McDonald's in Riedlingen

Once again the entire restaurant was dirty. There was almost no table that wasn't covered in dirt.

Spicy chicken nuggets were inedible because they weren't fried all the way through

Why doesn't anyone wear a hat/hairnet in the kitchen??? This is unhygienic and disgusting. And please tell that store manager to cut her fingernails….

DISASTER!!! 1 hour after my chicken burger I had very bad cramps/stinging in my stomach and shortly afterwards I threw up!! Disgusting NEVER AGAIN!

The chocolate chip cookie is OK. Drinks are good and you can choose from a lot of varieties. You don't need any service. You know the atmosphere: one like the other.

Fertilized place to eat quickly, although sometimes it takes a long time. Like today, when there is only one person in the kitchen and one person at the checkout. Probably because of the holiday, but you can still do it faster so that the food doesn’t get cold

War heute im ADAC Auftrag dort um ein Reisemobil abzuschleppen. Es war schwierig mit dem MAN ran zu kommen.Bei den Arbeiten brachte uns das Mac Team kostenlosen Cafe. Zum wenden mussten viele Gäste umarmen , was das Team ganz locker gemanagt hat. Kann dies nur Top bewerten , macht weiter so.....

Bad employees, burgers where the cheese didn't melt, 10 minutes waiting time for a cheeseburger and on top of that, hair in the food. I'll never come back here again! Disgusting!

Zero competence. Chai Late is the same as ICE cappuccino for the staff.

A typical MC with nice staff and they were running fast.

We were there yesterday around 1 p.m. Here an above-average friendly woman with glasses (unfortunately I don't know her name) served us. I've never experienced that in any McDonald's. My warmest thanks and keep it up. Hopefully this will also be honored.

That was the last time we visited this restaurant. The dining room was dirty, all the tables were dirty, there was leftover food from paper towels and food packaging on the floor. That it isn't even cleaned thoroughly. Burger packaging on the benches is also absolutely disgusting. The service table set up in the guest room, the napkin containers were empty, the wooden sticks were dirty. The toilets just as dirty. The guest room was moderately busy so it should be possible to assign an employee to clean it. Two of the three urinals in the men's toilet were broken and hung with blue garbage bags. Unfortunately my wife had already ordered food and we had to leave the restaurant immediately when we saw it. I also understand that the restaurant manager can tolerate such a situation.

Bad service, only part of the order came, the rest was delivered after request. Everything happened very slowly, all the tables were dirty. Cleaning only after request.

I have never experienced such nice staff at McDonald's. Thank you for your hospitality. If we are in the area again, we will plan our stop here

Based on my observations, this McDonald's primarily serves drive-thru customers. During lunch hours on weekends, I’ve noticed fewer than 20 customers or families walking in to place their orders. The interior is clean with plenty of seating available. The air conditioning is on during summer, making the atmosphere quite relaxing. Some tables are equipped with Schuko outlets and USB ports, allowing for convenient phone charging. There are four self-order kiosks, but one screen was unresponsive, and another didn't accept my card for unknown reasons. The toilets are available and well-maintained. Side note: I ordered a Sundae with a Mehrwegflasche and paid an extra €2 deposit, but the staff mistakenly gave me a regular cup. I would not have been able to get the deposit back if I hadn't kept my receipt. Therefore, it's important to keep your receipt after ordering.

Tables weren't clean. The staff was unfriendly when asked about it. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

One of the best MCs I've visited. The store was packed (to the limit) and yet the team did everything they could to find my daughter the Minion figure she wanted. The boss then presents them all to her to choose from. As I said, the store was full! 10 out of 5 stars. Was there on June 30th at 6:30 p.m

Juice shop! Constantly forgetting things in the orders. No matter whether it's things from special promotions or burgers. I've also had plastic parts in my drink because they don't do anything. This shop is life-threatening and not good for your wallet either.

Good McDonald's. Added 07/27/23: Tables dirty and not cleared, no table service, one panel doesn't work. Staff friendly. Added 6/2/24: Forgot another burger. Socks were also forgotten when they were available, and I still haven't received an answer from support. Juice shop.

really nice mcd, but sadly 1 hr before closing are drinks limited to only packed water or packed juice... i was hoping to get some nice cold Coca-Cola with ice but had to have water..

If the ordering machine I used had worked properly, I would have gotten into the car in a better mood...

Got cold fries that felt like they were made 20 minutes ago, who had 2 pieces of chili chees nuggets missing and the order took a long time. What do you pay for if you throw half of it away like the two portions of fries? Paid €30 for nothing Burger King is definitely better.

The ice cream machine is constantly broken, which is really annoying! There is only one service technician for this machine in the whole of BW.

I wasn't really thrilled today! When I asked for 2 straws for my children, I was told that they were only available for shakes. I find that very sad for children with open lips. The food wasn't really warm and the drink mixture was more than watery!

Sitting here right now. Drinks only taste like water due to too many ice cubes. Burgers as good as cold. When we asked if we could have straws for our children because drinking is extremely cold, we were told in a very unfriendly, almost aggressive manner that they were only for shakes. Don't be her beer when it's so cold to drink. That doesn't work at all. Child-friendliness is zero. No wonder there's nothing going on here. Were here last time

Mega class service. I've never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's. You had the feeling of a star hotel which affected the service and the attention.

Es war sehr chaotisch hinter dem Tresen. Bestellung war nicht ganz vollständig. Vermutlich Personal Mangel aus diesem Grund trotzdem 4 Sterne

Essen kam schnell, nur im Cola becher waren keine 0,5l! Bei den Literpreisen, die McDonald's aufruft, sollte der Füllstand schon stimmen!

Von den ganzen "Karrer" Filialen im Umkreis, echt der ungepflegteste. Personal arrogant bis unfreundlich und schlecht unterwiesen in den Systemen.

Sehr freundlich und schnell, der beste McRib den ich jemals gegessen habe. Alles sehr frisch und lecker.

Op door reis even gestopt voor een snelle, makkelijk hap en een korte break. Rustig, snel geholpen en warm. De friet was vers bereid en goed gebakken, de chickenburger was anders van opzet maar smaakte goed en de milkshake was een aangename verkoeling. Een Mac waar gerust even gestopt kan worden.

Das Essen entspricht dem Standard. Die Servicekraft war unglaublich Kinderfreundlich und aufmerksam! Das Ambiente war gut... Leider quillen wie so oft bei MD die Servierwagen über.

Ich kann die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen hier gar nicht verstehen. Auf dem Weg zu unserem eigentlichen Ziel haben wir das große Logo vom goldenen M gesehen und da wir eh etwas Hunger hatten dachten wir, wir waren kurz vorbei. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war die Bude etwas leerer, aber die Mitarbeiter waren alle am arbeiten und auch freundlich. Das Essen kam an und ich muss sagen es hat im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Mc Donalds sehr lecker und frisch geschmeckt außerdem war es noch heiß. Wie ich beobachten konnte machen die die Burger nicht auf Vorrat wenn wenig los ist sondern alle frisch. Ich war wirklich überzeugt da man viel schlechteres gewohnt ist. Auch die Pommer war sehr lecker. Man sollte die Türe reparieren auf dem Klo wenn dsd Schloß fehlt. :) Wir waren zufrieden und können eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

sehr sehr dreckig und der Kinder Bereich ist auch geschlossen. Auf das essen mussten wir sehr lange warten,mehrere sahen wurden vergessen.

Essen war McD-typisch OK und passt iW. Negatives Highlight waren die unfassbar abgenervten Mitarbeiter, die schon im Vorbeigehen einen Kometenschweif arktischer Kälte hinter sich her zogen *fröstel. Man fühlte sich beinahe veranlasst, um Entschuldigung für den Restaurantbesuch zu bitten. Aber bei den Gesichtern hab ich mich nicht getraut. Direkt Angst gekriegt. *shivver Ambiente ist - wie seit etlichen Jahren bei McD üblich - kalt, unnahbar und abweisend, trist und langweilig, lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Der Kunde soll sich ja nicht wohl fühlen, sondern gefälligst sein Zeug kaufen, Geld liegen lassen und möglichst schnell wieder raus aus der Hütte. Das ist das McD-Konzept.

Standard McDonalds, man bekommt was man erwartet

Inzwischen von 5 auf Sterne geändert. Der Standort Riedlingen hat extrem nachgelassen on Service und Zubereitung. Allgemein zu MC Donakds sind die enorm angestuegenen Preise nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Und um einigermassen gute Preise zu erlangen über die App macht keinen Spass. Ich will hin fairen Preis und keine wissenschaft davor. Die Apo ist auch lästig mit den popups.

Hier wird mit den Servicezeiten getrickst. Nach 2 Minuten auf den "Abholbereit" Knopf drücken und einen dann nochmals 2 Minuten warten lassen. So kann man sich die Statistik natürlich auch Schön malen. Wird immer schlimmer hier. 2 Bestellterminals gehen nicht. Keine Tischnummern mehr verfügbar. Auf Anfrage wird pampig reagiert. Einer der schlechtesten MC Donalds hier in der Region.

Es ging leider ziemlich lange obwohl wenig Kunden da waren! Obwohl viele Mitarbeiter da waren, waren die Tische nicht sauber und der Boden hat großflächig geklebt!

Essen teilweise warm aber hauptsächlich kalt, obwohl nicht viel los wahr hat die Bestellung sehr lange gebraucht bis sie kam, die Soße für die Nuggets wurde weggelassen und der Kaffee war alles aber kein Kaffee.

Wie immer kalter Burger, lätschige Pommes, dafür super schnell, leider halt auch kalt. Im Restaurant ist es auch immer kalt und es zieht.

Bei meinen vegetarischen Nuggets war ein nicht vegetarisches dabei….muss halt einfach nicht sein 🤷🏻‍♀️ Geschmacklich aber okey …

Wie bei jedem McDonald's man muss halt immer überprüfen ob die Bestellungen vollständig sind

Ich habe noch nie ein Fast Food Lokal bewertet aber dieses ist mir sehr positiv aufgefallen. Sehr sauberer und freundlicher MC. Tische alle sauber und mit Blümchen in Vasen. Toiletten sehr gepflegt. Essen wie immer bei MC Donalds 😊 Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!
