Mam-Mam Burger in Nürnberg

Köstlich! Und es gibt eine große Auswahl an veganen Burgern; man kann die gesamte Speisekarte mit veganem Fleisch bestellen. Sehr jugendliche Atmosphäre. Ich war begeistert von diesem Restaurant.

Überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und sehr leckeres Essen! Alle Burger sind auch als Veggie Burger erhältlich.

Ich war eigentlich immer ein großer Fan von Mam Mam Burger. Die Burger haben mir jedes Mal sehr gut geschmeckt und ich habe dort regelmäßig bestellt, weil die Qualität für mich immer gestimmt hat. Leider habe ich seit etwa drei Wochen das Gefühl, dass sich etwas verändert hat. Vor allem das Fleisch schmeckt für mich nicht mehr so wie früher. Es wirkt, als ob entweder der Lieferant gewechselt wurde oder an der Rezeptur etwas geändert wurde. Der Geschmack, die Konsistenz und insgesamt die Qualität sind meiner Meinung nach deutlich schlechter als zuvor. Das finde ich wirklich schade, weil Mam Mam Burger für mich immer zu den besten Burgerläden in Nürnberg gehört hat. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das nur eine vorübergehende Phase ist und die alte Qualität wieder zurückkommt. Dann würde ich auch wieder gerne regelmäßig bestellen. Im Moment kann ich den Burgern leider nicht mehr die Bewertung geben, die ich ihnen früher ohne Zögern gegeben hätte.

Ein wirklich guter Burger. Das Fleisch war hervorragend, außen knusprig. Das Brötchen war wie üblich etwas matschig, die Trüffelsauce hat mir nicht so gut gefallen. Freundlicher und schneller Service.

Sehr leckerer Burger mit saftigem Fleisch aus regionalen Zutaten. Das schmeckt man und merkt man aber auch im Preis. Ambiente draußeb sehr schön zum Sitzen, innen sehr stickig durch den Grill. Die Beilagen waren etwas knapp bemessen - auf den Hinweis dass es etwas mehr Frites hätten sein können kam nur ein knappes „Sorry“. Deshalb leider keine 5 Sterne verdient.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben online bei ubereats bestellt und uns das Essen nach Hause liefern lassen — und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden! 😍🍽️ Das Essen war super lecker, frisch zubereitet und bei der Lieferung sogar noch warm. 🚗🔥 Das Fleisch hatte eine sehr gute Qualität und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass alles frisch gemacht wurde. 🥩👌✨ Die Pommes waren zwar nur noch mittelwarm, aber das ist bei einer Lieferung völlig normal und für uns überhaupt kein Problem. 🍟🙂 Geschmacklich war alles trotzdem top und insgesamt hat es uns richtig gut geschmeckt. 😋💯 Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können World Gala wirklich weiterempfehlen! 🙌🌟

Der Burger hat mir super geschmeckt. Die Burger-Patties waren komplett vegan, aber das hat man gar nicht gemerkt. Er war richtig lecker und die Preise sind auch angemessen. Absolut empfehlenswert! 👏

Die besten Burger in Nürnberg 😋🤩

Fantastischer Burger mit hochwertigen Beilagen und Bier.

Ich habe am 17. Mai über Uber Eats bestellt und ausdrücklich bei jedem Burger „ohne Zwiebeln“ angegeben. Zusätzlich habe ich es am Ende nochmals in den Anmerkungen erwähnt. Trotzdem wurden die Burger mit Zwiebeln geliefert. Siehe Fotos. Da ich keine Zwiebeln vertrage, war das Essen für mich unbrauchbar und musste entsorgt werden. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass der Hinweis mehrfach und eindeutig angegeben wurde und trotzdem komplett ignoriert wurde. Wieso wird die Option für Extra-Wünsche, also etwas abzuwählen, dann überhaupt gegeben?! So etwas darf bei Bestellungen mit klaren Änderungswünschen einfach nicht passieren. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Ich hatte den BBQ‑Cheeseburger in der 200‑g‑Variante (2 Patties) mit extra Bacon und war wirklich sehr zufrieden: saftig, gut gewürzt und geschmacklich top. Die Pommes sind hier eher wie Kartoffelscheiben („Round Cuts“), aber sehr lecker und mal etwas anderes. Auch der Coleslaw war frisch und gut abgeschmeckt. Praktisch ist, dass man die Burgergröße frei wählen kann – 100 g, 200 g oder 300 g. Preislich liegt der günstigste 100‑g‑Burger bei 8,50 €, und der teuerste 300‑g‑Burger bei 20,50 €. Für die Qualität und Portionsgröße absolut fair. Wir saßen draußen an einem Sonntag am frühen Nachmittag. Es gab ausreichend Schatten, und bei anderem Sonnenstand hätte man problemlos die Sonnenschirme nutzen können. Es waren noch viele Plätze frei – vermutlich genau zwischen den typischen Essenszeiten.

Ich hatte einen Cheesy mit Bacon, dazu Pommes und ein Bier. Der Burger war schön saftig und hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, auch die Pommes waren gut. Der Service war ok und die Preise sind ganz normal. Ich komme gerne mal wieder.

Die besten TrüffelParmesanPommes gibts auf jeden Fall hier: OMG 🤩 Burger auch immer sehr lecker. Leider ist eigtl immer (auch wenns kalt ist) die Tür offen, sodass es im Laden immer super kalt ist. Das macht das Ganze ungemütlich. Service war bisher immer super lieb und freundlich! Ich wohne leider nicht mehr in Nürnberg, komme aber immer wieder vorbei, sobald ich da bin!

Wir haben heute hier zu Mittag gegessen und waren wieder einmal begeistert. Obwohl wir zum ersten Mal in Nürnberg waren, kennen wir Mam-Mam Burger schon. Wir gehen normalerweise zu Mam-Mam Burger in Würzburg, und beide Restaurants sind unsere Lieblingslokale für Smash Burger.

Alles lecker. Essen kommt schnell. Gute Musik. Personal freundlich.

Kleiner Burgerladen in der City....gute Burger, guter Service....nicht so groß, aber für einen Burgerstop völlig ok.

Früher war der Laden mal echt top, aber dem ist leider überhaupt nicht mehr so. Die Burger waren total trocken, weil zu lange gebraten und kaum Soße drauf war. Die Trüffelmayo hat man gerade so erahnen können, den 1€ mehr dafür kann man sich sparen. Und obwohl nur noch ein weiterer Tisch mit 2 Personen besetzt war, schien die Bedienung überfordert und hat bei uns (6 Personen) nicht nur alle Sides durcheinander gebracht, sondern auch eines komplett vergessen. Meine Pommes hab ich also 10-15 Minuten später bekommen und als Nachspeise gegessen. Und man geht mit Burger-Geruch nach Hause, weil die Lüftung scheinbar zu schwach ist. Ach ja, die Toilette war auch ziemlich schmuddelig. Alles in allem echt enttäuschend, ich werde nicht mehr hingehen.

Leider wurden wir wieder enttäuscht. Da ich Schwanger bin habe ich bei der Bestellung angegeben dass das pattie bitte durch sein soll. Diese Anmerkung stand dann sogar auf dem Kassenzettel. Tja das Pattie war nicht durch und teilweise rosa.

Die Burger sind sehr lecker, können aber leicht auseinanderfallen, also seid darauf vorbereitet. Ich empfehle den Blue Burger nicht für alle, die keinen Käse mit Schimmel mögen. Die Getränke sind köstlich. P.S.: Nur eine der Türen lässt sich öffnen. Wenn also niemand da ist und die Tür geschlossen ist, keine Sorge und schaut einfach bei den anderen Türen nach.

Der Burger war mittelmäßig und die Chili-Cheese-Fries waren nicht mehr ganz warm, aber sie haben geschmeckt. Die Soße des Caesar Salad war nicht besonders gut, deshalb blieb ein großer Teil übrig.

I was here in the evening with a friend. The service was friendly, but they weren't in a hurry to take our order. The fries and chips were tasty. The restroom could have been in better condition.

Experience in store is great, however takeaway orders are awful. All pre-made, tough, stale, salads are brown and look torn by hand. Definitely not quality. Management should relook how takeaway orders are handled. It’s not a once off. We have tried multiple orders over the last few months. Not okay.

Auf den ersten Blick macht der Laden einen richtig guten Eindruck. Ich muss aber ehrlich sagen, geschmacklich war der Burger für mich nichts Besonderes. Solide, ja – aber kein Highlight. Positiv hervorzuheben sind definitiv die Süßkartoffel-Pommes, die haben mir gut gefallen. Der Service wirkt sehr mit der eigenen Organisation beschäftigt. Gerade wenn nicht viel los ist, wäre etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit schön. Negativ aufgefallen sind mir leider die Toiletten – die waren in einem wirklich schlechten Zustand und sollten dringend kontrolliert werden. Am Ende geht man satt wieder raus und riecht nach Burger, aber ein besonderes Erlebnis oder etwas, das im Gedächtnis bleibt, war es für mich leider nicht.

Great burgers, no question. It was quiet when we were there. No other guests. So the food and everything else came quickly. Everything was delicious and of very good quality. BUT: the restrooms were absolutely terrible. Only one toilet for everyone – which isn't the problem. But everything was wet, the entire floor – I don't even want to know what it was. It wasn't clear which dispenser was for soap/disinfectant. No towels. The trash can was broken. AND: Even though it was quiet, the restroom wasn't cleaned or restocked. CONCLUSION: Good food isn't everything in a restaurant.

Took the cheese burger 🍔 The burger is very well balanced. The meat tastes fresh and juicy, with a great harmony between the sauce and the other components. The fries are super crispy, and the truffle mayo is excellent too. The interior is a bit minimalistic, but that’s standard.

Hands down one of the best burger spots we’ve had since being in Germany. The staff is as kind and attentive. Our burgers were juicy, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. I am a sucker for Parmesan fries and these friends HIT. THE. SPOT. We will def be returning next time we come to Nurnberg.

It's noticeable that Mammam has a reputation for skimping on their ingredients. I don't need ready-made Metro sauces in my burgers and waiters laughing at me when I tip €2 on a €21 order? There are much better burger joints in Nuremberg anyway.

I was a regular customer in Bamberg, and this was my first time in Nuremberg. It was great, as usual. It's a shame Bamberg didn't catch on; Mam Mam was the best in terms of taste for me.

I ordered my burger online via a delivery service and told them I wanted to change the toppings. The staff there apparently didn't care. What a pity!

Unfortunately, things aren't going well in the serenades. They take cash, blow their noses, and then touch the raw meat, salads, and buns without using their hands... It looks really good, but it doesn't work...

I was staying in Nuremberg, and on my last day of travel in this small Bavarian city, I suddenly felt a hankering for a burger, so I stopped by. Contrary to the reviews, the lunch combo was €9.50. I ordered a blue cheese burger combo, and the patty, bun, and sauce were all perfect. It was the best meal I had in Germany.

After a very long time, I had a Mam-Mam Burger again—a Mam-Mam Cheeseburger, of course. It was great, as always, and I'm neither a big burger nor a meat fan. Next time, maybe the Beyond Meat version. Specials are available Monday through Thursday. It's not a big restaurant, but it's busy on Friday evenings, and the service is very friendly.

Delicious handcrafted burgers made from high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. There are also set menu options available with fries to save money. The exception to this is the chili cheese fries, for example, which still deserve special praise. The service was extremely friendly and attentive! The only drawback is the lack of classic burger toppings in some burger variations. While the classic cheeseburger features lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion, these ingredients were missing from the chili cheeseburger and the blue cheeseburger. Perhaps intentional to give the Gorgonzola and the chili cheese sauce more room to develop their flavors. But for me personally, it's a drawback. The ambiance is alternative, bold, and urban. Good burger joint!

Here you can find good burgers, including veggie ones for those who don't want to eat meat. The service is fast. The place isn't very big, so it's best to get there early to avoid finding it crowded, or to reserve a table.

Well, I don't understand the good reviews. The atmosphere outside is surrounded by overflowing trash cans and dirt/molder. The employees smoke in a corner next to the tables. The burgers are pretty meager and the toppings are slapped on pretty carelessly. I'm not sure about the meat. They're supposed to be from local Angus cattle, but I couldn't find any more information on the website. Sure, they're edible, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. And they certainly don't look like the pictures. The fries aren't bad, but the cheese sauce is more like the kind you'd get from those cans of nachos at the supermarket. The drink selection is small. The only thing that was nice and good was the service.

My order was delivered via Uber Eats today and I was shocked. The burgers were burnt. The meat and cheese completely black. I understand when something is fried crispy and has a certain browning but is completely black?! It cannot be overlooked and then packaging it and offering it to the customer is not possible. You also pay for it, and not exactly little. I had to throw the burgers away. I took a few pictures for you. It's a shame, I've lost my appetite. Never again.

Basically, I like to go to Mam - Mam Burger because I think the burgers are good. The problem with the whole thing is that I order my burgers without cheese. The order was placed accordingly and supposedly prepared that way (see picture). Out of a total of 4 orders, I've already had the burger with cheese 3 times. That's why overall only 2 stars.
