Super friendly service. It was packed...yet you didn't get the impression that the waitress didn't have time for you. Top!! Food was plenty and tasty 😋

For me this evening was quite surpise. I was with my familly. Deco and atmosphere was just greatm Kindly and very plesent staff. All my compliments to this restaurant. Pets and kids frendly, excellent service and food. Wish them all the best. Certanly I will come back for tasty baklava and more 👑

We were outside again within 40 minutes. Giros was dry and fried, the veal liver was also overcooked and was almost black. The fries were tasteless (in the Netherlands they often contain herbs). There was little tzaziki that contained too little garlic and no cucumber at all. My husband had the same thing as me but with rosemary potatoes....it was 1 small potato cut into 4 pieces...For the price it was quite little. Service was nice and the atmosphere was nice. But we won't be there anymore.

We ate there today under the new ownership. Today we had to wait 2.5 hours for our food. Food itself was very tasty. However, management made a very big mistake today. Seat guests at the tables without first indicating what the current waiting time is. Conclusion: the restaurant should be very full with guests...please eat somewhere else.

Was there for dinner today. The service was very attentive and friendly. The boss too. The salad buffet was ok for me. The tomatoes were fresh and very tasty and so were the sauces. If you use a little olive oil with the coleslaw, it's also great. I chose the gyro with fries. I have rarely had such good gyros. The fries are suitable and with little salt. There is a salt mill on every table. With a large beer I paid €23. Not cheap but almost normal today. Oh well, there was also an ouzo as a welcome. I'll come back when I'm in the area again

Super food, friendly service!!!

No, this restaurant is definitely not recommended. What is particularly noteworthy, however, is the poor service.

We come to Bad Bentheim occasionally and have eaten here 2-3 times. The food has been ok so far, but the restaurant is always very full and we had to wait 60 minutes or longer for our food. This time too, the food didn't come until an hour later, even though we were early and there weren't many guests there yet. After others who arrived later had already been served their food, the boss realized that he had forgotten about us. Annoying but it can happen. When the food finally came, half of the gyro was burnt. Although ordered without onions, there were onions (of course you could put them aside). The dollop of tzatziki was clearly not enough for the portion of meat. Unfortunately, we now know this from other Greek restaurants. The bifteki was pale and tasted of nothing. The battle between butcher and baker, which is often fought over meatballs, seemed to have been won by the latter. We ordered rice for both dishes and were served fries. The rice was at least delivered later (probably heated quickly in the microwave). We were hungry so we fought our way through eating. However, when we were asked the obligatory question about whether we liked it, we were honest and said what we didn't like. Of course, we would like to say that we were satisfied with our previous visits. Unfortunately, the boss couldn't handle the criticism at all. His words in an indignant tone: “Please leave. You don't have to pay anything. If you don't like what you eat in my restaurant, you don't have to pay anything." Well then, we left and definitely won't be coming back.

The Staff can do Magic tricks especially the owner is really kind and funny he is the best magician in Bad Bentheim. <3

I cannot complain about this place... The staff is magical and the food was nice. The outside terrace is very nice in the sunset evenings. You can acctually learn greek on the napkins

Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet und hat eine besondere Atmosphäre. Wir wurden überaus freundlich bewirtet, das Essen kam zügig und es war sehr schmackhaft. This was the worst Greek place we have ever visited. We hadn't pre-ordered and were greeted quite unfriendly. The liver was tasty, but the stir-fry vegetables were completely tasteless and completely overcooked or fried. And I don't know any Greek where you don't even get an ouzo on the house when you pay. Never go there again.

Hello, I come from Northern Germany. We have some really good German here today! Get Greek food. Tzatziki €7.30, Feta Saganaki 13.50€, Suvlaki 17.50€ [ 2 skewers, handful of fries, 2 tablespoons Zazicki]. I can say that the prices really irritated me. There is no organic food, no special preparation/creativity or possibly original food served. Maybe common in this place. Then eat like this. I'm full and cycling home. Efkaristo.

Absolute catastrophe not recommended. Starters were forgotten, when asked, oh we forgot. They didn't bring it either. Salad with frozen chicken meat totally soft/ wobbly, disgusting. When I asked the staff about it, I was cheekily told that it came from the grill. I've never experienced anything like that.

It's great that it's open from 4 p.m., we like to eat early in the evening. The host is very nice and friendly and we were warmly welcomed even without a table reservation. The gyros are super tasty and fresh, the portions are okay, a little more rice would have been nice, the salad bar is okay. Tip: the ouzo! We'd love to come back.

Good restaurant, we were there 1 day before Easter, everything was full, luckily we made a reservation, because it was so busy it took a very long time before our food came, we did get an extra drink on the house for the long wait, food was tasty.

We went with a group of 8 people and one baby, the staff was very friendly, also towards the baby. Very nice Greek background music, I loved that we started off with shots of ouzo! Their wine is amazing, and the food took me back to Greece. I would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

Then the ambience. Really nice and brightly decorated. It's a pleasure to sit here! Even beyond the food. I had grilled calamari which was REALLY delicious. There were not only the usual side dishes, no, but also fresh salad to put together yourself and a small bowl of “lemon cream”!?! At least that's how the boss explained it to me... 😂 The entire meal was way too much for me! But that's how it is here... You'll DEFINITELY get full... 😵‍💫 The ouzo was delicious and cold, the beer 🍺 Radeberger... 😂 As a Bremer, I’m “spoiled at Beck’s”… 👍 A nice evening! Thank you 🙏 Addendum: I also ate with Dimitri and his sister Stella on the second day of my stay in Bad Bentheim. Meat today… Gyros in Metaxa sauce. What can I say… amazing!!! Here too, high-quality products were used. And you can simply taste it! The sauce is not overly seasoned, but mild like a good Metaxa... It's just fun to spend a nice evening here!!!

Meat dishes very salty. I'd rather order an extra drink because I enjoy it, not because I'm thirsty. A plus point is a separate salad bar, where you can enjoy unlimited amounts. Not for me again.

Nice people, very nice boss and very attentive service. The salad buffet is available -> but really, I don't have the will to really enjoy it. The main courses focus more on gyros. We had gyros gratinated and farmer's plates (lamb fillet, gyros). Both with fries. The lamb fillet was quite tough (maybe not pared) but well fried. There was a very sufficient amount of gyros and so far it was good. But it could have had more flavor overall. The wine recommendation was good. All in all, only between satisfactory and sufficient, but so far ok. Still, it's a shame that more wasn't made of it in the kitchen.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Ambiente ist ganz nett. Personal ist Recht freundlich aber das alleine reicht leider nicht. Salatbar in meinem Augen eine Vollkatastrophe. Dosengemüse in dem eigenen Sud da einfach hinzustellen (die Erbsen bzw die weißen Bohnen) ist in meinen Augen übel. Hauptgericht war von der Portionsgröße ok, gute Esser benötigen aber eine Vorspeise. Souvlaki geschmacklich gut, allerdings furztrocken. Pommes Recht wenig gesalzen, das ist aber Geschmackssache und finde ich nicht zu kritisieren. Gyros geschmacklich gut, von der Konsistenz aber nicht schön da absolut null knusprig sondern sehr weich. Was ich richtig übel finde ist Tzatziki aus dem x Liter Eimer aus dem Supermarkt. Hab ich genau so schon xmal in der Kantine auf der Arbeit gegessen. Bei einem griechischen Restaurant erwarte ich vernünftiges Tzatziki, ist ja jetzt auch nicht unbedingt zeitaufwendig oder schwer. Vom Service her auch nicht so toll, hatte nach kurzer Zeit kein Bier mehr, mehrere Kellner:in haben dies gesehen und ich habe auch mehrfach neu bestellt aber ich hab keins mehr bekommen. Alles in allem kein vernünftiges Preis Leistungsverhältnis und somit aus meinen Augen nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Het eten was prima, hooguit dat de gyros iets aan de droge kant was. Jammer genoeg was het zo druk dat er niemand meer kwam om onze bestelling voor een dessert op te nemen.

Sehr gutes Essen, ausreichend große Portionen und sehr netter und guter Service. Die Qualität des Essens war sehr gut. Die Leber und das Gyros waren gut gebraten. Leckeres Tsatsiki. Rundum empfehlenswert. Die Wartezeiten waren angemessen für ein gutes Essen.

Exzellentes Essen, sehr gute und sympathische Bedienung, das Ambiente verdient 5 Sterne und nicht weniger. Waren bereits oft hier, zu Zweit, mit Familie, haben unsere Hochzeit hier gefeiert und kommen gerne so zwischendurch vorbei. Eine tolle Atmosphäre, wie im Urlaub. Und es werden praktisch alle Wünsche erfüllt. Tausend Dank!

Das essen ist nicht empfehlenswert Katastrophe würde nicht wieder kommen Pommes wahren noch weich Gyros nur fett und kalt Essen Mayonnaise aus der Tube

Also so was geht nicht ich bestelle gebackene Zucchini für 9,50€ es war 7 Scheibe ganz dünn unverschämt!!!! Das beste Kammer mit der Hauptgerichte habe ich bestellen die 68 Farkafona Platte 20,90€ das Gyros es war kalt und in Mikrowelle wärmte schon bei der erst mal, reklamiert ich mich zu der Bedienung das Gyros ist kalt nehme er das Teller nach 5 Minuten kämme er wieder uns bringen mir das Gyros 2 mal ins Mikrowelle Wärme gemacht habe ich die Bedienung nicht mehr gefragt, was ist los warum ich das Essen nicht gießen habe habe ich auch noch das ganze Essen bezahlen!!! Unverschämte nicht wieder …

Sehr gutes Essen ! Die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Das Restaurant ist sehr elegant, griechisch, schick eingerichtet. Das Kaminzimmer ist im Herbst und Winter bestimmt ein toller Ort zum Verweilen. Preis-Leistung gut. Qualitativ einer der besten griechischen Restaurants in der Umgebung.

We werden gelijk geholpen door hele vriendelijke bediening, hele gezellige ruimte met leuke Griekse muziek. We werden gelijk voorgesteld aan de salade bar met veel variatie. Snelle bediening en ouzo van het huis met je eerste drankje. Het eten was heerlijk, veel smaak en de tzatziki was vers gemaakt en heerlijk bij de gyros en souvlaki die wij hadden, ook was de patat heel warm wat je niet vaak ziet. het personeel was super klantvriendelijk en kan je leuk mee praten. Wij raden dit Restaurant erg aan.
