The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the dish I wanted was already sold out.

I'm only reviewing the kiosk in Grillenberg near the swimming pool. And it's simply a joke. They're almost never open, and they don't adhere to their opening hours. I haven't experienced anything this bad in a long time.

A lovely little restaurant right by the train station. The service was friendly and everything went very quickly. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was nicely presented. So, the value for money was good. There's plenty of parking, and everything is easily accessible.

We went out to eat today, and we can't say anything bad! Yes, it took a while, but when we go out to eat, we have time! It was delicious and the service was very friendly; we really enjoyed it!

To all those criticizing the restaurant. I am a chef myself and am lucky enough not to have to work evenings or weekends. Waiting times of up to an hour can occur if you haven't made a reservation. That's normal at the doctor's. Anyone who reads the press carefully and keeps their ears open should have noticed that there is a severe shortage of skilled workers in the catering industry. So you should be happy that there are restaurants you can visit that are willing to forgive small mistakes. I've seen it all: guests stealing through to children pooping under the buffet table. Guests throwing away the reserved sign in the beer garden to get a table. Two people sit for 1.5 hours for one drink even though they are asked to pay (because the place is closing soon). Drinks sales amount to around €10, compared to staff costs of around €20 plus electricity, water, etc. The quality has to be right, but as I said, small mistakes should be forgiven.

We've eaten here many times, and it's truly top-notch. The service is first-class.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food because after almost an hour we still haven't placed an order. We paid for our drinks and left. The staff was overwhelmed, if I have a larger party for 6 p.m. you either have to reserve the tables more staggered or work with more staff. Or don't accept any further reservations, I don't know when we would have gotten our food, maybe 9 p.m.?! It was cold in the anteroom because the door was open the whole time. For us it was all over and we got our fill somewhere else. It's a shame! You hear so many good things and then you're so disappointed.

Were totally disappointed. It took 1 hour from ordering to the first meal coming! Ordered medium and it came through completely. Otherwise the other dishes were good. Quantity was also appropriate for the price. When paying I had 2 meals with more on the bill. Something like that shouldn't happen

Today we had lunch at "Mannis Lou" in a larger group. A separate room had been reserved for us, which of course we didn't get; the restaurant rescheduled it at short notice (a brief information to the person ordering would have been desirable). There were some problems when taking the food orders, for example 1 hour after opening there was no mashed potatoes to go with the ox cheeks as shown on the menu, alternatively fries or fried potatoes. A rump steak medium was ordered. When the food was brought it was cooked through. The guest had to ask for a steak knife, which would normally have to be brought to the table when served without asking. Sauce served with the fillet tasted sour and it could have been hotter. We are very disappointed with the service, it had been much better (we have eaten there several times over the years). On the whole the food was ok. But when we got the bill (all on one bill) we checked and discovered that we had been deducted €40 too much! When speaking to the service staff, the overpaid money was refunded, but not a word of apology! This would certainly not have happened with individual invoices, as it would have been noticed straight away. I hope this behavior won't happen again, it's always been a good restaurant that we've enjoyed going to and would like to continue to do so.

Not recommended Food came after more than an hour. Was cold and burnt. Sauce smelled sour and tasted sour. The stomach didn't like it Other food didn't come as ordered. At the end, more food was added to the bill, so they wanted to cheat us out of €40... Never again.

Had a very tasty lunch today. There were 9 people, everything was delivered great and the service was nice. PRICES completely okay and justified. Anyone who complains here has no idea about fresh food. Keep it up.

No longer recommended. Prices for the dishes are way too high and the food quality is also poor. Schnitzel and fries (price €21.50) taste as if they were fried in old deep fryer fat. As a side dish, a small lettuce leaf and a small slice of gummy cucumber. There used to be a crisp salad as a starter, but that is also history. You won't get full here and guests with a sensitive stomach are bound to have stomach ache and nausea. The operation is very uncertain, probably not an expert and very distant. It can happen, for example, that the “waitress” simply leans over the guest from behind when serving or clearing away and almost hugs him. Very unpleasant.

The online menu promises affordable prices and, among other things, game goulash. When you get there, the prices are a third higher and there is no trace of the game dish that was promised. When the food comes, the food is cold. Alleged mashed potatoes turn out to be plain mashed potatoes. The spare ribs are just fat and full of sauce! At the Bürger you just get a huge burger bun with hardly anything in between except a lot of sauce. The schnitzel is only frozen goods, but the price is over 20 euros. The large beer costs 5.30 euros. All in all, it's a waste of money if you eat there! Prices/performance doesn't fit at all!!! Oh yes, when you go to the toilet, it smells like a public toilet at Frankfurt train station!

Super delicious food and drinks and a great, friendly host. The ambience could be improved here and there and the toilets could be cleaner.

Over an hour wait for our food after ordering. The baby’s food came out after the other dishes and was super hot. My dish was mildly warm not hot. The Currywurst was inedible. The waitress was nice and kept checking on us, the only highlight. Will not come back.

We were looking for something to eat and came across Mannis Lou. Since we couldn't find anything for us on the menu, I asked if they could conjure up something vegan for us. We were then kindly asked in which direction we should go and suggestions were immediately made. In other restaurants you will only be looked at askance if you ask for something vegan. The chef conjured up a delicious dish for us and we were more than satisfied. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long for the food. We can recommend the restaurant 100%.

The food was always good, but unfortunately today it wasn't open from 11 a.m., even though at the moment (around 11:30 a.m.) it says "open" on Google and the general opening time sign also says "Saturday from 11 a.m.". We were turned away with the information that it wasn't open until the evening and were shown an additional sign that said different opening times for each calendar day in small print. But that doesn't do you any good because you only see the sign after you've driven there, run out of gas and have to leave hungry.

Very good selection of food, also well portioned. Service very friendly and motivated. The restaurant is modern and tastefully decorated.

Arrived at the train station today after a long time in the old homeland for a day and still had to wait... so stopped by Mannis Lou and wasn't disappointed. Down-to-earth and really good home cooking, deliciously cooked, fair portions for a reasonable price. When you hear the meat pounding in the kitchen immediately after ordering, you know that the products are fresh. Very friendly ladies as waitresses. I will definitely come back.

We were in Sangerhausen today and had lunch here. The service was very nice and attentive and very quick. All I can say about the food is...very tasty! Large portions, fresh ingredients and a visual delight too. Unfortunately I forgot the tip when paying by card. I changed that specifically. I'm really sorry and very embarrassed about this omission, but it was absolutely deserved! I would like to apologize for that and will come back with the family and then there will be a proper tip. I chose this place for a break during a long trip and found a real train station restaurant that wasn't a smoking bar or a chain bakery. Very good for a stay. I suspect that the operation is worthwhile because it is a transfer point where travelers often get stranded. Highly recommended for a stopover. Great service that responds to individual requests, fast, moderate prices, friendly offer. Definitely better here than having to wait in Leinefelde.

There were three of us and we were greeted very nicely 👍very nice staff and were very attentive 👍we had 3 different dishes and everything was very tasty 👍it's a very nice restaurant 👍even questions about the cake were answered promptly and thank you very much to them Waitress ☺️we would visit the restaurant again and again 💯

I really liked it here. The food was really good and the portions were also decent. I was there with 5 colleagues and everyone was very satisfied. The service was very nice and all special requests were fulfilled, even at no extra charge.

Das Lokal befindet sich direkt am Bahnhof von Sangerhausen. Parkplätze vorhanden + kostenlos. Das Team ist sehr freundlich & auf Zack. Die Karte ist überschaubar & Preisleistung stimmt. Rumpsteak liegt z.b bei 22,50€; Ochsenbäckchen bei 19,50€; Eisbecher zwischen 4,50€-6,50€. Die Einrichtung ist modern & man fühlt sich wohl. Beleuchtung war für mich zu dunkel, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Kartenzahlung möglich ✔ Empfehlung für einen schönen Abend ✔
