McDonald's in Bad Bentheim

The employees are absolutely courteous and polite. Top! The ambience is a bit too cool for my taste but that's probably a matter of taste. When it comes to food, I'm generally not a burger fan and since there aren't too many other dishes, I'm always a bit lost here. But you're welcome to stop here on your way there or back to/from NL. 👍

Nice new McDonald's. Nothing special. In the evening it can be full and therefore the tables are not necessarily clean. Everything okay.

The food was classic as always at the big fast food chain, nothing special. The coupons used to be nicer, but today the situation has taken it to that extreme. I only drove through the drive. In contrast to many other locations, it was spacious, clean and easy to drive on, even with a lower car. Can't say anything about the situation inside, but I wanted to praise the staff who were on shift at the drive-in this afternoon (December 26th, 2024). I've never had such a motivated and friendly colleague on the phone before; she also had a warm, quick small talk at the window. Likewise the friendly young man who brought me the food to the waiting parking lot - finally someone with a smile on his face, spoke in complete, really nice sentences and was careful when handing out the goods. He also very politely wished me a Merry Christmas. So there are still people who value their work! Big praise!

Got a burger that was already a bit dry, not fresh

There were always long waiting times in an empty restaurant and then I unfortunately realized that the fries had been forgotten

We waited a very long time for our order together with other customers. And this while it was not busy. And then end up with a bowl of (half undercooked) fries dripping in grease. Trash bin overflowing, mess, no staff??

Here is not only a good location to the motorway, but also the really wide parking lot 🅿️! The room is huge and has large display windows so you can keep an eye on your car. Dudel music is pleasantly not loud. Nice staff and everything meets McDonald's standards. Wheelchair accessible toilet and barrier-free doors, as well as parking spaces. In addition, the area around McDonalds is not densely built up and you can enjoy the beautiful view into the distance. I am very impressed and satisfied 😁 Five stars 🌟

Clean McDonald's, great staff - very child friendly.

Unfortunately I haven't been there myself yet, but I give it a bad rating because there doesn't seem to be a delivery service on our street! Although we live in Bad Bentheim (right next to the castle). It was impertinent to then throw advertising at us, but not make it possible for us to go to BAD BENTHEIM, where the restaurant is apparently located; to deliver. Yes, things like that really piss me off. In the city where I lived before, this wasn't a problem despite the distance. Apparently it does here.

Absolute disaster here, you order and wait 35 minutes. After asking, they say that the order is not in the system. The amount debited is shown to the bank and you are still waiting. They say it can always get worse, but this branch is really the last one.

The staff, whose complexion is quite dark for Germans, has a problem with handling the order. Maybe it's time to go back to herding goats? I received something different than what I ordered

It looks very tasty and is also great. The toilet is super clean but you wait 20 minutes for the food

McDonald's actually had a special joke here. And – remember – the table numbers are actually assigned multiple times. If no one believes me anyway, you have to go there yourself as long as it hasn't been corrected yet. Unfortunately I sat at the wrong table number 23 and the poor waitress (I feel a bit sorry for her) wasn't told that there was another table number 23 further back. Well, strangely enough, this results in problems with the app ordering to the table, who would have thought that possible...

Hilversum: Center, is just bad. Vreelandseweg, excellent, good atmosphere, nice location!

At this McDonald's you shouldn't have any time pressure, and the term fast food doesn't apply here at all. It takes up to 20 minutes on Mc Drive

I went to a job interview at this restaurant and went to work for 4 hours on a Sunday, the manager Mohamed kept calling me to sign a contract to start working, he never called and didn't even say a word about it, what a lack of respect and consideration, I was not paid for the 4 am

Received a moldy burger, not recommended to eat

The food was nasty, tasted like it was old as f. The service was terible too. Wanted too change the sauce but the woman that finally came to help was incredibly arrogant. Even for a mcdonalds.. Dont eat here...

Been to a German McDonalds for the first time in 10 years. Had a delicious McRib. And apple pie. (Such a shame that these are no longer available in the Netherlands). Much better than in the Netherlands. Super clean, toilets clean, floor not dirty, a complete relief. Really enjoyed it.

Royal TS menu ordered fries almost cold and soggy drink overloaded with ice cubes (request was without ice cubes) means less of Fanta, table dirty and under the table too. No straws are supposedly abolished. Patty response from male employee to complaint. No respect for women. If you are in a bad mood, the gentleman should change or terminate your employment relationship. Don't bother, I won't eat at this McDonald's again for the rest of my life

Rarely have I seen such an empty McDonalds. Everything as expected.

The worst McD branch in Germany: - The garbage concept, an outrage, the customer should separate their leftover food themselves - The service is underground: the terminal is mandatory, an order at the counter is harshly rejected. - There is no help at the self-service terminal. - Older customers are unwanted people. - it couldn't be more sophisticated. - I travel a lot in Germany and know McD branches in all federal states. - This is the worst - The franchisee Eckstein thinks this is all completely normal and doesn't accept criticism. - This is all about maximizing profits, the customer doesn't matter.

Dealing with customers is a disaster. The lack of communication and unfriendliness of the staff lead to a negative customer experience. It is important that companies invest in training to teach their employees how to treat customers appropriately.

Very neat McDonalds, well cleaned and maintained. Toilets are neat and the interior is neat and clean. The outside terrace is fantastic and the German quality is 10x better than the Dutch McDonalds. Definitely worth stopping here for food!

More spacious McDonald's, friendly staff, many ordering kiosks. The food was also fine, standard McDonald's food. Quite affordable this one, slightly cheaper than the one in the Netherlands I think. Smaller play attraction for the children outside, also more spacious outside to sit comfortably.

My question about coffee was answered in an outrageously incomprehensible way with one word, probably “terminal”. We felt like we were disturbing...

I had a burger without cheese and one with cheese. Had to wait at the front of the counter for 5 minutes while my food got cold at the table. They could have brought the burger to your table as a small apology.

Good McDonalds close to the Dutch border. The ambience is nice and the food is like any other Mc's. The shortcoming of the store, like many other branches of the chain, is that paper towels cannot be used in the toilet, but the (disgusting) hand dryers can be used instead

I don't actually write reviews but what you experience here is incredibly bad. Long waiting times even though there's not much going on. ALWAYS something is missing. The crowning achievement was the fries that weren't cooked for at most 30 seconds. in the deep fryer

Service was lousy. Even though the food showed on the monitor as ready for pickup, the food wasn't ready and no employee bothered to ask me why I was waiting at the counter.

I use all Eckstein branches but the store is a mess. There is never anything going on, no matter who is there, everyone is always overwhelmed with everything. Never under 15 minutes for 2 latte macchiato.

Mc Drive with a little waiting time, but freshly made!

The McDonald's staff member who was serving us in the morning truly went above and beyond. They not only made the food delicious but also provided exceptional service with a friendly attitude. Their hard work and dedication definitely made a positive impact on my visit. It's great to see such outstanding service, especially during the early hours.

Very clean, modern restaurant. However, you had to wait 15 minutes for two coffees that you had already paid for. This is diametrically opposed to the concept of a fast food company. Therefore unfortunately only 3 stars.

Restaurant looks modern and bright. Toilet clean and odor free. Therefore 5 stars for ambience. However, the food isn't that great. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers, actually the most common thing at McDonalds. Actually run-of-the-mill burgers where you can't go wrong, you think. Four hamburgers were made and two of them were packaged as cheeseburgers. I wouldn't even want to write this review if at least all 4 hamburgers had been made correctly. 2 hamburgers had no ketchup, let alone a slice of cucumber. Because the restaurant is right on the highway, it was quick to pick up something on the go. Unfortunately a bottomless disappointment. Good thing there was a Burger King on the next exit. There I was able to dispose of the McDonalds order and make a satisfactory purchase.

I'm slowly getting tired of going there and prefer the McDonald's in Emsbüren! I've often had hopes of getting a reasonable order via drive-thru. Either something is always missing, or you get something else put in without what is said. Another case today - the supplement. I'm used to the snack salad box being well filled. I know this at many McDonald’s. It's just that they fail. What we got was really just a bit green with a few tomatoes on top. My partner's salad wasn't even half full!!! What are we actually paying for?

I do not recommend! Not only did I have to wait quite a long time, and there was no queue and no crowds of customers, but they also managed to complete the order incorrectly. As a result, after a long wait, one item from the receipt is still missing.

Very clean and modern with friendly staff. Attractive outdoor area with a small playground. McPlant burgers freshly prepared and good. It's still a McDonald's, but this is a top branch.

Order was: 2 x snack salad with balsamic dressing. In the appendix I'll include photos of what a snack salad should look like and what I got.....of course I ordered it in the drive and only noticed when I got home what I actually got....really annoying!!! 😞😓😩 UPDATE: I complained about the salads via email the same day. I received a response at short notice and an internal measure (training) was announced. I received 2 vouchers for snack salads that I can redeem in all restaurants in the group - a very professional service after the disappointment! I hope the next visits will be good again 👍

This morning the woman in the MC Drive spoke to my husband in such an anti-social and shameless way!! We ordered 2 coffees, the shop was empty and had to wait 10 minutes for the coffee. Ok no problem, we weren't in a hurry. When the lady finally came my husband asked for a spoon. Logically, latte with caramel needs to be stirred. She then asked snidely if he couldn't have said that earlier. He asked again, do you have a spoon now? She replied again, do I look like I'm carrying the spoons in my bag? Such anti-social behavior. It's a shame that I've already paid for the coffee, otherwise I would have thrown it at her feet for such disrespectful behavior. That will definitely have consequences. I won't let something like that sit with me.

Caution: We waited 45 minutes for 2 citizens and 2 cups of coffee.

Furnishings and ambience are unimaginative. The entrances are in such a way that there is always a draft. And the food tastes delicious even on the second visit

The toilets and hygiene stations have not been properly looked after for weeks. Either toilet paper, or soap, or towels and hand disinfection are missing. I come here almost every day and I'm always annoyed about it. I'm not used to the other houses. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

Heute mal wieder hier gewesen. Von Sauberkeit nichts mehr zu sehen. Personal läuft beim Essen vorbereiten mit Lutscher in den Mund. Ohne Handschuhe wird das Essen angefasst. Schade!!!

So wie man es bei Mc Donald's gewohnt ist Waren an einem Sonntag Nachmittag da. War sehr voll viele Familien mit Kindern Essen war so wie bestellt alles in Ordnung keine lange Wartezeit,Pommes und Burger waren heiß und frisch zubereitet. Super Es war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, die Service Mitarbeiter habe sehr darauf geachtet das das auch so bleibt. Obwohl der lade wie schon gesagt sehr voll war. Top

Wir haben den McDonalds 2x jeweils auf den Hin- und Rückweg unseres Holllandurlaubs besucht. Bei beiden Besuchen waren wir vollstens zufrieden bzw. sogar positiv überrascht darüber, wie gut ein McDonalds sein kann. - Moderne Einrichtung - Frische Gerichte - Schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellung - Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter - 1a Sauberkeit Kann man nur empfehlen!
