20 minutes of waiting for food is definitely too long for FAST food.

Dishes different from those in my country but same McDonald's tastes. Very dirty environment, rude staff! They forgot our order and for half an hour they didn't even look at us when we asked for information. Terrible

Order was taken and put together quickly. Unfortunately, 1 nugget was missing from the 9 nugget order, so there were only 8 pieces in the packaging. Disappointing since you pay for a 9 nugget. Furthermore, the goods were packed completely “carelessly” in the take-away bag. E.g. fries 🍟 upside down, so that all the fries could be found loose in the bag between the other food. This was the case with the Nuggets also the case. Not exactly inviting when you consider that these are foods that you still want to eat. Massive work can actually be done here on food distribution. For me it was the last time I ordered/purchased anything here. Too bad!

The fries are weak, the order is incomplete, it's impossible to communicate, the only language they understand is German.

Eating as usual... My impression was that there was a lack of staff, most of the tables on the top floor still had trays with leftover food and you couldn't put your own away because the trolleys were also full. The toilet upstairs was broken.

Very disappointing. The employees are extremely slow and unfriendly. In McDrive you have to wait 20 minutes - and that didn't just happen once, but every time it gets worse. It seems as if many employees have difficulties with German or English. You'd better look for something else.

Quality was good. The service was friendly. Waiting time of almost 15 minutes but too long.

The machines don't work; I stood near the machine to pay for 40 minutes. In the end it didn't work out. 25 minutes in line although it wasn't very busy. They didn't include one burger and a milkshake, and I paid money for it.

Do I get something different every time even though I order the same thing? At the ice cafés, one time there is almost only ice in the cup so that it almost overflows, the other time the cup is half empty and most of the contents are ice cubes? Since McDonalds stopped crushing ice, everything that has to do with ice in drinks There's only one disappointment left anyway.. First the Iced Fruit Smoothie and now this.. I won't buy it again - €5 for half a paper cup of ice cubes... it's already bad..

Tastes pretty good at night. Otherwise just a normal McDonald's. But it's best not to go shortly before closing time. My "BigMac" no longer had anything to do with a BigMac. There was only a single lettuce leaf between the bun halves. No patties, no sauce, no pickles.

I've never experienced so little sauce on the burgers as here. The Mc Rib was so dry that it almost stuck in my throat. Likewise the chicken burger. In addition, the tables and chairs were completely germy and greasy. The floor was so sticky that even my shoes stuck to it when I walked.

Today on August 12th I got an Iced Shake Choco Oreo and a McSunday, only the self-order terminal was spinning. The McSunday tasted good but then I took the first big sip of the shake and got a very unpleasant mouthfeel. This shake tastes like dishwashing liquid or shower gel and then they charge €4.39. Is this the new variety now? Iced Shake dish soap. Next time I'll go to the ice cream parlor and pay €9 for a shake. I'm totally disappointed...

Just been to McDrive and ordered a McFlurry with Smarties, nothing more. I paid, put the ice cream in the car and drove home. When I got home I realized it was just ice cream - no Smarties. How difficult can it be to fulfill such a simple order?

In terms of food, it's a completely normal Mc'Donalds, makes mistakes every now and then, but otherwise everything is fine, the store would actually be good if there wasn't this one point of criticism. You will notice that if you want to have your food delivered to your table outside, this will not happen; instead, you will be shouted from the drive-in that the food is ready and you should please go get it yourself. It's questionable, the tables outside are cleaned, but the food isn't brought out. There is one more point, unfortunately people often stay there whose description consists of “can” and “nice”.

I didn't really like the coffee, but in general, the atmosphere is good, the tables are comfortable

Sometimes ok, sometimes underground. Still bad at the moment. Another rubbery McChicken Classic, this time with almost no lettuce AND very little sauce and certainly not remotely fresh. It also tastes a bit like fish. And again, just lukewarm... Early recession: Chicken nuggets are a gamble. Sometimes fresh, sometimes there are parts in the package that are so crisp and hard that they have probably been in the deep fryer twice. Don't buy any more fries late in the evening... What I got back then was a mixture of lukewarm and really cold fries, some of which were dry and some of which were soggy and damp. The impression of fries being swept up from the floor was unavoidable... Really annoying.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Fries cold and extremely limp as if they were from this morning, Bic Mac comes with 3 meats? Toilet completely wet and dirty on the floor etc. I don't recommend this branch. Cola was served despite the broken machine and of course the ice cream machine doesn't work either.

Don't get anything done! The stupid kid “waited” for the apple turnovers for 40 minutes. The rest was now cold.

In fact, I'm very disillusioned. I have the impression that the branch is well past its best. Everything is worn out and no longer clean. Nevertheless, you always have to wait because everything is always full. The location brings an incredible number of customers, but obviously not enough staff. Those who are there don't even accidentally crack a smile because of the stress. And the worst: Every time something is missing from the order. EVERY TIME. And never anything cheap. No sauce, always one of the expensive burgers. There is really a huge problem with the system.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, staff totally unfriendly. Don't stick your arm out the drive window and cheekily claim that if you had parked better you would be able to get there. Cheeky

+ Burger quality good and tasty + Quite comfortably designed + Upper floor with a beautiful roof terrace in summer (as long as it's clean there too!) + Open until 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, until 3 a.m. on weekdays + McDrive + McCafe - Depending on the workforce, it can be a bit disorganized and therefore sometimes with longer waiting times - Toilet facilities are unfortunately often very unhygienic, dirty and very small (As of: 2017-03 & 2025-06)

Long waiting time in the MC Drive even though there was hardly anything going on and the ordering and payment was made via the app. The mayonaise was included in the order but unfortunately the fries were forgotten. There were no jalapenos on the chili cheese burger and the Mc Rip was prepared without onions as requested, but the sauce was also saved on the occasion. Unfortunately we only saw this at home. We don't expect a 5 star menu, but you could make a little effort. At least the food was warm. Too bad, that was probably nothing.

Whether online or on site - there are mix-ups, forgotten things or the like with every order. The parking lot is often very dirty, despite there being enough trash cans. There is a small outdoor play area for children. The McDonald's is right on the B304.

It's all ok. Lots of local kids consuming alcohol in the pub. I have the impression that the operator is ducking for sales and letting them have their way. Still happy again

No tablets. You had to clean up yourself to be able to sit down. McCrispy and BigTasty made with horseradish instead of real sauce

8 out of 10 times when I go through the drive-in and order something, something gets mixed up or something is missing from the order. Some of the employees have a can-do attitude at work!

I waited 20 minutes for a cashier to come. Then waited another 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a small fries. When I got it, she threw it on the counter like she wasn't interested in her job. I've never experienced anything like that either. I wanted to throw the food in her face. In addition, the food was cold and simply slapped on top. The bag where the burgers were in wasn't clean either. The bag had stains on the outside. It was the last time I went to McDonald's! 3 customers left this restaurant because they had to wait 20 minutes. Already very sad. The employee had also argued and shouted with an employee in front of the customers 😂 so very ridiculous!

The menu (which is just a cherry pie) got delayed over 10 minutes and when I asked when is my menu coming and the manager said "Ching Chang Ching Ching and Yocosawa(?)" to me. What the... I strongly do not recommend here.

The tables and seating outside were completely soaked from a rain shower and were not wiped dry after about an hour. An ordered menu WITH the “Glow in the dark” glass was shown to me as “available” in the app and confirmed by an employee when I paid. The menu still came without a glass because it was no longer in stock! In addition, the restaurant didn't really make a well-kept overall impression and the existing "service station" was yawning empty! At least the menu was as expected!

The organization works perfectly here. Otherwise it's just a McDonalds.

It was a great McDonald's in the 90's, with friendly employees and you could celebrate children's birthdays there. Nowadays it's really bad, it's become a bleak, sad McDonald's, something is often missing from the order, then it's too cold, not hygienic, and some of the toilets aren't usable. It's a shame what has become of the great McDonald's 😓. I really hope that it will be somewhere you enjoy going again. Last time it was the cash register systems that supposedly didn't work, instead of hanging a sign on the door, they preferred to scare away the customers 🙈. Something definitely has to change!!!

We've never had a problem with our dog (who lies quietly next to the table and doesn't make a sound) in a fast food branch, never before, but today, while we were almost finished eating, an employee (who wasn't even there) came was marked as such) to us and said that we had to leave and that dogs were not allowed. There is no sign of a dog ban on the entrance doors and they are by no means the only ones who take their dogs with them. The staff is also unfriendly and the food in the branch also leaves a lot to be desired.

I have been ordering food here for couple of times using Lieferando, it's terrible service. Every time they forget to send sauces or drinks, and guess what...today they forget to send a burger (big tasty) and of course they charged me for it.

I recommend that everyone ALWAYS check EVERY order on the spot at ANY McDonalds. Something is always missing or faulty. Unfortunately, this has happened to us several times and at various branches. In this branch yesterday (pick up, eat at home) the Happy Meal we ordered unfortunately had chicken nuggets in it instead of the plant nuggets. Very disgusting when a vegetarian bites into it. The Happy Meal also lacked apple slices. What was left was a disappointed and hungry child. Unfortunately, all that was left to eat was the fries. For us, that was it once and for all with McDonalds. Too many ongoing negative experiences.

The waiting times in this branch no longer have anything to do with fast food. The McFlurry is regularly sold out.

Everything was as usual from this chain, trays clean, food warm, service good and friendly. The only criticism is that the cleanliness of the toilets leaves something to be desired and should be checked more often.

Worst McDonald's in the world. While waiting in MC Drive queue for 30 minutes, saw 5 mice outside. Saw the mousetrap inside when I ate there once. Toilets dirty, smelly, worse than any train station toilet. Employees are endlessly unfriendly and don't understand German. Burgers have nothing to do with McDonald's standard. What's that meat on the Big Mac? Raw! Pooh! You are a disgrace to McDonald's. Health department should close the store. People would rather starve than go there. Danger of food poisoning! The store is unbelievable! The owner should be ashamed of himself for selling such disgusting food.

Impossible. An employee named Valentina (tall, thin with glasses) behaved very rudely today. At first she forgot to pack the cheese sauce and when I kindly pointed this out to her, she got excited that I wanted my cheese sauce and then filled it into an espresso cup and then threw it over the counter to me.

One of the dirtiest and filthiest McDonalds I've ever been to. But the absolute highlight was the pile of excrement in the children's play area, which was acknowledged by the shift manager (!) with a "Yuck!" without any action in the next few minutes. The tables were not cleared for hours despite there being little crowd and, like the floor, were sticky and stained. The kitchen area is also visibly dirty and the work is carried out unhygienically and haphazardly. The toilets smell awful, the urinals are full of urine splashes, the floor is sticky, the toilets are dirty and there is no soap in the dispenser. All in all, an absolute disaster and no longer justifiable!

Thanks for canceling my order after I waited forever and now I can't get anything to eat!!!

When taking away, check your order carefully. Then the disappointment is not so great that several things are missing.

Ordered food from the vending machine and the first thing that was made was the ice cream 🤦🏼‍♂️ and after 15 minutes of waiting I said something because everyone who came before and after me had finished before me. Then the employees spoke in another language that I didn't understand, which was very rude, and then replaced the ice cream for me and I finally got my food after about 25 minutes.

The branch was so cold on Tuesday at around 1 p.m. that you had to keep your coat on while you ate. The women's toilet stank and the floor was so slippery that I almost slipped with my walking aids. Everything in the women's toilet looked shady, the sink, the walls, etc. A waitress drove around our table with her cleaning device (loudly) while we were eating. The tables are dirty. Is there no control there? Disgusting. My Chrispy Chicken was so small and had a thick tendon in the middle.

Habe 20 Minuten auf mein Essen gewartet und anschließend habe ich das kalt erhalten. Das war nicht das erste Mal gewesen, dass es in diesem McDonald’s Store, was kaltes zum Essen serviert bekommen habe.

McDonald hat meinen Post löschen lassen, ohne dass ich m. E. gegen Rili verstoßen habe - das nenne ich Machtmissbrauch, ist ja auch einfacher und billiger als etwas zu ändern! Bitte lest selbst: Kurzform, für alle, die nicht so viel lesen möchten: Lauft!!! Nehmt die Beine in die Hand oder legt den Gang ein und fahrt lieber weiter zum nächsten Fastfood Laden oder in eine nette Pizzeria!!!! Der eine Stern ist noch zuviel! Für alle anderen hier die ganze Geschichte: Habe heute mal Lust auf einen McRib gehabt, mit Riffles Kartoffeln und einem Cheeseburger mit Kartoffelchips (1,- Euro Aktion) per App vorbestellt. In der Wasserburger Landstraße eingetroffen, fand ich eine Mega Schlange, sowohl am MCDrive als auch im Restaurant vor. Lediglich eine Bestelltafel funktionierte, um die sich das jugendliche Publikum drückte. Also habe ich mich brav angestellt. Nichts ging vorwärts: 5 Angestellte waren mit Quasseln und Quatsch machen beschäftigt, 3 haben irgendwie gearbeitet. An der Kasse angekommen wurde mein Kauf schnell abgewickelt und ich musste mit meiner Nummer wieder auf Warteposition. Alle, die mit mir angekommen waren, wurden schon abgefertigt, nur meine Nummer rückte nicht nach vorne. Zeit genug, um im sogenannten Schnellrestaurant zuzusehen, wie sich Angestellte bei Hochbetrieb langweilen und sich gegenseitig im Weg stehen…. Dann endlich wurde meine Nummer aufgerufen! Ich hin zum Tresen, aber nur, um zu erfahren, dass es keinen McRib mehr gibt und welche Alternativen ich wolle. Ich war total enttäuscht: so lange gewartet und das von mir vorbestellte Essen gibt es nicht mehr…. Wie kann es sein, daß einer großen Filiale zur Stosszeit ein Produkt ausgeht, das schon seit Jahrzehnten eines der Topseller ist? Hat man bei McDonalds weder ein Warenwirtschaftssystem noch ein Tiefkuehlhaus?!?! Warum hat man mich nicht schon an der Kasse bzw. In der App darauf hingewiesen? Ich habe mich dann schweren Herzens und unter Protest für einen Big Mac als "Alternative" entschieden. Dabei hatte ich mich sooooo auf einen McRib gefreut… 😢 Also wieder warten. Dann habe ich eine große Tüte mit dem Hinweis, dass ich als "Entschädigung" zwei mal Pommes und einen Hamburger zusätzlich erhalte, in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Als ich nach den bestellten Riffles fragte, sagte man mir, dass man die auch nicht im Haus hat. 😵 Auch auf die Zugabe in Form der Chipstuete musste ich aufmerksam machen. Die Mitarbeiter haben daran nicht gedacht. 😡 Die Pommes waren frisch und heiß, beim Big Mac fehlten die Saucen, der Cheeseburger war eiskalt und den Entschädigungshamburger habe ich gar nicht erst probiert…. Ich habe insgesamt 45 Minuten meiner Lebenszeit in diesem "Schnellrestaurant" zugebracht. Jedem Amerikaner würde es "Grausen wie d'Sau". Hallo die Herren vom Headquarter im Westen Münchens, alle mal Aufwachen!!!!! und hier in der Wasserburger Landstraße ordentlich klar Schiff machen und schleunigst Tatsachen schaffen. Solange das nicht erledigt ist, seht ihr mich nicht mehr wieder und esse lieber Richtung Bayuwarenstrasse beim Marktbegleiter oder in der nächsten netten Pizzeria.

Früher viel besser .Die Sprache untereinander hat genervt.

Das Essen ist mc typisch. Es wird in letzter Zeit weniger bei der Bestellung vergessen. Das Personal am Drive in ist häufig super unfreundlich und verlangt regelmäßig (eigentlich immer) von den Gästen eine Ordnungswidrigkeit zu begehen. Das befahren des Gehweg mit dem PKW! Dabei werden regelmäßig Autos beschädigt da hier der Bordstein angehoben ist für die barierefreie Bushaltestelle.

Mcdonald's halt. Parkplatz etwas klein und verwinkelt. Oben sitzt man deutlich ruhiger.

Der DriveIn war sehr gut besucht, man musste um die 30Min warten. Daher für das Ambiente 1Stern. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiteten sichtlich so schnell es ging und waren freundlich. Das Essen kriegt aus Prinzip 3 Sterne, aber es war warm.

Tische waren dreckig. Man kann auch selber nicht aufräumen da es keine wägen gibt.

Manchmal perfekt, manchmal wartet man 45min für die Bestellung.

Man kann beim Mc Caffee nicht direkt bestellen. Muss erstmal die normale Kasse Der kassiertest dann zum Caffee und gibt der Barista die Bestellung mündlich durch

Ist ein guter McD, alles wie man es erwartet. Zum abnehmen, würde ich aber wo anders hin gehen.👍😜

Frisch zubereitet, nette Leute..

Einer der besten McDonalds in München. Noch nie einen falschen Artikel bekommen immer sehr schnell und nicht hingerotzt. Das man draußen auf dem Dach sitzen kann ist auch sehr entspannt.
