We celebrated our wedding here in April with around 20 people. The food, drink and service were great - a big compliment to the kitchen and the service. Again and again

Great food, great shop, great ambience, great service. Really always a successful visit. The changing menu means you can always try new things. Mamajun impresses every time with its quality, freshness and beautiful selection of drinks. The dishes are well balanced and you will definitely be full.

The place is not too busy on a weekday dinner. The service is great. The staff serves with a bright smile. The mains here are mostly based on fried items so be aware. The chick pea is very good. The best i have eaten.

When I decide to go out to eat, it is usually associated with the expectation of a nice evening. In order for this to succeed, good service in a restaurant is at least(!) as important as the food. Prices have risen everywhere and in very few restaurants the quality of the service is still in proportion to the price of the food. This restaurant achieves both: professional and friendly service, really good food (and drinks) and a great ambience. The extra euro is immediately forgotten. We had a really nice evening here! Thank you!

Fresh “combinations”. 👍👍 Differently attentive and friendly staff. The happiness and the conversation with a female service worker “tore everything out”. Top! Price performance fair.

A highly recommended location for fresh, exquisite food away from the mainstream catering industry. Organic dishes and drinks. With great attention to detail and freshly prepared. Cozy, without hectic, with modern furnishings that match the style of the food. Excellent service. The food was exceptionally tasty and the service was quick and friendly. Although every table was occupied, it was still possible to have a good conversation. The prices are relatively high, especially for the drinks, but are proportional to the service offered. We will be happy to come back.

I would eat here every single night if I could! The portions are huge, colourful, homemade perfectly and full of flavour! The falafel was some of the best I’ve had, and the Sweet Potato Kumpir is the most unique and delicious dish I’ve ever had.

Fabulous food with fine sophistication from the best chefs in the city in a great ambience! PS: The kitchen deserves a Pacojet :)

Just wow. I was there for the first time last week and today was the 4th time. I am always amazed at how good food can taste. The food at Mamajun always tastes so fresh and delicious. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Above all, the decor is great and fits the restaurant perfectly! MEGA RECOMMENDATION!

The Mamajun is a great restaurant near Triangle Square. The team is super relaxed and in a good mood and the drinks they create themselves are super tasty. Let's get to the food: So far I've tried the homemade falafel with hummus, which tastes exactly like you're sitting in an oriental house. And the self-made crispy chicken is a culinary highlight. Looking forward to our next visit these days!

I had dinner here a few days ago. The people in Mamajun seem to attach great importance to high-quality, fresh products from the region. French cuisine is creatively complemented with modern and global influences. The small but exclusive drinks menu features selected wines and drinks that skilfully round off the taste experience. There is a relaxed atmosphere here. The beautiful design radiates a pleasant calm and invites you to leave everyday life at the door and enjoy the culinary creations on offer to the fullest. I would also like to mention the excellent taste in music of the person in charge. The music is not too loud and always good. I really enjoyed the visit and would love to come back. Keep it up.

Very nice restaurant with very good food. The baked cauliflower was awesome, the wine selection is good and the prices are fair.

I had super tasty falafel, with a crispy crust and hummus as a starter. For the main course a salad with sheep's cheese. This was quite good, but clearly overpriced. 100 g of crumbled sheep's cheese adds €6. Hence a star deduction. All in all, a lovely evening. I'd love to come back and see how lovely a cozy summer evening on the terrace can be.

Everything fits together well here. The food is a positive surprise: a very special taste that at the same time seems deeply familiar. A reason to come back to Kiel.

Had a very tasty meal at Mamajun. Delicious bread with a curry sour cream dip was served beforehand. We then had crispy chicken and crispy cauliflower. Deciding on a vegetarian dish was not easy. Everything sounded delicious. The prices are a little higher, but the meat comes from the region. The atmosphere and service were also very good. We'd love to come back!

From the atmosphere to the staff to the food, it's an absolutely perfect experience. The ambience was very nice, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was simply a poem. Again and again.

The food is super tasty, prepared with a lot of skill from surprising, very successful combinations of ingredients and beautifully presented. Definitely worth the price! The choice between normal and larger portions at different prices is another plus point. If you still want to have room in your stomach for the delicious dessert, you can safely choose the smaller portion. The service was very friendly and attentive. Those who were undecided were happy to be advised. You can also have a good chat in a group while eating, it's not as loud as in other restaurants. Lovely again!

Wir sind auf Durchreise in Kiel und meine Frau hat dieses Restaurant als Geheimtipp bekommen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ich hatte Crispy Chicken und meine Frau Kürbis Risotto. Der Wein und das lokale Bier passten sehr gut dazu. Dazu gab es noch ein Gruß aus der Küche (Brot mit Tomate-Aubergine-Creme). Die Einrichtung und das Personal fanden wir auch sehr super.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit Freunden, auf der sehr schönen Terrasse. Das Essen schmeckte super lecker, sehr frisch mit tollen Kombinationen. Vor allem der Lachs ist ein Traum:)!. Ein Besuch ist hier zwingend nochmal notwendig:)

Wir waren zu 2t am frühen Abend dort und saßen draussen, gemütlich und ruhig. Sehr freundlicher, flexibler und schneller Service, (und die Rechnung wurde unaufgefordert erläutert) Das Essen war sehr lecker! Die Preise sind relativ hoch.

We were here on a date. The table was right next to the kitchen and it was very very hot. No AC. I wish we sat outside. The food selection is OK but my crispy chicken was showered with huge salt flakes. The chef at that time did not seem to care that the bread and the red cabbage did not need to have extra salt sprinkled on them. I am unsure how this is OK for food standard. It was inedible.

Hier stimmt einfach alles: Schönes Ambiente, ein ebenso aufmerksamer wie freundlicher Service und Speisen in hervorragender Qualität! Wir hatten Fisch, Rind und Huhn: alles perfekt auf den jeweiligen Punkt gegart und angerichtet. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Niedlicher Laden mit tollem Konzept. Jeden Monat eine neue Auswahl an Speisen, frisch und regional. Für jeden Etwas dabei und auch immer etwas kleines Besonderes dabei (zb Wasabi Gurkensalat, Rhababerketchup,...) Einfach nicht 0815 Die Speisen sehen gut aus und sind toll angerichtet. Leider haben wir bei den Preisen mehr erwartet, günstig ist es weiß Gott nicht. Der Service war gut und aufmerksam. Wir haben draussen gegessen, was sehr angenehm war. In einem kleinen Wohngebiet und nett anzuschauen.

Ein eher in Richtung industrielles Ambiente. Laut. Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Getränkeauswahl war eher klein. Das Essen war köstlich. Draußen gab es keine Möglichkeit etwas weg zu werfen oder einen Aschenbecher.

We went here for dinner on a cold winther night, and we really enjoyed being here. The place is cozy and warm, and the staff very friendly and attentive. The food was good and with optional portion sizes. The menu is not big. Also the wine list is short, and the one we ordered was unfortunately not in stock. We had lamb sausage and fried chicken and only complaint would be that the garlic bread really lacked garlic! It wouldn't hurt to spice up the flavours in general.

Dieser Ort ist einfach wunderbar, zum gut Essen zum Wohlfühlen. Die Leute dort sind alle sehr aufmerksam und wirklich zuvorkommend. Hier komme ich immer wieder gerne her.

Dejlig stemning og super mad, lidt væk fra larmen, hyggelig gårdhave. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen…………………………………………..
