I was there for brunch on a Saturday and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow, which was a big deal since we didn't have that much time. Unfortunately I have to say that the changing corner is horrible. It's super small and really doesn't offer any space. There is a fear that the baby will fall if it moves a little more

You can eat delicious food here, the bowls are super tasty. Even larger portions than 2 years ago. Only the sunrise bowl doesn't taste as delicious as it did 2 years ago... The peanut curry bowl is recommended.

We sat in the front row on the Weser in the best weather. The service was always present and very friendly. Our food came after about 20 minutes. Our schnitzels were hot and very tasty. Everything seemed fresh. Furthermore, the portion was really big. My only small criticism is that the sauce could be served in a separate container so that the schnitzel stays crispy. The ambience in the restaurant is also very nice.

You have to drive from Berlin to Bremen to get a really good cheeseburger. All around great restaurant with wonderful views, excellent service and great food and drinks. It was really like a vacation, just in Bremen. Great, keep it up.

Nice restaurant on the Schlachte. We chose the lunch menu and were very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very modern and cozy. Eik star deduction: The seating and menus in the outdoor area could be a little cleaner.

I am particularly enthusiastic about the menu. It was not only creative, but also written with a lot of humor, which immediately created a friendly atmosphere. We had two cocktails to drink: the Lollipop and a seasonal soda. Both drinks tasted solid and rounded off the experience well. One point of criticism is the seating, which was really uncomfortable (outside). Overall a nice visit. 💫

We were there with a larger group on a Friday evening. Drinks and food were delivered quickly. Everything tasted good. I had to leave early because I was there with a baby and unfortunately had to ask for the bill several times. Yes, Friday evening and it was busy. But I waited about half an hour for the bill. This is very annoying with a baby.

Nobody seems to be working today, or there's only one person working and he's taking a break. August 16, 2024 So to your ???, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my take-away order, one of the employees picked up the garbage cans outside and the second employee unloaded the dishwasher at the counter, I was neither greeted nor greeted by her noticed or asked about, simply ignored. Then unfortunately my break was over and I had to go. I don't really know anything about you, there's always something new.

The schnitzel was great, that's why it got the second star. Unfortunately, the "Asia Bowl" was pretty much the worst thing I've ever been served in a restaurant. For me, it was bland, overcooked and way too sour. It tasted like a cheap convenience food to me. This needs to be improved! *Edit: great that you responded here! Otherwise: nice location and nice service. Only the Asia Bowl...the shock is deep xD

I am in love with this place! The interior of the cafe is simply mesmerizing, warm, cozy! Such interesting details in the design, a lot of lights! The view of the embankment is wonderful!

We were here for breakfast and I ordered French toast with sugar and cinnamon and also scrambled eggs. It was the worst French toast I've ever eaten, it just didn't taste like anything, neither sweet nor fried in eggs. Semi-dry bread simply sprinkled with cinnamon, which was sugar-free. I also don't like the scrambled eggs, which were way too hard, without any spices but with tomatoes and onions on top... The service and atmosphere were nice

Food is so-so Service mostly friendly, but not a good service for Sundays morning, the girl forgot my order even after 3 times reminding her, she brought the pancake after more than an hour and didn't even say anything about forgetting the order, she was just angry

I was just in MA with my two friends and we ordered 3 bowls. They were the worst bowls we've eaten so far. The vegetables were limp and warmed up. Even though I didn't eat any of the food, I had to pay the full price without any small compensation, as is the case with good restaurants. That was our last visit!

We were there with girls and found it definitely too loud. The loud music made it almost impossible to have a conversation. Food was okay, but nothing special either.

We are in Bremen for a long weekend and were looking for a place where we could get something to eat even at a late hour. The battle was recommended to us and the MA was an absolute hit. Not only did we get something at half past ten, but above all: the food was very tasty (we recommend the hearty French toasts!), the service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was beautiful - both inside and out also outside on the terrace. We had a great first evening in Bremen and would love to come back!

Originally furnished restaurant with a wide range of food from pizzas, baked potatoes, salads, bowls to burgers and schnitzels. Lots of places outside with a nice view of the water.

I only had something to drink there, so I can't rate the food. But I will definitely go there again and eat something. I liked it there.

I blame the poor service on the fact that the wrong order, Pizza Margherita, was brought first. This can happen, but minutes later this pizza was sold to us in pieces rolled up as pizza rolls! Totally burnt on the outside and slapped on a plate that was way too small. When asked, it was explained that the pizza rolls were very hot and that's why they looked like that!... Huh!?! When paying, the already unfriendly waitress probably expected a tip and said goodbye with a cheeky goodbye!

For the second time we were disappointed by MA. The first time we ordered an ice cream sundae for just under €10 and what we got just looked absolutely unappetizing. We also had to wait a long time for everything to melt. The last time we were there we ordered a dessert, “Nutella cheesecake cream”. We specifically asked the waitress what we could imagine by that, she said it was a biscuit base and a cheesecake cream with Nutella. What really arrived was just disgusting. There was no cookie base at all, just a shell smeared with Nutella and nothing more than quark. Add 3-4 blueberries on top. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of it, but it was absolutely impossible for €7.50!!! When we unfortunately didn't give a tip, we were seriously asked if it would stay that way. P.S. the dessert was NOT eaten because it was impossible.

The food was cold, the waitress was more busy with her cell phone than actually doing her job... we ordered three dishes, two of which arrived, as I said, one of them was cold. 30 minutes later when we asked where the third meal was, it was taken care of. For the money you leave behind you expect a little more. Very unfortunate

I was a guest at the MA with a larger group - the location was definitely great and the service was friendly and fast. I ordered the Planted Kebab Bowl to eat - unfortunately it wasn't my thing at all (but it's always a matter of taste). First the positive: the hummus and chimichurri were great. But: the salsa would have gone better with nachos, I would have found the red cabbage more suitable as raw food, I'm not sure, but I suspect that the broccoli was frozen, the rice would have benefited from a little salt and, in my opinion, the vegan meat substitute was over-seasoned. And why was the spinach hidden under everything else? I would still come back again, but then try something different.

Super friendly service, at least the young man from the beer garden yesterday, the burger 🍔 BBQ is really good and recommended! The cocktails are delicious and served very sophisticated!! We recommend the beer garden in front of the restaurant! We will be back!

I often and happily came to MAs because there are also a lot of vegan options on the menu. But when I tried the vegan cheeseburger last week, I almost lost my faith. The menu says "fresh brioche" in large letters and 18 EUR for a burger is also an announcement, but then I got the poorest and saddest thing a chef has ever served as a burger on a plate: a vegan burger patty, a few leaves of spinach , ketchup, a slice of cheese and the whole thing between two dry slices of farmer's bread. And that for 18 EUR. So with all love and understanding, that was one step too many when it came to ripping off the guest.

Honestly. Catastrophe. We were completely cooperative, sober and absolutely willing to spend the entire evening there with 17 people. The first round and dinner was recorded. Then after 45 minutes we were told that we were welcome to leave after eating. We left immediately because this way is a catartophical one. Never again.

We came based on a recommendation... and after that disastrous meal it was a waste of time and money!! The Alster tasted totally stale and not cooled, so I complained. After a discussion it was exchanged. Better a non-alcoholic beer from the bottle. I had a “RAINBOW BOWL” with kale and hemp thalers, red cabbage salad, oven-roasted vegetables, shepherd's cheese, baby spinach, avocado and tomato flakes, with sweet potato hummus, salsa and chili threads. The court was a complete disaster! By red cabbage salad I mean raw, dressed red cabbage and not overcooked, unseasoned red cabbage! The oven vegetables consisted of overcooked, unseasoned carrot slices with a few pieces of pepper. Inedible! Shepherd's cheese was missing. The thalers went so-so... etc. etc. The “chicken schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce, potato wedges, salad” was an imposition. The (cheapest) chicken schnitzel doesn't deserve its name, the sauce was inedible out of the bag and you had to look for mushrooms. The small side portion of salad had barely seen the unseasoned yogurt dressing. All in all we are totally disappointed, the service couldn't handle the complaint. The atmosphere was loud and uncomfortable. NEVER AGAIN!! One star is still too many!

Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Employees are either busy flirting with colleagues or sitting right at the entrance, engrossed in their cell phones. Guests with orders are skilfully ignored and you are almost tempted to go behind the counter and prepare your own coffee. Definitely never again!!!

In itself a nice restaurant, if you can overlook the fact that the seating in the restaurant looks very nice. Otherwise a nice atmosphere. Music is a bit louder so entertaining becomes more tiring. But the service is quick and attentive. But everyone enjoyed the food and was totally fine

We were there in the evening, so the music was very loud. The food was okay, unfortunately not fresh but often warmed up. The drinks were very good! The employees tried to keep everything under control. I would love to watch this again under different circumstances, for example at lunchtime! The atmosphere itself was very nice.

Local with seats right on the water. Service was very nice and accommodating at first. The card made a good impression. We had a chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The mushrooms tasted sour, were not right and went back. Was then exchanged. It shouldn't happen, but okay. The curry pizza was more of a tarte flambée. The potato with quark, rocket and tomatoes was very disappointing. The quark/cream was a blob, you looked for tomatoes in vain, the rocket didn't seem fresh. Despite repeated requests, no more quark or tomatoes came. We waited in vain for an apology, but after discussions the price for the potato was waived. That was generous. The toilets looked bad. Very unhygienic and dirty. You could also admire the kitchen on the way to the toilet. If I had seen it before, I wouldn't have eaten there. Now I know I'll go to one of the other restaurants in the neighborhood.

After a long time, my partner and I ate at Ma again and were absolutely disappointed. My partner ordered chicken sticks.. these were served cold! We informed the service staff of this. They took the sticks with them and after 35 minutes we were served exactly the same sticks, which in their consistency had nothing in common with crispy chicken sticks! They weren't made new, just warmed up. Disgusting! We told the service staff this and all they got was an “oh”. Even though we complained twice and the sticks really weren't edible, we had to pay for them! An absurdity! When we paid, a colleague was talking to us behind our backs and her head was shaking conspicuously. Never again Ma! If we could give 0 stars we would!

The food was rather semi-good. At €17 for a normal cheeseburger, I expect more. The iced chocolate didn't taste good at all. The schnitzel was very small and "fried to death". The service was okay, but the service staff didn't seem particularly motivated to do their job. I will avoid another visit.

This time we settled here in the outdoor area near the Weser. We ordered cheesecake, cappuccino, chocolate clouds and warm chocolate with cream. The view is really beautiful, the service is friendly. I was surprised by the cheese cake, which was surprisingly clearly portioned for us - but the taste was not objectionable. It's rare that something like that bothers me, but here, in contrast to other cafés, it actually bothered me and I get a deduction for that. The drinks were tasteful and couldn't be faulted. I thought it was a shame that there was only one size for cappuccino. But this is a business model decision and so I see it as more of a downer. The chocolate cloud was a feast for the eyes and tasted delicious. What I didn't like was that my companion couldn't eat until I was done with everything. It was served very slowly. I basically only had the choice to start or wait until both of them had received something and drink cold coffee. I just want to drink coffee with cake. There was still a lot of room for improvement here in terms of timing. That's why points were deducted for service. There was a handover problem when paying, so the information wasn't passed on and it took quite a long time until we could finally pay. I think that something like that can happen and that it wasn't the norm. The staff ultimately dealt with the situation professionally and apologized for it themselves. 👍 Together we came to 20 EUR - everything was within reasonable limits for these times and in relation to other cafés. 😃 We'll be back 😚

What can I say, actually my favorite restaurant. But when I got the new version of the burgers, I was very disappointed. On the one hand, these have become significantly more expensive and also worse. Much smaller and more carelessly prepared, I also have the feeling that the sauces are no longer made in-house, they taste like cheap sauces from the supermarket. Well, it's just a shame... the old burgers were much better and you were satisfied for the price, that's not me at all this time.

Last night I had my first meal there with my friends. Most of them ordered pasta. Two plates were completely cold and the pasta was so hard that it stuck between my teeth. I then said that you couldn't eat it, then the food was taken away and from what it looked like it was put through the microwave once and the noodles were stone hard and garnished. In the meantime we noticed that in our drinks where there were raspberries in them, the raspberries were full of mold and when I say mold I mean really green mold!!!! I have never experienced anything so disgusting in a restaurant and we were all so shocked. The waiter didn't even apologize, he took the drinks away and we didn't get any new ones!! We had all the food and no drinks for the rest of the time!!! When we wanted to pay, nothing came for a while, so we let us know and the waiter calmly sorted out his napkins. When we were paying, all we heard was, "Oh, I forgot your drinks." He didn't even notice when he was clearing the plates... Please do not enter this store!!!! This store doesn't deserve a single star the store should be closed! Absolute cheekiness!

Dear Ma team, I'm just shocked and shocked. I've been working in the catering industry for 8 years, but something like that just doesn't work. We sat outside on the river side. We ordered 3 Lillet and an iced tea. There were moldy raspberries in the Lillet. When we asked the waiter about it, all he said was “Ok”. He then took the drinks with him. The food came 10 minutes later COLD, the noodles were still hard. We informed the waiter again, who was visibly annoyed with us. After 5 minutes we got hot food, the noodles were still hard. We still haven't had any drinks yet. We then wanted to pay and told the waiter, but he preferred to get napkins and talk to his colleagues instead of charging us. After 15 minutes we informed AGAIN, then all we got was a condescending “Are you right, you wanted numbers.” When we were cashing out, he remembered that we still didn't have any drinks. He said, "Oh, I forgot the drinks." We then paid for our food. His final sentence was best, “Sorry for the bad service.” with a condescending grin. A little tip to the blonde, taller waiter, something can always go wrong, especially with so many guests, but a sincere "I'm sorry, I'll take care of it." wouldn't have been too much. But then ignoring us, obviously gossiping about it with colleagues and then “forgetting” the drinks isn’t possible. With kindness and a bit of humor, this situation could have been solved better. We won't be coming back!

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing visit from Ma. We were with a group of 12 people. The waiter took the order rather unfriendly. My colleague ordered chili. The waiter plied him with which chili? In a tone like the barracks yard. My pizza was more like frozen. The dough was wobbly and lukewarm. My colleague's salad had black spots. All the rest of the dishes were pretty average. The only thing that was good was the beer. Never again for the price.

We went for a drink in the middle of the afternoon. The service really took a long time to serve us. We ordered a cappuccino, a Kinder Good Shake and a cheesecake. The cappuccino and Shake arrived 10 minutes apart, then the cake arrived. I was very disappointed, since the kinder good shake tasted like a bad strawberry. I think they didn't clean the shaker well or I don't know what happened, but it wasn't pleasant at all. Cheesecake is nothing more than whipped ricotta with biscuits underneath.

We had breakfast there. I had a brown bread with cheese, brie, rocket and pomegranate seeds. The bread was dry and didn't taste good at all. The cheese looked like cheap cheese from the supermarket and tasted like nothing. The arugula was dry. Besides, it was probably just an ornament, just like the 3 pomegranate seeds. Absolutely not sufficient. My husband had scrambled eggs with bacon. However, the bacon was still raw and not cross-fried. When my husband complained and asked if the bacon could be deducted from the bill, we were told by the waitress that she had to ask her boss first. After a while she came back and said she had to show the bacon to her boss first. That was finally the hammer. The price of the bacon was then reduced after another long wait. The only one star received was the service, which was very friendly.

Very tasty food and nice service. Unfortunately the only thing that bothers me is that it is not completely barrier-free, i.e. the men's toilet is in the basement and there is no public elevator and there is no barrier-free access to the seats in the direction of the Weser

The concept and menu sound so good...but what comes next isn't much. We ate an average burger and received average service. The toilets were ok, but the washroom was pretty dirty and messy because of all the paper towels lying around.

I was here with my buddies. There wasn't much going on and we just had a drink. My friend had tea and I had mulled wine. The drinks were good, the only drawback was that my cup was broken and the mulled wine slowly dripped out (I let you know)... something like that can happen 😊 next time we want to try the menu... So now we as a group of girls tried out the menu. We all found the food delicious and were full. Would love to come back.
