The burgers and fries are a 10/10. The fries are absolutely delicious. However, the schnitzels are wafer-thin and not that tasty.

A very tasty chip shop, the best in our area. The fries are perfectly fried, the schnitzel is huge, and the sauces are delicious. The burgers are also highly recommended. This definitely won't be my last visit.

Finally, a good chip shop again. We ate there. The fries were really crispy and appropriately salted. The schnitzel was nice and tender. The burger was also great. The portions were more than sufficient. Some of us were fighting ;-) The prices are also absolutely great. We'll be back.

Everything on the menu tastes indescribably delicious. You immediately feel at home when you enter the restaurant; you're greeted and so on.

We visited the chip shop for the first time yesterday. We had gypsy, hunter, and gourmet schnitzel. All the dishes were excellent, the portions were generous, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

It hardly gets any better than this: top-notch food. Top-notch burgers, top-notch schnitzel, top-notch sauces—simply 5 stars.

Maybe we were just having a bad day... The snack bar seemed promising at first glance. With an outside temperature of around 35 degrees Celsius, the propane-fueled open flames flickered at bar table height in broad daylight and sunshine. This increased the heat in the immediate vicinity. The schnitzel wasn't particularly special, but it had probably been bathed in fresh frying oil. The fries were visually excellent and very crispy. The leftovers somehow fell apart into small chips. Not exactly my thing. The sauce wasn't exactly top-notch and was just enough. Mayo and ketchup were just fine. I'm not on a diet. We had a salad, and so were we... better not to comment... Maybe they should have gotten a currywurst after all... It has good reviews, after all. To make matters worse, someone sat in the parking bay behind the wheel of an SUV, waiting for their takeaway. Two parking spaces were taken up at once. The lady didn't notice... or was obtuse. A retiree complained at the counter about the pension policy. Of course, the snack bar owner can't do anything about that. Well, who knows? When will we be back in the beautiful Sauerland? Next time, we'll definitely go to a kebab shop.

We've often heard positive things about "Die Frittenbude." Today we finally got to see for ourselves. The place is great. You can sit inside or outside. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. We ordered burgers, which were absolutely delicious. Absolutely top-notch value for money 👍 We highly recommend Die Frittenbude and would gladly come back.

...I ate a gypsy sausage with fries and mayo today... 👍👍👍👍 ...nothing was missing...especially there was enough sauce for every piece of sausage, which is no longer a given these days. Our food was packed to go, but mistakes happen. It was then quickly served on plates afterward. Very tasty food and fast service!

A quick hunger stop on the way to Bad Driburg. A moped was right in sight, super delicious crispy fries, a fantastic currywurst, and really friendly service!

More than just a snack bar: Freshly prepared, delicious food of excellent quality. The burgers and fries are filling and fairly priced. It gets very busy at peak times, so pre-ordering or making a reservation is recommended. Friendly and fast service rounds out the experience.

The name says it all: you get super delicious fries, large crispy schnitzels, and sauces that are NOT just three mushrooms swimming in them and called hunter's sauce...it tastes like it looks! You can also try burgers and bratwurst here! There's seating inside and outside in the rustic ambiance!

The first time we ordered something there (in advance) and picked it up (it can also be delivered during the week). The team is very friendly, the food was ready for collection on time. It was very clean on site, a modern and very nicely furnished “chip shop”. We had heard a lot of good things about it and were not disappointed. It was super tasty, after about a 10 minute drive home, the fries were still super crispy and everything was hot. Everything tasted very good and the price was also right👍🏼. We will be very happy to come back 🤩

The quality of the food is much better than the name Frittenbude would suggest. Had Jagerschnitzel, Cheese Bacon Schnitzel and the Chefburger. Everything really perfect. Best Jaeger sauce for years!! For a snack bar located on the street, the ambience is really the best possible. Padded chairs, pleasant music and even fire columns. We'll be back :)

Nobody in the place knows me, and I'm not related to anyone or related by marriage, so I can say with certainty that Oberelspe has the best currywurst I've ever eaten. Today we drove from Heinsberg to Oberelspe for the first time to try the best burgers in NRW 😉. We were not disappointed 👍 The Texas BBQ burgers and the cheeseburger were awesome. I haven't had such quality on my plate for ages. The fries are also absolutely top notch. We'll definitely be back ☝️

Was in the Frittenbude for the first time today and I have to say that the fries were super crispy and the burger was really tasty. The preparation was also quick. So all in all a recommendable snack bar. Keep it up.

I ate a Jägerschnitzel in the snack bar, super tasty. The schnitzel was huge and super fresh. The rest of the food on my plate was also very convincing. I can only recommend it.

The small “enjoyment stamp” on the B 55 in Oberelspe The name “Frittenbude” for the small but fine “gourmet temple” in Oberelspe is a bit of a stretch. The small, pretty restaurant on the left on the B 55 (Mescheder Straße) in the direction of Meschede is run by three young, very friendly men with energy and enthusiasm for the menu offering schnitzel, burgers, nuggets and bratwursts in many variations. The rooms are beautifully decorated and radiate warmth. The restaurant can accommodate around 30 people and there is additional seating on the terrace. The dishes are freshly prepared and are very tasty. The portions are large enough and very tasty. There are sufficient parking spaces on both sides of the street. I would happily recommend the great food, the friendliness of the staff and the reasonable prices.

Food very good, never had a burger in a snack bar before! And the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rounding it all off! Service is great, you get your food quickly and the employees are also very nice! All in all a great store, always happy! 👍🏼
