We have been ordering from Mayas for years. For us the best Indian next to Kashmir Haus in Potsdam. Highly recommended. We order directly from their homepage. The food comes quickly, is fresh and absolutely reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

The Mayas is absolutely worth recommending. The interior is very cozy and perhaps a little too clichéd Indian, but the hosts really make you feel welcome. As a welcome there is the Indian bread with the 3 sauces. The food was consistently excellent, from the starter to the main course. The meat, whether duck or chicken, is wonderfully tender. The mango chicken is perhaps a little too sweet and is a matter of taste, but still good. And the cocktails on offer are also very tasty and not overpriced. Gladly again soon.

By a very long margin, the worst Indian food I have ever eaten. Very friendly delivery guy, order arrived on time.

Friendly staff and cozy interior. The food was served very quickly after ordering, a little too quickly for my liking. The meat had a strange texture, hard to describe, but it wasn't to my liking. Unfortunately there were no warmers to keep the dishes warm. Overall it was okay, but nothing more.

Consistent very good service. All the food I ate there was very tasty. You can sit comfortably inside or outside in the courtyard or in front of the restaurant. Price/performance is also very good. I would happily recommend it.

Today we were there and the last 2 home deliveries convinced us. The welcome was very friendly, we got a table at 6 p.m. on Sunday without a reservation. The waiters are very nice! The food tastes really good. The sour hot soup is a must, but you can also sin (with chicken). The vegetarian platter for 2 people was great, each bowl had its own taste and I learned that this cannot be taken for granted! The typical breads and dips are of course also available. We were so full at the end... and all for “only” €40. We will be very happy to come back. Big compliments again to the employees, please keep it up!

The food was good, as was the service. The courtyard is very pretty. Overall like a typical Indian restaurant here in the Berlin/Brandenburg area.

The food was excellent and very good value for money. The restaurant offers a reasonably priced daily menu. Before the meal we received papadums with sauces and a small salad, with the meal there was a Badura bread and at the end there was the obligatory mango schnapps or mango juice, a lollipop for the children. The service was very friendly, attentive and reliable. 1 point was only deducted for the ambience in the yard and the toilets.

I have lived in Potsdam for many years, but I was very excited about visiting this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. The hospitality of the staff was particularly impressive. Even though they actually close early, they still brought us dessert. The service was top. I will gladly come again!

The restaurant is located in the heart of Potsdam and offers plenty of space for a lot of guests. The service was very friendly and the menu was authentic and a great price-performance ratio! Everything tasted great, only the meat (shape and consistency) was a bit unusual for me... The greeting from the kitchen was typical of what we Europeans know here.

An excellent, beautiful, large restaurant in Potsdam. Excellent staff, friendly and very polite. Special requests when ordering will be taken into account as far as possible. We knew someone who once owned a restaurant here so we went to Potsdam to look at the building ….. the servers were just so lovely, so sweet and kind. It was a bit different to all the Indian meals we have in London - we have never had that balloon-shaped bread before. But it was great.

Super delicious food in a great atmosphere. The terrace in the courtyard was perfect and the service was very accommodating. The price-performance ratio is very good. We ate there two days in a row because it was so beautiful. We will definitely come back on our next Potsdam trip.

We were very skeptical about going there at first because the restaurant is in the Dutch Quarter, a tourist hotspot. Great location, with a small backyard where you can eat in peace on warm days. The service was great from start to finish, friendly, polite and attentive. There were 4 of us there and we all enjoyed everything including the starters. Everyone was well fed. 4 starters, 4 main courses, 8 drinks for 113 euros. Unbeatable and very good quality. From now on our regular Indian restaurant. Great.

Unfortunately it didn't convince us at all. Malai Kofta and Chicken Korma were 1:1 the same sauce and we didn't like it at all. The naan had a very strange aftertaste and tasted strangely fermented. The Bathura was good. The drinks too. The service was very mixed. While a waiter often came by and asked if we had any wishes and whether everything tasted good, we were served very unfriendly by another waiter and once ignored after he nodded at us. We then waited 10 minutes and spoke to the other nice gentleman again. But of course it's also quite possible that he had forgotten it. We won't come again. Our worst Indian so far.

We have been going to Mayas regularly for 2 years and have been very satisfied since day one. Our dog is also always welcome. I love the Chicken Tikka extra spicy and I don't even need to say that I like spicy food. During Lent, dishes were modified so that they were vegan for us.

Mayas has become one of our favorite restaurants. The food and starters are super delicious and taste very fresh. The waiters are very friendly and attentive! We can highly recommend Vegetal Thai Pai.
