Mai Kudamm in Berlin

We may recommend this restaurant for all who likes asian food. It was delicious one. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and smiling. The restaurant is very well located, nearby Kurfursterdamm. The prices are resonable. We will come back there visiting Berlin next time.

Tried it spontaneously on the recommendation of my hotel concierge. I would go again. I had a soup and a hot plate with vegetables and duck. For dessert, I had some nigiri.

We were there twice with the family. The first time everything was great, the food was beautifully served, everything tasted good. The second time it took too long until everything was ready and we had to wait for our table even though we had reserved and the shop was half empty.

The ambience is great! The service was great too! But the food was poor :-( A pile of sticky noodles with 2 slices of zucchini, 4 slices of carrots and 2 florets of broccoli with lukewarm tofu :-( I expected more for €14

We ate there on our short trip. The sashimi was first class, never had anything so good. The Pho soup was also one of the best, if not the best. The homemade lemonades were something different and highly recommended. Gladly again next time.

The food was very tasty. We were there on December 31st at lunchtime. The restaurant was not yet very busy at that time. We were served friendly and the food came very quickly. We also really liked the decor of the restaurant. We would definitely come again.

A dish was forgotten to be served. The spring rolls had almost no filling. The salmon fillet wasn't cooked through. In terms of taste, the Pho wasn't convincing at all. The service staff tried hard, but had a lot of trouble due to the seemingly low number of staff.

An Asian man on the side street of the Kudamm. The atmosphere is very appealing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food tastes good and is freshly prepared. What was very surprising to us was that house tea was served with the meal and also a small ball of baked banana.

Lunch time, we found a free table. Sushi and Asian cuisine at its best. It was served quickly and the staff responded competently to our every need. A rather quiet place, but as the crowd of guests grows, this may change a bit. It was good to eat here.

The experience at this restaurant was awful. The food was not tasty, and the staff were incredibly rude with very poor English and German language skills. To make matters worse, the dishes were broken. I ordered Tom Yum, expecting a traditional dish, but what I received was just a bland soup with pieces of salmon—no shrimp, no lemongrass, none of the essential ingredients that make Tom Yum authentic. When I brought this up with the waitress, she claimed the menu didn’t state it included shrimp. In fact, the menu didn’t clarify anything about the ingredients. She dismissively told me it was “Geschmacksache” (a matter of taste) that I didn’t like it. The manager’s response was even more ridiculous. He claimed that “Tom Yum” was just a name and didn’t have to match the traditional recipe. After a lengthy discussion, he eventually said he would cover the cost of the Tom Yum himself. However, when the receipt came, it only showed the total amount. Upon requesting a detailed breakdown, I found that the cost of the Tom Yum was still included. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Poor food, broken dishes, and terrible service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've had the pleasure of dining here twice and was thrilled both times: The varied, fantastic food - I particularly recommend the Crispy Chicken (starter) - left nothing to be desired. In addition, extremely attentive, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere, accompanied by the very pretty furnishings. In addition, the good location with a nearby parking garage. Overall - also in terms of price - this restaurant is simply great! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious food served quickly right on the Kudamm. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. So price performance is right. The ambience is quiet because the restaurant is located on a side street from the Kudamm. The staff is super nice and you can pay by card here.

Delicious food! Visited twice during our stay! On an evening with very bad weather, we were looking for a restaurant close to our hotel. My family loves Asian food, but due to central location at Bahnhof Zoologischer Garden we were concerned it would be a tourist trap. It turned out to be a positive surprise. The food delicious and we ended up going to this restaurant twice during our stay. We tried pho soups, udon soup with seafood, sushi, and crispy chicken (for the kids).

The food tasted amazing, though it was a bit heavy on the sauce. The atmosphere inside was warm and inviting, with cozy decor and friendly staff. The drink options were excellent and left us feeling refreshed. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience that I would highly recommend.

Totally love the atmosphere, staff and food. I’m obsessed with the Wantan Soup as well as with the Chicken Bowl. They became my comfort food now. I’m glad that I work work nearby. ❤️

This place is so bad, the worst place ever in Berlin. It is literally a cheating restaurant. Waitress is absolutely dishonest. And there is a trickish waiter with a full mouth of frauds trying to bully you when their scheme is exposed. Watch out your wallet!!! Triple check the bill IF you want to take the high risk dining at this BLACK SHOP.

Loved this place! We had the veggie spring rolls, wakame salad, edamame salmon rice bowl and miso soup, all excellent! Food came fast, hot and fresh. Service was excellent. The *only* suggestion is less dressing on the salad in the salmon bowl. Otherwise amazing!

We’ve been here during the week for lunch, it was not crowded, we got seated fast. They have a lunch offer and additional a la carte, we chose the gyozas, a sushi roll and the duck curry, which were served within 10min and were very tasty. Friendly personal, well maintained restroom and cozy atmosphere all in all - a definite recommendation! We will be back :)

One of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. I've been going here since it opened and it's STILL just as good, if not better 🥰 The food is INCREDIBLY delicious, especially the spring rolls. The salmon bowl and Vietnamese rice noodle bowl with beef are also highly recommended. The portions are completely worth the money. The staff is super friendly and the place is nicely decorated. The only drawback is that there is no reception inside 😁
