Charlottenstraße 56The ambiance is very good, the service is very friendly and fast, but the food is very bad. The fried chicken was completely bland (cooked chicken breast without any seasoning). The mashed potatoes served with the black pudding were tasteless and too thin (pre-made mix??). The black pudding itself also had hardly any flavor.

Bölschestraße 72Very disappointing. During my visit, I was insulted by an employee in another language – clearly assuming I wouldn't understand. This is disrespectful, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the overall customer service was unfriendly, and I got the feeling that complaints weren't being taken seriously. This is definitely not how you treat guests. I won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
