23 min in drive There is only 1 car in front of me.... my burgers were cold, great work, "fast food" if I had driven home I would have been faster but you can't get out of the drive...

Never again!!!!! Rats everywhere outside, shop is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere, service very bad, food very bad, not fresh and cold, wanted to exchange it, it was even worse, disgusting...

Some of the staff are rude, but one or two of them are nice. The food tastes good and there are no complaints. The waiting time is catastrophic. I waited 40 minutes for my food...

I would change the name to SlowFood. The waiting time is at least like for a lobster. Cold . The staff doesn't know what to do

At the drive-thru, only one person is responsible for order acceptance and preparation. There was no option to add extra sauce to the milkshake. I also waited 20 minutes at the drive-in for two milkshakes. There was only one car in front of me. Definitely should have gone quicker than being a large system caterer. Conclusion: never again. Then go to the competition

Were just in this branch and have never experienced anything like it. We wanted to order at the counter and were told that this was not possible but only via the terminals. Unfortunately, this didn't work because you couldn't place special orders. (Without pickles and sauces) As soon as we turn around we notice how other people at the counter were able to place their orders. So somehow something is wrong!

!!!With the vehicle and family, don't go there.!!! This BurgerKing has private parking surveillance. After 90 minutes. A contractual penalty of EUR 53 will be declared there. According to other accounts, it doesn't matter at all whether you are a customer and whether "the hut" is on fire because of all the orders. The games area should therefore not be used if children are also present at the event. The amount of 53 euros for 7 minutes. I think parking too long is disproportionate. Especially since the exits were blocked by new customers and the police at the time after a football game had ended with the street closed. Approaching BurgerKing itself is so difficult. I cannot in good conscience recommend this BurgerKing in Duisburg, even without the hassle of parking. We had extremely long waiting times. The food was so-so. The floor was littered and dirty, and there was no staff to ensure cleanliness during the entire stay. The toilets were fine. The staff seems completely overwhelmed. P.S. That was the day BurgerKing died for me and my family in Duisburg.

Catastrophic. The employees are very friendly, but unfortunately they are of no use. Tuesday evening ~9 p.m.: The branch looks like a mess, there are a handful of guests there, everyone waits forever even though many of the orders are already ready and you can watch them getting cold. Food delivery is completely disorganized, which is why a) it takes a long time and b) almost every order is either wrong or incomplete. Food left my body after 30 minutes, although my stomach is actually very used to fast food with questionable hygiene conditions. But that was too much even for that.

I have never seen such rude and rude employees. When I wanted to speak to the team leader, a 17-year-old teenager was sent to me. I actually just wanted to pack my ice cream and they weren't even able to do that! Never again

First the positive: The staff is friendly and the order was prepared quickly. However, the burger was almost cold, as were the fries and the cola was barely carbonated. I probably won't go there again.

Paid €4.99 for cheese fries, look at the picture of what I got. There used to be a lot more inside, and it looked appetizing. I complained, unfortunately to no avail. They said it was served exactly. Never again. Bad service.

Never again. Everything was freshly prepared. The service was very friendly and approachable. I had the Kings Bacon & Cheese. The patties were super dry. There was also far too little sauce with a mustard flavor, which was unsuitable for me. The onions rings were very sticky. I then missed the onion taste because the breading was too thick, completely tasteless and sloppy.

Catastrophic conditions. The shop is empty, there was only one order in front of us and yet we waited 30 minutes for our food. Of course the order was still incomplete and the wait went into the second round. In the meantime all the food was cold. Thanks for nothing 🙋🏼‍♀️ You could see an employee who was in charge of the checkout, drive-in and packing the order herself and was extremely overwhelmed. You could hear those waiting at the drive-in counter cursing. A pure tragedy.

Definitely not again. The store looked incredibly dirty. Chewing gum on the floor, tables dirty, leftover food and trays everywhere. It was only used as an alternative because MCess was full. The sanitary facilities didn't work at all. Urine everywhere. And the scent, well...what can you say. Never experienced such a dirty fast food restaurant. In addition, the work doesn't seem to be that clean. Stomach sends its regards. Employees were really nice. Unfortunately the small order we had was packed incorrectly. In addition, the goods were not entirely fresh. We didn't finish it either, we just tore off each part of the order and hoped it was edible. It was DEFINITELY cleaner in front of the store than inside. Horrifyingly simply terrifying. And it wasn't so crowded that the store should have looked like that. Food tastes just like in any BK but after waiting almost 40 minutes we came to the counter and the food was packed up in front of our eyes. Fries fell down (on the counter where there was money, etc.) and the employee simply threw these fries into the bag without gloves. In general, who only provides 2/3 employees if it is a sunny Saturday. The whole display was FULL.

Place like it's dead, screens rotten and sticky, employees completely unmotivated and very poor service. So we couldn't order anything because there was no employee at the checkout and only one employee in the kitchen! App doesn't work at all either. Unable to log in. Burger King, never again!!!

If you park your car and want to eat here, you apparently have an hour to do so. Anything above that will result in a contractual penalty of €45 from the operator of the parking lot (Mobility Hub). This means that BurgerKing, which is not always full anyway, has one less customer. With 45€ parking fees, the food must definitely be much better, so only one star here.

The willingness of the employees to perform and the ability to stack burgers are actually very limited. On average you can say that one employee needs 10 minutes for a burger and 5 minutes for a fries. There's no cleaning up either. Of course, at this rate, food arrives cold. Sometimes orders are even forgotten. Given this level of work and speed, it can be assumed that these could also be ex-Deutsche Bahn employees.

Fast food is the wrong term here. Waited incredibly long for food. Only one person works at the counter. If you want to eat here you should bring your time, but be careful, you are only allowed to park for 1.5 hours!

I was waiting 15 minutes by cash register because they turned off all the kiosk. One guy was almost paying when they shut all of them so he had to wait with me over 15 minutes until employees made all the orders and then they could take care of people by cash register. When I wanted to order lady told me I can pay with the cash only. With card I could pay only by kiosk so... she turned on all kiosks again 🤦‍♀️ Sunday afternoon was most of the time of my visit only one guy making fries, taking care of orders, taking orders by cash register and also taking care of drive thru. Maybe its good to hire more people? Food was good but it took me 1 hour with waiting to place the order, wait for the order and eat when there was around 6 orders on place and sure some from the cars. And thr tables were dirty, toilet stinks but guess there was not enough people. I am sorry for them they need to work in such coditions, understaffed.

Food was delicious. However, half the contents of the bag of fries were distributed in the large bag. It was okay for the drive in. But I wouldn't eat there.

18.2. 24. Afternoon... A lady for the checkout and drive-thru. Hardworking and friendly, but with no chance of serving all customers fairly and quickly. I was able to hold back from complaining out of pity. Many others couldn't. I felt very sorry for the lady. The person who plans and deploys staff there deserves one or no stars.

It's really unbelievable how slowly you can work. Half an hour wait for take away even though there was nothing going on. That's how I would like to earn my money. Just chatting with colleagues but not processing an order.

That used to be my favorite BK. Today I had to wait forever for the order, even though I was pretty much alone in the store. The burgers had probably been prepared when ordered, everything was pretty cold, and I didn't feel like making a complaint to the chaotic staff. It's a shame, it used to be good, it's now bad.

Es ist und bleibt das langsamste Burger King das ich kenne.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Man wartet ewig auf das Essen, obwohl der Laden leer ist. Dann bezahlt man ein Getränk, auf welches Pfand erhoben wird, dann ist es angeblich nicht da, man fragt ob man den Pfandbetrag dann erstattet bekommt und plötzlich gibt es das Getränk doch. Nach Durchsicht der Bestellung fehlen mehrere Teile. Man fragt nach und sagt Bescheid und wird dann noch angepampt. Kinderspielzeug wird auch nur auf Nachfrage heraus gegeben

Im jegliche Burger wird Bacon einfach mit dazu gepackt. Ich selber hatte Bacon in mein Big King drinne und mein Nachbar in sein Crispy Burger.

Ich hätte mir definitiv vor meinem Besuch die 1-Sterne Bewertungen anschauen müssen. Das war/ist mit Abstand, bezogen auf verschiedenste Punke, die abstoßendste Filiale von BurgerKing!!! Ich kann nur jedem, der warmes Fastfood, freundlichen Service und eine saubere Umgebung mag, empfehlen, hier niemals zu halten.

Die arabischen Angestellten streiten auf teufel komm raus so.lautsatrk dass man nachfragen musste ob die Polizei zur Hilfe eilen soll.angepamt wurden wir ebenfalls..das es so etwas in Deutschland gibt.ich wähle auf jd Fall die AFD.dann gibt es wieder Service.

Meiner Erfahrung nach, kann man da wirklich nur früh hingehen, je später der Tag umso schlechter die Qualität und der Service. Morgens ist immer eine super freundliche Dame dort.

Es ist und bleibt ein Rätsel, wie dieser Laden überhaupt noch Kundschaft hat. Es war auf jeden Fall unser letzter Besuch. Die Bestellung wurde im Drive In getätigt und dauerte einige Minuten, obwohl kein Auto vor uns war. Machte für uns den Eindruck, dass das was bestellt wurde, frisch gemacht wird. Es blieb bei einer Vorstellung. Die Pommes waren kalt und wabbelig 👏🏻 danke. Und wenn das jeweils zwei mittlere Portionen Pommes waren, wie sehen dann bitte kleine aus? Eine kleinere Tüte gibt es nicht, sodass man getrost sagen kann, dass man hier verarscht wurde. Die Burger (2 Long Chicken und 1 Danish King) schmeckten schrecklich. Lagen bestimmt schon lange in der Ablage. Das Brot, wenn man das überhaupt Brot nennen darf, war kalt, furztrocken und nicht frisch. Traurig wenn wir hier sagen müssen, dass die beiden Cola Zero noch das beste an der Bestellung waren, obwohl es sich hier um Sirup mit Leitungswasser handelt. Also wir können echt nur jedem abraten hier was zu bestellen, andernfalls könnt ihr euer Geld auch in den Mülleimer werfen. Da freuen sich wenigstens noch die Obdachlosen. Sowas kann und sollte man einfach nicht unterstützen!

2 Stunden auf meine Lieferung gewartet. Das Essen eiskalt und extra 50 cent drauf gezahlt für Kartoffelecken anstatt Pommes es kamen 7 Ecken an sosse vergessen und der Liefaranr richtig genervt

Essen und Service fand ich wirklich gut. Vor allem die Frau am Autoschalter war sehr nett und hat einen super Service gemacht. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Was soll man sagen so wie immer. War gut aber auch nichts besonders. Was nicht gut war das mein Chile Burger vergessen wurde, was ich leider erst Zuhause gemerkt habe. Und dann für ein Burger von Walsum noch mal los fahren ne.

Unfassbar. Fast 45 Minuten auf eine Bestellung gewartet. Bekannte und Freunde der Bedienung wurden, obwohl später bestellt, vorrangig bedient. Personal langsam, unfreundlich und unorganisiert. Da die Getränke „vorgezapft“ hingestellt werden und auf den Rest der Bestellung warten (ohne Deckel ) hatten wir eine tote Fliege im Eistee. Rundum ein grandioser Besuch in dieser Filiale!

Das essen ist unfassbar schlecht und ungenießbar. Ganze Bestellung ging in den Müll. Bei Lieferando eine dementsprechende Bewertung gelassen und dann wird man von dem Manager angerufen und blöd angemacht. Frech und unverschämt.

Alle tische dreckig. Essen kalt und nachdem ich das kalte essen weggeben habe , haben sie mir burger aus der microwelle gegeben . Langsamer geht es kaum und das seit Jahren. Vielleicht mal mehr Personal einstellen oder so? (2021) Nachdem wir drei kalte Burger bekommen haben, haben wir Ersatzburger aus der Mikrowelle bekommen. Yummie....NICHT Dazu waren fast alle Tische schmutzig und das Personal stand lieber unter sich zusammen und hat gequatscht. Nachdem wir unser Essen bestellt haben, haben wir so etwa 20 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet.... Also dann vielleicht doch besser das McDonalds nebenan... (2023)

Leider können die Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch. Außerdem hat der Mitarbeiter während wir auf die Bestellung gewartet haben einen neuen Mitarbeiter auf arabisch eingewiesen. Nach einer langen Wartezeit knallte der Mitarbeiter zwei Tabletten auf die Theke. Auf die Nachfrage welches nun meins war zeigte der Mitarbeiter genervt auf den Fernseher, der ausgeschaltet war. Ein Kunde neben mir hat sich zu recht lautstark darüber aufgeregt. Bei meiner Bestellung hat auch noch was gefehlt. Aufgrund der Sprachbarriere musste ich die App um zu zeigen was gefehlt hatte.

Also wir waren das letzte Mal dort. Nicht nur das überall vollgemüllte Tabletts standen weil die Wagen überfüllt waren, die Mitarbeiter waren total überfordert und haben es nicht geschafft alles vernünftig und ordentlich zu bearbeiten. Den Unterschied von 6er und 9er Nuggets sollte man schon kennen. Und dann einfach plant based statt normaler zu geben ohne darüber informiert zu werden ist schon dreist.

Der Milchshake hat wie meine Milch zuhause nach drei Wochen im Kühlschrank geschmeckt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Laut Manager ist der Saure Nachgeschmack „normal“. Uns wurden neue Milchshakes gegeben, aber die haben nicht besser geschmeckt.

Ich habe das Essen bestellt, weil wir im Büro hunger hatten. es war schon Lecker aber ich musste über 1 Stunde warten!

Noch unterirdischer als McDonalds. Die Menge der „großen Portion“ Pommes ist ne absolute Frechheit. Cheeseburger schmeckt alt und nach Chemie. 2 Stunden Lieferzeit. Nie wieder👎

Das Essen ist immer gleich, daher also das was man erwartet. Jedoch sind Produkte bei Bestellung verfügbar, die dann doch nicht da sind. Wenn man einen Recup nutzen möchte, ist die Pfandrückgabe nur durch den Marktleiter möglich. Das dauert und berate in einem Schnellrestaurant. Die Tische und Stühle sind leider nicht sauber, sodass man selbst mit Servietten die Plätze reinigen muss...

20 Minuten im Drive in gewartet, obwohl nur ein Auto vor uns war. Sprite ohne Kohlensäure, Schoko-Milchshake ohne Geschmack (nur leicht fruchtig, ieh!?), groß beworbene Nacho-Burger sind winzig und mit durchweichten Nachos. Das einzig Knusprige waren die doppelt in die Fritteuse geworfenen Chili-Cheese-Nuggets. Traurig, dass nur eine Mitarbeiterin in der Mittagszeit für Drive In und Innenbereich zuständig ist - wir haben die Erfahrung nicht das erste Mal gemacht. Zahlt den Mitarbeitern ein vernünftiges Gehalt, dann kann man vielleicht auch die Kunden bedienen. Für den ganzen Schmu haben wir knapp 30€ bezahlt. Sorry, aber wieder eine Familie weniger als Kunden.
