This place is super friendly and has all the varieties that you don't often find in Indian restaurants. The dishes are super tasty and the staff are super friendly. The price is very well worth it. The restaurant is really a good finding...thank you for your service.👍

Absolutely brilliant food! The naan bread is one of the best in terms of taste – super fluffy and perfectly baked. The main courses were super tasty and served in large portions. The mango cream was incredibly delicious and a perfect ending. Added to this is the super nice and attentive staff. Everything is just right here – absolute recommendation!

Takeaway food. Today I tried Maharani for the first time ever. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Hmmmm! And I'm in India almost every month for work, so I'm a bit spoiled! Really good cuisine, nice staff. The prices here are still as reasonable as in the good old days! Thanks! I'd love to come back soon!

We were here again for dinner. The food came quickly and was very good. I can only recommend the chili naan. The landlord is very nice and available for a chat. We'll be back :)

At Maharani on Baldeplatz there is absolutely premium, delicious Indian food, and we were particularly impressed by the selection of vegetarian dishes. Taher is very accommodating and friendly, we always feel comfortable with our children. My tip: Bengan ka bharta (from eggplant)

I had the pleasure of visiting Maharani and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The ambience is warm and inviting, with authentic Indian touches creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The service was excellent - the staff were friendly, attentive and made sure we felt completely at home. However, the food was the absolute highlight! The spices and flavors were perfectly balanced so that each dish was a feast for the senses. I was particularly impressed with chicken tiker , the dal tadka naan bread that was incredibly fresh and tasty. I was also impressed by the selection of vegetarian and vegan options. I highly recommend this restaurant for both fans of Indian cuisine and anyone wanting to try something new. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The food was very tasty and with a very good price in Munich.

We came across this restaurant through the “Schlemmerblock” voucher book. We called and made a reservation for two people with a dog. We were assured on the phone that this would of course be fine. When we arrived we were rudely turned away from the restaurant because dogs were not allowed. (The voucher book also said that dogs were allowed.) The restaurant was almost empty at 7 p.m. I don't even need to start with the look of the table sets. I can't judge the food, maybe this restaurant could have at least scored with that.

We ordered a Maharani grill platter with salad, as shown on the menu. The meal was served without salad. Reason: this is still the old menu. The second dish with shrimps wouldn't be available today. But they reappeared on the grill. It was a bit like a hidden camera. Conclusion: Never again!

Instead of the mild food ordered, brutally spicy food was delivered. I ordered this for my children 10 & 2 years old. The little one screamed for an hour because of the pain in her mouth! Always friendly and gets the food prepared customised to your taste. Ambience: Though the place looks a bit old but soon to be renovated Food: No doubts, its absolutely good. This had been my daily kitchen to eat after my work for almost 2 weeks Comparison: Have tried various other Indian restaurants in Munich, you will find lot of oil in the curries, an easier way to cook food and they think adds taste. But the food at Maharani has almost no oil. Value for Money: This place is comparatively cheaper to other overly priced Indian restaurants Recommendation: Must visit place and say hi to Tahir

Das Essen hier schmeckt richtig gut. Waren jetzt öfters hier und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen dem Service. Die Einrichtung des Lokals ist ein bisschen altbacken; die Tische Gedeck Gläser Geschirr alles sehr sauber. Die Preise für Getränke Bier Aperol Mango Lassi günstig und auch Thali Vorspeisen Hauptgang Lamm Ente Vegetarisch kosten ein Viertel weniger was sogenannte andere 'Indische Lokale' in München berechnen. Wir kommen bald wieder hierher.

Nice restaurant. On Sunday there is a lunch buffet for €12.50 per person, which I really liked. There was rice, dal, palak paneer and butter chicken as much as you want. Starters, salad, naan and drinks must be ordered separately. The menu is very extensive and offers 2 pages of vegetarian and 1 page of vegan dishes.

I ordered chicken mango . Rice seems not boiled . I told the staff . They again gave me the rice in same state . They also said this what they have . So i left without paying the bill. Highly disappointed by going with a hungry stomach and customer service .

Nettes indisches Restaurant bei mir uns Eck, zu dem meine Familie und ich schon seit Jahren immer wieder vorbeischauen und zufrieden nach einem netten Abend wieder heimgehen. Erwähnenswert ist der liebe Kellner der wirklich super angenehm und zuvorkommend ist. Und beim gestrigen Besuch mit einem Gutschein aus dem Schlemmerheft hat auch alles easy und ohne Probleme funktioniert.
