The food is good, besides tasty burgers and fries there are different bowls that are worth trying! The waitress are always friendly and the food is served fast.

Disappointing experience: mediocre food and unfriendly service We were in this restaurant for the first time this evening and unfortunately we were quite disappointed. The food wasn't really good - the bread wasn't fresh and didn't look at all like the photos we saw online. The service also left a lot to be desired. The waitress was inattentive and rude. My drink was forgotten and when we ended up ordering a chocolate milk cup to go we were given a lid with no hole. When we asked, we only got the unfriendly answer: "We don't have a lid with a hole" - without an apology. Overall, we were dissatisfied and would not recommend the restaurant despite the modern interior.

In short: Burger 10/10 Service extremely expandable. Sometimes you wait over an hour for your burger. And the place is way too warm. So warm that you even lose your appetite. Oh well…

Became aware of the boys and girls through maps. And it was more than worth it. Operation and service polite and friendly. Burgers are a decent size and great quality. Taste 1a. And as I said, the portions were more than enough. Plenty of choice of sauces and drinks.

The first time we ordered (through a promotion on a delivery portal) we had the chili cheese fries and cheeseburgers. They were very tasty, freshly prepared and looked good too. It's often the little things that make an order like this complete. The burgers were neatly packaged, there was no squishy stuff in the packaging, so they were easy to eat. Clear recommendation and we will definitely order again (even without a promotion).

Beef’d has worn off EXTREMELY. The bread has changed from a delicious sesame bun to a cheap white bread, which is absolutely inferior and tasteless The size of the patty was reduced by about half and the prices increased dramatically The onion rings are frozen, tasteless and TOTALLY overpriced. The shop used to be really good, hence the good reviews from the past, but currently I can't recommend ANYONE to eat there. It's really better to spend your money somewhere else.

The store is really impressive. It's a bit out of the way and parking isn't always available, but the food is fresh and tastes great. I like coming here to eat. The staff is fine, and ordering via the app with QR code is very interesting and popular. In terms of taste, this shop is definitely one of the good ones in Bonn. Welcome and gladly again!

The Burger is great , its taste is amazing. What is really devastating is the staff ! After finish eating I went to pay at the Cashier and the girl asked me to pay a total amount of 84 € and when I told her to check again she refused and insisted to pay and then i can see the Bill , although in any restaurant customer has the right to see the bill before payment. Fortunately her colleague asked her to check the bill one more time and then they finally find out the real amount of payment ; 52 €. It is accepted that anyone can make mistake but the way of arguing and not checking if there was any mistake that’s astonishing to me.

The only reason I deducted one star is because, in my opinion, the portions are a bit too small for the price. The service is very friendly.

The food was very good, especially if you like it really cheesy (in a good sense). The citizens absolutely gave the impression that they had freshly hand-formed patties. And everything was fresh and delicious... I give the service a 4 out of 5 because there seemed to be no ice cubes left (to be fair, this was pointed out before the order was placed and an order was forgotten but was quickly made up for after a quick request. The rating in 20% increments does the service something of an injustice here Errors were quickly corrected or pointed out in advance, 9 out of 10 would be fairer here) I had a "Haweianer" (beef, grilled pineapple and turkey ham) which was very tasty.

Great burgers and fries! The high-quality beef, which is shaped nicely and broadly, was particularly good. This means there is meat in every bite. Few burger joints do this so well. The chicken nuggets were real breast fillet and not molded meat, but unfortunately they were a bit dry and only breaded with flour. This works better, for example with panko breadcrumbs. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the house soda because there was something wrong with the ice cream machine, but I'll make up for it next time. We will be back!

The chicken had good flavor but was a bit dry. The combination with rice, chicken and the other ingredients goes well together, which means you can eat the dish easily and not experience something disgusting halfway through. Maybe the amount of rice is a little too much, the bowl is large and filling. The falafel balls were very delicious and bite size. In general, I would visit this restaurant again and would like to try other dishes too

I have a problem with the restaurant. My problem is that I got there very early, even before I knew other burger places. This has set the bar very high. Where should I start? I've been visiting the restaurant since they were in Cologne and the burgers are so delicious. The only thing that tastes better in the store is the chicken stuff. They are simply terrific. I've tried a lot of stores now. When it comes to chicken, no one can match it. Even the nuggets are made from original chicken breast fillet. This is madness. Since they've been in Bonn it's even hotter. Closer to home, great ambience, great staff, and good portions. Here the order is taken at the table. You save yourself the hassle of going back and forth at the checkout and can just chill. Luckily you exist👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Das war wohl mit Abstand der widerlichste Burger meines Lebens. Ich schreibe nie Bewertungen aber dieser Besuch hat mich so dermaßen enttäuscht, dass ich nicht anders konnte, als das hier zu schreiben. 20 Minuten gewartet für 2 Burger Ich habe den Special Burger genommen und der Kollege einen anderen. Beide waren absolute Reinfälle und für satte 10€ Bekommt man einen Burger der LACHHAFT klein ist und so abscheulichst schmeckt, dass ich ihn fast in die Tonne gekloppt hätte. Der Burger war vollkommen versaut mir allem möglichen gedöns- er hatte eine matschige Konsistenz- Kurzgesagt : man wusste nicht auf was man da kaut. Weiter schlimm wäre es ja auch nicht, wenn der Preis nicht so unverschämt hoch bei +10€ liegt OHNE BEILAGEN UND GETRÄNK. Da fragt man sich ja, ob es den Besitzern an etwas fehlt, um sowas anbieten zu können, und das für +10€. Ich wiederhole : - 20 min Wartezeit (bei leerem Laden) - widerwärtiger Burger - matschiger Burger bei dem man zwischen Soße und matschiger Tomate nicht unterscheiden kann. - +10€ NUR für einen Burger, den man in der Größe auch für 4/5 € sogar beim McDonald’s oder Burger King findet. - schlechte Location Nie wieder .

Einen Crunchy chicken Burger mit Süßkartoffelpommes im Menü zur Abholung bestellt. Essen war pünktlich fertig, Bedienung war sehr nett und das Essen hat super geschmeckt!

Essen 1,5 Std zu spät angekommen, kein Problem. Ich will einfach essen, das Essen kommt an Pommes steinhart und kalt Burger kalt Sauce auf den Buns als ob man den rumgeschmissen hat. Hab den Burger extra ohne Zwiebeln bestellt. Nichtmal das haben die geschafft. Das erste und letzte mal. Ekelhaft die Erfahrung der Laden alles.

Leider haben wir für unser Essen 2h gewartet. Das Essen war lecker jedoch kam das Getränk falsch wir haben Eistee Pfirsich bestellt da kam Granatapfel. Nachdem wir anfingen zu essen kam der Mitarbeiter hat sich direkt neben uns gestellt (Abstand von ca. 2,5m) und angefangen zu rauchen was beim essen als nicht Raucher nicht so schön ist!

Das Essen ist wirklich immer lecker gewesen, und wäre heute auch bestimmt lecker gewesen. Ich fand es wirklich sehr schade wie heute mit meiner Bestellung umgegangen wurde. Ich habe etwas zum abholen bestellt, ca 25 min vorher, online stand auch dass es gut geschätzt in 10 min fertig sein soll. 2 min bevor es fertig sein soll sagt mir eine Mitarbeiterin die Bestellung kam erst vor 3 Minuten rein, dauert 20 Minuten. Am Ende des Tages kamen Leute vor mir dran und ich habe über eine Stunde gewartet, bin dann gegangen. Kollege von mir hat das Essen mitgenommen und als Entschuldigung natürlich eine tolle Cola bekommen. Fand ich zu schade und ich überlege nächstes mal zwei mal ob ich vorbei komme. Bin enttäuscht Schade eigentlich, War wirklich zufrieden bis dato Ist einfach nur eine ehrliche Rezension, nichts mit Schädigung des Namens.

Meine Partnerin und ich haben uns für diesen Burgerladen zum Abendessen entschieden. Wir haben uns einen BBQ Burger bestellt als Menü. Statt rote Zwiebeln haben wir uns für karamellisiserte Zwiebeln entschieden. Dann noch Süßkartoffeln pommes und ein eistee als Getränk. Dieses Menü alleine hat schon 21,10€ gekostet was unserer Meinung nach total übertrieben ist. Aber das war eigentlich nicht das schlimme. Der Zweite Burger war ein "Special-Burger" der laut Karte mit 13,90€ ausgeschildert ist. Auf der Rechnung stand jedoch 15,90€. Als wir die Kellnerin darauf angesprochen haben meinte sie, dass der Burger nur als Menü 13,90€ kosten würden. Wir haben sie dann gefragt warum das nirgendwo auf der Karte vermerkt ist und überall nur 13,90€ steht. Darauf hin meinte sie, dass der Chef das so haben will und sich anscheinend schon mehrere wegen dieser Abzocke beschwert haben aber der Chef will das nicht ändern und will weiterhin den falschen Preis auf der Karte stehen haben. Dann ist sie auch direkt weitergegangen ohne ein weiteres Wort mit uns zu bereden. Unabhängig davon, dass ich nicht mal weiß ob sowas in Deutschland überhaupt erlaubt ist werden wir definitiv nicht mehr hier essen kommen. Wenn man glaubt seine Kunden um lächerliche 2€ abziehen zu müssen dann muss man auch damit rechnen seine Kunden zu verlieren. Unabhängig davon sind die Preise viel zu teuer für normale Burgerqualität. Die Burger waren jetzt nicht schlecht aber auch nicht wow. Da ist die Konkurrenz schon um einiges besser.

Wartezeit lohnt sich, das Essen ist lecker! Die Auswahl ist etwas eingeschränkter und die Preise (wie auch woanders) sind nch oben gewandert. Kleiner Bereich zum Draußensitzen.

Das Burgerpatty des Veganen Buegers war total verbrannt wie die Röstzwiebeln und das Essen kam komplett kalt an. Die Knoblauchpommes schwammen in Öl alles in allem würde ich dort nie wieder bestellen.
