McDonald's in Lennestadt

Shop was almost empty, food could have been much better. Hamburg and fries not freshly prepared. Unfortunately

McDonald's stores are basically all the same, but there are differences in quality. This McDonald's is a good one.

Too overpriced Employees should work more on pronunciation and politeness. Very dirty shop, many tables, floor and seats crumbled and smeared. Tray cart overflowing. Toilet facility, yes. Seems to be a problem that occurs frequently here. You can also see it in the reviews. Given what you have to pay, it's better to eat sensibly. This is an absolute no go!!! During my stay I didn't see a single member of staff tidying up or cleaning anything. 🥺😔👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The first time that a large order in a McDonald's branch was complete and everything was correct. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. So that you can't be served at the table, you simply take away the table numbers. Tables and toilets not really clean. The employees do not wear gloves when preparing the food. This is very unhygienic. This should urgently be improved.

Quite a good McDonald's restaurant. My order somehow got lost, but with all the hustle and bustle there, I understood that and when asked, the food was served immediately.👍🏼

It's just soul food. Even if it's unhealthy, sometimes it's good if you don't basically eat it, hence 5 stars for the food. One star for service, my burger was smothered in sauce that I was already soaked in before the first bite...

Cleanliness in the catering area and in the toilets still needs improvement. You can't really clean 10 tables with 1 wipe without a bucket. Stick accordingly.

The staff was completely overwhelmed and only made the food for those who ate it. One of them just went around in circles but didn't do anything at all. They couldn't have survived the test. They waited 25 minutes for 4 products

The food is average for a McDonald's branch. The one star for the service is far too much, because the customer is definitely not the king here. I strongly recommend that the self-proclaimed “restaurant manager” receive further training on how to treat his guests politely. The way he behaved at the checkout this evening was completely arrogant, disrespectful and far from professional. When there is a high volume of guests, you can be stressed and perhaps even a little annoyed, but they shouldn't let you feel that. Apparently you can afford it there, because the many negative reviews about the service speak for themselves. I used to enjoy going there, but I won't throw a cent down people's throats anymore.

The mcdrive has become a complete disaster. Sometimes you stand there for 15-20 minutes (3 cars in front of you) and then you are rewarded with the wrong food. Operation is now absolutely incompetent

A clean McDonald's. Food was okay. It was warm and fresh. At first something was forgotten, but it was quickly resolved after inquiries. Toilets were clean and tidy.

Toilets were clean, the citizen was fresh and still hot. Many tables were still full of crumbs from previous guests. It could be cleaned more often

The dishes are too dry and are very expensive, for this money you can buy something much better. Also, not all dishes are always available. 👎

I was there with my bowling club, the service was unfriendly, no one felt responsible to serve me, it was a complete disaster, I waited about 30 minutes until a mutt told me, you have to wait, and that in our country. The food wasn't that good either. Never the last dirty shop again.

So it had nothing to do with fast food anymore, there was almost an hour waiting time, the staff was overwhelmed. Customers who wanted to pay at the counter were studiously ignored. People were already stuck in front of the counter.

I had complete diarrhea afterwards

I would never eat anything again! Everyone who was there with me and ate all had stomach pains, diarrhea, etc. like me. Well, now everyone can decide for themselves where it came from

Was the only customer at the drive-thru. The lady had nothing better to do than point out to me that I HAD to place my order at the column. Customer oriented!!! Then I drove on. There are also other places where you can get something to eat. Never there again!

Just around 9:45 p.m. I ordered 2x 20 nuggets and 2x Royal ts and 1 Diet Coke to take away and only got 1x20 nuggets instead of the amount ordered. You can't work any worse

It can't be that we eat more and more expensively and the queue at the MC is getting longer and longer, 4 minutes per car, what's that?

Unfortunately it's not like it used to be, you don't feel well, tables aren't clean, fries and burgers are cold, one visit is enough for the next six months.

Quite OK for in between meals. The service, on the other hand, is very good, no matter how late it is.

The service man was very friendly and everything was very clean in the guest area. There were mistakes during the meal and the coffee, even though I asked twice, was NOT lactose-free and also without the syrup we ordered. The Essen employees seemed uninterested.

The app is malfunctioning and the hours are not valid, the people who work are rude. I made an order from the application and the specific store showed me that it was open, when I arrived after 20 kilometers it was closed. The next day it took me to tell them what happened and they told me that they don't have the order while it is still open in the application to this day. Obviously, nothing was done to correct the error. On the contrary, when I told her the problem, the girl laughed and made fun of me. As the manager told me, if you don't want to order anything else, continue on your way. If there was a minus I would put it because you are animals.

Update 02/26/24: Simply closed without having it anywhere. RUDE. It also says open in the app! Order if possible.

Staff were friendly. There were some tables that were not clean with food and ketchup sticking everywhere but they have enough space. I like the self-service machine where you can order and pay. It makes the service a lot faster.

Sehr nette Bedienung, der Herr vermisst im Winter den Schnee.. ☺️. Total sympathisch, er ist so gut gelaunt, obwohl er am 25.12.23 arbeiten muss. Ein absoluter Gewinn dieser Mitarbeiter. Ach ja, das Essen war lecker, die Verkaufsräume sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 👌

Nettes Personal, Essen teilweise frisch

Sternhagelvoll mit vier Mann eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss reingekommen. Die Dame am Schalter war freundlich obwohl wir wirklich anstrengend waren. Das Essen kann trotz zig Änderungen schnell und fehlerfrei. Obendrei war alles sehr sauber für den Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Wegen alle dem 5 von 5

Der sauberste Mäcces den ich je gesehen habe. Sonst ist es halt ein Mäcces. Aber sauber.👍

Ich bestelle so oft Chessburger ohne alles also nur mit Fleisch und bekomm immer ein normalen Cheeseburger

Dreckig innen wie aussen . Essen kalt

Over macdonalds eten valt niet veel te zeggen of te klagen. Je weet wat je krijgt. Maar het personeel is erg onvriendelijk en heeft totaal geen uitstraling. Daarbij erg onbeleefd en kort met antwoorden. We vroegen iets over de app en de dame in kwestie was zeer geïrriteerd dat we er naar vroegen. En zei dat we voortaan bij de bestelling bij het bord moesten scannen. En nam niet de tijd om dit in rust uit te leggen aangezien we hier nu in waren

Heute war hier wohl der Wurm drin. Lautes teils etwas unfreundliches Personal. Kein Tischservice! Aber auch kein Hinweis, dass alle Speisen ab zu holen sind. So kenne ich MCD eigentlich nicht... schade

Je nach dem wer da gerade arbeitet. Schonmal essen kalt aber meist alles gut.

Parkplatz schlecht gemacht mit dem drive in. Personal teilweise überfordert, stehen nur rum.

Ein typischer McDonald's. Die Bestellautomaten waren einfach zu bedienen. Das man sich das Essen an den Tisch bringen kann war mir neu.

Der Tischservice wurde wohl irgendwie komplett eingestellt. Die Tischaufsteller waren eingesammelt. Dank der Klimaanlage Marke "Frostschock" wurden meine Pommes dann direkt wieder tiefgekühlt. Dafür blieb das Eis meiner Frau komplett gefroren 😉 An der Sauberkeit im Restaurant könnte man vielleicht was tun. Die Hälfte der Tische plus Boden war noch mit den Hinterlassenschaften unserer Vorgänger belegt. Viel los war nicht, deswegen ging es recht schnell und das Essen war warm (zumindest bis es in Reichweite der Klima kam) Auf der Toilette war es wohl irgendwie zu kompliziert den Seifenspender aufzufüllen. Immerhin stand ne angefangene Desinfektionsmittel (?) rum.

Habe heute mal einen McPlant probiert. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Direkt danach mit einem McRib die Geschmacksnerven wieder auf ein normales Niveau zurückgeführt. Nein im Ernst, geschmacklich gibt es da noch ne Menge Luft nach oben. Ansonsten hatte man in diesem Restaurant das Gefühl, dass das Team gerne zusammen arbeitet. Hat mir gefallen.

Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen McDonald's Restaurants ganz ok. Manchmal wartet man leider etwas zu lange im McDrive. Ansonsten freundliches Personal und ausreichend Parkplätze.👍

Lange nicht mehr so unfreundlich vom Personal behandelt worden. Unmöglich so ein Verhalten.

Viertel vor 12 noch rein gelaufen um was zu essen und durften nicht Mal sitzen. Das man uns das Essen nicht vor sie Tür gestellthat war alles. Ich war eh irritiert das ein MC Donalds schon um 12 schließt.....aber McDrive bis 1 Uhr auf lassen.

Wlan geht mal wieder nicht. Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist nicht gegeben. Toiletten dreckig. Eine Seifebfladche hingestellt, anstatt den Spender aufzufüllen. Mülleimer quillt über. Keine regelmäßigen Kontrollen, sonst würde das auffallen. Online bestellt. Kein Tischservice. Insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

Menschen machen Fehler, doch einige sind einfach nur lachhaft.

Ondanks genoeg personeel in de keuken die duidelijk heel veel plezier hadden met elkaar, was het een rommeltje in het restaurant. Vieze tafels met veel etensresten. In de 20 minuten dat wij er zaten heeft er zich niemand naar het restaurant omgekeken. Dit terwijl het absoluut niet druk was tussen 20:30 en 21 uur.

Pommes leider teilweise komplett roh. (Ja, man hat uns Ersatz angeboten.) Tischservice gibt es nicht obwohl man in der App einen Tischservice anbietet. Von Mc Donalds erwarte ich einfach nur ganz normale Mc Donalds Qualität. Das war nix.

Sehr lecker dort und saubere WC'S

Fast Food halt. Ich bin kein Freund der Küche, ohne App auch sehr teuer. Der Kaffee ist gut.

Cheesburger waren kalt ,war nicht so toll 😡 Viele freie Tische sehr dreckig !

Drive-In dauert sehr lange. Parkplätze sind zu wenig vorhanden.

Sehr Lecker macht aber nicht so Satt. Sehr nettes Personal,Die Tische waren Dreckig aber kam Sofort jemand. Essen kam sehr Schnell!

Essen wie man es von MCDONALD'S gewohnt ist. Ich empfehle aber die Toiletten zu meiden.

Ok, es ist Couponzeit, entsprechend viel war los, vor allem draußen. Mein Burger war allerhöchstens lauwarm, die Tische nicht sauber... Das kannte ich bislang ander und finde es sehr schade
