A small but excellent restaurant in a central location. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The food (we ordered pasta and salad) was of good quality and the price was right. A restaurant you'd happily return to.

Food was really good. I had the Chef’s Carte Blanche 4 course meal for €60 and it was plenty of food. Not sure how I would’ve been able to eat the 5 course option. The Hugo spritz was delicious and the recommended red wine was tasty too. Starter was an avocado salmon tartare - really good. The shrimp and tomato pasta was amazing. 3rd course was a veal and broccolini dish and the dessert was decent too. I will definitely return on my next trip to Wiesbaden.

I didn't visit the restaurant, but was able to enjoy the offerings in the Talk Lounge during the Whitsun tournament. The selection and quality were first-class, and the service was always with a smile, even during stressful times. Hopefully, I'll be back next year :-)

We went to Martino Kitchen last week for my friend's birthday and enjoyed the surprise menu. From the service to the food, everything was perfect - exceptionally friendly service, delicious food and excellent wine. We'd love to come back!

An absolutely successful first visit! I spent a wonderful evening at our Christmas party at Martino and was totally thrilled from the start. The small restaurant is really delightful 🥰The manageable dining room with open kitchen means you have the opportunity to look over the chefs' shoulders at any time. The creations are lovingly prepared and perfectly coordinated 😍🤤 The staff is not only incredibly accommodating, but also very helpful with food and wine recommendations. After carefully asking about any intolerances, we decided on the 4-course surprise menu. There was a great selection of aperitifs beforehand and I tried oysters for the first time. Each course was announced when it was served, and each one was a culinary delight: Chestnut pumpkin cream soup Truffle risotto (my highlight ❤️) Cod with hazelnuts on mashed potatoes Two types of mousse What else can I say? Good cuisine has its price and in my opinion it is justified here. It certainly wasn't my last visit there - thank you for this culinary experience 🙏🏼

We are regular guests at martino.kitchen and are big fans of the seasonal, varied cuisine and the great service. The Carte Blanche dishes in particular are very good and exceptional. We also celebrated the evening after our civil wedding in the restaurant and everything was perfect. The restaurant is the perfect size for an exclusive rental in this setting.

I have been a regular at Martino Kitchen for several years and enjoy every visit. The dishes are varied, sophisticated and always offer delicious surprises. The carte blanche (surprise menu) in particular is always a pleasure and shows the high level of craftsmanship of the chefs. Since moving to the new location, the restaurant has become a living room for good, upscale cuisine in Wiesbaden. The warm service complements the delicious food and visits.

Great location on the edge of the pedestrian zone, service, ambience, dishes upscale. The lunch menu is surprisingly inexpensive, including real carbonara with guancale and egg and WITHOUT cream, which is hard to find in Wiesbaden. The three of us were there on a Saturday lunchtime and the service, coordinated by Ms. Gärtner, was courteous, warm, quick and professional. Bierstädter Gold as a local beer rounded off the visit. Suggestion for improvement (possibly also subjective and at a very high level): Even if the Bierstädter Gold glasses are perfect for light full beer, as a fairly experienced (wheat) beer drinker, I always find it a bit unusual when a 0.5 bottle of wheat is served with a 0.33 glass, because then you can only bring the yeast from the bottom of the bottle into the glass when pouring. However, this didn't spoil the experience and I also neglected to ask for a wheat glass. TOP location, will be back. thank you very much

We were there for lunch on a Saturday. The ambience was very good including the music that was played. The waitress and the chef were very nice. But the food was somehow disappointing: The espresso in my espresso affogato was very good, but unfortunately my spaghetti bolognese was very lightly seasoned and tasted like nothing. I can do that better at home. The more experienced waitress was very nice to us, but used a very harsh tone towards the younger colleague in front of us. It's a shame ☹️

Very, very tasty food and a wonderful, nice, cozy atmosphere. It was very nice to have a look at the open kitchenette and to see how much joy the chef takes in preparing the dishes. A very nice and attentive staff.

We have been to Martino Kitchen a few times now (sometimes with 8 people) and we would like to keep it that way. It is a small but nice restaurant with a small changing menu. The dishes are very attractively prepared and so far, without exception, delicious. The ambience is pleasant and calm, the noise level is low and it's easy to have a conversation. So far we have only experienced nice and customer-oriented people in service. Clear recommendation if you are willing to spend a little more for good food.

We ate here because - well - I messed up. I had used an on-line booking service and by mistake booked a table for exactly a week later than when we wanted to go. So when we showed up initially the front-of-house couldn't find the booking. But she said, "I think it will be okay. We're fully booked but if you can have dinner and leave within 90 minutes it will work." Frankly she couldn't have been nicer. Later she found my booking, and if course I was greatly embarrassed! This woman was a treat, so positive and such a credit to the business. Located in the heart of Wiesbaden Martino Kitchen is a popular spot. It's Michelin-rated and perhaps because the Christmas season was already underway diners were somewhat dressed up for the occasion. That and a cozy room made for a welcoming atmosphere. Each of us had the white halibut (wild caught) with beurre rouge, salsify, vanilla and Brussels sprouts. Couldn't fault it. Tasty, hot and the fish skin nice and crispy. Our dishes made even better with a bottle of very good Moselle Riesling. Do go to this restaurant, but you'll need to book. But when you do, make sure you do it correctly :)))

I was very impressed by how bad each course tasted. What kind of “kitchen” is that supposed to be? All show, but know nothing about food... It's a good thing I didn't have to pay for it, the bill would certainly have brought these absurd creations back to me straight away. But there are 2 stars for the nice atmosphere and service. Addendum: The restaurant's legal efforts to prevent negative reviews (including mine) should also be documented here. Although I offered to prove my visit, the review was removed for the time being. The restaurant should think carefully about how it deals with criticism. Lucrative working lunches will now take place less frequently.

Voor ons was het een smaakbeleving en wij hebben een hele fijne avond gehad met het personeel dat erg zijn best deed om ons goed te bedienen. Ik zou dit restaurant zeker aanbevelen als je lekker wil eten in Wiesbaden

Nettes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Essen geschmacklich sehr gut, aber die Preise dafür wie Wilhelmstraße nähe üblich sehr hoch. Mir ist die Auswahl an Gerichten etwas zu gering. Sonst empfehlenswert.

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, dass ich in diesem vom Guide Michelin empfohlene Restaurant so schlechten Service geboten bekommen habe. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Allerdings musste ich über 50min darauf warten, während mir bei Reservierung am Telefon mitgeteilt wurde, dass das Restaurant am Nachmittag schließe und der Zeitpunkt meiner Tischreservierung nur knapp zwei Stunden betrage. Jetzt weiß ich warum ich darauf hingewiesen wurde. Es gab in dieser unglaublichen langen Wartezeit ein paar Scheiben trockenes Brot - weder Butter noch andere Kleinigkeiten, mit denen man sich die Wartezeit und den Hunger hätte vertreiben können. Das ist schon unwürdig für ein Restaurant mit gehobenem Anspruch. Zudem entspricht die aktuelle Speisekarte nicht der online hinterlegten Karte! Ich hatte mich auf zwei Gerichte gefreut, die es dann nicht gab. Ich wählte dann das Tagesangebot mit Steinpilzen, das die freundliche Servicekraft anbot. 20min später teilte sie mit, dass nicht mehr genug Steinpilze da wären und ob andere Pilze dazugemischt werden dürften. Alles in Allem rate ich davon ab das Restaurant zu besuchen, das im Übrigen gar nicht ausgelastet war und trotzdem überfordert schien. Es gab nicht mal einen Versuch der Wiedergutmachung, z.B. ein gratis Dessert o.ä. So ein Verhalten hat meiner Meinung nach nichts mit gehobener Küche zutun. Hier sind wohl nur die Preise gehoben.

Leckere regionale Küche. Bio Qualität. Toller Service. Ist teurer aber das plv ist ok.

Sehr nette Bedienung, Austern und Risotto waren hervorragend. Ich war bisher zwei mal dort. Die Bretonischen Austern sind hervorragend. Das Risotto und die Pasta mit Trüffeln waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

Made birthday dinner reservations for me and my mother here. We both got the 4course meal with a cocktail each and some wine later on. The food and drinks were very delicious and we were very pleased. It was all really fresh and tasty, didn't expect it to be so good. The dining and restroom area is very clean and well kept. Too expensive, too arrogant very small portions

Das Flying Dinner hat auf jeden Fall noch einen Stern oben drauf verdient. Super freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Eine sehr gute Wahl auch für Firmenveranstaltungen. Top Location in Wiesbaden.

Tolles Restaurant mit freundlichem Team und leckerem Essen. Leider ist nach meinem Geschmack etwas die abwechslungsreiche und vielfältige Ausrichtung der Speisen zurück gegangen. Mein letztes Menü bestand zwar aus optisch ansprechenden Speisen mit vielen Tupfen, Perlen und anderen Deko-Elementen, aber das ist für mich inzwischen zu viel und darf nicht die eigentlichen Hauptkomponenten ablösen oder in den Hintergrund rücken. Molekulare Ansätze ja und gerne, aber ausgewogener. In allen meinen letzten Gerichten kamen Gels, Cremes, Pürrees, Risotto und andere Komponenten mit ähnlicher Textur vor, häufig kombiniert mit geschmortem Fleisch, nach meinem Geschmack dadurch sehr eindimensional ausgerichtet, da es neben einer tadellosen Optik, im Mund immer wieder ein gleiches Gefühl entstehen lässt (weich, cremig, zart). Ein bisschen mehr Kontrast wäre toll! Und: leider nach dem letzen Abend mit 3-Gang-Menü nicht satt gewesen und dennoch eine ganze Menge Geld da gelassen. Lag vielleicht auch am überraschungs-Menü, eventuell muss man sich mehr auf die eigenen Vorlieben konzentrieren. Service super lieb und freundlich, einziges Manko war 45 Minuten Wartezeit zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgang. Würde mich über mehr Abwechslung in der Zubereitung freuen. Probiere es aber gerne wieder aus.

Pasta alla Carbonara, nicht ganz bissfest, aber es hat vor allem das Eigelb gefehlt. Das war nie und nimmer Carbonara, und so etwas darf bei 15 Euro einfach nicht passieren.

Gott segne den Koch. Absolut erstklassiges Ambiente und Essen. Ich bin mehrmals die Woche hier und bekomme von der Kürbiscremesuppe nicht genug. Am liebsten würde ich über die Theke in die Küche springen und die Hände des Kochs küssen, allerdings möchte ich kein Ladenverbot bekommen, Gott bewahre.

Also vorweg, 100 Kilometer Anfahrt haben sich wirklich gelohnt. Aufregend auch der Kitchen Table, mit direktem Blick auf eine spannende lukullische Gaumenfreude. Herzlichen Dank auch dem fachkundigen, aufmerksanen Personal am Gast. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man das Außergewöhnliche sucht. Wir kommen wieder.

Hervorragendes Dinner als Überraschungsessen ( Carte Blanche ) in phantastischer Qualität vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang. Unsere Gäste waren ebenfalls begeistert von den Geschmackserlebnissen, die jeder Gang auf's Neue auf den Gaumen kitzelte. Das Ambiente ist angemessen und steht dem superfreundlichen Personal in nichts nach. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Mein Freund und ich waren hier zu einem sehr schönen Abendessen. Wir saßen sehr gemütlich auf der Terrasse, die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und die offene Küche im Restaurant sorgte für ausgelassene Stimmung. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns auf jeden Fall! Wir haben uns für ein überraschendes 3-Gänge-Menü entschieden. Das Essen war von guter Qualität, schön zubereitet und lecker sowie wirklich gut. Es hat uns allerdings nicht umgehauen. Wir haben bei den Preisen und der Michelin-Erwähnung mehr erwartet. Daher gibt es „nur“ vier Sterne.

Ein leckeres Restaurant für Feinschmecker. Es ist etwas klein aber nett eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr nett. Zudem stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis, auch wenn die Trüffel Nudeln bei der Konkurrenz etwas billiger sind. Das Ambiente ist warm und man fühlt sich wohl.

Hier ist der Kunde König. Wir sind überaus freundlich bedient worden. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

In der Schule würde es heißen: „Martino.kitchen war stets bemüht“. Alles hat geschmeckt - keine Frage - aber keiner der 6 Gänge war außergewöhnlich. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis keinesfalls - da gibt es deutlich besseres im Rhein Mein Gebiet (sogar in München, wo alles bisschen teurer ist). Der Service ist freundlich und das Ambiente ist auch gut. Fürs Essen würde ich allerdings nicht nochmal kommen.
