The service staff was very accommodating, but due to the restaurant being very busy with two larger parties (50 & 120 guests, in addition to the usual walk-in customers), some tables in the larger mourning party were overlooked for drinks (coffee with cake). The dishes, soup, tarte flambée/foccacio, cakes were very good.

The veggie burger was rather carelessly slapped together, a slice of tomato, a leaf of green lettuce, but the fries were very good, but at this price, serving the mayo in a plastic bag... doesn't work at all

Have some very tasty dishes on the menu. Tafelspitz in horseradish sauce. It's just a shame that the vegetarian dishes are sometimes very poor. E.g. the cheese spaetzle, why aren't they made with a hearty mountain cheese, the fried onions are soggy. The salad is almost always great. The waiters were very friendly. I really like the tea, I would just like a slightly larger cup as the Eilles tea bags are always designed for larger cups.

We were there on the weekend. Food was super tasty. The service was very friendly and we never had to wait long for food and drinks despite the restaurant being full. Ambiance nicely decorated and very clean. The volume is decent, but not extremely annoying. Thanks to Nadine that everything worked out with our renewed reservation the next day. Best regards

The food was ok but the service wasn't that good. At the beginning they took care of us, but as the evening went on this became less and less until we were almost completely ignored.

A nice place with very good service. Unfortunately the roast goose wasn't cooked through, no crispy skin, it came out of the oven way too early, everything was swimming in fat. A disappointment for €33.90. You should eat the classics there.

We were there with a group. A large, busy inn. The service staff were busy, but friendly and professional. Me and several of my colleagues ate burgers, and well - they weren't bad, but not really good either; We all felt the same way. Schnitzel, on the other hand, was really well received. Overall, you can tell that Luise is trying to deliver significantly higher quality food than comparable inns, but this is not (yet) consistently successful.

Beautiful restaurant, top staff shortage, really good food

Yesterday we had St. Martin's goose meal for €11.11. Even though it was fully booked, the service was super fast and friendly. Crispy goose with juicy meat. Dumplings and red cabbage delicious, kale ok. All in all, a really successful evening, which confirmed the very good impression from the last visit at the Oktoberfest. A great location, especially in summer.

11/11/2024 = St. Martin’s goose meal! Mega price-performance ratio! Great quality, attentive and fast service, despite the large number of guests! all highly recommended!

Had goose today for St. Martin's Day. Seldom eaten so badly. The goose was extremely hard, hard to cut and not crispy. We will never go there again for this occasion. The price is certainly unusually low, but that is still too expensive for this quality.

Price performance doesn't match at all. 19 euros for a huge portion of cheese spaetzle with fried onions that felt like it was prepared 3 days before is absurd. It's better to have a menu with a few dishes with smaller portions and that are lovingly prepared (it can also cost more) than a large selection, large portions that don't really taste good. Of course, good food also costs money, but there are many good southern German restaurants in Berlin with a much better price-performance ratio

Order for lunch menu was rejected at 3:04 p.m. with the message that it was only valid until 3:00 p.m. After waiting 5 minutes for service. The food used to be good, but now it is of mediocre quality and lukewarm.

Was ist aus der Luise geworden? Früher konnte man gute Pizza essen. Kenne das Lokal noch aus Studententagen. Der Service war unterirdisch - die Migrantenkellner standen herum und unterhielten sich, anstatt sich mal zu mir zu bemühen. Ich wartete 20 Minuten auf eine Karte und auf einen Kontakt zur Bestellung. Und: es war leer - vielleicht waren drei Tische besetzt. Mein Flammkuchen war TK-Qualität und schmeckte nach nichts. Was ein Alsterwasser ist, musste ich erklären .... ohne Worte. Die Preise fand ich unverschämt - für das, was geboten wurde. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen, nein Danke.

This is probably the worst coffee in town. Whether it's an Americano, a latte or a cappuccino, everything comes from a machine and tastes outrageous.

An americano is nothing else than a filter coffee, the mussles are swimming in hot water with little taste... overall a tourists place, but that's all...

This was possibly the best experience I have had dinning during my Berlin trip. We had a special needs woman with us and the staff was very accommodating by setting up our table for 14 people early, so we could move out of the sun. The Schnitzel Master Brewer was very delicious. The best part is the fond memories Luise has left. My friends and their German Family are all in their late 70's and earl 80's, this meal was the last time the 9 cousins all sat together, and this was the last trip my friends will make to Europe. They say no one notices when everything goes right but if one thing goes wrong it leaves a bad impression. Well, looking back at the experience everyone enjoyed the food, the company and the service. Plus, we sat on the patio which gave us a front row seat to a very small rainstorm that had adults and kids alike moving for shelter in laughter. I highly recommend this dining experience.

Unfortunately I wasn't very satisfied. I expected something better from the food. The vegetable rostis we ordered didn't make the freshest impression, neither in terms of taste nor appearance. The side dishes could also have been better. Too bad.

The corner pub used to be nice before it was called Luise and was taken over by another operator. Due to the weather conditions we cannot eat in the beer garden, but in the dining room. It was so loud because of the many guests that you couldn't understand your own words. You had to yell at each other. Even if there had been fewer guests, it wouldn't be quieter because the rooms are too high and not prepared or furnished accordingly. The staff is not very attentive, took the cards away from us but we couldn't order. The food is convenience food i.e. prepared or processed so that it can be consumed immediately or with minimal preparation. I had ordered a knuckle and specifically stated that the largest should be cross. That wasn't it, I returned it with a complaint. She still wasn't Cross and Lepique. In addition, the witch and the gravy were so salty that it was almost impossible to eat. I noticed this, but it was said that a few knuckles had already been sold and no one was bothered by it. It is clear that a knuckle must be pre-cooked in salted water, but not so salty. There was no apology, there was no discount. There was no beer on the house and there was no boss on site either. The better ones were also so blurry. I had used two, but neither cut properly. One point is still too many for this location and the food. Mr. Wegner should please read this and take it to heart ♥️ ❤️. And at least he should have an approachable restaurant manager on site.

The only truly vegan dish is a burger. It was served half cold and unfortunately didn't taste good at all. The mint sauce wasn't my thing and the gigantic amount of ruccola didn't exactly make my vegan heart beat faster either 😂 It's a shame that they just slap a vegan alibi dish on the menu so listlessly and make so little effort. There are so many different options these days. I can do it 100 times better at home and I really can't cook very well... Also interesting: If you want fries instead of potato salad, you just have to pay €2.50 for the change💀 Service was ok. Ambiance too. Otherwise very disappointing.

Went to eat in the beer garden. Was really great in warm weather. If I didn't know better, I would have thought I was in Munich. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't that reliable when it came to delivering the food, some things were missing and were delivered with a little too much delay or were completely forgotten. Upon request, a second attempt for a subsequent delivery was promised. Instead we took our order at the neighboring table and we were forgotten again. But my trout was complete and absolutely delicious.

Der schlechteste Burger seit sehr langem. Nach dem Abendessen ging es mir nicht gut und ich war die ganze Nacht wach mit Magen Darm. Der Salat meiner Schwester war auch kaum zu essen. Sehr schlechte Qualität.

I sat in the part of the restaurant where you are fully served, not around the beer garden. Everyone enjoyed the food. The price-performance ratio is right. The service staff was friendly and quick.

A Bavarian beer garden in Berlin? Well, almost... I look forward to an evening at Luise every time I feel like a hearty meal. The large outdoor area offers plenty of seating in the shade. Children and dogs are definitely welcome. On busy days, there can be considerable waiting times until you are greeted by friendly service staff. Somehow that didn't really bother me at Luise, because it's not a place I go to just to get full quickly. After ordering, the delicious food is served very quickly

We are always there with friends and always enjoy our time there; very child-friendly with a small playground. 🛝 The service is super nice.

Unfortunately I can't make an entry because we waited over an hour on a Sunday evening to take our orders, despite several waitresses who barely paid any attention to the guests, so we got up and left. Maybe other guests will have better luck! Good luck

Message to the kitchen: Food can be seasoned and cooked. Potato salad doesn't have to be mush, patties don't have to be half-cooked bun toppings. Service: soup and main course are not sent at the same time. These are the basics, I don't have to say them separately. Positive: friendly and fast. Ambiance: beautiful garden, garden chairs without cushions unfortunately uncomfortable. Price for what is offered: 🙄

The service is very bad. We wanted to change the drink order from the waitress who was still at the table, but she refused. In response to the puzzled question, she explained that the order was already being implemented “electronically” and a change was no longer possible. The food is overpriced for the cost of goods sold.

At lunchtime I visited Luise with my mother. The service was very courteous, drinks and food were served quickly. You sit comfortably under the trees and hardly notice anything from the street. We would be happy to visit Luise again

Luise Dahlem really impressed me as a visitor to Berlin. The menu is varied and offers everything from Bavarian specialties to burgers and pizzas to vegetarian dishes. I particularly appreciate the large beer garden, which creates a relaxed atmosphere and offers plenty of space. The portions are generous and you can immediately notice how freshly prepared the dishes are. Despite the high number of visitors, the service staff always remains friendly and helpful, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Overall, Luise Dahlem is the ideal place for me to enjoy delicious food and relax in a cozy environment.

It's lovely to sit in the garden and the service was friendly and quick. However, the lunch menu is only recommended to a limited extent, both dishes were not that good, unfortunately!

Tolles Lokal aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt leider nicht. Mein Wienerschnitzel sah leider aus wie ein großer Kartoffelpuffer Die Pfifferling Sauce hat geschmeckt als wär Honigtopf drin ausgelaufen. Der Service hat meine Vorspeise vergessen so dass meine Vorspeise verspätet ankam und meine Partnerin schon mit der Vorspeise fertig war. Aber das Lokal selbst ist sehr schön.

We were there for the European Championship game without a reservation. The very friendly staff still managed to find us a good spot, and the service was great.

Experience Berlin like in the village. The cemetery with its venerable historic church is particularly worth seeing.

Nice beer garden with a real, wide-ranging menu! No fast food, but very well-kept, good cuisine. There are schnitzels, salads, fish, meat, pasta, pizza, classics, a special children's menu... and: here you'll find Berlin's best beer garden pizza...!!! The selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is also large. If it rains, you can continue to eat and drink comfortably indoors...!

I can't say anything negative. The pizza is ok. The beer/Bayreuther is very tasty. Staff more than friendly and considerate. Can only recommend without reservation. Unfortunately the buffalo goulash soup has turned out bad. 0.01 buffalo goulash and 99.99 something else 😱🤦

Incompetent and unfriendly service. 3 p.m. Arrival and refusal to sit outside in the beer garden because it could rain from 5 p.m. If one were to make an exception, it would be unfair to the others. However, those who had arrived shortly before were allowed to sit outside. They also arrived shortly after us. We then sat under an awning in a very dark place. The staff was quite clumsy, careless and sometimes unfriendly. You really don't need it.

Luise is always willing to travel further. The food is extremely tasty and varied and the prices are reasonable and affordable for Berlin

The restaurant was busy because of the European Championships but we still found a place in the front part. The food was tasty but for a salad that isn't that special, €18.90 is a bit much. However, the salad with goat cheese was much better than the one with chanterelles. The food came super quickly but the waiters rarely showed up.
