Very average food. To me was like more of Korean Traditional fast food kind of... The amount of food was okay... They have nice crispy starters though:) Hmmm it is good to try it once...

Lots of vegan options, which is great. The tofu bites as a starter were absolutely delicious, the ramen was okay. So it was tasty, but nothing special. More tofu and vegetables would be good. It was quite cold in the restaurant and not very cozy. In winter, there are only a few seats, so making a reservation would be a good idea. There weren't many drinks to choose from, but my tea was very good. For the price, it's okay, but I wouldn't pay more than €10 for the ramen. The tofu bites were really delicious, though, and the staff were very friendly.

I'd heard about this place before and wanted to see if I liked it. So I grabbed my mom and my dog ​​and off we went. It's a small but lovely place. They could decorate the one empty wall with moss or something similar to make it even cozier. The food and drink selection is perfectly adequate. We ordered a small appetizer and then ramen with a poached egg and bacon each. :) The portions are filling, and the price is great. And my dog ​​was allowed to come along. So anyone who's in the mood for delicious Korean food will find something to their liking here. If we're ever in Aachen again, we'll definitely come back.

Good location. However food was of a average standard at best. The original "beef" ramen had tough texture, small amount and bits of beef. Noodles and soup were tasty though. Fried rice with additional €5 of shrimp was payable. Suit those on a budget.

There's very little vegetables and they taste like frozen vegetables. €10 for instant noodles with a few pieces of meat and €14 for rice with some meat and a few vegetables is simply too expensive. Plus, there are only a few seats, and the waitress and cooks are just watching you – it's pretty unpleasant.

I can only agree with the others: the food tasted okay, at least it was hot, but there was far too little vegetables (even organic vegetables aren't expensive?), it was very salty, the meat was musty (as expected, I ended up with extreme stomach pain the next day), and the toilet was really nasty. I'd rather go for something more expensive, but more customer-friendly.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The instant ramen and the rice dishes were 90% rice with minimal meat. The mandus were over-fried. The restroom was dirty, and so were the cutlery. A total flop

Very cozy atmosphere, enough places to seat, clean bathroom downstairs. The portion was big - a very tasty bulgogi bibimbap! The price is quite reasonable for the quality.

"The importance of side dishes (반찬, banchan): The variety and abundance of side dishes is a characteristic feature of Korean meals..." ______________________________________ On Sunday evening, July 13, 2025, seating was only available outside, especially since it was unbearably hot inside. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and therefore offer no comfort at all. What also bothered me was the limited selection of cold drinks. Strangely, there isn't even the option to order a large bottle of mineral water or a large apple spritzer. The (vegetarian) dish I chose reads as follows on the menu: "Korean glass noodles (with a portion of rice) Korean wok with gently sautéed vegetables such as peppers, morels, garlic, onions, carrots, soy sauce, and sesame oil." In fact, the dish I was served featured vegetables more as a decorative element, so I spent most of my time chewing on glass noodles and rice, which, needless to say, was anything but a delight. There was no sign of the supposedly abundant variety of side dishes that Korean cuisine offers. Simply disappointing! When I went to the bathroom in the basement, I was immediately hit by a foul, moldy smell. All in all, there's still room for improvement at "Manl."

I ordered Jajangmyeon, but it was Jajangmyeon, not Jajangmyeon... Squid fried rice with 4 pieces of squid. I ordered over 50 euros, but they only accepted cash.

The service is friendly and attentive, but you should definitely bring cash - card payment is not possible. Seating is limited, so it's best to reserve in advance. Overall, a cozy spot for uncomplicated, delicious Korean cuisine.

Great, tasty, fresh and affordable food served quickly. Perfect for a date or just to eat something delicious (not too spicy) with friends. They only accept cash, but there is an ATM very closeby. Definitely will be back!

We've eaten here several times and have been thrilled every time, it's a small shop with Korean cuisine. The starter with the fried tofu is highly recommended. Plenty of choice of main courses where everyone should find something. Up to now I have always had to pay in cash here, so pay attention to the signs beforehand.

They basically serve instant noodles. Small portions but you don’t want to eat more anyways. We ordered a rice dish, a noodle soup and korean chicken. Price/quality is very low. Service was slow but okay. Atmosphere is ok, they have inside and outside sitting areas. They accept only cash.

The food was very tasty and generally not too expensive. Unfortunately, the salad alone was a bit disappointing - a bed of iceberg lettuce on red peppers with (very tasty!) crispy tofu for just under €13 - I was expecting more... Next time there will be more filling and cheaper dishes :)

The food, as well as the price, is great, as is the ambience, which fits together very well thanks to the small interior. There is also a very nice staff. Quite a cozy atmosphere.

We went there for lunch and were seated outside. It's a cozy place that feels like the cooks also enjoy eating the food they make. Their kimchi radish was so refreshing and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants something with a crunch and tastes fresh to break off the spice in the food. Their mandu was divine! My kids loved it and gobbled it all up. It was fried to perfection and the filling was well-balanced and moist. My kids ordered tofu ramen and it tasted very comforting. I can imagine eating it on cold rainy days or just in winter... A warm hug in a bowl! Lastly, I ordered the pork bowl which was a lovely rice bowl. It tastes homy. I will definitely go there again to enjoy warm dishes that taste like they were made by people who do their job well and take pride in creating good, filling meals.

The restaurant has very tasty food and attentive and fast service. The dishes are not run-of-the-mill, well seasoned, unfortunately the portions are not very large, I was only full with the starter. It's also a shame that there is only a small selection of drinks and often only in 0.3l

Nice Korean restaurant, but don't forget cash! We went there for my friend Jaime's 30th birthday (all the best, my brother). The place is quite small, and the chairs are not very comfortable. On the other hand, the food was nice. I had noodles with black beans and meat—a good portion for 11.80€. What is a bit bothersome is the fact that they do not accept cards, so be sure to have cash with you.

Cash only place. The quality price ratio was okay I would give it a rating of 3 stars. Basically the noodles were instant noodles that you can get at any supermarket. I would prefer to pay a bit more for a better quality and more generous menu.

Nice little restaurant with lots of good food. The Mandu are my personal favorite, but the ramen is also impressive not only in terms of taste but also with a very pleasant price. In addition, the staff is friendly and the furnishings are nice. All in all: Great recommendation!

We had lunch here. The restaurant is small, there are not that many seats, that could be a problem for >10 people. I ordered the pasta with black beans and beef, I really like it! Unfortunately, there wasn't that much meat, just a few pieces. €11.80 for a medium sized portion of pasta is ok; the quality/price ratio is good, but the portions are definitely not huge. Please note that you can only pay with cash!

Lovely little restaurant with fantastic food. During peak hours you might have to wait a little as they tend to be understaffed. But overall a great experience, I love to come here!

Appetizers were quite good 🍢 👌🏻but the ramen was very plain. Its an ok kitchen, but it's Chinese Korean not authentic Korean. 🍜🇨🇳 Also unfortunately no desert options 🍰🚫

Instant ramen. The bacon ramen is very tasty. Unfortunately, everything else tastes very pungent and you can clearly tell from the ramen that this is a pretentious bag of ramen. But at the price of 8 euros you can't say anything. It was interesting to see what a bag of ramen can look like, but I don't have to go to the restaurant if I want a unique ramen taste

klasse Service und super-mega lecker, Komplimente an die Köche und die Bedienung. Alle sind einfach unheimlich nett. Das ist wirklich eines der aller besten Restaurants, nur zu empfehlen. Unser Lieblingsessen gibt es hier am Besten. Wir kommen definitief gerne und sicher sehr oft wieder.

Leider über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Meine vegane Suppe war leider eine Rindersuppe mit kleinen Fleisch Stücken. Keine Entschädigung bekommen und vollen Preis gezahlt.

Schönes kleines Restaurant in einer seitenstraße mit sehr leckeren originellem koreanischen essen. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Dame war sehr nett und schnell an unserem Tisch um uns zu bedienen

Sehr leckeres Essen! Wir hatten drei Vorspeisen und dann Bulgogi und Ramen mit Ei! Alles war hervorragend gewürzt und nett präsentiert. Bedienung war sehr schnell und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein kleines süßes Restaurant, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen vor dem Restaurant. Alles etwas minimalistisch aber ganz nett. Die Bowls z.B. Bulgogi ist ganz nett aber mir fehlt da einfach die Soße, korean bbq o.ä. wäre toll wenn man die dazu bestellen könnte. Das Essen ist keineswegs schlecht aber für mich persönlich etwas zu langweilig, da fehlt mir das i Tüpfelchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Alles in einem ein stabiles aber nicht herausragendes Restaurant, dennoch unbedingt mal ausprobieren 😊👍

Essen schmeckt, ist jedoch nicht allzu authentische koreanische Küche. Klassisches Kimchi (das Nationalgericht) und diverse Schalen mit Gemüse gab es nicht, wie ich es aus Korea in Erinnerung habe. Die vegetarischen gebratenen Mandu waren sehr lecker - die Variante mit Rind schmeckte nach Cevapcici (Ajvar hat gefehlt). Das Bulgogi war etwas fade und nicht so würzig, Soße wurde separat berechnet. Sehr leckerer Reis.

Ein sehr unscheinbarer Laden. Einer meiner Go-To Places wenn ich mal in Aachen bin. Die Bulgogi mit Rindfleisch schmecken einfach unfassbar gut. Dazu noch die Fried Chicken, Hammer. Absolut empfehlenswert. Qualität und Preis stimmen hier!

Wir hatten Bulgogi, Ramen und kimchi. Alle drei Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Das Personal war sehr lieb. Ohne Reservierung braucht man aber etwas Glück einen Platz zu bekommen, weil der Laden eher klein ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Brilliant restaurant located in the heart of Aachen but just off the initial tourist track. Very attentive staff, it looked really busy but was no problem to bring out another table for us to sit at, then it rained and we were quickly offered a table with cover. The food was quick with a decent sized menu offering a varied selection catering to all tastes. The starters were very delightful. Super friendly staff who were more than happy to assist. Superb food with generous portions that never once lacked flavour.

Es war sehr sehr sehr lecker.Alles rundum zufrieden.

Mit Ramen hatte das was ich bekommen habe wenig zutun, man hat rausgeschmeckt, dass das Essen eher Instantbrühe mit Instantnudeln war. Die Zubereitungszeit von unter 2min spricht da auch für sich. Die gebratenen Nudeln meiner Freundin waren viel zu ölig und haben auch nur nach Sesamöl geschmeckt. Leider null authentisch und auch leider nicht empfehlenswert. Preise im Schnitt 3€ teurer als auf den hier hochgeladenen Bildern. +1 Stern für das freundliche Personal.
