Sometimes a little slow, but the food is always warm

Yesterday we were at McDonalds in Duisburg at the train station. The employees are totally unmotivated, you could tell that they don't want to work. The shop looked impossible, everything was dirty and sticky. Our order took quite a long time and things were missing or we got the wrong shakes and the burgers were cold. So that's impossible for a shop like that and we won't go there anymore.

The service is really bad and I will avoid this branch in the future.

Dirty, unfiendly, awful. They won’t give you a simple cup of water without making it pay for it. Ridiculous. Full of crazy people

Very busy in this McDonalds. People push forward as if it is the most normal thing in the world. Fries are very soft. My order was otherwise correct. There was rubbish everywhere. Luckily I don't come here often anymore

I ordered food via the app, but the person at the order counter couldn't handle it and was rude. I came by car and received nothing. While I was waiting, her colleague pointed out that she hadn't cleaned her tray properly. When she came to me, she seemed to take her bad mood out on me, or that's how she always sees this work. In the past, when I was ordering, I met a gentleman who was very friendly and accommodating.

Gross McDonalds. They also forgot multiple parts of our order and there were some creepy people hanging around inside. It was very uncomfortable

Worst service, my food arrived wet and cold, the driver was rude and couldn't speak German or English, the service took longer than stated, my food arrived at 8:30 p.m. and it arrived at 9:53 p.m. I live 10 minutes away

Unfortunately it's pretty dingy there. Addendum, I was there again at the beginning of September 2024. Even dirtier and pigeons fly around in the upper area because the windows were open there. This branch should be closed.

Employees are not very friendly!

As an employee back then, I saw enough. I wouldn't go out to eat anymore. The hygiene of the employees doesn't go to the toilet without washing their hands. They go smoking without washing their hands. They go back to the grill

Idky the stars are so low. This mcd is as good as any other. My order was hot and fast and so delicious. It's a very busy place in a train station, so be patient! I would eat here again and again. In fact, I'm on my way...

I was at McDonald's on August 30, 2024 at 9:18 p.m. and ordered through the self-order screen. After I paid with the card, the receipt wasn't printed out. When I pointed this out to the staff, the (presumably) manager, a red-haired woman, came and tried to repair the receipt roller. Nevertheless, our receipt, on which the payment should have been confirmed, was not printed out. The manager then asked us what we ordered, but our order didn't show up in the system. Despite all the information and my confirmation via online banking, she really wanted to see a bank statement. She even sent us to the savings bank even though I showed her that the amount had already been debited. When we returned it turned out that our order was in the system after all and the last number shown on the screen was ours. However, we were not informed about this, but were allegedly called several times, even though we were at the savings bank the whole time, as requested by the manager. Instead of an apology, we were treated arrogantly, especially by the manager, who then simply hid. We ended up receiving our order from another employee who asked us if everything was OK. However, this was just a feeble attempt to cover up the previously poor service. This experience was extremely disappointing and I expect better customer service and more professional handling of issues in the future.

The McDonald’s branch was a mess!!! The fries were below their absolute cooking point. A pungent smell surrounded the entire store so I couldn't enjoy my McDonald's experience to the fullest. It's not even possible to use the toilet because it's locked. Finally it can be said that the branch can be closed. It's better to invest your money in the kebab shop next door! I really had to control myself but it's hard to control myself in a branch like this!!

I made my order at 7:15 pm while I was waiting for my train. I had 20 minutes before the train departed, I stood and waited for my order, but after 20 minutes it was still not prepared. I asked twice to log into my app and give the order a little faster as I was in a hurry on the train. As a result, I just left without waiting for my order. But, as it turned out, my train also decided not to rush. And he was late. This allowed me to return for my order, but it simply disappeared from the table. I asked the staff twice where my order was. They just didn't talk to me (I spoke English). I waited another 10 minutes and, unable to bear it, started a scandal there. I was ready to call the police if I had waited another 10 minutes. This is complete disrespect for customers. I have been to many countries and many McDonald's, but I have never seen such a boorish and indifferent attitude anywhere. I highly recommend that you do not enter this branch at all.

Really unfriendly staff, forever waiting times, lukewarm food. Absolutely no recommendation! With a waiting time (over 40 minutes), I spent over an hour in the branch. Not once did anyone clean the tables or empty the trays from the return boxes. It was dirty and stuffy.

We had something delivered. So sorry, that doesn't work at all. Ordered large fries and only got half of them. The fries weren't even fully cooked yet. Ordered a Diet Coke and what was delivered was a Coke. So that was the last time. Has let up like that.

Hello. I was just eating and got an mc smart menu like chicken mc nuggets x9 and a long chicken and an apple turnover. Guess what happened? I was given vegetarian nuggets and no apple turnover. I'm not concerned about the money now It's just that the employees are too incompetent to pack orders! The food was still delicious ;) but I find that if I get food for €20, the food will be packaged correctly

The little employee has now become friendlier (by her standards), but enthusiasm still looks different. However, there is now a new employee with a piercing in her face, who answered when we asked how many kcal a mcfluryy contained. “Am I Google”, I find this to be cheeky and I expect friendly answers.

Had 2 happy meals with cheeseburgers. Didn't get cheeseburgers but hamburgers and the fries were still completely raw

Dirty McDonald's. Food is ok. The self-service terminal cashier doesn't work. When you order, your order number disappears from the pick-up screen before you've been serving. So confusing at best. Breakfast order took longer than at other places. The stairs is blocked off, there are nets hanging probably against pigeons. The tables were sticky and not cleaned.

Food typical McDonald's. However, the shop was unclean and the food was incomplete. There were no napkins. No toilet, no way to wash your hands. This is not what I'm used to from McDonald's.

The only fresh thing was the curry sauce. How can you run a store like that? This is a food stall for the pigeons and rats at the train station. All burgers at least 2 hours old. It actually tasted completely rotten. Every brothel is better run! Save your money before you catch something else here. I'm still puking now!!!!! Nobody loves McDonalds!

One star too many. The lady who was at the checkout on June 24th, 2024 at 10:30 p.m. said the Apple bag would take 5 minutes and that I would like a church bag for it. I waited about 30 minutes for my order then she said she had to wait another 5 minutes for A.taschen too. Then she put 4.5 hour old dried church bags in the bag for me.🤮 The store smells like pee😷.

Got real meat when i ordered mcplant

A burger for over €5 is made from pieces of bread and lukewarm meat. Lettuce is in the paper next to the burger. Put the sauce in a third of the burger and squeeze it out. Server suggestion on the selection board is all well and good. But what you get is actually an inedible disaster.

I placed an order using the touchscreen and paid with a bank card. Then the scoreboard went out (see photo). I contacted the employee who said he hadn't received the order. The money was debited from my card and I didn't receive my order! Terrible staff and terrible technology at this McDonald's!

The Dino is a great and likeable employee, he definitely deserves a promotion. Super friendly and puts you in a good mood.

I waited there for 14 minutes for my food and it was only lukewarm. I won't eat there again. On the upper floor, not a single table is clean, the tray trolleys are always full, there is rubbish and leftover food everywhere, and some of the tables are closed so you can't eat there. In Essen Oberhausen Düsseldorf there is no toilet at McDonald's, but there is the train station toilet and There is also no longer any legal requirement to have a toilet if it is on the door like it is there. Employees are unfriendly I wanted to get something and only had change, i.e. €2; 1€; 5 cents etc. I was then at the cash register and wanted to give the money to the employee. You: “€7.50”. She didn't hold out her hand for me to give her the money. Then I said: “Here’s the money”. She looked at me and I said again: “Here is the money”. She then: “YES 🙄 …”and looked at me aggressively. Now she held out her hand so that I could give her the money. She counted annoyed and gave me the receipt. I even said goodbye but she wasn't interested at all. And the 1 star just because the food tasted good, otherwise 0.

It smelled so unbelievably of bum mixed with old cheese that the employees pulled their shirt collars over their noses. McDonald's Duisburg displays correct reviews as slander and has them removed by Google. A third of our online order was missing. When asked, it was said that there would be no subsequent delivery of the missing products that had already been PAID for, nor would there be a refund! The manager on the phone was unbeatable in terms of audacity and impudence. Deleting this review, which documents impossible behavior, is unacceptable censorship.

So you're used to something different from McDonald's. The numbers for table service are hidden behind the counter/cash register and are only given out upon request. All terminals do not have numbers for table service. The tables are not cleaned either. I begged for a table number and sat down at a free table. Worst burger place in town. Whoever makes the burgers there makes absolutely no effort - and you can taste it. The cheese slices are cold, the meat itself fresh from the tray lukewarm, too much ketchup and no or very little other sauces, meat either burnt and dry or very borderline cooked. In addition, sometimes you even get different burgers than what you ordered (e.g. double instead of double chili cheese). In terms of taste it's the worst McDonald's I know by far! Was there several times and each time an absolute culinary disaster! If you really want to go to Macs, do yourself a favor and take a quick trip to Düsseldorf. The shop there at the main station is 1000x better. Or switch to the competition.

Second time when ordering away from home there were 5 nuggets too few in the box. You really have to check everything in the store. It's sad that the employees either don't know how to count or that the boss maximizes his profits this way.

Alle Tische verdreckt und vermüllt, lange Wartezeit, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb war, Pommes trocken, kein Gäste-WC. Selbst für einen Bahnhofs-McDonalds ist das enttäuschend.

Beim letzten Mal war es schon Chaos dort! Aber heute war ich bitter enttäuscht! Wir hatten um 16:01 bestellt. Um 16:20 war unser Essen noch nicht fertig. Ich ging nach vorn und fragte nach, ein Teil der Bestellung lag schon ewig auf dem Tablett. Ein Angestellter sagte zum anderen "Wir machen das alles neu", hatte wohl gedacht unsere essen wär nur dass auf dem einen Tablett. Als er sah, dass fad andere mit 7 weiteren Burgern auch zu uns gehörte, war unser Essen dann plötzlich fertig. Ich fragte ob es nicht kalt sei, nein wäre gerade erst frisch aufs Tablett. Mittlerweile war es 16:30. Meinen Burger kalt gegessen und im Nachhinein gesehen, dass dieser um 16:04 (Aufkleber auf dem Deckel der Verpackung) bereits fertig gestellt wurde und fast ne halbe Stunde ohne Wärme auf dem Tablett lag. Wir reden hier über eine Bestellung von fast 50 Euro! Die Pommes meine Sohnes waren natürlich auch kalt! Jedes Mal sieht man dort wie die Angestellten durch die Gegend schleichen und dann noch unfreundlich werden, wenn es stressig wird. Was ist aus "der Gast ist König" geworden? Ich habe dem Herren hinter der Theke weder heute noch beim letzten Mal dass Du angeboten und war immer freundlich trotz ewiger Wartezeiten und mir entgegen kommender Unfreundlichkeit. In jedem normalen Restaurant wäre es mindestens genau so schnell gegangen, wir hätten nicht viel mehr bezahlt und bei kalt serviertem essen hätten wir anderswo entweder nicht den vollen Preis zahlen müssen oder zumindest etwas ausgegeben und eine Entschuldigung erhalten, aber bei der Masse an Kunden kann man auf die Stammkundschaft, die mehr Geld rein bringt als die ganzen Kids wohl verzichten 👏

Sehr unfreundliches Personal spricht kaum deutsch zumindest an der Kasse. Essen war kalt Kaffee lauwarm

Unfassbar unsauber…. Liegt aber tatsächlich nicht am Personal…. Sondern am Klientel….. Die essen überall hinwerfen oder verschmieren!!!!

Super voll meistens was dort Abends Essen sehr schwer macht, weil die die obere Etage zu machen. Überall Obdachlose die nur rumsitzen um ihre Handys zu Laden. Stinkt wie Sau dort durch die Obdachlosen und man kann sein Essen was häufig keine gute Qualität hat nicht Essen durch den Gestank. Auf Nachfrage ob da was gegen gemacht werden kann, wird nichts getan dürfte jetzt 40 Minuten Essen im Gestank. Nicht zu Empfehlen.

Sorry, dreckig ohne Ende und ich meine damit nicht die Pommes die mal auf dem Boden landen!! Zudem musste ich über 10 min.auf meinen Burger warten, wobei mindestens 6 Leute in der Küche waren. I have ordered mcplant burger and mcplant nuggets. The oil which they used to fry nuggets was tasting bad . Either they have not used separate oil for mcplant or the oil which they used was already spoiled. They should not use same oil to fry both plants based items and meat items.

Lieferung avisiert für 30-40 Minuten, gedauert hat es mehr als 1h 45min! Essen kommt eiskalt, Fahrer nimmt Reklamation nicht an und verweist darauf, daß er Lieferando ist, die Abholzeit ja vermerkt ist und ich mich an MCDonalds wenden müsse. Und das ist nicht das erste Mal in dieser Filiale. Warum zieht hier kein Personalchef mal Konsequenzen? Wenn ich könnte, hätte ich Minus Sterne vergeben!

Mc donald all'interno della stazione, su due piani. I dipendenti parlano solo tedesco e non è presente il bagno. Servizio un po' superficiale. Nel complesso per mangiare un panino al volo puó andar bene.

Zeitgleich bestellt, ich musste ne Ewigkeit warten, während meine Begleiter schon Ihr Essen hatten. Als ich meine Bestellung bekam durfte ich dann alleine Essen. Außerdem war das falsche Getränk dabei.

Das ekeligste und dreckigste McDonald's welches ich je gesehen habe. Überall Essensreste und verkippte Getränke, die Mitarbeiter sind total überfordert. Es gab wirklich keinen freien Platz, wo entweder Sitz oder Tisch oder beides nicht voller Essensreste waren. Echt schockierend

Schmuddeliger Shop. Dreckige Toilette. Unmotiviertes Personal. Vom Zeitpunkt der Bestellung einer heißen Schokolade bis zum Erhalt derselbigen, vergingen locke 10 Minuten !!! Ausserdem war der Drink auch noch nur lau warm. Das war der schlimmste McDonald´s den ich jemals besucht habe ( und da gab es viele).

Ich wollte nicht mit tauben essen und das essen kommt viel zu spät
