Well-kept and trendy house. Casual atmosphere and nice staff.

We were in this “restaurant” yesterday as well-paying customers. We visit very often, but we were disappointed. We were served very poorly at 2:30, even though the shop closes at 3 a.m. According to the team leader's announcement, we were moved outside and we didn't feel treated well. One reason was that we have to clean here now. The manager was very unfriendly, hasty and was insulting. After we got the food outside, a lot of things were missing and the manager's answer was that he would bring it straight away and that's it never came and then turned off the light outside and ate in the dark at 2:45 a.m. We want the management to get a fair punishment Lg

Service was very nice, wanted to wash my hands in the toilet, it was terrible how it looked there... definitely hadn't been cleaned in ages and the faucet was broken, they also told me it didn't matter... well...

It's always clean and the food arrives so quickly. The staff is nice and always smiling. I would simply recommend it

Since there are no more chilli cheese nuggets, that's the last reason to go away. I can only recommend the food truck opposite on the Jet, you pay exactly as much for 10 times the quality and taste, with friendly employees who still enjoy cooking

Ordered 2 cappuccinos in the drive through. Sadly a few km down the road we noticed that we got Chai Lattes instead of what we ordered.

They can't read or understand. I don't understand why you use staff in the drive in who don't understand anything. Instead of mustard sauce I had sour cream and mc rib with onions instead of without.

McDonald’s just. Personally, I miss the McFarmer, for me that was the best burger ever.

I intentionally don't give any stars for the food because I don't eat much. Ice cream, Mc. Flurry, Mc. Suney are great, coffee is always a pleasure too. You'd rather eat cake somewhere else. Otherwise I don't eat or drink anything there. The restaurant is clean again, was different and tidy, the employees are all very nice and understand you well. Unfortunately it was different. The separation between the dinette and the Mc. I really like coffee, and if the weather permits you can also sit outside, there's a slide there too. Today I got the Mc. Downloaded Donaldsapp and tried it out straight away. I ordered an ice cream using the app. In the store because I didn't trust the app. It was sent and then freshened up... that was clear when I ordered it a few seconds earlier. But that's exactly how the process should be: the device in the Mc. Donalds should recognize when the customer's cell phone is nearby and only then can the order be put together. I'm still trying that out too. If you order something, you get points for it - similar to Payback. And for the points you have collected, you can choose something in this point class or continue collecting. For my first order through this app, I received 200 points and could theoretically get free ice cream next time. I liked it, I often come by for an ice cream or a coffee 😄 The price has increased significantly - but the last time I got a Royal TS there was at least 5 years ago.

The food has improved in recent years and everything is much cleaner. So you can actually recommend the shop for a little snack.

Ambience in the typical McDonald's appearance. Illustrative, but boring. Ordering is complicated with lots of questions on the touchscreen. When you finally go through the payment process after more than 7 minutes, you take a number and wait at the table. It takes about 5 minutes for the “food” to arrive. What can you say, sad disillusionment is presented to you without a word, almost thrown away. The twisted fries were good and to my surprise, hot and crispy for once. That's it... The "loud" chicken burger in the advertisement is the biggest outrage. Despite the fact that I was the only one ordering at the time, I got a cold burger. The salad is wobbly (possibly leftovers from the day before?), the mustard sauce is over-seasoned and covers everything else that could create a sparkling taste. The bun is soft. The napkin offers more strength like the sad sight of this bun. The crispy chicken, which was advertised as loud, did not meet expectations in any way. It was limp, dry and without any taste. What was supposed to crunch only did so slightly. A slight resistance between the teeth suggested that something might be there. But it felt and tasted like days-old bread crumbs in the breading. I think this will be the case across Germany. McDonald's is finally over for me. Service is only there to bring food to the table. No humanity or closeness to the customer. The customer is worth nothing at McDonald's except the money he leaves behind. The staff doesn't radiate any friendliness either. You look into empty eyes and depressed faces. Yes Google, it was like that and I'm not fake.

In Poland, McDonald's shakes are better and more liquid. Here I feel like I'm eating Nutella and not drinking it

You are filmed and are allowed to pay a fine for parking. There is no reasonable evidence of filming either in the building or in the parking lot

We ordered ice cream for delivery. Unfortunately, instead of a McFlurry with chocolate sauce, there was a McFlurry with raspberry sauce. The new Magic McFlurry is way too sweet and has a weird consistency. Shade😢I've had better experiences with McDonald's, but this time it was total Rhine Falls

Really bad. Cold food, wrong foods. Service annoyed or bored. Never again. Paid €20 for a pile of dirt! If I'm going to eat something unhealthy, then it has to taste good. 0 stars from me.

We had to wait forever for coffee. Then an ingredient was missing from the coffee... ice had melted and the burger was cold. When asked, the missing ingredient was only added reluctantly.

Food was warm and came quickly. Everything itself was clean. Therefore 2 stars deducted. If you find fast food restaurants where everything is always quick, you should pay particular attention to hygiene. I know it better from other McDonald's.

Once again, we only found dirty tables on site. The staff clears the trays away from the cart, but apparently no one notices that the tables need to be wiped down. I hope the hygiene is better when preparing food.

The mcs is a good place to grab something to eat if you're really hungry. Service is quick and good with the burgers, fries, etc. I've never had any problems

The food and service were ok. But you can only park in the McDonald's parking lot for 2 hours. If you stand there longer, you will be punished. This is monitored by camera.

Seit dem Parkplatz Strafzettel 2 Stunden 10 Minuten überschritten 20€ habe ich keine Bock mehr hinzugehen.

Dieser McDrive ist das aller letzte, von 10 Bestellungen war gerade mal eine vollständig bzw. Richtig in den Tüten.. Mal fehlen Pommes mal fehlen die Spielsachen beim Happymeal. Dann sind die Getränke falsch, Cola anstatt Sprite, mal fehlen Nuggets. Dann wird einem gesagt diesen Fruchtquatsch beim Happymeal gibt es nicht und wenn man vor fährt ist der ganze Kühlschrank voll damit. Die spitze des Eisbergs war der Milchshake. Ich fahre da abends ca. 22:00Uhr hin und bestelle einen Erdbeer Michshake, zum ersten wurde ich da geduzt was im ersten Moment befremdlich war aber dann doch sympathisch, zum anderen haben die es nicht geschafft eine einzige Bestellung korrekt zu richten und gaben mir einen Vanilleshake. Dieser Shake wiederspiegelt buchstäblich was in diesem Laden falsch läuft. Ich weiß nicht ob das Management von dem Laden auch so ein Hampelmann Verein ist aber ihr solltet mal euer personal ordentlich Schulen bevor euch noch vorsätzlich Betrug vorgeworfen wird… Fehler können passieren wir sind alles Menschen aber von 10 Bestellungen 9 falsche, waren ein Milchshake zu viel.

Der Service hatte schon stark nachgelassen, jetzt verschicken sie schon Strafzettel wegen Parkverstößen. Achtung ! Wer dort ein Treff macht und länger als 2,000 Std. parkt bekommt ein 20€ Knöllchen von einer dubiosen Firma aus München. Dabei werden die Kennzeichen per Kamera bei Ein-und Ausfahrt erfasst ! Wo ist da der Datenschutz ? So kann man den Laden auch für neue Gäste freikriegen, oder auch Kunden für immer verlieren. Werde keinen Fuß mehr in diese Kette setzen. Unverschämt sowas !!!

Extrem positiv überrascht von der Ehrlichkeit der Gäste bzw. des Personals: Ich hatte meine neuen AirPods Pro dort verloren und über die "Wo ist?"-Funktion lokalisiert. Nach einem Anruf bei Frau Gomery bzw. Frau Kutschi wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie gefunden und im Tresor sind! Nach einer Woche habe ich sie dort abholen lassen! Ganz herzlichen Dank an das Team!

Am besten beim Mc Drive immer die Bestellung überprüfen! Fehlt zu oft was! Echt ärgerlich!!!! Ist anscheinend schon schwer eine Bestellung korrekt abzupacken

Dem Klientel entsprechend funktioniert weder ein Seifenspender noch der Handtrockner. Alles wirkt schmuddelig. Keine der bestellten Soßen war bei beim Essen dabei. Lieber nicht mehr !!!!

Holen uns immer Essen und stellen uns an den Rhein. Jedesmal fehlt irgendwas, mal ne Portion Pommes, mal ALLE Burger. Und fast nie sind Saucen dabei. Wir werden es noch einmal probieren, wenn wieder was fehlt, geht es absofort zu BurgerKing.

Ich stehe um 9:58h an der Drive-In Bestellung. Die Dame meldet sich dann um 10:00h exakt als die Anzeige sich ändert um mir mitzuteilen, Frühstück sei jetzt vorbei und nur bis 10:00h möglich. Bei rausfahren (ich habe also nichta bestellt) sehe ich, wie zwei MCD mitarbeiter mit Headset sich gemütlich mit den Insassen eines anderen Autos unterhalten. Danke für gar nichts.

Also eigentlich mag ich mcs sehr das Essen schmeckt gut aber manchmal ist das Essen so unköstlich dass man es nicht mehr essen will. Zb der Käse ist nicht mal im Burger drinnen sondern daneben. Oder der chickenburger sieht aus als wäre er 10 Tage alt.

Ich versteh ja solange wie der Vorrat reicht... aber wenn die Gläser ausverkauft sind kann man ein Aufkleber draußen anbringen das man es gleich sieht was abgeht. Haben uns gefreut essen für viel Geld Bestellt. und am letzten Schalter zu erfahren sie sind ausverkauft... Naja MC Donalds ich bin raus

Also war bei Mc Drive, Personal sehr freundlich allerdings die Bestellung 1 Fish-O-Filet mit Köse.....naja hätten sie Streifen dazu schreiben sollen es war nur 1 Streifen Käse drauf ! Mc Rib lag schon ne Weile, total durchgeweicht, in der Verpackung war fast mehr Soße verschwunden ! Die Curlies oder so wie man das bezeichnet, eher kl. Stücken....nicht der Rede wert. Die spicy Nuggets, ok. Aber es war für dieses 1 mal, als letzte mal dort.

Das Mc Donald‘s Restaurant in Germersheim bietet nach wie vor einen sehr guten Service an und die Qualität der Gerichte ist unverändert gut. Da ich das Restaurant regelmäßig besuche, kann man sagen, dass das Restaurant einen guten Service jahrelang anbietet.

Nettes Personal. Sehr zentral und sehr laut gelegen. Sieht sehr modern und neu aus. Essen schmeckt!!
