihr Gehalt von den Gästen kommt. Ich komme selbst aus der Gastro und wenn ich mir das im Restaurant erlaubt hätte, da hätte ich von meinem Chef min. ne Abmahnung erhalten ! Personal sollte daher dringend nachgeschult werden !!!

Essen war schnell fertig und auch ganz gut diesmal. Habe aber auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Beim Ambiente bin ich der Meinung das es seit Jahren nicht mehr an Mc Donalds erinnert , wenn man es sieht. Alles so "kinderunfreundliches" aussehen .

Smoothie besteht aus 2 Saftsorten und Eiswürfeln und schmeckt ungekühlt nach nichts. 🤠 für 4€ absolut bodenlos.

Bedienung ist Freundlich Aber die Leute in Küche schmeißen gefühlt den Bürger einfach in die Verpackung /vom belegen haben die allgemein keine Ahnung und bei den Pommes will ich gar nicht erst anfangen traurig sowas für den Preis
