+ Burger quality good and tasty + Quite comfortably designed + Upper floor with a beautiful roof terrace in summer (as long as it's clean there too!) + Open until 5 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, until 3 a.m. on weekdays + McDrive + McCafe - Depending on the workforce, it can be a bit disorganized and therefore sometimes with longer waiting times => update: currently very quick preparation and service right up to the seat! :-D - Toilet facilities are unfortunately often very unhygienic, dirty and very small (As of: 2017-03 & 2025-03)

Standard McDonald's as you know the chain. The food came very quickly compared to other McDonald's stores. Nothing was missing. Service and speed top. Downstairs in the seating area a bit cold in winter due to the constant door opening. But there is also a seating area upstairs on the first floor.

Unfortunately, our apparently simple order was not carried out correctly: we wanted two milkshakes. apparently a difficult undertaking. The chocolate milkshake was made with a kind of iced coffee (?) syrup instead of chocolate. Upon request, a new chocolate shake was made for us. Again with the same syrup. Too bad. It tasted really bad, like burnt coffee beans or something similar.

The colleagues who are responsible for preparing the deliveries either cannot read or count. If you try the same burger 5 times, it actually fails.

Absolutely rancid. Tables and chairs sticky and disgusting. You can't touch drinks because they're full of Sprite or something similar. Fries are cold and burgers are only half full. Ambience is horrible.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I was there recently and had stomach problems for several days afterwards. Milkshake was completely melted, burgers and fries tasted weird too. Whoever is in charge of management there needs to be replaced urgently.

I ordered Spicy Chicken Nuggets there. 20 he. I got “normal” ones that were “a little warm”. When I complained, they said the hot ones were out! Then I received “old ones again” that were completely dried out and totally tough. I feel a bit ripped off and won't eat there anymore.

Where should I start? Poorly organized staff, long waiting times, incorrect orders, extremely many people on site, extremely dirty (which is also the case in other branches), one of the employees was beaten up by a supervisor in front of all the customers, customers who came later were served first , etc. Before we went there to eat, we ordered something from a delivery service that never arrived, and we didn't see any way to contact the delivery service or cancel the order. PATHETIC COLD FOOD First time tried a McDonald’s in Germany and it’s definitely my LAST! Horrible food! Super COLD and sticky breakfast wrap, COLD Dark Chocolate despite getting asking for a warm one and getting a COLD one again with a lot of pathetic attitude from the staff. WORST AND RUDE SERVICE. The tortilla from thre wrap was all stuck on the paper as if it was kept there for ages! And even get me started on the MILK being served in the name of CHAI LATTE!

There was only one meat patty in my double burger, the curley fries were soggy and way too greasy. The sour cream we ordered was sold out and with a growl we were simply given sweet and sour sauce... as if that had anything to do with sour cream 🤷🏻‍♂️ The service was bad and the lighting was partly broken and it was cold in the "restaurant"...DO NOT go there. If so, I have warned you here. Then I'd rather have TK pizza at home 🤷🏻‍♂️

For some reason lately every time I order from the Mcsmart menu my drink doesn’t come with neither a lid nor a straw! It is almost impossible to drink from the paper cup they serve the drinks on without a straw or a lid! Something needs to be done about this

A beautifully decorated Mc's. I mean, if you expect top food, service, etc., you're obviously wrong in a fast food drive-in & restaurant. But every now and then after a long car ride, after school or just in between, it's always great. You can understand that the prices just keep going up and up, but if it continues like this, Mc's will soon cost a small fortune for a family of 4... otherwise it's what I expected

Always check that everything is in the bag. We were missing a burger and, for the second time in a row, a nugget.

I was shocked to discover a cockroach on my food tray. This is absolutely unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of hygiene. Unfortunately the manager couldn't be found to clarify the situation. This experience permanently put me off McDonald's.

Classic McDonalds with quite a lot of parking spaces. The service is sometimes one way or another, but I tend to get the impression that they are committed. The food is typical McDonald's, when it's busy you feel like you're getting fresher products. At peak times the crowd is mixed, rather young. Ambiance, of course there are nicer McDonalds, but in itself it's okay. Cleanliness, the service makes an effort, but at peak times it is rather dirty.

I ordered McCrispy spicy but got a cheeseburger. And instead of spicy dip, what I ordered was sweet chilli sauce. How can that be???

During our last 5 visits there was a problem every time: once fries were missing, then the order via the app didn't arrive, today the burger was forgotten - not to mention various sauces were missing. What makes things even more difficult is the long waiting time at McDrive, which can reach 30 minutes... the term “fast food” is really reduced to absurdity. Today was the last time I was annoyed, I'm not going there anymore!

We hardly ever go to MD anymore, it has simply become unattractive. The breakfast menu is absolutely uninteresting, if I want a nice breakfast I definitely won't go to MD. Western sauce extra hot has now been completely removed from the range, which is really a shame. Unfortunately for me it has gotten a lot worse, so we rarely visit it anymore. In my opinion, MD is currently driving itself into the wall because there is always something “great + new” coming out. Unfortunately it doesn't improve it, but rather takes away from the actually popular character of MD

I ordered a maxi menu. The food came relatively quickly. The net potatoes were cold and quite little for a maximen menu. After I complained about them, I got new ones. What was funny about that? Half of it was cold and the other half burned your mouth.

Cold fries without salt MC rib with as little BBC sauce as possible and very interesting "the volunteer card" which was actually introduced for all volunteers in Bavaria is not recognized in the heart of Bavaria (at least that's what the people of Munich think) (not just here in MC) You can learn a lesson from us in Lower Franconia. Connected the car to the BioStrom and then went in to let them know (it says on the column that you should let the service person know). Then I went to the management, who said: it's been broken for 4 years, didn't they know?? As a house manager, I would be ashamed to say something like that. I think to myself, what are you for?

We wait outside at 10 degrees for 40 minutes for our food. 20 minutes after the supposed delivery time, the order was canceled without comment. Great service.

Worst service ever! Then you ask the boss and she immediately becomes aggressive and throws you out immediately and makes strange hand movements. Once and never again, you should teach them how to talk to customers if you have a problem. You shouldn't eat there.

We ordered at McDrive, but as ALWAYS something was missing and something was wrong. I never learn to check on the spot for fear of the food getting cold, but it's not possible that something is missing every time EVERY time and that the order delivered to me is wrong. Simply speechless, you even feel the desire to come back again.

I want to tell you something else, I parked in the same McDonald's parking lot for two weeks because there was a construction site there. I didn't receive the first parking violation in a letter until six weeks later. 1000 € have now accumulated. I don't know how you're supposed to find that, McDonald's has always been a refuge, a place of peace, where no one asked you how long you were on the Internet or if you had to charge your notebook or cell phone out of necessity. Of course, you at least consumed the least amount of food during this time. And I think a coffee for four euros could also include the costs for heating, lighting and internet. Now there is this parking space monitoring from Parkdepot. For four weeks I stood in the McDonald's parking lot every day because it was the shortest route to a construction site for me. I often ordered beef burgers from McDonald's, but each time I noticed an unusual smell that did not correspond to the typical taste of beef. When I asked the staff about it, I learned that the beef burgers are cooked on the same grill that was previously used to grill bacon or other pork products. This is unacceptable to me as it does not correspond to the information on the product description. McDonald’s should serve its customers correctly and ensure that such contamination is avoided. Previous entry: Despite the fact that 7-8 people were doing something unmotivated behind the counter, orders inside can only be made at the machine. It's just stupid if you don't need a table stand to complete the order and don't get a receipt. At the counter you will first be advised to order from the machine. Really cheeky. We ordered. About Lieferando. The order was pushed further & further back. And eventually canceled. Even on site it's just disgusting. We used to go there more often...unfortunately that has changed.

The burgers are more compressed and the sauces are on the packaging rather than in the burger, I don't think they throw away burgers after the specified time, the cheese was already very hard and my walk home was just 5 minutes, was the last time that I drove through the drive in.

Disclaimer, this review was for the old McDonald's about 29 years ago. The one that was rebuild after the plane crash. I can tell it had some ugly McModern updates and the place looks filthy. Looks like work ethics have changed over the last 30 years.

The operator's franchise should be withdrawn and the person responsible for McD terminated.

20 minutes of waiting for food is definitely too long for FAST food.

Order was taken and put together quickly. Unfortunately, 1 nugget was missing from the 9 nugget order, so there were only 8 pieces in the packaging. Disappointing since you pay for a 9 nugget. Furthermore, the goods were packed completely “carelessly” in the take-away bag. E.g. fries 🍟 upside down, so that all the fries could be found loose in the bag between the other food. This was the case with the Nuggets also the case. Not exactly inviting when you consider that these are foods that you still want to eat. Massive work can actually be done here on food distribution. For me it was the last time I ordered/purchased anything here. Too bad!

The machines don't work; I stood near the machine to pay for 40 minutes. In the end it didn't work out. 25 minutes in line although it wasn't very busy. They didn't include one burger and a milkshake, and I paid money for it.

Tastes pretty good at night. Otherwise just a normal McDonald's. But it's best not to go shortly before closing time. My "BigMac" no longer had anything to do with a BigMac. There was only a single lettuce leaf between the bun halves. No patties, no sauce, no pickles.

Do I get something different every time even though I order the same thing? At the ice cafés, one time there is almost only ice in the cup so that it almost overflows, the other time the cup is half empty and most of the contents are ice cubes? I've never experienced so little sauce on the burgers as here. The Mc Rib was so dry that it almost stuck in my throat. Likewise the chicken burger. In addition, the tables and chairs were completely germy and greasy. The floor was so sticky that even my shoes stuck to it when I walked.

Today on August 12th I got an Iced Shake Choco Oreo and a McSunday, only the self-order terminal was spinning. The McSunday tasted good but then I took the first big sip of the shake and got a very unpleasant mouthfeel. This shake tastes like dishwashing liquid or shower gel and then they charge €4.39. Is this the new variety now? Iced Shake dish soap. Next time I'll go to the ice cream parlor and pay €9 for a shake. I'm totally disappointed...

Just been to McDrive and ordered a McFlurry with Smarties, nothing more. I paid, put the ice cream in the car and drove home. When I got home I realized it was just ice cream - no Smarties. How difficult can it be to fulfill such a simple order?

In terms of food, it's a completely normal Mc'Donalds, makes mistakes every now and then, but otherwise everything is fine, the store would actually be good if there wasn't this one point of criticism. You will notice that if you want to have your food delivered to your table outside, this will not happen; instead, you will be shouted from the drive-in that the food is ready and you should please go get it yourself. It's questionable, the tables outside are cleaned, but the food isn't brought out. There is one more point, unfortunately people often stay there whose description consists of “can” and “nice”.

It also tastes a bit like fish. And again, just lukewarm... Early recession: Chicken nuggets are a gamble. Sometimes fresh, sometimes there are parts in the package that are so crisp and hard that they have probably been in the deep fryer twice. Don't buy any more fries late in the evening... What I got back then was a mixture of lukewarm and really cold fries, some of which were dry and some of which were soggy and damp. The impression of fries being swept up from the floor was unavoidable... Really annoying.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Fries cold and extremely limp as if they were from this morning, Bic Mac comes with 3 meats? Toilet completely wet and dirty on the floor etc. I don't recommend this branch. Cola was served despite the broken machine and of course the ice cream machine doesn't work either.

Long waiting time in the MC Drive even though there was hardly anything going on and the ordering and payment was made via the app. The mayonaise was included in the order but unfortunately the fries were forgotten. There were no jalapenos on the chili cheese burger and the Mc Rip was prepared without onions as requested, but the sauce was also saved on the occasion. Unfortunately we only saw this at home. We don't expect a 5 star menu, but you could make a little effort. At least the food was warm. Too bad, that was probably nothing.

Whether online or on site - there are mix-ups, forgotten things or the like with every order. The parking lot is often very dirty, despite there being enough trash cans. There is a small outdoor play area for children. The McDonald's is right on the B304.

8 out of 10 times when I go through the drive-in and order something, something gets mixed up or something is missing from the order. Some of the employees have a can-do attitude at work!

No tablets. You had to clean up yourself to be able to sit down. McCrispy and BigTasty made with horseradish instead of real sauce
