Es hat mal wieder super gut geschmeckt, das Brot war frisch, die Aioli sehr schmackhaft und die Gambas hatten eine tolle Schärfe. Die Sardellen waren knusprig, frisch und sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

Ma Maison in Bergedorf ist einfach top! Sehr leckeres Essen – von Vorspeisen über Fleisch und Pasta bis zum Dessert alles frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Dazu super freundlicher Service und eine tolle Auswahl an Weiß- und Rotwein. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Klare Empfehlung und verdiente 5 Sterne!

Essen: sensationell gut. Preise: happig. Ob 4,50 € für acht Scheiben Baguettebrot gerechtfertigt sind? Bitte selbst entscheiden. Auch sonst eher nichts für den schmalen Geldbeutel. Bedienung: sehr laut, keine Getränkekarte. Nach dem Nachtisch keine Frage nach weiteren Wünschen, etwa einem Kaffee oder sonst etwas = Luft nach oben. Bezahlung: nur bar. In 2026, wirklich? Rechnung sollte durchaus kontrolliert werden, wir hatten Bedarf zur Korrektur! Fazit: eine im kulinarischen Sinne wirklich gute Erfahrung, die für mich singulär bleiben wird - Gründe siehe oben.

Oh wie lecker! Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und werden definitiv wieder kommen! Der Chef und der Service sind super nett. Unser Abend zu viert in dieser kleinen Bar war wie ein kurzer Urlaub.

Wunderschöne Tapasbar mit einem sehr sehr netten Gastwirten namens Pedro. Kaum ist man mit dem Fuß drinnen, fühlt man sich schon wohl, weil man mit einem Lächeln begrüßt wird. Tolle Getränkekarte und super leckeres Essen zu moderaten Preisen.

Ich habe ein teller mit oliven einpaar scampis paar Tintenfisch, scharfs Käse 3 glaser wein ein Cappuccino und eins 0.2 Flasche cola 97 euro bezahlt. Würde niewieder ein fuss in den Laden setzten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen...

Wir hatten für Samstag Abend einen Tisch reserviert. Um 19 Uhr angekommen empfing uns gleich an der Tür der Hinweis "Nur Barzahlung". Wir sagten, wir hätten kein Bargeld. Daraufhin wurden wir direkt etwas unfreundlich gefragt, ob wir noch Bargeld holen oder woanders hingehen wollen. Da nur ein Tusch besetzt war und uns dies für Samstag Abend komisch vorkam und die Karte auch wenig Auswahl versprach, entschieden wir uns für ein anderes Restaurant.

Ich habe heute die Mittagskarte getestet und Spaghetti mit Gambas in einer pikanten Tomaten-Sahne-Soße gegessen. Das Gericht war mega lecker. Ich habe schon lange keine so guten Nudeln gegessen. Danke Pedro 🙏👌

Ein fantastischer Abend mit Unterhaltung, tollem Ambiente und vorzüglichem Essen... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir hatten ca. 4 Wochen vorher einen Tisch reserviert und uns wurde ein Platz direkt am Eingang angeboten. Da bekanntermaßen im Dezember Winter ist, kam dies für uns nicht in Frage und wir wurden in die obere Etage verfrachtet. Weder die Teelichter auf dem Tisch, noch die Stehlampe in der Ecke wurden vom Inhaber in Betrieb genommen, selbst sind die Frauen..... Essen war einigermaßen, allerdings völlig überteuert. Dafür rochen die Klamotten und wir selbst, als hätten wir direkt in der Küche gesessen und gegessen. Am nächsten Tag war verdauungstechnisch einiges aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten und Bauchkrämpfe mein Begleiter. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen: Ich fühlte mich nicht wirklich willkommen, Service echt schlecht und für diesen Preis absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Wer Pedro noch nicht kennt, hat definitiv was verpasst. Seine Tapas-Bar ist keine einfache Bar – es ist eine echte One-Man-Show, und dieser Mann liefert ab wie drei Michelin-Köche, zwei Oberkellner und ein Stand-up-Comedian in Person. Pedro ist überall gleichzeitig: Er kocht, serviert, lacht, unterhält, merkt sich jeden Wunsch, jede Vorliebe – und schafft es trotzdem, dass man sich fühlt wie bei einem Freund zu Hause. Einfach heftig, was dieser Typ draufhat. Das Essen? Eine absolute Geschmacksexplosion. Die Scampis: on fire. Das Fleisch: butterzart. Das Brot: gefährlich gut. Die Aioli: Suchtgefahr. Bravas, Pimientos, Calamares– alles sowas von on point, dass man am liebsten die Teller ablecken würde. (Mach ich natürlich nicht… meistens.) Der Nachtisch ein Schokosoufflé- jeder Löffel eine kleine Sünde. Die Weine? Er trifft einfach IMMER. Der Mann könnte blind eine Flasche greifen und sie wäre trotzdem die perfekte Wahl. Bei Pedro vergisst man den Alltag komplett. Zwei Stunden dort fühlen sich an wie ein Mini-Urlaub. Egal ob man satt oder einfach nur sozial aufgeladen rausgeht -man geht immer als glücklicherer Mensch. Kurz gesagt: Wer einmal da war, kommt wieder. Und wer nicht hingeht, verpasst einen der herzlichsten, leckersten und authentischsten Orte in Bergedorf! Danke Pedro – du bist ein Erlebnis❤️

Wer in Bergedorf auf der Suche nach einem besonderen kulinarischen Erlebnis ist, sollte dieses Tapas-Restaurant unbedingt besuchen. Schon beim Eintreten spürt man die warme, einladende Atmosphäre: stilvolle Einrichtung, liebevolle Details und ein Team, das echte Gastfreundschaft lebt. Ich bin Italienerin und war gleich an meinem ersten Abend in Hamburg hier hungrig um 23 Uhr, als überall sonst schon geschlossen war. Der Inhaber war unglaublich freundlich und hat mir trotz der späten Uhrzeit noch etwas zu essen zubereitet. Diese Herzlichkeit und Flexibilität findet man wirklich selten! Das Lokal ist super gemütlich und international: Man hört verschiedene Sprachen, der Inhaber spricht selbst mehrere davon, und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Musik ist immer stimmungsvoll, und es gibt regelmäßig tolle Events, die den Besuch noch besonderer machen. Die Tapas sind ein kleines Kunstwerk für sich frisch, kreativ und voller Geschmack. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend, und auch die Weinauswahl ist bemerkenswert: aromatisch, sorgfältig ausgewählt und perfekt abgestimmt auf die Gerichte. Der Service ist aufmerksam, herzlich und zugleich unaufdringlich man spürt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Die Mischung aus Wohlfühlatmosphäre, exzellentem Essen, gutem Wein und einem unglaublich freundlichen Team macht dieses Lokal zu einem echten Highlight in Hamburg-Bergedorf. Französischer Name, arabischer Inhaber, viele Fehler in der Speisekarte. Essen war ok, aber nicht authentisch spanisch. Wir hatten Hunger, sonst wären wir nicht hingegangen.

Wunderbare Tapas. Hervorragende Qualität und erstklassiger Wein. Ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Dieses kleine Juwel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

There were two of us there and we sat on beer tent furniture. The owner behaved like a tout from the Reeperbahn. The food is overpriced; I could have bought it at the supermarket. The two chicken skewers I ordered were served about 10 minutes late. The waitress grabbed my plate to clear it, even though we clearly still had food in our bowls. Only after protesting did I get "my" cutlery and plate back. There was no sign anywhere indicating that payment was only accepted in cash (a scoundrel who thinks evil). Given the exorbitant prices (ordered a little, but it still came to €83), they vehemently insisted on cash payment. It was our first visit there, and we definitely won't be back; we'll just drive into the city. All our friends have been informed.

Wir waren am 10.07. mal wieder in diesem tollen Restaurant. Einfach immer ein tolles Erlebnis, hier zu essen. Super Qualität, tolle Atmosphäre und geschmacklich ein Traum. Die Preise finden wir für die heutige Zeit angemessen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch 😊

I'll start with the positives: The owner is very nice and the food smells delicious, so I can't say anything bad about that. The price/performance ratio, however, is outrageous, to say the least! If the food were of exceptional quality, I would consider the price justified, but, for example, 5 or 6 prawns in oil for €16 is pretty steep, or bread and aioli for €5 (which you get for free at any other Portuguese or Spanish restaurant), 2 small chorizos for €12.50, etc., etc. The food is tasty, but really nothing exceptional that justifies these prices. Unfortunately, the first and last time we were here, it bordered on rip-off; you wouldn't even pay that much in the Portuguese Quarter in Hamburg.

We visited the little tapas bar for the first time today, and I wondered why we hadn't been there sooner? I really enjoyed the food. The owner, Pedro, was very accommodating and friendly, and you could tell he loves his job.

The food and ambiance were very good. However, the prices are significantly too high! Since the bill easily exceeds €100 for two people, there should be an option to pay by card. Unfortunately, that's not the case; only cash payments are accepted... This, along with the high prices, are a major drawback in this review.

Delicious fresh bread. Freshly made sangria, and a friendly, helpful staff. I'll be back again and again.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon. We received a warm welcome. The service staff was friendly. When you go to a tapas bar, it's loud. The staff will sit down with you if you're in a chatty mood. The music is loud. You may or may not like it, but it's to be expected in a tapas bar :-) We only had a chocolate soufflé and drinks. And I can honestly say: "That was the best soufflé ever." I will definitely come back. Tip: Make a reservation for the evening table. You can sit outside, inside, or upstairs outside (it's a tight squeeze). Restrooms are upstairs. Cash only.

The staff is too pushy and doesn't leave you alone, so you can't really enjoy your dinner. The reasonably priced dishes on the menu are conveniently sold out. The expensive dishes are very small in portions compared to other tapas restaurants. In the end, you pay €140 for five tapas and a glass of wine.

Food was ok, but price-performance ratio not acceptable

We visited Ma Maison in the early afternoon and were absolutely thrilled. A super relaxed atmosphere, friendly service – the server was really on the ball and extremely personable. The food? Amazing! The burrata on leaf salad with truffle oil was particularly amazing – really fresh and a real hit in terms of flavor. The tapas were also delicious, and the drinks complemented them perfectly. The prices are really fair, especially considering the quality. Definitely on our list for repeat visits!

Value for money is 0.0. Please don't go. Quality 0, price 100. A ham and cheese platter for 20 euros with four cheese wedges and ham from a plastic wrapper? It has nothing to do with Spain. The service was very friendly. Hence the 1 star.

My favorite tapas bar! A small, atmospheric spot in Bergedorf with a personal atmosphere. The tapas plates are lovingly prepared; everything from flambéed goat cheese on a bed of salad to paella tastes delicious. Pedro, the owner, serves good wines and his service is warm. Feel free to ask him about specials outside the menu and about his liqueurs... highly recommended!

No. No longer recommended. My visit on Saturday, May 10th, 2025, in the hope of a nice evening with work colleagues, was disrupted by the loud, intrusive owner, sometimes by an impudent demeanor. The quality of the food does not correspond to the price/performance level. If you e.g. B. If you want to eat chicken legs, you should allow 2 hours, otherwise they will be bloody on the inside. Certain tapas were no longer available at 6:30 p.m. It's a shame because I remembered it differently.

Unfortunately, the portions were quite small in relation to the price - which would be understandable if the quality was exceptional, which unfortunately wasn't the case in this case. The chorizos looked like standard supermarket produce and were simply grilled. The croquetas were very small and the breaded fish was unfortunately quite dry. For the price quoted, one could have at least expected some bread or suitable sauces to round off the dishes. What was also disappointing: the selection of dishes was very limited overall. Many of the dishes you see in the online reviews and photos weren't even on the current menu. Unfortunately, this did not meet expectations. The aioli tasted very good, although it is customary in many tapas restaurants to serve it free of charge - here they charged €5 with bread. The wine was ok but nothing special. The service should be highlighted positively: The service was very friendly and attentive. The ambience was also cozy and the background music was pleasant - you generally feel at home here.

Yesterday we visited Ma Maison for the first time, it was wonderful. We come from the Netherlands. We are in Bergedorf every six weeks and will come back to Ma Maison. The food was wonderful and very sufficient, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was very friendly. Herbert and Mieke.

Incredibly good had a very nice evening there. I liked the food, the wine was very good and the service anyway. I can only recommend it. The prawns in garlic sauce with the vendejo is my recommendation

We went to the Tapas Bar for the first time and loved it! The food is delicious, the service staff is very attentive and the boss is very funny and talkative...great!! The tapas bar has been in Bergedorf for 10 years and is definitely recommended!!

It's our favorite tapas bar in Bergedorf and not because it's the only restaurant with this concept! The owner Pedro is a passionate restaurateur and therefore always adds good wines and fresh dishes to the standard menu. We always feel very comfortable and although it sometimes seems a bit small and cramped, the warm family atmosphere more than makes up for it.

Delicious tapas in a small, cozy restaurant. The white wine is really amazing and you can easily waste away for hours without noticing it. The service is also very friendly and courteous, always ready to help - of course you have to like it too. I only deducted one point for the comparatively high prices.

Friendly service. The food was tasty...but nothing special and unfortunately, in my opinion, completely overpriced. The bread consists of 5 slices of a non-homemade baguette stick... unfortunately disappointing. Tapas were OK...but the price was simply beyond the pale. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible either, and if you pay in cash you have to split the bill for the entire table... Unfortunately, that's pretty annoying. The shop is very cozy...but unfortunately that doesn't outweigh the high price for what is on offer.

If you like/love tapas, this is the place for you. Small but nice and very familiar. And the food - really delicious. The manager was very friendly, courteous and attentive. Even available for a little snack! Really highly recommended, we'll be back!

Very atmospheric shop, delicious tapas, good wine, the sangria also tastes good. That evening there was great live music, it was a great cinema, sometimes half the restaurant was dancing in the street: that was a really great evening, we would love to come back!!

Went there spontaneously for dinner and got a table there even without booking in advance. The landlord was very friendly and the food and drinks ordered were served very quickly and friendly. So far so, so good...however, the price-performance ratio was quite excessive, the food was good, but definitely too expensive! The location also made a somewhat unkempt impression on the way to the toilet on the 2nd floor. So you can have a good meal there, but you should have a well-filled wallet for average food.

That was a nice evening. Food was delicious and we were served very friendly. Unfortunately the shop is quite small. Some places give you the feeling of “sitting in the way” so the ambience only gets 4 stars.

The best tapas restaurant I've eaten in so far. It was cozy, the service was very friendly and the food was simply delicious. Not cheap, but worth the price. We are looking forward to the next time!

Small Spanish tapas location that also offers wine and Spanish beer and brandy is, as far as I know, the only one in Bergedorf! The restaurant is a bit hidden and relatively small, but the Spanish flair comes across.

We were able to enjoy the atmosphere with very nice Spanish music, great wine and delicious food and forget about the stressful everyday life for a few hours. The owner served himself and gave us good advice. The employees were also friendly and quick. The pointed peppers, sausage and cream B. were our favorites. Unfortunately, we couldn't try everything. Of course, it's not often possible to eat it for over €100 for two people, but it's definitely worth a visit on special occasions.

Absolutely NOT recommended! We reserved a table for this evening, which was very complicated! When we got there, we met an unfriendly innkeeper - a real disaster. We quickly decided to eat somewhere else...as we left we were loudly insulted: he would make sure that we never got a table reserved in Bergedorf again. Thank you at this point !

We wanted to reserve a table online today, but when we arrived no one knew anything about it because the boss wasn't there today. No matter, we got a place for 4 people in the upper area, which is unfortunately totally uncomfortable. When we ordered, we found out that half of our wishes, standard from the menu, were not possible because there was nothing there. We just ordered bread with aioli quickly so that we wouldn't starve, which cost extra and quite a bit, so we paid and went somewhere else to eat properly. We found the prices on the menu to be quite high, but we can't say anything about the quality because we didn't come to eat. The waiter was also super unfriendly, the store will never see us again. The owner subsequently portrays us as liars and fakes even though we were there with two couples. An incredible shop😢

Mediocre food and arrogant service behavior

If you want to try tapas in Bergedorf and spend a cozy evening, go to Ma Maison, Hinterm Graben. The menu is quite manageable in all areas, but among this selective preselection there should still be a few of the - actually quite small - Spanish-inspired dishes for almost everyone. The garlic and thyme chicken came in the form of two wings, the lamb chop with plum sauce as a bite just about the size of a 1 euro coin. Unfortunately, both tasted so good that considerations about the price-performance ratio, the size of the portions, etc. were put aside for the time being.

The quality of the food is acceptable. Unfortunately, the price:performance ratio is not right here at all. We had a tapa on the bill that wasn't served at all. The restaurant is also not under Spanish management. We certainly won't visit it again, but would rather look for an authentic Spanish restaurant. I only give it 2 stars because the quality of the food was acceptable. In terms of price/performance it's not even worth one star.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker und wir haben nicht lange gewartet. Der kleine Laden ist schön gestaltet, nur im Außenbereich geht es noch etwas besser. Das Personal war sehr nett, schnell und aufmerksam.

Das was am Spanischten war , waren die Oliven.

Die Tapas-Bar bietet wirklich leckere Gerichte. Allerdings wirkt das Personal ein bisschen unprofessionell und die Servicegeschwindigkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn du entspannt bist und viel Zeit zum Verweilen hast, ist das ein guter Ort zum Chillen und Genießen der Speisen.

Die Qualität des Essens ist extrem gut und die Preise dafür angemessen. Sehr authentischer Inhaber, der zu netten Gesprächen bereit ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Tapas sind sehr lecker, allerdings auch (selbst im Vergleich zu anderen Tapas-Restaurants) ziemlich teuer.

Mit dieser Bewertung tue ich mich ein wenig schwer...Ich bin zu diesem Restaurant über meine Tante bekommen, als ein Geheimtipp. Das Gebäude an sich ist recht alt und drinnen ist es ziemlich eng. Die Bedinung hätte auch etwas zuvorkommender sein dürfen. Aber was wirklich super ist ist das Essen. Das kam bei uns nach wenigen Minuten, war frisch zubereitet und wirklich sehr lecker. Ob ich noch einmal da hingehen würde, kann ich schlecht sagen...wenn dann nur wegen dem Essen, das lohnt sich schon.

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Man fûhlt sich wie in Spanien und der Inhaber ist äußerst aufmerksam und weiß wie man die Kundschaft kulinarisch verwöhnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und genießen diese hochwertige Cuisine.

Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Die Preise für die Tapas sind überhöht. 20 Euro für ein bisschen Schinken und faden Käse und 12 Euro für 3 kleine Würstchen... Auch der Service ist mir sehr unangenehm aufgefallen. Frech und überheblich. Ich habe gesagt, dass wir kein Brot mehr möchten, dieses wurde uns aber dann "aufgezwungen" und dreist auch noch auf die überhöhte Rechnung geschrieben.

Gute Auswahl der typischen spanischen Tappas. Wartezeiten und Qualität waren ok, ohne restlis zu überzeugen. PLV im oberen Bereich, aber noch i.O. Weine tendenziell teuer, Auswahl ok. Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Service. OG nur über steile Treppe erreichbar. WC (W im EG, M im 2. OG) nicht angenehm, Zustand und Raumklima verbesserungswürdig. Im EG aufgrund der kleinen Fläche bei gutem Besuch relativ laut.

Ein unscheinbares und kleines Restaurant, dass man unbedingt ausprobieren sollte! Die Bewirtung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war spektakulär und unfassbar lecker. Frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Tapas wurde auch schön präsentiert/ DAS AUGE ISST MIT! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein wirklich kuscheliges Restaurant.Leider sind die Portionen sehr klein und sehr teuer.

Ich mag dieses kleine Tapas Restaurant. Hier kann man super in familiärer Atmosphäre leckere Tapasgerichte essen. Die Speisen werden frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Tagesgerichte sind abwechslungsreich und immer ein Highlight. Ich bin kein Weintrinker aber das Bier vom Fass (ich will hier keine Schleichwerbung machen) ist ein Genuss. Der Service ist super, immer freundlich und nie aufdringlich. Man sollte zu Fuß kommen da die Getränkekarte top ist und die öffentlichen Parkplätze begrenzt sind.
