Hey, a really great McDonald’s location with a beautiful terrace and a great fresh air atmosphere. You like to have a bit of a certain feeling while eating. But that’s about it for the positive. The staff is mixed and the service and food delivery is super slow - it has nothing to do with fast food anymore, even if the restaurant is almost empty. Oh well

Eternal waiting times. Something is often forgotten, especially at the drive-in. The organization is an absolute disaster. One employee is working and the others are just standing around. No wonder everything takes forever. Even when there is a lot going on, only one cash register is opened. Of course there are also order terminals but still... Apparently they sometimes don't have various sauces in stock, which I don't really believe, since at least one time when the sauce was supposedly out of stock it was lying open behind the counter. The food can be good, but I have often experienced that the fries were unsalted and the lattice fries were far too hard because they had been in the deep fryer for too long. I also wonder how you can mess up putting proper toppings on a burger... And filling a wrap properly is probably too difficult. Half the wrap was empty. There are always communication problems with the employees because some of them don't speak or understand German well. The dining room is completely filthy and there aren't enough employees to clean it. I really don't know of any other McDonald's restaurant that is as poorly organized as this one and has such incompetent employees... I would prefer to give 0 stars. Absolutely not recommended!

The toilets were so dirty and disgusting and there was no toilet paper.

The toilet was shockingly unsanitary and smelled of urine all the way outside. For a moment we considered not ordering anything and leaving. The staff were friendly and the food was okay.

I used the toilet at 6:32 p.m. I've never experienced anything like that. As soon as the door opened, a disgusting smell of urine hit me like a wave. The floor, toilet and wall were dirty with yellow spots and streaks! The floor stuck where it wasn't wet. I angrily shared this with an assistant. He dismissed this with haha. At 7:10 p.m. I looked in the toilet again. Nothing had happened. The number displays were also dirty. Never again!! You are not welcome as a guest here! The restaurant was not very busy this evening

Truly the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The incompetence of the staff is hard to beat. I was there 3 times for breakfast because Mccs was nearby, and each time there were only incompetent employees. It takes forever to wait, the food is left at the front for 10 minutes until you go to get it yourself because the table service just takes forever. Rolls half burnt and completely poorly topped, half of them are lying next to them. And now I ordered a chai latte, the woman was overwhelmed with coffee like anything else, I stood there for probably 10 minutes, I asked her if it was a chai latte and she said yes, but it wasn't. It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars.

I live directly 200m next to McDonalds and go there often. But recently there was a promotion with Easter and on some days you got 500 points for a €3 order. That's why I went there even though I wanted to eat kebab and I bought a McSmart menu. But when I went into the app I didn't get 500 points, not even 50. I then asked the employees why I didn't get any points. Then she says I should wait a moment or just spend another €3. I waited 30 minutes and didn't get anything. My friend was next to me and also ordered something. Then he didn't get any points. I also think this McDonalds is very sticky and when I walked there I thought I had chewing gum on my shoes! The food is acceptable, but only if it is freshly made. Oh yes, the burgers aren't laid out correctly either, because one time the sauce really flowed out of my chicken burger and the bread and the chicken were shifted. But I would like to thank one of the employees. He was such a German and was really very nice. He even wished me bon appetit. That's why the stars for service are not 1 but 2. I ordered a minecraft menu for 10€, they gave me the wrong toy, they didn’t include any sauces in the order, no napkins, the place basically looked like a garbage dump and the staff didn’t communicate well with customers. And the burger is dented. I didn't like it. And the most interesting thing is that this is not the first time.

This store is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Something is missing with every order, even when asked if everything is included this time and the answer is yes, something is missing when checked. Best example today. It was 1 Happy Meal with Cheeseburger 6 he nuggets Ordered 1 Royal TS without onions. I looked in the bag on site and the 6 nuggets were missing, I got them without an apology or anything like that. Unfortunately, I thought that more flexibility would not be possible. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The cheeseburger was missing from the Happy Meal and the TS was full of onions. I really understand a lot, but it wasn't busy and the order wasn't particularly large. And if I have nuggets that were forgotten and the cheeseburger that was forgotten, we are talking about almost 8 euros that Mc Donald has or would have had to say about the bad mood that neither the food was there or wrong not to talk about it. A family restaurant for quick hunger, where you were warmly welcomed. Now, decades later, we dared to visit a branch - and let's put it this way: Unfortunately, the nostalgia was left behind. There was a lot of fun behind the counter, while another employee appeared to be practicing a new Olympic discipline: the most bored facial expression in the world. We ordered our menu in a modern and digital way at the terminal – at least it was quick. But when the bag was finally thrown into our hands by Miss “I'm-just-doing-my-job”, completely without words (well, a barely understandable order number was waved out at least), we should have suspected that the adventure wasn't over yet. Once outside, the big moment: We opened the bag - and there was the food... artistically staged! The burgers were draped over the fries in an avant-garde balancing act, boxes open, lettuce and sauce artfully poured over the fries. Jackson Pollock couldn't have done it better! Unfortunately, we were more hungry than interested in modern art - so the fries ended up in the trash. In its SWOT analysis, McDonald’s emphasizes that its employees are friendly and trained. Well, if “friendly and trained” means creatively destroying food and fobbing off customers without saying a word, then we’re definitely missing out. Dear McDonald's team, service quality means more than just giving out food - it's about friendliness, attention and ensuring that the customer receives their food in the form in which it is edible. With that in mind: Thanks for the experience, but we won't be coming back. P.S.: Maybe you'll bring back the “I feel like eating McDonald's today” feeling again at some point - then maybe we'll see each other again. But until then, we'd rather stay nostalgic.

I ordered on time, and it said I'd get my order in 40 minutes, but after waiting 35 minutes, I got a message saying my order had been canceled. Then I tried calling, but no one answered. I won't order from them again.

A little, 3 years ago it was better

The visit was an emergency solution. It had to be quick and there was the Mc. just on the way. The TS was no longer completely fresh but still OK. The service was friendly and quick. I would like to say so much about the ambience. The restaurant is getting old. Everything works, but has signs of wear everywhere.

Food was cold. Service, an older gentleman, very unfriendly. Cleanliness underground.

Disgusting, I ate 2 cheeseburgers there on Monday that had a strange taste and then spent 4 days with food poisoning 👍🏽👍🏽

Clean tables, friendly staff, quick and uncomplicated

+ Burger quality good and tasty + Quite comfortably designed + Upper floor with a beautiful roof terrace in summer (as long as it's clean there too!) + Open until 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, until 3 a.m. on weekdays + McDrive + McCafe - Depending on the workforce, it can be a bit disorganized and therefore sometimes with longer waiting times => update: currently very quick preparation and service right up to the seat! :-D - Toilet facilities are unfortunately often very unhygienic, dirty and very small (As of: 2017-03 & 2025-03)

Great McDonald's branch. The chicken burger and fries were freshly made and good. The staff was very friendly The branch is clean and tidy.

Standard McDonald's as you know the chain. The food came very quickly compared to other McDonald's stores. Nothing was missing. Service and speed top. Downstairs in the seating area a bit cold in winter due to the constant door opening. But there is also a seating area upstairs on the first floor.

Unfortunately, our apparently simple order was not carried out correctly: we wanted two milkshakes. apparently a difficult undertaking. The chocolate milkshake was made with a kind of iced coffee (?) syrup instead of chocolate. Upon request, a new chocolate shake was made for us. Again with the same syrup. Too bad. Absolutely rancid. Tables and chairs sticky and disgusting. You can't touch drinks because they're full of Sprite or something similar. Fries are cold and burgers are only half full. Ambience is horrible.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I was there recently and had stomach problems for several days afterwards. Milkshake was completely melted, burgers and fries tasted weird too. Whoever is in charge of management there needs to be replaced urgently.

I ordered Spicy Chicken Nuggets there. 20 he. I got “normal” ones that were “a little warm”. When I complained, they said the hot ones were out! Then I received “old ones again” that were completely dried out and totally tough. I feel a bit ripped off and won't eat there anymore.

Where should I start? Poorly organized staff, long waiting times, incorrect orders, extremely many people on site, extremely dirty (which is also the case in other branches), one of the employees was beaten up by a supervisor in front of all the customers, customers who came later were served first , etc. Before we went there to eat, we ordered something from a delivery service that never arrived, and we didn't see any way to contact the delivery service or cancel the order. PATHETIC COLD FOOD First time tried a McDonald’s in Germany and it’s definitely my LAST! Horrible food! Super COLD and sticky breakfast wrap, COLD Dark Chocolate despite getting asking for a warm one and getting a COLD one again with a lot of pathetic attitude from the staff. WORST AND RUDE SERVICE. The tortilla from thre wrap was all stuck on the paper as if it was kept there for ages! And even get me started on the MILK being served in the name of CHAI LATTE!

There was only one meat patty in my double burger, the curley fries were soggy and way too greasy. The sour cream we ordered was sold out and with a growl we were simply given sweet and sour sauce... as if that had anything to do with sour cream 🤷🏻‍♂️ The service was bad and the lighting was partly broken and it was cold in the "restaurant"...DO NOT go there. For some reason lately every time I order from the Mcsmart menu my drink doesn’t come with neither a lid nor a straw! It is almost impossible to drink from the paper cup they serve the drinks on without a straw or a lid! Something needs to be done about this

A beautifully decorated Mc's. I mean, if you expect top food, service, etc., you're obviously wrong in a fast food drive-in & restaurant. But every now and then after a long car ride, after school or just in between, it's always great. You can understand that the prices just keep going up and up, but if it continues like this, Mc's will soon cost a small fortune for a family of 4... otherwise it's what I expected

I was shocked to discover a cockroach on my food tray. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of hygiene. Unfortunately the manager couldn't be found to clarify the situation. This experience permanently put me off McDonald's.

Classic McDonalds with quite a lot of parking spaces. The service is sometimes one way or another, but I tend to get the impression that they are committed. The food is typical McDonald's, when it's busy you feel like you're getting fresher products. At peak times the crowd is mixed, rather young. Ambiance, of course there are nicer McDonalds, but in itself it's okay. Cleanliness, the service makes an effort, but at peak times it is rather dirty.

During our last 5 visits there was a problem every time: once fries were missing, then the order via the app didn't arrive, today the burger was forgotten - not to mention various sauces were missing. What makes things even more difficult is the long waiting time at McDrive, which can reach 30 minutes... the term “fast food” is really reduced to absurdity. Today was the last time I was annoyed, I'm not going there anymore!

We hardly ever go to MD anymore, it has simply become unattractive. The breakfast menu is absolutely uninteresting, if I want a nice breakfast I definitely won't go to MD. Western sauce extra hot has now been completely removed from the range, which is really a shame. Unfortunately for me it has gotten a lot worse, so we rarely visit it anymore. In my opinion, MD is currently driving itself into the wall because there is always something “great + new” coming out. Unfortunately it doesn't improve it, but rather takes away from the actually popular character of MD

I ordered a maxi menu. The food came relatively quickly. The net potatoes were cold and quite little for a maximen menu. After I complained about them, I got new ones. What was funny about that? Half of it was cold and the other half burned your mouth.

Worst service ever! Then you ask the boss and she immediately becomes aggressive and throws you out immediately and makes strange hand movements. Once and never again, you should teach them how to talk to customers if you have a problem. You shouldn't eat there.

We ordered at McDrive, but as ALWAYS something was missing and something was wrong. I never learn to check on the spot for fear of the food getting cold, but it's not possible that something is missing every time EVERY time and that the order delivered to me is wrong. Simply speechless, you even feel the desire to come back again.

I want to tell you something else, I parked in the same McDonald's parking lot for two weeks because there was a construction site there. I didn't receive the first parking violation in a letter until six weeks later. 1000 € have now accumulated. I often ordered beef burgers from McDonald's, but each time I noticed an unusual smell that did not correspond to the typical taste of beef. When I asked the staff about it, I learned that the beef burgers are cooked on the same grill that was previously used to grill bacon or other pork products. This is unacceptable to me as it does not correspond to the information on the product description. McDonald’s should serve its customers correctly and ensure that such contamination is avoided. Really cheeky. We ordered. About Lieferando. The order was pushed further & further back. And eventually canceled. Even on site it's just disgusting. We used to go there more often...unfortunately that has changed.

The burgers are more compressed and the sauces are on the packaging rather than in the burger, I don't think they throw away burgers after the specified time, the cheese was already very hard and my walk home was just 5 minutes, was the last time that I drove through the drive in.

Disclaimer, this review was for the old McDonald's about 29 years ago. The one that was rebuild after the plane crash. I can tell it had some ugly McModern updates and the place looks filthy. Looks like work ethics have changed over the last 30 years.

The operator's franchise should be withdrawn and the person responsible for McD terminated.

Order was taken and put together quickly. Unfortunately, 1 nugget was missing from the 9 nugget order, so there were only 8 pieces in the packaging. Disappointing since you pay for a 9 nugget. Furthermore, the goods were packed completely “carelessly” in the take-away bag. E.g. fries 🍟 upside down, so that all the fries could be found loose in the bag between the other food. This was the case with the Nuggets also the case. Not exactly inviting when you consider that these are foods that you still want to eat. Massive work can actually be done here on food distribution. The machines don't work; I stood near the machine to pay for 40 minutes. In the end it didn't work out. 25 minutes in line although it wasn't very busy. They didn't include one burger and a milkshake, and I paid money for it.

Tastes pretty good at night. Otherwise just a normal McDonald's. But it's best not to go shortly before closing time. My "BigMac" no longer had anything to do with a BigMac. There was only a single lettuce leaf between the bun halves. No patties, no sauce, no pickles.

At the ice cafés, one time there is almost only ice in the cup so that it almost overflows, the other time the cup is half empty and most of the contents are ice cubes?
