In the evening, I went out for dinner and cocktails with my friends. We were served by the lovely Damla, a truly lovely waitress. She was very kind and respectful. She gave us good advice on cocktails. Simply fantastic; it's nice to see such great service. 😊😇

Super friendly service, and the food was delicious. The chicken was so tender, and the sauce was incredibly spicy and delicious. But what surprised me most was the super-lovable waitress Desi😍, so sweet and so kind, just friendly, and she loves her job. When I asked for ketchup because a small packet wasn't enough, she brought me the whole bottle. How sweet can you be... go there.

I can't confirm the comments complaining about the service at all. Nowhere else in the world can you find such perfect conditions. Memet, Desire, Jamila, Nila, and Sila are especially lovely. ❤️❤️❤️ There's definitely something for everyone with the cocktails and dishes, they're absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Exotic Punch cocktail and the lasagna. Best bar in Cologne! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The steak was very hard and unfortunately took too long

Expecting nothing and still being disappointed is probably a good thing here. The food wasn't even that good but it was really expensive. On top of that, the staff is super unfriendly: we sat right next to the door, it was raining and it was cold. “Can we close the door?” - “Sit somewhere else or go to another restaurant if that bothers you!” WTF did that really just happen? We had to deal with the shock first, then wanted to leave and suddenly there were 3 waiters around us talking aggressively to us, talking about being banned from the house and that we would still have to pay for the food (which we had been waiting for for 30-40 minutes) if we left now. We implemented ourselves, ate bad, overpriced food, but from that point on the mood was simply broken and the evening was over.

We are with you almost every month and we love it with you! The food and cocktails are super delicious! Our special wishes will be fulfilled without any ifs or buts! We only wait a maximum of 2 minutes for the drinks and they are already there! Thank you for the wonderful days with you again and again

Today I was on Zülpicherstrasse looking for a shop where I could eat something. I spontaneously decided on Mango and had a cheeseburger meal and it was simply delicious! The burger was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were fresh and crispy. To be honest, it tasted better to me than in a shop that specializes in citizens. The service was friendly and quick, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can only recommend Mango.👍

Went there today, a man who works there was very unfriendly and charged €1 for the toilets, even though we had drunk cocktails there beforehand. Impudence! Answer: Even more outrageous than apologizing. Paid €10 per drink and only accepted payments in cash. What's wrong, I was there and it's as described. From a human perspective, even if a person has to go to the toilet, as a restaurateur you are friendly and accommodating.

Despite the hefty entrance fee, demand a fee for using the toilet. I would avoid such rip-offs. == ADDENDUM == The provider has now justified itself by saying that such behavior is common at carnival. I would like to strongly disagree with this. I was in several other places that same day that EITHER charged entry OR charged a fee to use the restroom. If you already pay an entrance fee, you can also expect that it will at least include the use of the toilet, especially if the additional costs are not communicated beforehand.

If you want to see the most beautiful surroundings of Cologne, I can only recommend Mango. Me and my friends are very, very satisfied.

The food there wasn't really tasty. We had burgers and pizza. The pizza had a sticky dough and tasted kind of boring. The burger wasn't much better. A cheap industrial bun that was totally soggy due to the sauces. The pattie was cooked dry and tasted very neutral. The topping of tomato, cucumber and lettuce was still nice and moist and made the burger even more mushy. As soon as the fries cooled down a bit, they were no longer edible for me. Also worst quality. The drinks were OK. That's why the second star. We won't go there anymore.

Seats are a bit cramped because the tables are close together. Unfortunately, there was a change of ownership. The new owner has already accused me three times that I had Didn't pay the bill from the day before, although he usually collects the money himself. So be sure to get an invoice. The owner claims that you're leaving after dinner, would come back the next day and wouldn't have paid. Ridiculous, you pay, you even give the owner a tip. I don't want to accuse him of showing signs of Alzheimer's, but he is mentally completely absent when he collects money. I suspect one in the nightlife not unusual substance abuse, the impact of which on mental health could be an explanation for the laughable, completely unfounded accusation of carousing. If you don't pay the bill, you should normally do so when leaving the bar Was informed, right? We made a reservation for 3 people but the table for 4 was pulled apart and our 3rd person was given a folding chair that wasn't comfortable. That's not possible at all. The drinks take a long time to arrive and the staff has to be quicker. Yesterday we were eating here and our friend's empty plate was taken away even though she was still holding her slice of pizza in her hand and hadn't finished eating yet This wouldn't have happened with the old owner

Today I was at Mango again for lunch, I heard that my favorite waitress Anissa is no longer there, which I think is a shame because she was super nice and sweet. She always does her job really well, which is why I like to go there Mango, I hope that next time I come back she will be there otherwise I regret to say that Mango will lose a guest.
