Very disappointing. During my visit, I was insulted by an employee in another language – clearly assuming I wouldn't understand. This is disrespectful, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the overall customer service was unfriendly, and I got the feeling that complaints weren't being taken seriously. This is definitely not how you treat guests. I won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Döner fresh and extremely tasty, rarely eaten such a good kebab!

Unbelievable! Please do yourselves, because you don't know how to prepare food, and the customers a favor. STOP SELLING FOOD!!!! Please do what you're good at and what truly is your core competency. Sell beer and liquor and just put in a slot machine. That's it.

I was in this shop and the staff was rude. I wanted to order, but an employee came over and immediately said in a lame voice, "We don't speak Turkish." I haven't said anything yet. All I can say is, I recommend this shop, and not the staff. It's a shame.

More like a pub than a kebab shop. The kebab was pre-sliced and heated in the microwave... I also think it's not like that all day, but it's still not possible.

They could still improve on the friendliness. Also, you have to purchase a minimum amount to pay by card. That's no longer up-to-date.

Best kebab shop ever! The food is incredibly delicious, the meat is always fresh and juicy. The team is super friendly and the owner is totally cool! I'll definitely be back!

The boss volunteers to work the late or night shifts. He's incredibly sociable, friendly, and a gracious, good host. The food is always fresh, there's never a long wait, and the service is excellent. Always worth a visit. Oh, and the insider tip is the chicken with fries. Enjoy!

Dönerbox was filling, but nothing more. In any case, the quality is anything but good, and the store doesn't seem to have the best reputation in Friedrichshagen (and rightly so).

After a long night, we make our way to the local night snack bar. Our hopes were to satisfy the stomach before work. Thanks to the wonderful service, we were able to do this in an unprecedented way, and one of our comrades in the back corner was able to get a small win for the day and thus secured the evening for us. Cheers to the kebab

Diarrhea, vomiting please... order there! Order there. It tastes like I'm licking an old man's bottom. So it's better to go to a brothel than to eat the tasty sauces that have been mixed together. We'd rather go somewhere else now! The health department will be informed.

I am deeply shocked by the quality of this meal. I wanted to get a delicious kebab in the evening, but what I got was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen! Later I wanted to give them another chance and got some fries there, but they were so unfried that I could have eaten them frozen! There were also a lot of drunks sitting at the slot machines at the back of the shop who really ruined the atmosphere. They also asked me for money and when I refused I was insulted! But I can give you one tip: go to the kebab shop around the corner to Tanriverdis where the kebab is a 10/10!

Wer eine Reise durch den Orient machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Feinste Spezialitäten frisch und lecker. Wer draußen noch einen Tisch ergattern kann, kann sich glücklich schätzen.

wenn man einen Big-Döner bestellt (für aktuell 7,- EUR) dann erwartet man diesen auch. Scheinbar wird nur noch gespart und man kriegt zum Preis eines Big-Döners bestenfalls einen normalen Döner. Eher einen Kinder-Döner bekommen. Bin sauer und enttäuscht! Früher habe ich gerne nach dem Feierabend noch einen Döner geholt aber das mache ich dann wohl zukünftig nicht mehr. Es grenzt an Betrug... kann ich nicht (mehr) empfehlen!

Zuerst das positive, die Getränke und Essensauswahl ist sehr groß. Typisches Angebot beim Döner. Der Laden wirkt sehr dunkel und die Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist direkt an der Bölschestrasse. Hier treffen sich an schönen Tagen gern all jene die zu Hause kein Bier mehr haben und etwas Gesellschaft suchen ;)

Wir haben hier einen BigDöner und einen Dönerteller gegessen. Es war wirklich lecker, Grösse war ordentlich (auch wenn das Gemüse etwas frischer sein könnte) , saubere Tische. Empfehlung.

Der Döner schmeckt eigentlich sehr gut, jedoch wird dieser in kurzer Zeit regelmäßig teurer und gleichzeitig kleiner. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett.

Würde null Sterne geben wenn ich könnte! Gestern Nachmittag einen Döner dort gegessen und letzte Nacht nur auf der Toilette verbracht. Da stimmt wohl was mit der Hygiene nicht.

Der Service war sehr Nett nur leider fand ich einen fremd Gegenstand in meinem Salat :(
