Delicious soft ice cream with a fair price-performance ratio!

I tried a soft serve today, and I have to say: I've never had such bad soft serve. It had no flavor and wasn't creamy, but rather foamy. I threw the whole thing away. I can't recommend it at all. This ice cream shop is not good at all. I've tried the regular ice cream from time to time, too: it's just not good, and the flavors are too wild.

Excellent ice cream! Especially with many vegan flavors. Not just the classics, but also unusual, creative combinations like strawberry with mint, cherry with banana, and pistachio with chocolate chips. There are seating areas in the pedestrian zone.

Disastrous service, rude and very slow. The tables are always full of people who don't eat ice cream. When I asked about it, they simply said, "It's not my problem." Very unprofessional. A shame.

Unfortunately, ice cream doesn't taste good. Soft serve doesn't taste good either.

3 euros is a bit too expensive for a little bit of ice cream in a miniature cup, but the taste was positive.

The taste isn't bad, but it's extremely expensive. However, if you're willing to pay a lot for ice cream, you'll be rewarded with a great selection of flavors. I'll probably have to go to other ice cream parlors.

This ice cream parlor wants to stand out from the crowd with its very special flavors and very high quality, and in my opinion, it succeeds. Of course, the value for money is often mentioned here, but it's important to put it into perspective. I really enjoyed both scoops, and the service was very friendly. This location also has a seating area in the pedestrian zone, where, weather permitting, you can easily linger while watching people go by. I'd be happy to come back.

Super delicious ice cream and friendly service

I discovered Luicella's by chance while strolling. I also like trying new flavors. Here, it was licorice-chocolate and honey-rosemary. Both tasted good, but the price was too high compared to regular ice cream parlors.

Because of the long queue and the very high prices (€2.40 per ball), we had high hopes and were unfortunately very disappointed. The ice cream - especially salt/caramel - tasted very watery. No full-bodied melt and taste. We were very disappointed to have spent almost €10 on this. After all: the staff was very friendly and the waffles were delicious. 😊 The ice cream: No thanks.

I think €2.40 is too much for the price. The ice cream wasn't as expensive as the price.

Delicious ice cream on the way to the train station. A bit more expensive, but the unusual flavors and a sampler with every scoop of ice cream. The atmosphere isn't particularly inviting, and the staff are unfriendly.

€2.40 for a scoop of ice cream is a bit expensive, but the lavender ice cream was unusual and delicious. Also, the seller was nice and gave me another variety to try 👍

I have to leave great feedback for the service! I was at Luicella's on Spitalerstrasse for the first time yesterday and will come more often from now on :) I was walking past the ice cream parlor quite late and noticed a long line that piqued my interest. Nevertheless, I got there unexpectedly quickly and received really great service, which left a positive impression on me. Two young ladies, well-coordinated like a perfect team and super friendly too! What you noticed immediately: Both of them had their respective tasks, which is why the waiting time was shortened a lot and they still took time for each customer. Great advice and even translation, so everyone is welcome :) When I found out that they produce their own varieties and exchange them every day, I knew that the price was worth it. If you have a great visit, you are also welcome to leave a tip. No criticism but a little tip: The girls had a lot to do even late, which couldn't be overlooked and unfortunately too many people are used to being served. A small sign so that everyone notices that you have to get the coffee or something similar yourself would definitely be helpful :) If the whole team enriches the store as much as they do, this will be my new favorite place for a very good coffee and ice cream!

For a normal milkshake and ice cream that's really expensive. We paid €17.50 for 2 milkshakes and 1 scoop of ice cream, not recommended at all.

I would highly recommend Luciella's ice cream on Spitalerstrasse! 🍦 The selection of special and unusual varieties really impressed us. We particularly liked the option to order smaller children's balls, which is a great idea. The staff was incredibly friendly, young and dynamic - you could tell they were passionate about their job. A highlight was the special service: free broken waffles, which are a really nice extra. Since we were a bit undecided about the varieties, we were kindly able to try a small portion before deciding. The quality of the ice cream was excellent and with 2 scoops, which cost €2.40 each, there was even a small “sample portion” for free. There are also comfortable seating areas where you can enjoy the ice cream in peace. All in all, our visit to Luciella's Ice Cream was a completely positive experience. We would definitely like to come back!

On sunny days this is a top place for delicious ice cream. Since the store is very hyped and the location in the city center is very central, this is reflected in the price. Some got a small scoop to try with their ice cream, others, like us, unfortunately didn't. I sense a certain authoritarian arbitrariness here!

Top ice cream: delicious with exciting flavors. Service is good, friendly and fast. Ambiance deductions, is in the shopping street, seats are full and therefore no rating for it.

€2.40 for a really small ball is too much for me personally. I was hoping to get at least a decent size for the price... well everything gets expensive. The exceptional selection of flavors is great and the ice cream is also really tasty. However, you won't find normal strawberry ice cream here. But the service was great. There are also broken waffles to take away, which I think is really great. Nevertheless, €2.40 is unfortunately too much for me for just one ice cream. It's something you treat yourself to (!) rather than something special on vacation ;-)

Beautiful but very small shop with magical ceramic tableware from Portugal. Anyone who likes it will find something there.

One of the ice balls had contained some scraps of fabric or something similar. It doesn't work at all.

6.20 euros for a Milky Way to take away...without a lid, it wasn't available.

Sehr lecker und tolle, ausgefallene Sorten :)

Wie immer sehr leckeres Eis, super Auswahl an außergewöhnlichen Sorten! Den Probierlöffel behalten sie sich bei und das ist so eine tolle Sache! Obwohl alles zum mitnehmen ist, stehen genug Tische und Stühle bereit, an denen man in Ruhe sein Eis in der Waffel etc. verzehren und genießen kann. Luicella’s ist jedes Mal ein Highlight, wenn wir in Hamburg sind.

Ich habe mir eine Eisdchokoladr bestellt...es hat etwas länger gedauert obwohl niemand vor mir war! Das Eis darin war sehr lecker..die Schokolade ( Kakao ) leider lauwarm!!

Ich hatte hier das Softeis und muss leider sagen dies war für meinen Geschmack viel zu künstlich süß. Bedienungen sind hier nur Schüleraushilfen denke ich. Edit:hab jetzt Bauchweh von dem Eis.

Nachdem mir der Name Luicella‘s bereits aus DER HÖHLE DER LÖWEN ein Begriff war, kam ich jetzt dazu endlich selbst dort ein Eis zu probieren. Sowohl Pistazien als auch Mango-Limette waren sehr lecker - auch wenn die Limetten-Note etwas schwach für meinen Geschmack war. Die Größe der Kugeln waren dem Preis entsprechend absolut in Ordnung. Etwas enttäuscht war ich dennoch vom Service: vier Mitarbeiterinnen im Thekenbereich, eine mit Eisessen, eine mit Münzen-Zählen, eine in der Eisküche und nur eine an der Theke. Dies führte zu Wartezeiten die eigentlich nicht hätten sein müssen. Dennoch: Eis ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein Spitzeneis. Besonders das Schoko-Kugeleis ist ein Traum. Hier sind die 2,40 € pro Kugel absolut gerechtfertigt.

The ice cream is really good! They have a lot of vegan options, such as chocolate brownie, pistache, etc. The guy that sold us the ice cream was really kind and he spoke English. They also have tables and chairs on the street where you can sit down :). Super recommended.

Super Eis - nicht ganz billig, aber jeden Cent wert.

Sehr freundlicher Service, der Cappuccino schmeckte, Hinweis auf Allergien! Viele Eissorten(zB Avocado, Blutorange -Minze) Es gibt vegane Eissorten und für Hafermilch im Kaffee wird kein Zuschlag verlangt! Zum kurzen Verweilen auf der Spitalstraße gut geeignet.

Die Bediehnung war perfekt diesen Samstag Vorallendingen der Junge mit den kurzen Haaren war perfekt

Super leckeres Eis. Die frau mit dem Irokesen Haarschnitt Sollte am besten nochmal ne Schulung für Kundenbetreuung erhalten lange nicht sowas ignorantes und unfreundliches angetroffen der andere junge mit dem blonden haaren war super lieb er war top sie war katastrophal

Sehr sehr sehr leckeres Eis! Hier gibt es sowohl ganz klassische als auch sehr ausgefallene Sorten wie Himbeer-Avocado, pistazie-schoko etc. Das Eis schmeckt lecker und nicht nach 0815 Pulver, das mit Milch gemischt worden ist. Die Kugeln sind groß. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Einfach mega leckeres Eis. Ausgefallene Sorten Neben den bestellten Sorten, darf man immer noch eine dazu testen. Preis auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Immer wieder gerne!

Das kleine große Manko, das ich erwähnen möchte, ist die Portionsgröße. (Vergleich: Bild 1, Stand 2022, Sept.; Bild 2, Stand 2021, Sept.) Die Becher sind kleiner geworden, der Preis höher und die Portionsgröße geringer. Das hat mich ein wenig enttäuscht. Da die Tische außerhalb des Geschäfts stehen, werden diese eventuell kaum oder gar nicht geputzt. Dadurch fühlt man sich nicht so wohl, vor Ort zu sitzen. 2 € für die Kugel scheint auf den ersten Blick wirklich viel, sind aber auch riesig❗❗ geschmacklich und bei der Sortenauswahl ist das wirklich grandios und lecker creamy🥰

Ich weiß nicht was es ist, aber die Eis hier sind krass lecker. Laut Info im Geschäft sind sie handgemacht hier im Hamburg. Im Foto sieht mal schwarzes Johannesbeere, mango- maracuja und Schockoladeneis. Total empfehlenswert. Noch dazu schenken sie zurzeit eine zusäztliche Kugel zum Probieren.

Sehr kreative Eissorten, die wirklich toll schmecken. Super ist auch die große vegane Auswahl! Preislich liegen die Kugeln aber sehr hoch.
