McDonald's in Duisburg

The food was cold, and the apple turnovers, which were supposed to be hot and fresh, were definitely not the case here (cold and not fresh). Disgusting 🤢 never again!

The store isn't clean. Especially the restrooms. During our visit, the sink in the men's restroom was full of vomit. The service is very poor; orders never seem to be complete; anything that isn't ready or is supposed to arrive doesn't arrive; you have to remind them. The poor, obviously disabled employee is herded around like a slave by the incompetent women there; that's completely unacceptable. That's definitely not how inclusion works.

McDonald's every now and then is always good 😊

Unfortunately, often disappointing I've eaten at McDonald's several times, but this location didn't impress me. The shop is often unclean and my food has been cold on several occasions. At least it was exchanged without any problems, but that shouldn't even be necessary. The employees are different - some are friendly and hard-working, others seem rather unmotivated. It's okay for a quick McSundae, but I wouldn't come here for anything more. There are definitely better McDonald's branches out there.

The restaurant is busy, but unfortunately nothing has improved in recent years. The smell in the restaurant is unpleasant and the toilets are often dirty. A renovation or better hygiene would be urgently needed.

Worst MC's I've ever been to, the burgers tasted like the grill was cleaned once a month. The staff was not only unfriendly towards the customers, but they also fought with each other and lowkey. It wouldn't have taken much for them to fight. And the customers in this MCs were so unbelievably anti-social (the place can't do anything about that) they left their rubbish lying around everywhere, shouted and were generally very unpleasant! If you want to eat at one MC's, find another one!!!

Disgusting shop, totally run down and everything dirty. Order terminals partially defective. Received completely wrong order. Table service catastrophe. Waited 15 minutes for the food - on the subject of FAST food. The employee runs all over the store with the food until it gets cold. Bacon on the burger without having ordered it additionally. At the terminal you can only order Coke in reusable cups as disposable ones are not available. Toilet was a complete disaster, urine on the floor and in the trash can. Conclusion - Disgusting, dirty and very poor service.

An order for 6 colleagues for around €75, ordered and paid at the electronic board, waited, a terrible background noise, perma. There was shouting, tables weren't cleared, everyone was running back and forth between the counter and the drive. After a good 25 minutes I received “a” huge bag. Back in the office: 4 of the 5 pieces of mayo paid for were missing, the 5 pieces of nacho cheese that were paid for were missing, and only 1 of the 2 pieces of 6 pieces of Ch. Nuggets that were paid for. Unavailable by phone, there has been no response to email inquiries from the franchisee for weeks. It's confirmed once again that it's not without reason that I rarely buy anything from such system restaurants - ideally never again!

On Saturday evening around 7 p.m., drive into the counter, an older, unfriendly and condescending lady was present and very unfriendly. But she had already been unfriendly in the past. I had a bad feeling when I ordered whether it would... Well. In the future I will try to avoid these locally.

Generally a nice McDonald with a large team and good service. Unfortunately, the ambience tends to diminish in the evening. But then I drive through the drive.

The branch is totally run down. The food was somewhat cold and the fries were soggy. There was rubbish everywhere and not a single table was clean. After a long time, at least the garbage was removed, but the tables still weren't wiped down. The staff seems hopelessly overwhelmed. Heroin was apparently consumed in the women's restroom. You don't want to eat here.

Caution!! Junkies squirt in the toilet. We were there on Saturday, well first we had to clean the table with a serving, but then it really started. A homeless woman locked herself in the women's toilet, the staff constantly banged on the door, the intermediate door was held open and, last but not least, a rolled-up syringe was found. My children were scared and even they didn't want to go to McDonalds in Hamborn anymore!!!!

Unfortunately, unfortunately toilets were disgusting and rubbish was flying everywhere because they weren't emptied. Pretty run down. Therefore, because it curbed the appetite, only 1 star in the hope that more emphasis will be placed on cleanliness soon

Disaster. Overwhelmed staff. It feels like you wait forever for your food. The heating is not on, so that no one feels comfortable here (or perhaps stays too long?). Tables will only be cleaned if you point this out. Disgusting, sticky, gagging... Junkies seem to be permanent guests here. I've been waiting for my order in the store's parking lot for 59 minutes. Approached the MA 3 times, got stroppy answers 3 times. And we are not alone. Unbelievable. If this review is blocked like the previous one, I will send my lawyer!!!

If you want to stay healthy you should eat somewhere else. It's so incredibly dirty that you can almost eat out of the gray bin in the back yard. The tables and floors were endlessly dirty... fast food was all well and good but given the prices it should still be warm. After changing the food because it was cold, I was given new burgers that were just as cold and beyond the complaint there was still anger Looks. Service deserves 0 stars, cleanliness - 10 stars just disgusting. So you'll definitely never see us there again - then you'd better take a trip away and visit a clean branch... I'm shocked that this shop hasn't been closed by the public order office yet

Normally you wouldn't even be able to give 1 star! Waiting times are not normal! Food cold! Portions of the happymeal were an absolute disgrace, counting fries (?) NEVER AGAIN! is really the last shop! None of the fries have been eaten yet, see photos & I know it from other mcces, completely different and hot food!

If you come in as a guest and immediately see dirty tables not cleared and the storage trolleys full, it doesn't make a good impression. Unfortunately, the McDonald's branch in Hamborn has some weak points that spoil the experience. The cleanliness could be better as the tables are often not cleaned thoroughly, which detracts from the ambience. There are also gaps in the service: errors in orders occur more frequently and table service is only offered irregularly. Especially at peak times, guests need to be patient - waiting times of up to 30 minutes are possible. Even on weekends, the drive-in is usually very busy. Overall, better organization and more attention to detail would greatly improve the experience here.

I ordered food at exactly 5:40 p.m. for around €45. Order number 240 included 2 happy meals and various burger fries etc... After waiting an hour, I asked nicely what was wrong with my order... Rarely seen such a dirty shop. My shoes were literally stuck to the floor. Leftover food was lying around everywhere. Order was not complete.

If you want ice cream in the evening, you don't even have to go here. The ice cream machine is probably always cleaned after 8 p.m. and from then on customers are told that they can no longer sell ice cream. This is clearly laziness in front of the customer.

Worst McDonald's ever! We had to wait a full 45 minutes for our takeaway order. It was almost impossible to communicate with the employees as none of them spoke German. I complained in the store and had to wait another 10 minutes and was greeted very kindly with the words "we don't need customers like that."

This is honestly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. The food is really cold, not lukewarm or anything…..cold. In general it is cold in the store, regardless of whether it is summer or winter, totally uncomfortable. The trolleys with the trays are probably only emptied twice a day, so you don't feel like keeping things tidy when all the stuff comes at you. I'd rather take the route to Buchholz!
