Not, “forgot the sauces for the nuggets,” but “forgot the sauces for the nuggets again.” !!! Too bad and sad.

20 chicken mc nuggets were not included in the bag. When we noticed this and went back, the lady said: I can well imagine that they were missing. Gave us the pack of 20 and as an apology simply an apple turnover that didn't taste good. Maybe it would have been nicer to ask if we would like something as an apology, like a hamburger or something.

The last time I was here was 5 years ago and ketchup is still forgotten. Although when eating here, coffee is served in paper cups. Fruit nonsense was brought even though ice cream was ordered. Table was dirty. Food was cold and we waited 10 minutes for it even though it was empty. Still the worst McDonald's I know.

I will no longer be an MC fan in this life.... 🤭

Nice staff but you should probably leave the fries in a little longer, they were soggy for over €4, a bit cheeky..

The store was full, it's the holidays! Ordering the app didn't work at all, after a long wait and inquiries I was told that the internet connection was bad. Even though my phone said that the order was in progress. Otherwise everything is pretty average. Acceptable, but nothing more.

A typical MC on the highway, it's dirty and there's trash everywhere probably because of the many people.

One star is still too many! I had TS and have been lying flat for 2 days with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. This chain needs to be closed. 2 times 2 different locations and 2 times sick.

I was at the drive inn. Burgers were falling apart, the boxes were upright, the mouthpiece of the Cola Zero was dented as a sign of Zero. I found that unhygienic. That's what the numbers are for!

I tried to place my order at two order terminals, both of which froze. I then tried to place my order at the counter after a long wait and was told I should try it again at the terminal...... after all, that's what they're there for!!! Customer service is 0, it's a shame... Then I'll just go somewhere else

Why don't you have other drivers? It doesn't make sense to wait so long. Some of the drivers have to come from Duisburg on bicycles, which is totally inefficient.

We recommend! Yesterday after I ordered there was a problem when we unpacked our food at home. I called the branch. And the shift manager, Ms. Suljkovic, was on the phone straight away. I explained my problem and the lady asked me to come over immediately. Since it was already after 8 p.m. I asked to postpone it until today because I still have small children. We agreed to meet today, June 5th. 19:30 o'clock. I was at the branch on Asterlagerstrasse in Duisburg Rheinhausen at exactly 7:30 p.m. Ms. Suljkovic was already waiting for me. I discussed everything personally with the lady again. And she immediately promised me that she would solve the matter immediately. My wait was sweetened with a cup of hot coffee. And after about 6 minutes of waiting, Ms. Suljkovic was with me again. And had my order packaged warmly and neatly. Rarely have I been treated so kindly and courteously at McDonalds. For me this is worth a 5 star rating today! ☆☆☆☆☆ 1++++ Ms. Suljkovic and her employees. Mister Weber .. You have a great team in this branch This is worth every cent. The restaurant is okay, but the cleaner of Syrian origin acts as the manager. There is racial discrimination against Liverendo workers by women in charge of the shifts. The rest of the staff is very good and friendly.

They forgot my Big Tasty at the Mcdrive. Simply €8 that is missing. I'll never go there again.

So the service was very nice. However, I later noticed at home that my burger bread had mold spots and normal nuggets were simply mixed in with the plant nuggets.

Well, we got there, my son ordered electronically and I chose a seat. Time passed and I had the opportunity to observe everything, Hey and I don't miss anything, many would say the under privileged---- Mega Great, the tables were cleaned quickly and very well, the outside area was cleaned when we left of the guests around the table and underneath meticulously looked and checked, I can only say that MC in Duisburg Station can take a big leaf out of it.

It can't be that this ice cream maker is always broken or not working. I hope we can get this under control here in Rheinhausen at some point!!!

The worst McDonald's I've ever known. I worked in McDonald's myself and know everything that's right and wrong. No matter when I buy something here, the fries are always cold because they are fried too much and then they sit in the fries station for a long time so they are not made fresh at all. There is always something missing from orders. The sauces in the burger are also missing from time to time, so you end up eating dry burgers that no longer taste good. Ice cream is a disaster, half empty, almost nothing inside. No hygiene either. Tables dirty, floor dirty, cart full of pills not taught. My restaurant owner was Mr. Meyer and for us it was all about perfection and customer satisfaction. Here in Asterlager no employee is interested. I would like to know who the restaurant manager is here. I did a lot of research but couldn't find a name

Something has been missing for weeks. No matter whether you buy locally or order via Lieferando. Strangely enough, the ice cream machine has been broken every evening for what feels like weeks. How can that be? What kind of service is this? Mc Donalds has really slowed down sadly 😞😞😞😞🤬🤬🤬🤬

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. We placed our order at the terminal and paid by card. Unfortunately, they were completely overwhelmed by the number of customers. Yes, there was a lot going on, and yes, you get annoyed. But if after 30 minutes the order still hasn't arrived and the number disappears from the display, should you be happy? And as if that wasn't enough, something was missing from the order. Very annoying. You really feel ripped off. We'll never, never, ever go here again.

Why is the cold air conditioning blowing on full blast making my fries cold? I repositioned myself twice because I almost get blown away. *It's November* and it feels colder inside than outside. The cold wooden benches also ensure that no one stays seated here. But it's probably intentional too. At least the food was (briefly) warm and delicious.

I was here again after many years. Ordering on the digital board worked well, but some things didn't match our order; Exchanging was ok but that meant the fries and nuggets were almost cold. Since you have to order online, you can't speak of service in that way and you can't rate it either. The place was clean, but the toilets weren't... However, my choice of burger was very well prepared and tasty, I was amazed...

There's always something to improve, but I'm there less and less often. But I like to eat there every now and then.

I had to fill some time yesterday and was there on site. Honestly, I have NEVER experienced such FRIENDLY staff! 1 with *! The young lady with long black hair with a braid was not only very friendly to me but also looked after the 2 children behind me in an extremely friendly manner. Such staff should receive a bonus as appreciation!!!! The food was warm, fresh and perfectly good, I have experienced it differently. I would love to come back next time I visit Duisburg!

We come here almost every Saturday, it's a ritual. Since our son has swimming before. As a reward, he usually gets a Happy Meal and one or two cheeseburgers without a pickle. We've also forgotten a few things. Luckily you have a telephone. You simply call and you will be reimbursed next time. So far it has always worked. The staff is mostly friendly.

The employees are very unfriendly, or rather the (branch manager). When I ordered my burger, I said "and her number" as a joke and I was then insulted and threatened with physical violence by some people.

Haben 40 Minuten auf User essen gewartet und dann wurde uns noch vorgeworfen das wir das Essen schon bekommen hätten und dass nenenn die fast food

McDonalds halt, das Essen kennt man ja. Leider ein sehr schmutziges Umfeld, der Müll liegt überall herum, auch in der Nachbarschaft und in der Natur.

Mc drive Bedienung am ersten Schalter in Ordnung kein Kaufbeleg .. Und dann ...wie immer wenn man viel bestellt fehlt immer etwas und die Bedienung absolut unhöflich Kann man gerne drauf verzichten.

In dieser Filiale MUSS man seine Bestellung echt Kontrollieren. Habe jetzt des öfteren fehlende Produkte gehabt in der Tüte. Da sollte man den Arbeitern echt nicht vertrauen. Hab die letzten male immer gesagt "Ach komm, kann passieren", aber langsam ist es nicht mehr auf die leichte Schulter zu nehmen.

Eine tolle McDonals- Filiale. Im Vergleich zu anderen Fast-Food-Ketten war unsere Bestellung hier stets ohne Mängel, das Personal ist bisher immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist vorbildlich, hier kommen wir gerne hin.

Zum wiederholten Male, das die Bestellung nicht korrekt ist. Ärgerlich ist es, das es immer die großen teuren Burger sind die dann fehlen. Ich kann nur raten, die komplette Bestellung dort auspacken und kontrollieren.

Die MA sind super nett und das Essen ist wie man es bei MC Donalds gewöhnt ist. Lecker und frisch. Das Ambiente hat ebenfalls 4 Sterne bekommen. Man darf ja nicht vergessen, dass es ein Fast Food Restaurant ist.

Fastfood. Sehr steifes Ambiente. Sieht nach Tummelplatz für Kiddies aus, welche pure Langeweile haben.

Wenn ihr schon die Angebote macht,die Leute mit dem billig Preisen anlockt dann sollte man auch ausreichend personal zu Verfügung stellen, damit alle arbeits Abläufe auch problemlos stattfinden.Was ich gar nicht verstehen kann ist dass die einfach MC Cafe schliessen oder nicht belegen können weil die angeblich kein Personal haben was nicht das Problem des Kunden ist. Beschämend ich kann mir das nicht vorstellen dass es im Sinne von MC Donalds ist.

Das Restaurant alles in allem war relativ laut und weniger gemütlich durch die hohe Anzahl an Besuchern zur Mittagszeit. Das Essen war leider lauwarm. Und wurde reklamiert aber das Personal war sehr sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hat sofort richtig reagiert.

Fast Food Kette halt. Die Öffnungszeiten sind Top. Abends ist doch sonst überall zu! Leider werden Sonderwünsche zwar auf der Rechnung gestellt aber erfüllt werden diese nicht! Richtig unnütz der Laden!!!!

Hab mir heute einen Cheeseburger mitbringen lassen. Sowas vertrocknetes hab ich noch nie gegessen. War wirklich nicht essbar. Muss wohl schon einige Stunden rumgelegen haben.

Ich habe gestern Abend bei M cD in Rheinhausen einen Big Mäc mit Speck und einen Fish Mäc gegessen, vielmehr in jedem Teil zweimal reingebissen. Was soll ich dazu noch sagen? Nur dies: Schw....frass. Das immer noch so viele da was essen.

Die Servicekräfte sind nicht besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man das, mir bis dahin unbekannte, digitale Bestellsystem und den organisatorischen Ablauf noch nicht ganz durchschaut hat!

Modern eingerichtet und relativ sauber. Bestellung und Bezahlung über die Touch-Digitaldisplays ist übersichtlich und zügig möglich.

Es ist halt ein Mekkes, dass man da kein 5 Sterne essen erwarten kann, ist wohl klar. Für Fast Good Verhältnisse kann man nicht meckern. Das Restaurant war bisher immer sauber, das Personal war immer nett und zu 99,9% war bei der Bestellung alles korrekt. Und wenn nicht, war es kein Problem das zu "reklamieren".

Bis auf die Tatsache, dass diese unsägliche App nicht lief... .und das über Stunden, gerade 2x geladen, alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Hat nach Jahren mal wieder echt gut getan , wenngleich auch natürlich leider Preis-Leistung und Qualität nachgelassen hat💛

Essen war lecker. Es wurde frisch zubereitet, sodass essen auch teils warm serviert wurde. Die location könnte echt sauberer sein. Vor allem draußen sind die Tische jedesmal versaut.
