McDonald's in Riedlingen

Wow, you're open until noon and I was there at 11:30. I ordered takeout. It's really sad that the McDonald's sign is allowed here. That's one way to ruin a brand.

I can only recommend that everyone check their order in the store. The last three times, burgers or fries were missing, etc. As much of a hassle as it is to unpack everything in the store, it's absolutely necessary. I'm very disappointed and will seriously reconsider whether I ever buy anything here again.

All the guests were sitting there wearing jackets. It was very cold in the restaurant. Consequently, the food that had been ordered also got cold relatively quickly.

The restaurant was a maximum of 18°C ​​tonight, with an outside temperature of -5°C. The cheese on the burgers had the same consistency as if it were fresh out of the fridge – the burgers were lukewarm, as were the fries. The staff were "highly motivated," and the return trolley was filthy. To top it all off, there was a pervasive smell of urine outside the restrooms. Never again!!

The food was okay, as expected. But please turn up the heat. It was freezing!

It was freezing cold, frozen solid after just 10 minutes. The food was also cold. The staff couldn't even answer a simple question about a receipt and then sent us away with completely bizarre excuses. The place wasn't even remotely pleasant. The children's area was locked. We were so glad to be back in the car!

Waiting forever for food at the McDonald's drive-thru (15 minutes) and something is always missing from the order. It completely kills your appetite.

It's truly disgusting how the staff prepares the food... I waited 20 minutes for two burgers and fries, and during that time I watched them work (it felt like they were doing it in slow motion, as if they were falling asleep, and my burger was being prepared in the back kitchen without gloves). Was it worth even one star? Well...

The restaurant smelled strongly of feces, urine, and cleaning products. The service was very chaotic. I got food poisoning from my visit. A hygiene disaster. I will never go back to this restaurant. Apparently, there was a power outage during the night; it's quite possible that food wasn't properly refrigerated or disposed of.

Satisfying, just not what it used to be

Unfortunately, the visit was very disappointing. Some of the orders were incorrect, the wait time was significantly too long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Furthermore, the restaurant area was unkempt—tables weren't cleared, the floor was dirty, and the restrooms were in poor condition. For a large chain like McDonald's, a certain level of standard should be a given. The prices have become very high—absolutely unjustified for such poor service.

I never really had a problem with the Mc in Ried, but I just got a Coke that was almost just water. I thought it was really funny, but I'm a bit disappointed 😂

The worst restaurant in the entire chain. Waiting more than 10 minutes for a coffee and a ready-made sandwich when there are only two customers in the restaurant is absurd. And it's not the first time. You just want to stop by a fast-food restaurant for a quick coffee on a trip, but in the end, the wait time turns into an experience like that of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Simply disappointing and unacceptable service.

Very unfriendly staff. Table service is no longer offered. Even if you still ask for it, you don't get your food. Only one employee comes over and complains and becomes aggressive towards young people. The food is always cold, and the burgers are just thrown together. The workers are lazy, spend a lot of time on their phones, and friends and acquaintances of the employees are given priority and get free food and drinks. I live in Riedlingen myself, but personally prefer going to McDonald's in Saulgau for a better atmosphere and better food.

Ordered via app and picked up at the store, and as always, something was missing! So it's best to always check. It wasn't busy, and the employees were completely listless. Then we had to eat dry fries and chicken nuggets on the go, without a single bit of sauce. I don't know where the employees' minds are all the time, but they're not at work. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time.

A truly disappointing visit. Everything was dirty and sticky, there was trash on the floor, the restrooms were unkempt, and the children's area was filthy. Even though it was almost quiet, we had to wait over 25 minutes for our food. You felt so dirty afterward that all you wanted to do was take a shower.

Actually, the MCS was always pretty good, unfortunately it has declined considerably over the last 3 months. Today it was particularly bad. The middle door in the girls' restroom has been broken for months and the left door is almost impossible to unlock. Unfortunately the sockets are always dirty with lettuce leaves and sauces, nobody cares to clean them or anything... oh well. Today the manager was here, the order menus stated that the ice cream was unavailable and the milkshake was available, since the new milkshake and ice cream were supposed to arrive today we decided to go to the MCS today. Everything was great and we ordered 2 milkshakes because they didn't have the ice cream. After waiting 15 minutes we got a message saying that there was apparently no new delivery and therefore the milkshake wasn't available. So why can we choose the milkshake on the menu? When our food finally arrived our drinks were half full and unfortunately the burger was also wrong, so we had to go back to get the order correct. Afterwards, we wanted to get some ice cream since they had the regular McFlurrys. However, they apparently weren't available anymore, even though the manager had gotten an ice cream five minutes earlier. In general, the staff today were very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to work.

It's okay, we've experienced better McDonald's.

I placed the order on my phone, and all I had to do was enter the code into the cash register, but for a long time, no one came to enter the numbers. Then it was impossible to find a clean table...there were plenty of free tables, but none had been wiped down, and there were no napkins to clean up after myself.

Ordering at the terminal is completely disorganized, as you're supposed to use the numbered table sign, and there aren't any available. And the restrooms are a disgrace, especially if you're coming from a festival and the portable toilets there were cleaner and the doors lock better than here. One positive thing to finish: the food is good, standard McDonald's. I just hope the kitchen staff don't make as much of a mess as they do in the guest area!

Almost everything was excellent. The food was served hot, and the staff there were quite friendly. The dining room was clean and very comfortable, but the restroom was incredibly dirty—a big minus for that. I think 4 stars is just right.

One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Something is constantly out of stock (strangely enough, the nearest McDonald's in Bad Saulgau always has everything). However, the employees are always trying hard.

The food and service get one star—but only because the employees at the drive-thru are so nice. If it were possible, I would give one star because so many things are constantly out of stock. This is just embarrassing for McDonald's and the person who places the orders.

The food is okay. We didn't get any toys at the three happy meals. We only got them after asking. The place is pretty dirty; I don't think they clean here. All the tables were dirty. If the kitchen looks like that, then good night.

When it comes to cleanliness, a visit from the health department is needed

It really leaves a lot to be desired. The service isn't efficient; only half of the self-service machines work, and the employees look like they've been spat on. And please refill your napkins and soaps. Should I dry my hands on my underwear? By the way, your burgers are getting fewer and more expensive.

Very, very, very nice staff, I tipped right away. The food was delicious, the waiters asked if everything was okay and if everything was there. I enjoyed it, and the staff immediately said "cheers!" I would recommend it.

The employees can't really influence the food; it tastes the way it tastes. Both on the floor and on the tables, it looks like pork, because the tray racks are all full, so the trays just stay on the tables. We also waited 10 minutes for three regular coupon orders - people who came after us were served before us, and at least 10-15 of them. It's common practice for employees to no longer understand what you say and not to greet you at the checkout when you pay... It's just a shame. I've had different experiences here in Riedlingen, but the last five visits have all been the same. 😓

I ordered with the app, selected table service, and picked up my half-melted ice cream 10 minutes later. Thanks for that.

Since the restaurant itself is usually not clean enough to sit at a table, and table service is usually unavailable, I'm increasingly using the drive-thru. However, something is missing almost every time, or the wrong product is in the bag. Unfortunately, it's the same problem in Sigmaringen. Long wait times, even with few customers, and missing products.

No more table service displays at all ordering terminals. Well then wait and pick it up yourself, no problem. Screens at the output are all off or defective. Waiting time was also long even though the store was virtually empty. Instead of handing out the finished food, people argue behind the wooden box, even though the food was ready to be served. Tables dirty, toilets dirty. Fries were cold, non-carbonated coke and ice cubes. Tray return was overflowing. All in all, borderline. At the price level between now and then it is a no go shop in Riedlingen

The Mc Donalds in Riedlingen is a complete disaster!!! When you get your food from Mc Drive something is always missing, sometimes a sauce is missing, ok but fries, burgers or nuggets are regularly missing!!! Be sure to check your food, the employees in the Riedlingen restaurant can't count to 2!

Finally a McDonald's to my liking: clean, bright and few people.

Coffee is hard to enjoy, just bitter. Two urinals broken, only the one for children works. It's a shame, because everything in the restaurant looks clean and is functional.

I was on a trip from Stuttgart to town in southern Germany on 22.03.2025 late evening when I spotted the McDonald’s sign and decided to stop by. I didn’t have high expectations initially, but I have to say—this was the Best McDonald’s I’ve visited in Germany. The team was incredibly well-coordinated, and the staff managing orders from customers at desk were both professional and welcoming. The warm atmosphere and efficiency, especially late in the evening, when people are normally tired, were truly impressive. Great job to the team! I really liked how you work together!

Very clean mäces, finally a mäces where the cheese had run and the citizen was fresh. This is rare in a Mäcas.

Bad employees, burgers where the cheese didn't melt, 10 minutes waiting time for a cheeseburger and on top of that, hair in the food. Disgusting! Edit: 2 visits to the breakfast offer. For the first time, more than half of it was unavailable and on top of that there was a spot of mold on the much-loved McMuffin!

I love these McDonalds. Everything is very neat and clean here. We stopped by spontaneously and got the food very quickly and everything was tasty. The service employee who brought us the food always had a nice smile on his face and was very friendly. The manager took care of everything as did his employees. The toilets were also very clean, which is unfortunately not the standard in most Mc's. We were completely satisfied.

The chocolate chip cookie is OK. Drinks are good and you can choose from a lot of varieties. You don't need any service. You know the atmosphere: one like the other.

War heute im ADAC Auftrag dort um ein Reisemobil abzuschleppen. Es war schwierig mit dem MAN ran zu kommen.Bei den Arbeiten brachte uns das Mac Team kostenlosen Cafe. Zum wenden mussten viele Gäste umarmen , was das Team ganz locker gemanagt hat. Kann dies nur Top bewerten , macht weiter so.....

We were there yesterday around 1 p.m. Here an above-average friendly woman with glasses (unfortunately I don't know her name) served us. I've never experienced that in any McDonald's. My warmest thanks and keep it up. Hopefully this will also be honored.

That was the last time we visited this restaurant. The dining room was dirty, all the tables were dirty, there was leftover food from paper towels and food packaging on the floor. That it isn't even cleaned thoroughly. Burger packaging on the benches is also absolutely disgusting. The service table set up in the guest room, the napkin containers were empty, the wooden sticks were dirty. The toilets just as dirty. The guest room was moderately busy so it should be possible to assign an employee to clean it. Two of the three urinals in the men's toilet were broken and hung with blue garbage bags. Unfortunately my wife had already ordered food and we had to leave the restaurant immediately when we saw it. I also understand that the restaurant manager can tolerate such a situation.

Based on my observations, this McDonald's primarily serves drive-thru customers. During lunch hours on weekends, I’ve noticed fewer than 20 customers or families walking in to place their orders. The interior is clean with plenty of seating available. The air conditioning is on during summer, making the atmosphere quite relaxing. Some tables are equipped with Schuko outlets and USB ports, allowing for convenient phone charging. There are four self-order kiosks, but one screen was unresponsive, and another didn't accept my card for unknown reasons. The toilets are available and well-maintained. Side note: I ordered a Sundae with a Mehrwegflasche and paid an extra €2 deposit, but the staff mistakenly gave me a regular cup. I would not have been able to get the deposit back if I hadn't kept my receipt. Therefore, it's important to keep your receipt after ordering.

One of the best MCs I've visited. The store was packed (to the limit) and yet the team did everything they could to find my daughter the Minion figure she wanted. Juice shop! Constantly forgetting things in the orders. No matter whether it's things from special promotions or burgers. I've also had plastic parts in my drink because they don't do anything. This shop is life-threatening and not good for your wallet either.

The ice cream machine is constantly broken, which is really annoying! There is only one service technician for this machine in the whole of BW.

I wasn't really thrilled today! When I asked for 2 straws for my children, I was told that they were only available for shakes. I find that very sad for children with open lips. The food wasn't really warm and the drink mixture was more than watery!

Sitting here right now. Drinks only taste like water due to too many ice cubes. Burgers as good as cold. When we asked if we could have straws for our children because drinking is extremely cold, we were told in a very unfriendly, almost aggressive manner that they were only for shakes. Mega class service. I've never experienced anything like this in a McDonald's. You had the feeling of a star hotel which affected the service and the attention.
