Maaya's Express in Bochum

Simply a disaster!!! This star is far too high. I've been sitting here for an hour and a half since ordering and have to watch as almost every other table is served. The people arrived after us. I will never come back here. Here you can cook while you eat, and I promise you yours will be served faster. If the food doesn't taste good right away, I'll tell them! An impossibility. After an hour and a half, they've only managed to bring one dish to the table, and my companion still has to wait because the food is almost ready. RECOMMENDATION: ZERO!! Please go to SWEET CHILLI 🌶️ A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER!!!!!!!!

We wanted to order here for pickup, and despite opening hours until 10:00 PM, we were very rudely told not to order here and that they already had their takeaway (as of 8:30 PM). Never again! Disrespectful and difficult to understand employees... A no-go!

We ordered catering from Maaya's Express for our son's 10th birthday. The food was delicious...everything was delivered on time, and the service was very friendly! We highly recommend it!

Not only did they provide super delicious food through their regular delivery service, but they also provided fantastic event catering! Maaya's Express enhanced our wedding from start to finish. All of our guests were very satisfied, and the entire process went smoothly. Every special request was fulfilled, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to the amazing team behind them!

It's a shame that the kesari was crumbly and served very hot. Unfortunately, the rool consisted only of gristly meat and potatoes. We had to wait a very long time for the food! What a pity!

We ordered four dishes in 45 and when we got there on time we were hardly greeted. After 15 minutes the first employee showed up and brought the food after 20 minutes. Since they didn't have a lid for their boxes, they simply closed it with aluminum foil. They had no change at all, so I had to round up. With the finger food rolls you really had to pick out the pieces of meat with a magnifying glass. The Special Briyani had meat in it, but without exception only with fat, as can be seen in the picture. For €12.90 you can definitely expect more.

Heyho.. sehr positiv (auch, wenn das sehr deutsch ist) - Am Telefon hat sich eine junge Dame gemeldet und die Kommunikation war absolut perfekt. (leider nicht immer so der Fall 😁 bei anderen indischen Restaurants) Kleiner Minuspunkt: Anfang Januar 2022 war keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das bitte ändern. insgesamt war sehr lecker und von der Menge und Qualität war ich auch sehr positiv angetan. Ich habe es in Mild bestellt und so hat es auch für mich geschmeckt. Ich kann Am Essen nicht aussetzen und werde auch in zukunft hier bestellen. bitte weiter so.

Pretty decent restaurant, but they are but expensive

Kleine Portion. Mäßige Qualität und Geschmack. Zwei Stunden auf die Lieferung gewartet.

Sehr sehr lecker. Wir haben noch nie so gutes Essen vom Lieferdienst bekommen. Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich muss den letzten Post revidieren (1 Stern, weil keine Lieferung erfolgte). Das Essen ist nach ca. 2 Stunden sehr wohl angekommen. Leider nicht mehr ganz warm... ABER geschmacklich wirklich gut, da kann man einfach nicht meckern. 3 Sterne weil : 5 für den Geschmack 1 für die ultra lange Lieferzeit und weil beim Telefonat einfach aufgelegt wurde. Sollte das Restaurant da nochmal nachschärfen (und ich könnte mir durchaus vorstellen hier nochmal zu bestellen) gibt es auch mehr Sterne!

Absolut wundervolles, sehr leckeres southindian/srilankan Essen. Die Verpackung bei Lieferung ist super, es wird auch versucht Plastik zu vermeiden. Der Lieferant war freundlich. Ich bin froh das Restaurant gefunden zu haben, ich habe diese Qualität sehr vermisst.
