Last week we ordered a Whopper meal to take away from the drive-thru and were very disappointed when we got home because the burgers didn't have any sauce. What's the use of a Whopper Burger without sauce? Years ago, it was always a problem here in Hamburg, too. The boss always wanted to cut down on the sauce and now there's none at all. Oh, back then, everything was so bad, there was always something missing. But for a while, until recently, there were hard-working Arab people working there who weren't just friendly, but everything was always perfectly prepared. And other Burger King places are fine too, so it could be okay if there weren't such listless, sleepy or fake bosses working there. I find them annoying.

We ate at the restaurant with the family today around 3 p.m. Our order arrived quickly and hot. We can't complain, everything was delicious, thank you Burger King Hamburg.

My food was freshly prepared, served hot and tasted great - exactly as you would expect. I would particularly like to emphasize the short waiting time, even at peak times. You really feel welcome here as a guest. I definitely enjoy coming here again and again – big compliments to the entire team!

Duisburg Hamborn Habe knapp 60 Euro gezahlt...persönlich konnte man die Bestellung nicht aufgeben.Mussten unsere Bestellung am Gerät ausführen.Fishburger war nicht im Menü augeführt.Mussten dann wieder zur kasse und dort nochmal extra bestellen .Doppel Wooper Fleisch war abgebrannt,trockenes Fleisch,fast nichts an Sauce drin..Pommes kalt und schrubbelig...Ein Long Chicken Menü wurde vergessen,musste reklamieren.Danach musste ich nochmal hin,weil chili Nuggets gefehlt hat.Tische waren dreckig, sehr lange Wartezeit...Arbeiter genervt,überfordert,unhöflich...Qualität der Arbeiter wird immer schlimmer...Bevorzuge normalerweise Burger King, bin bei MC Donalds besser bedient.

Hello, I went there with my friends over the weekend to get something to eat, and what I saw shocked me beyond words. The employees are very unfriendly and make unpleasant comments. I also saw the lids fall off the drinks, and the worker simply picks them up and serves the customers with the dirty lids. My fries had white-green stains, and the workers don't wear gloves and often help themselves to the food. All in all, this Burger King really needs new management that cares about the customers and not just their wallets. On top of that, some employees don't speak any German at all, and most of them constantly speak Arabic in the store, which makes you feel very uncomfortable because you don't know (if/what) the employees are saying about you. That's why I only gave it one star. I hope things improve soon, otherwise you'll just have to go to the McDonald's next door. (If you park too long, you'll have to pay a €50 parking fee.)

Today we had a very positive experience, and it's worth writing a review. We ordered takeaway food at the restaurant, and even though it was very busy, we quickly received a warm and fresh meal. Our special requests were taken care of; the fries were hot, and the drinks came in reusable cups, just as we requested. When we wanted to return them, a friendly young man (presumably the shift manager, although he looked very young, the menu gave him away ;) ) immediately greeted us, took the cups, and correctly refunded us the deposit (€4), which doesn't always happen immediately. If only it were always like this! :)))

The parking service is outrageous. It should be banned. Parking for two minutes too long costs €53. Are they not earning enough? They've lost me as a customer. It's outrageous!

I don't have much to say about the store itself. Whenever I've been there, it's been clean and I've been served by a friendly employee. I've mostly ordered online, which always worked flawlessly. The food was fresh, but unfortunately, the fries were usually soggy because of the packaging. Well, that used to be the case. Since Burger King no longer has its own drivers, the quality has plummeted. Waiting times have gotten longer, unfriendly drivers serve cold food, and often, something is even missing. I don't know why their own drivers don't deliver anymore, but it worked well, at least for me. Addendum: And whenever something's missing, you're supposed to contact Lieferando so you can get your money back. Great, thanks for the money, but unfortunately I can't eat it and my stomach remains empty.

There were three people in the dining room, all of whom had already had their food, and yet we still waited 30 minutes for four burgers. It's unacceptable. They could have offered a drink as compensation, just a tip. We will definitely not be visiting this branch again!

Such a good location, and for me, better options than McDonald's, which is right next door. Even the parking is better than McDonald's. At McCain's, for example, my car can't even get into the parking lot. Because McCain's has really weird driveways. But it's just stupid of Burger King to be closed at midnight before the holiday. Then they shouldn't be surprised why McCain's is more popular in Hamborn.

I actually always liked coming to eat here or driving in the drive, because the burgers aren't as bland and disgusting as at your neighbor McDonalds. However, that has changed. I can't go here anymore for the money, I'd be better off buying a burger at a kebab stand or somewhere else where it at least looks appetizing and I don't have to puke just looking at it. It's best to clean the tables yourself, everything is dirty. When it's hell, I understand if they can't keep up or if burgers don't look so nice anymore, but that was absolutely not the case last night. The only positive thing, if you can call it that, was that the food was ready very quickly. Some burgers were even cold, which surprised us. Chicken burgers were all warm. The fries were all small pieces of rubbish so you could say the rest was rubbish. The only thing that looked good was the long chicken and chilli cheese nuggets. The rest could have been fed to the rats.

I recently visited this Burger King and overall my visit was fine, but not without its flaws. The store was clean and tidy, which is always a positive. The parking situation was also relaxed, there were enough free spaces. However, with only two customers in front of me, the 40 minute wait was definitely too long for a fast food restaurant. I had the One Piece menu twice, the burger was okay but not particularly outstanding. Overall, I give it 3 out of 5 stars because the food was okay, but the long wait negatively affected the experience.
