Ein echtes Highlight in Traunstein! Das Maison de Lai in der Herzog-Friedrich-Straße überzeugt mit unglaublich leckerem Essen, frischen Zutaten und einer liebevollen Zubereitung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und herzliche Art des Teams. Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt, schön angerichtet und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Auch das Ambiente ist modern, gemütlich und perfekt zum entspannten Essen mit Freunden oder Familie. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Wer in Traunstein asiatische Küche auf hohem Niveau genießen möchte, sollte unbedingt vorbeischauen. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Leider war mein Mittagsmenü M1 weder leicht scharf noch sonst irgendwie geschmacklich gut. Das Gemüse zu hart, das Fleisch eher gedünstet als gebraten. Insgesamt nicht gut.

Vor Ort oder als Takeaway, Qualität war noch nie schlechter als perfekt, holen des öftern Sushi Abends ab, der Fisch, Reis und sonstige Füllung immer sehr schmackhaft und frisch!

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Für den Preis hat man eine würdige Portion bekommen. Besonders hervorheben muss ich das nette Service Personal das super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Besuch lohnt sich

Wir haben verschiedene Gerichte ausprobiert. Alles war köstlich, insbesondere die Pho-Suppen. Die Brühe der Pho Bo mit Rindfleisch war kräftig, während die der Pho Ga mit Hähnchenfleisch frisch und kräuterig war. Den Oktopus-Salat fanden wir jedoch nicht ganz frisch, und das Fleisch war etwas gummiartig. Das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und gemütlich, und der Service war ebenfalls super.

Absolute Empfehlung! Wer Wert auf qualitativ hochwertiges und leckeres Essen legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren gestern dort und sind immer noch geflasht. Kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren, da es (zurecht!) sehr voll ist. 10/10 Punkten!

Ich bin schon seit mehreren Jahren Stammkundin. Das Essen ist sehr gut, vor allem den Mittagstisch kann ich empfehlen. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne dorthin und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Sushi mega Lecker! Bestellen wenn, zum Abholen. Jedoch nun das 2. mal, dass Avocado im Essen war, obwohl ausdrücklich erwähnt wurde es ohne zu machen. (Wegen Allergie) Trotzdessen ist es lecker, aber auch total blöd für die betroffene Person, da diese dann nichts essen kann.

Wir waren heute mit 10 Personen in diesem für mich neuen Lokal. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Trotz sehr guten Besuchs um die Mittagszeit bekamen wir schnell unsere Gerichte. Die Mittagsmenüs sind absolut günstig (10-12 €), man bekommt dafür eine Suppe oder Frühlingsrolle und einen Hauptgang. Ich hatte eine sehr knusprige Ente mit Curry-Kokosmilch-Soße. Der Service war sehr freundlich, schnell. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Kein Wunder, dass dieses Haus so voll war und offensichtlich so gut etabliert ist in Traunstein!

Das Maison De Lai bietet eine beeindruckende, moderne Interpretation der vietnamesischen Küche. Man merkt sofort, dass der Laden ein absoluter Hotspot ist: Selbst an einem Montagabend war das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Mein Tipp: Eine Reservierung ist hier absolut notwendig! Kulinarik und Konzept: Die Küche wird als „futuristisch“ beschrieben, was sich in der kreativen Anrichte und den spannenden Geschmackskombinationen widerspiegelt. Die Gerichte haben wirklich gut geschmeckt und bringen frischen Wind in die asiatische Gastronomie-Szene. Auch wenn es für mich persönlich nicht das allerbeste asiatische Restaurant war, in dem ich bisher gegessen habe, ist die Qualität dennoch auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Service und Atmosphäre: Zu Beginn des Abends war der Service ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr präsent an unserem Tisch. Die Atmosphäre ist belebt und modern. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Je später der Abend wurde und je voller es blieb, desto schwieriger wurde es, das Personal zu greifen. Als wir schließlich bezahlen wollten, war es leider eine Herausforderung, jemanden zu finden. Lokaler Kontext: Das Maison De Lai greift die lange Geschichte der französisch-vietnamesischen Fusion auf und übersetzt sie in das 21. Jahrhundert. Es ist ein perfektes Beispiel für die neue, gehobene asiatische Gastronomie, die Tradition mit urbanem Lifestyle verbindet. Fazit: Trotz der kleinen Wartezeit beim Bezahlen eine absolute Empfehlung! Wer Lust auf moderne vietnamesische Küche in einem stylischen Ambiente hat, sollte hier vorbeischauen – aber denkt an die Reservierung!

Essen gut und Service freundlich

Wunderschön angerichtetes und qualitativ hochwertiges Sushi. Nicht billig aber auf jeden Fall seinen Preis wert und auch immer sehr gut besucht! Reservierung zu empfehlen!! Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!!

Wir waren hier am 01.12. und waren begeistert. Essen Top und der Service zuvorkommend und absolut Kinderlieb. Wir haben einen Kinderhochstuhl mitgebracht (da keiner vorhanden ist, was nicht schlimm ist), und es wurden Tische zusammengeschoben bzw. verschoben, damit alles passt. Personal hat mit unserer Tochter sehr lieb und freundlich agiert und es gab sogar eine Trockeneisüberraschung für unsere Tochter. Dass Essen ist ein Kunstwerk und schmeckte fantastisch. Gerne wieder!

Das Essen ist sehr attraktiv angerichtet. Der Service war aufmerksam. Wir waren aber relativ früh dort und deshalb fast allein. Das Pho war gut und das Sushi auch.

Verwöhnt von einer Großstadt, wo man mehrere verschiedene hervorragende Sushi Lokale findet, hatte ich die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben hier in der Gegend etwas Vergleichbares zu finden 😉 und wurde gestern eines Besseren belehrt 🥰 Euer Sushi ist geschmacklich und optisch ein Highlight und verdient die 5⭐️ wirklich. Der Service war sehr freundlich und flott. Das Lokal ist stylisch eingerichtet und durch die speziellen Akustik-Decken wirklich angenehm um sich dort zu unterhalten.

Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Asiate bei dem es unter Anderem sehr gutes Sushi gibt!

The food is delicious, the service friendly and attentive. The dishes arrive quickly, and the lunch menu, especially at lunchtime, is impressive, with fair prices and generous portions. One minor drawback: there's unfortunately no highchair for small guests. Otherwise, absolutely recommended!

We had only made a reservation that same day, but were seated in a side room with the feel of a clubhouse. The food was served with a lot of frills, but cooked and seasoned without attention to detail. Having just returned from a vacation in Vietnam with the sheer variety of flavors, this was a huge disappointment. The service staff, while attentive, were not courteous and certainly couldn't compete with the exceptional friendliness we've come to expect in Vietnam.

The ambiance in the main restaurant is very harmonious, but unfortunately, you sit very close to the next table. Without a reservation, we were seated in an adjoining room, which was much worse. It was bright, had a simpler ambiance, and less muted voices. The dishes were beautifully presented but lacked authenticity and the flavors were poorly refined. The service was friendly and uninspired. For those not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is generally a decent restaurant.

NOT ACCESSIBLE!!!!!!! It does say so in the Google ad. When we asked by phone, we were also told that the restaurant was accessible and that the restroom was also wheelchair accessible. When we got there, we found ourselves in front of a long, narrow staircase with a turn that was absolutely not wheelchair accessible! Very annoying!!

Dinner with four friends The ambiance is very nice, and you immediately feel at home. Unfortunately, you sit very close to the next table. The service was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, the food was bland and very German-style. It simply lacked that Asian flavor. I have NEVER been to a Vietnamese restaurant that didn't have coriander. All the other typical herbs were also conspicuously absent. For anyone looking for a pleasant evening and not interested in Asian cuisine, this is a recommended restaurant.

A restaurant with good food, but with no service focus. We gave this restaurant another chance after our last negative service experience and were disappointed again. Despite having a reservation, we were assigned a tiny table, very cramped, right next to the service aisle. At 7 p.m., there were at least 10 other tables available outside. When we asked if we could get a nicer, less cramped table, the waiter placed our menus on another, very cramped table and left us standing there without a word. We didn't get the table we wanted; the waiter then walked past us repeatedly for five minutes and simply left us standing on the terrace, ignoring us. Sorry, I'm not spending my money here. We spontaneously had a wonderful evening at another restaurant that places great importance on guest satisfaction.

Four of us came here for the first time. Everything tasted excellent. The portions were generous. Since we ordered an appetizer platter, we couldn't finish everything. The servers were very friendly and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere. We'd happily come back. Well, maybe not every day, as it's not exactly cheap, but we were impressed. The value for money is decent.

I was born in Traunstein, know all the restaurants inside and out and have to say that Traunstein has generally declined in terms of service/quality, Maison on the other hand overtakes everyone else with friendly service and quality, above all friendliness is something that is lacking in Traunstein in general, here you always feel well looked after and comfortable, I would love to be a regular guest!!

Ultimately, the food tasted good, even if it's relatively expensive. Although allergens are marked on the menu, many dishes are labeled "vegan" even though they aren't (as can be determined by the allergens and upon request). Some fish dishes are simply labeled as vegan. It was possible to replace/omit some animal ingredients in a dish upon request, but it was rather complicated. Not recommended for vegetarians/vegans.

I've been to this restaurant a few times and it never disappoints. This time I didn't eat any sushi but I'd highly recommend it to other sushi lovers, the quality is really good and it looks very representable, just like the rest of their dishes. The menu is a bit pricey if you want all three courses, but it's justified by the quality of food.

Maison de Lai not only offers extremely good, authentic Asian food but also a very good atmosphere. Lighting and furnishings work in harmony and even the cutlery is color-matched. A small criticism of the ambience, however, was the acoustics, as the noise level within the restaurant was very high. The service was very good as the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the spiciness of the dishes was described very accurately in the menu, as "slightly spicy" in Asian cuisine offers a lot of room for interpretation, but here it was translated into German "slightly spicy". All in all, I can recommend this restaurant and I plan to visit it again.

Maison De Lai is very very highly recommended. The quality, the selection, the ambience and the service are simply top. I have rarely had such delicious Vietnamese food as here. We had the large gourmet sushi platter for two people and were more than surprised. The selection was great. The variant of sushi with Wagyu beef was special. hmmm incredibly delicious. The service is super nice, funny and accommodating. We also often get food for home. Everything is packaged very well and the service is also top. Everything works in no time with the order number right on the door. The prices are appropriate because you also get very good quality. I think Maison De Lai is currently the best restaurant in the area. I can highly recommend it but would make reservations in the evening.

Was there for lunch and the recommendation from friends wasn't too promising. I was particularly surprised and enjoyed it. The only note is that I had to wait an extremely long time for the bill. Otherwise highly recommended.
