The Country Fries tasted burnt and bitter. When I mentioned this to the manager, he said they looked ordinary as usual and didn't believe me... they wouldn't replace them. I also ordered a combo with a drink and fries, and I had a non-alcoholic beer, which the manager said wasn't included in the combo (which he only told me when I was done and wanted to pay). I ended up paying €20 for a totally mediocre burger with no fries, fries that tasted burnt, and a non-alcoholic beer. I'll never go back to this place.

My absolute favorite burger joint in all of Cologne and Bonn! I only recently discovered it – and immediately fell in love with it. The burgers are perfectly prepared, and the ingredients seem very high-quality and fresh. The service is also impressive and clearly stands out from many other burger joints. Rather than a snack bar atmosphere, the joint has more of a restaurant feel, making it a perfect place to visit in the evening. All in all, I highly recommend it.

The burger was really juicy and delicious, as were the fries, nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Delivery was quick, and the food was still warm. I highly recommend it and will order again!

We waited 30 minutes for a simple burger order (there was our table and another one that was occupied). The other people who came after us were served before us. I said we'd been waiting for 30 minutes. The answer was: we didn't start your order. How hard is it for three grown men to cook a burger?? We left after paying for our drinks and were given a stupid comment. No card payments accepted. It's also unclear whether you order at the counter or are served at your table. Worst place I've ever eaten (or not eaten) at.

Manos Burger serves truly delicious burgers. The cheese sauce on the fries is divine. The price is reasonable for the quality offered.

The food was truly excellent in terms of quality and taste. It was good value for money. The wait was quite long for the food, but it was also a busy time.

Good vegan burgers. The regular burgers come with a vegetable patty. The vegan burger special with vegan mince is more of a meat substitute. Service is super good. The guys are very friendly and nice.

Excellent burger. The patty was crispy without being overcooked. There was a bit too much sauce, but it was still just about edible. The fries could have been a bit crispier. The place was a bit too loud for me, but other than that, it was cozy.

The shop has an attractive appearance, and the service is extremely friendly. The burgers also look appetizing. Only the meat itself didn't quite reach the quality of the burger factory, but it was still very good.

Is Germany actually the only country where there are still shops that only accept cash payments? I rarely carry cash in my pocket because I assume you can pay by card everywhere these days. I thought that was to be expected, especially at a modern, new-looking burger restaurant. I have no idea what the food tastes like there; it looked delicious, but I'm certainly not going to run to the bank in the pouring rain because a company can't seem to get a card reader at Saturn. If it's not my trusted kebab shop, it's kind of uncool not to accept card payments.

It's truly a mystery to me how the good reviews here come about. The burgers are very weak; the meat, in particular, is simply not good. Not the slightest bit juicy or original; more like ready-made/frozen goods. This can't be considered a good burger in 2025. The bun was good, though. The fries were unfortunately also very bad. The service was extremely uncaring; but then again, it was 35°C that day. Overall, a huge disappointment.

Average, with room for improvement. Not a disappointment, but not an experience either. The ingredients seem industrial, the taste is okay, but there's little character. For the price, it could have been fresher. The service was attentive.

This is my second time here, and I've been extremely satisfied with the burger the second time. This time I tried the goat cheese version. This isn't something you see very often in burger joints, so I had to try it. Of course, you have to like goat cheese, but if you do, I'm sure this burger isn't just delicious for me.

The burgers were tasty, but nothing more than average. Overall, the place feels more like a fast-food joint than a restaurant. The sauces were good. However, I think there's room for improvement with a few small things. I recommend offering a variety of burger buns. Also, the patties should be a bit thicker, so they can actually be cooked medium. Likewise, a cook shouldn't smoke directly in front of the shop, especially with open windows. Making sure you have filled napkins and towels should be a given.

Whether ordered or eaten in, the burgers are perfect. I recently ordered again, and the burger was perfect. A little liquid did collect in the package and the bottom bun got a little soggy, but it wasn't a big deal. A definite recommendation, even if you eat in person. Very tasty and well worth it!

If you're vegetarian, I don't recommend it. The burger is made with potatoes, corn, and peas. The beef burgers and sweet potato fries are delicious.

It took a while, but the flavor was very good and everything tasted fresh. Finally, a BBQ burger that isn't drowned in BBQ sauce. I also really liked the brioche buns. Nice and firm, yet still fluffy. 👍🏻

WORST SERVICE EVER! Being seaten while waiting to take my order, the waiter came just to say I have to move to another table as that one was just right now being reserved... Okay, we moved to another one and again we had to wait again while the waiter just got the order from the next table which has arrived long after us... UNBELIEVABLE! You need TO IMPROVE your SERVICE! 😠

The burgers looked good, but we didn't get to eat. Because even in 2025, this place still doesn't accept card payments. But that's not stated anywhere; it's not mentioned anywhere. It's incomprehensible to me. Addendum: Apparently, there's a sign at the checkout area indicating that payment is cash. Sorry, but who goes to the checkout first when visiting a restaurant to see if there are any signs? How about a sign at the entrance? Of course, you could also invest €25 in a card reader.

FYI: We've tried many burger joints. I highly recommend this one. Super friendly service and delicious burgers. We ate there twice during our four-day stay in Bonn. We tried the Chrispy Chicken Burger, the New York Burger, and the BBQ Bacon Cheese. All were delicious! The chicken was nice and crispy, but not dry, and the meat was super juicy. We'd gladly go back 🥰🫶

A great burger and mega awesome fries!

The various burgers are delicious, from the bun to the meat and side dishes. The bun retains its consistency for an extremely long time. Coke is always important. The disadvantage is that the door opens and the door doesn't close automatically because of the cold. The staff are friendly and prepare the food very well, and they are happy to help with small individual requests. We will come back for more food.

Do you want a delicious burger in a rustic setting and at a good price? Then Mano's is definitely the place for you. In my opinion, the variety of different burgers really caters to every taste. The burgers aren't so huge that you can't finish them, but they'll still leave you feeling full. The sides are also very tasty, especially the cheese fries (note: chili cheese fries are a better description). All in all, an absolutely fantastic burger joint that's worth a visit. I definitely recommend it.

I've been to Mano's Burger several times. The burgers are super tasty and freshly prepared. Particularly positive: The food always came to all guests at the same time - no waiting until the last person got their food. Praise also goes out to the service, always friendly and attentive.

The burger was recommended to me by Hamid at Manos barber and I was skeptical at first, but I have to say the burger completely convinced me.

The first time I ordered my order was canceled and the second time I received it after two and a half hours and the potatoes were like a sponge. The prices are high compared to the quality of the food. No pasture

I'm actually not a person who likes going out to eat because on the one hand the environment is often too stressful for me and on the other hand I'm quite picky when it comes to food. But I always really enjoy coming here. The food is great and the atmosphere immediately makes you feel comfortable. I can absolutely recommend it to anyone who would like to have a relaxing evening, even though you are not otherwise a relaxed person ;-)

My burger was OK, but nothing more. It was shown as ready for pickup, but I had to wait another 7 minutes at the location. Then the wings were missing and were imitated - but in the wrong version. Instead of the spicy wings I ordered, I got normal ones.

Bonn has a serious burgerista. The well-known franchise chains are outclassed. Mano's Burgers on Weberstrasse are awesome. Also veggie on offer. Be sure to try the sweet potato fries!

Delicious burgers and sweet potato fries!

The meat was ok, but the ingredients weren't fresh, sauces had no taste and were only applied in large quantities so that it was just salty. The cheese fries were completely covered in cheese sauce, there was way too much of cheap ingredients. Unfortunately I didn't like it. Apart from that, the toilets and the worker's work area were too dirty for me.

Super good. We were lucky to get a place here on Valentine's Day without a reservation because everyone else was full. That speaks for its popularity. We were warmly welcomed and the food was prepared very tasty. Soft bun, lightly grilled, top meat patty, enough cheese and sauce and very tasty guacamole. We really liked it. I actually find the portion of fries for €5 a bit expensive... as there are also sauces for €1 each, some of which were just put there. But I don't have anything else to complain about and I was very happy when we drove back home. I can highly recommend! Be careful, there are hardly any parking spaces in the immediate vicinity

I don't even know where to start. The selection is optimal, the prices are more than fair and the service is super friendly. Now the most important thing: The burgers are AMAZING. So incredibly juicy, fit perfectly in the hand, not too big and not too small, simply terrific. The fries are salted to perfection and the menu includes a large selection of drinks. We ordered from Uber Eats and the special instructions (allergies) were not followed. Now the burger was delivered completely wrong and I have to throw it away because I can't eat it. Very sad when you pay money and clearly point out what is not allowed on it.

The BBQ bacon burger, which I modified slightly, was very tasty, with good coordination and spicy sauces. The side dishes, on the other hand, were unfortunately very disappointing: fries, onion rings and chicken wings obviously came from the freezer and were partly over-fried and dry. Unfortunately, this is in contrast to the really successful burger, which is why I only give it a total of 3.5/5.

Went because of good reviews. It took a long time for the order to be taken and the service seemed overwhelmed. As a result, part of the order was recorded incorrectly. In order to pay, all the dishes had to be listed again - it was all quite complicated. The burgers were OK, not outstanding, some with strange combinations (salted cucumbers + avocado), but the side dishes were very dry and unconvincing (onion rings and chicken wings). Unfortunately no recommendation.

The very best burgers in and around Bonn and the surrounding area... we have tried every single one and they are simply unrivaledly delicious... simply fantastic! But the fries are also great. We tried different burger shops because we wanted to check and confirm our opinion. But in 2 years we couldn't find anything better. This is where you really eat the best. Personal adjustments are possible and every wish can be fulfilled. Kids also love the burger and fries!

Inside (as ordered) but still very juicy and slightly crispy on the outside and very tasty roasted aromas. TOP. Since I'm currently doing a keto phase, today without buns and. Fries. Burgers very tasty. A little too much sauce, but that's a matter of taste. The vegetarian selection could be larger. The ambience was nice but not overly cozy and very cold due to leaky windows.
