The bibimbab is really good and the staff is incredibly nice.

Food was very little and the taste was also very mweh. Bulgogi was very little meat with a lottttt of rice (dry) Bibimbap was with raw vegetables and the cole slaw was just salad with ketchup and mayo. You also had to pay for the sauces and every topping to the ramyeon. This restaurant is very DIY…. The toilet was very stinky and also sketchy. I was afraid to touch anything at all. I also think it has fake review because it is not worth more than a 3

Super tasty food, fair price, pleasant atmosphere. The employees are incredibly nice and cannot be found anywhere else in Aachen. Thanks to the service! The only improvement: preferably more comfortable chairs (with backrests) 😅 You get older too.

Super friendly, accommodating and delicious

I have never experienced such friendly and warm staff!! We were given a really warm welcome🥹 and there was enough choice, albeit slightly smaller portions. But it's still worth it :)

A very nice cozy restaurant. The service was very cheerful and very nice. It was pointed out that you are welcome to eat your Korean chicken with your fingers; you get extra fresh towels for your fingers. The entire meal was really tasty and the quality was top notch! If you like spicy food, this is the right place for you. If you're used to spicy food then it shouldn't be a problem, if you're not used to it, try it anyway. We'll definitely be back!!! I found the food very tasty and the service was very friendly and helpful. However, I have to say that I found the store quite expensive! With a shared starter for two and one main course per person (where you have to buy the rice separately) we didn't really get full and it's just not worth the price in my opinion.

The coleslaw was simply white cabbage with ketchup and mayonnaise on top, the chicken pieces were from the frozen package and were really expensive. In terms of taste, it leaves a lot to be desired. In addition, the food came first, the drinks only came after we asked again and something was missing.

Super dear owners, really cool Korean restaurant. The food was really tasty and good, but unfortunately it didn't arrive as hot as I'm used to with Korean food. I also found the tables too small for 2 people and the seats unfortunately not that comfortable. More reminiscent of a café than a Korean restaurant.

The service in particular is excellent. Rarely have I met such friendly, helpful and courteous staff. In addition, of course, there is the very tasty food. We can only recommend it and we are already looking forward to the next time.

The food was delicious, good to know that Korean food is also available among all the pizza, doner and fast food chains. The dishes are made with love, the service was very friendly. I will definitely come back here with my daughter. She really liked it too!

As a person who loves Korean food so much, this place is a bit disappointing. I tried so many Korean food in Korea itself and Europe but this place is one of the place i wouldnt come back. Gimbap was so small, too little filling. It became more like sushi. I ordered chicken gimbap but i rarely taste the chicken. Yangyeom chicken also was ok. It's not bad but also not that good. Too little sauce. You barely taste the yangyeom sauce.

Der Service war sehr nett und sympathisch. Das Essen war auch lecker als auch genügend, um den Hunger für zwei Personen zu stillen. Der Preis ist auch absolut zufriedenstellend. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es sehr ruhig ohne Musik werden kann und, dass man kein Glas zum Getränk bekommt.

Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend da. Es ist ein altes Aachener Stadthaus, dass schön renoviert wurde. Die Speisekarte finden wir sehr angenehm. Nicht überladen jedoch mit ausreichender Auswahl. Die Gerichte waren sehr schmackhaft, angerichtet in hübsches Geschirr. Mengenmässig braucht man keine Angst davor zu haben, eine Vorspeise zu bestellen. Das Einzige, was nicht ganz passte, waren die chinesischen Löffel. Farblich waren sie dennoch passend zum restlichem Geschirr. Damit wollen wir lediglich ausdrücken wie nichtig das war, was nicht aufeinander abgestimmt war :-) Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf. Danke an das gesamte K-Bap Team.

Der service ist sehr gut die mitarbeiter sind unglaublich nett. Das restaurant ist sehr süß eingerichtet und hat ein sehr schönes ambiente. Leider hat das essen enttäuscht da es für diesen preis nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt hat und auch recht teuer war für kleine portionen.

Regarding drinks, we like to drink milk tea. After you explained that takeout is not allowed, we put them away immediately and did not open or display them. 3. Regarding the ordering time: It took us 15 minutes in total, not half an hour as you said, and there are not many guests in your house, and there are only one table of guests in the lobby, so there is no delay in other people's dining. Ich mag das K-Bap wirklich gern. Die Inhaber:innen bzw. Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und aufmerksam. Am liebsten esse ich das vegane Bibimbap. Es wird mit ausreichend Gemüse serviert und ist für mich ein Wohlfühlgericht.

Wunderschönes, kleines Lokal mit angenehmen Ambiente und sehr netten Mitarbeiterinnen. Das Essen hat super geschmeckt und der Preis war mehr als nur angemessen. Immer wieder gerne!

Das K-Bap ist absolut mein Lieblingsort , nicht nur wegen dem ausgezeichnet leckeren Essen, dass mit Liebe angerichtet wird, sondern auch die liebe Familie, die es führt. Man wird mit einem breiten Lächeln empfangen und fühlt sich durch die nette und liebevolle Art wie zu Hause. Der Service ist tadellos, das Essen wahnsinnig schnell zubereitet und absolut zu empfehlen. Die Portionen sind genau passend und toll angereichtet. Jeder Besuch ist für mich eine wahre Freude.

Nettes koreanisches Restaurant mit Gerichten von Fried Chicken, über Rahmen bis Bimimbap, wobei ich sagen muss, dass mir das scharfe Fried Chicken am liebsten ist. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und bieten guten Service.

Authentische koreanische Küche. Zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber. Zu jedem Gericht gab es eine Erklärung und Anleitung am Tisch. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir hatten einen schönen Abend.

Man bekommt ein Gimbab mit Sojasauce geschenkt später wollte ich auf meinen Gimbabs dann auch Sojasauce und das würde dann aber 1,70€ extra kosten und man esse doch garnicht gimbab mit sauce aber warum tut ihr dann selber sojasauce drauf auf das gimbab das ihr am Anfang verschenkt.

Hier kriegt man authentische Koreanische Küche! Sehr freundliche Besitzer und faire Preise. Sowohl das ToGo als auch das dort bestellte essen ist super.

This is the owners second shop, and as I expected it is good! It’s amazing just like always, I’ve been a loyal customer to his bubble tea place Ijstea and I’ve never had a bad experience. The owner David is a very nice and generous guy, and I’m happy that he opened an authentic Korean food place, especially as it is Asian owned and the products are from Korea. Very good quality food, some would say it’s a little expensive but seeing as this is the first restaurant of its kind and for the quality and authenticity, it’s worth every cent. The Rice Bowl with Bulgogi costs around 15€ and the medium teokkbokki costs 7,95€. Warmly recommend!

We came for the Korean Fried chicken and it was really bad! It taste okay but the portion for 10 pices is good for a 3 year old kid!

Sehr sehr leckeres Essen und die Bedienung war super nett, freundlich und aufmerksam! Das Restaurant wirkt an sich eher schlicht aber trotzdem passt alles insgesamt zusammen und man kann in angenehmer Atmosphäre essen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Vegetarische Bowl und Suppe waren lecker, aber geschmacklich einfach. Die Portion war recht übersichtlich für den Preis. Wir haben uns für die milde Würze entschieden, weil es nur diese oder scharf zur Auswahl gab - leider nichts dazwischen. Zum Nachwürzen war dann Chilipulver zu bekommen, aber keine Saucen und leider hat das Porchieren des Eis auch nicht geklappt. Würde es aber nochmal versuchen ... allerdings nur, wenn ich nicht sehr hungrig bin. Sehr nett ... es gab einen Gruß aus der Küche. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Ambiente ist schlicht und modern.

Portions are really small. Taste is good but nothing special. From how the food looks on the photos + 4.7 star reviews + limited opening times + high number reservations you think it looks like a must-eat-restaurant but its just an average restaurant with slightly above average food. It was probably 150g of fried chicken WITHOUT RICE for 10 euros. Also, I am not sure if cabbage with straight up ketchup&mayo is "korean coleslaw".

Kleine Auswahl, dafür aber alles top. Essen ist authentisch und unglaublich lecker. Wenn man Scharf mag, dann ist es DIE Anlaufstelle in Aachen. Sehr freundliche Besitzer!

(edited) Make sure you know that this Bibimbap is not the hot dolsot bibimbap served in a stone bowl. I have only eaten the dolsot style before, so I personally did not enjoy the room temperature bibimbap. Some people may enjoy it, but I prefer the dolsot style. This was my misunderstanding in the original comment below. Thank you owners for the reply! (original) Bibimbap is not authentic. It is served at room temperature and not hot like the classic one. I don't know why they decided to change this classic food. It was not stated on the menu that this is a cold dish. My friends and I are very familiar with Korean food, so we were all disappointed after ordering this and finding out it was served cold.

Bibimbap is generic and tasteless, only when I’m hungry to death and there is no food around do I order it.

Das Essen schmeckt gut, nur die Portionsgrössen sind für den Preis zu klein. Generell klage ich eher selten bis nie über zu geringe Portionen, da ich eher wenig esse, nur hier muss ich eine Ausnahme machen. Das Bibimbap Bulgogi B5 für 12 Euro To Go hatte nur eine mikroskopische Menge Rindfleisch, ggf. 20 g, sehr wenig Gemüse und bestand hauptsächlich aus Reis. Habe mich sehr geärgert, als ich es Zuhause ausgepackt habe und 12 Euro im Wesentlichen für Reis ausgegeben habe. Das Fried Chicken ist für den Preis auch zu wenig. Coleslaw hat bitteren Nachgeschmack. Insgesamt leider somit überteuert. War 3x da, werde aber nicht mehr hingehen.

Es war sehr lecker und sehr preiswert.

Was really happy with the life choices that brought me here. It was the first time I've ever had a Bibimbap and apparently I've been missing out. I went for the spicy sauce and it was so so good (and possibly the only real spice I've ever eaten in Germany). I was also quite happy with the amount of vegetarian options they had because it meant not missing out on such great food. Highly recommend going there!

Loved the food and friendly atmosphere. We had Ganjang chicken, Ramyeon, chicken gimbap. Everything was great.

I took bibimbap and I liked the food. But it seemed to me a little less flavour but over all it was very good. But I liked then chicken in so much. loved their gimbap. The environment is very cozy and everyone is very friendly. Definitely going to come back again ❤️

Ich und meine Familie fanden das Essen, des Service und das Ambiante sehr lecker und schön. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass die Stühle keine Rückenlehne hatten und nicht gepolstert waren. Für mich persönlich war das kein Problem, muss man selber wissen.

If you tell her that she’s being rude, she would react hysterically and kick you out, shouting “then don’t come to my restaurant”. Apparently they have a lot of ignorant customers who haven’t tried real Korean food who can support their pathetic lives, but if you want a real Korean meal, any other Korean restaurants in Aachen would be way better than this.

An sich ist das angebotene Essen sehr frisch und lecker. Leider sind die Portionen wirklich winzig klein und für mich an der Grenze zum Unverschämten. Wir hatten jeweils eine Vorspeise, ein Hauptgericht und ein Dessert. Dennoch sind wir alle nicht mal im Ansatz satt geworden.

Ganz nettes, kleines Lokal, könnte man schon machen... Wer peinlichst auf seine Figur achtet, ist hier genau richtig, übersättigt geht Mann sicher auch nicht nach 3 Gängen hier raus. Kleines, hübsches Restaurant. Alle Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist jedes Mal absolut super. Es ist für alle was dabei, egal ob Fleisch, vegetarisch, vegan, Suppe, Reis, dessert, Vorspeisen etc.

Very good ramen, and it's nice they give out the soup packets they don't need which is awesome.

Eine kleine Portion Reis mit etwas frittiertem Hähnchen und etwas Kohl oben drauf hat mich jetzt nicht vom Hocker gehauen... Das dann auch noch zu diesem Preis ist dann leider echt traurig finde ich. Hatte hohe Erwartungen durch die Bewertungen und den Bildern, hat sich bei dieser Bestellung nicht bestätigt. Ich kann Bowls/Bibimbap in Aachen deutlich besser und günstiger essen.

Super Essen, top Bedienung und preislich auch absolut fair. Ich kann gar nicht verstehen warum sich hier über die Preise aufgeregt wird. Ist sicher teurer als der Rest auf der oberen Pontstraße. Da wird aber ja auch immer nur Fast Food serviert. Hier hingegen gibt es frische und auch in der Anschaffung teure Zutaten. Ich hatte eigentlich eine höhere Rechnung erwartet!

Geschmacklich nicht überragend aber gut, nette Bedienung, aber preislich relativ teuer und portionsmäßig klein. Für etwas frittiertes Hähnchen, eine kleine Schale puren Reis und ein wenig Kohlsalat halte ich den Preis für nicht gerechtfertigt, zumal ich davon nicht satt geworden bin. Das man für eine Tüte zusätzlich noch zahlen muss, macht es leider nicht besser.

Staff is rude with bad services. I went there with another friend and there was literally no one in the restaurant, yet we were FORCED to sit in the smallest table at the corner. My friend gave me some chocolates as a gift and I left them on the table, the waitress came and said with an angry voice that "no outside food is allowed here" although the chocolates are fully packaged. After finishing our meal, while I was talking with my friend she suddenly came and demanded us to pay. Man I have went to many restaurants in Germnay but never got treated with such hostile attitude. The food is okay, not so bad, not so extraordinary and price is a bit high

Für Aachen relativ teuer. Speisen werden typisch koreanisch serviert. Service ist sehr gut.

Nice family restaurant with good quality. Rhe prtions vary per dish as i was full and my boyfriend still was a bit hungry.

Wij werden ontvangen door vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Het is een knus restaurant met meerdere verdiepingen. Wij wilden van alles proeven/proberen en hebben daarom verschillende gerechten besteld om te delen. Het was verrukkelijk! Een lekkere en mooie kennismaking met de Koreaanse keuken. Zeker weten dat wij hier nog eens gaan eten. Bedankt team K-Bap voor deze bijzondere ervaring, wij hebben genoten!

Ein Ort der Ruhe, um leckeres Essen zu genießen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr gut beraten. Auch Problemchen wie Gluten wurden umgangen und für Ersatz gesorgt. Die junge Dame hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, dabei gab es keinen Stress - ganz im Gegenteil! Das Essen war super lecker, frisch und satt-machend. Beim nächsten Mal probieren wir uns weiter durch die Karte :)

We had an amazing time here! The staff were lovely and the food was incredible. My boyfriend said it was hands down the best chicken he has ever had and my Gimbap was great. Very reasonably priced and a great first experience of korean cuisine. 100% reccomend. Will definitely be coming back

Wir hatten eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir entschieden uns für dieses Restaurant wegen all der großartigen Kritiken, aber das Personal und die Erfahrung ließen uns wünschen, wir wären zum Abendessen woanders hingegangen. Das Personal war abweisend und schien sich nicht darum zu kümmern, dass wir zahlende Kunden waren. Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber die Mühe nicht wert, mit der schlechten Einstellung des Personals zu kämpfen. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.
