Loved it, simply the best ice cream full of flavor, the taste is on a different level, crepes are great, they also have soft ice cream which is super delicious.

The best ice cream parlor ever! Not only does it serve delicious ice cream, but it also serves original, lovingly prepared ice cream. If you love ice cream, you have to visit this place.

Addendum: I wouldn't have thought it, but the soft serve has gotten better, quite a bit. This brings my old review up to a solid four stars (there's always room for improvement). The staff was nice, and the scoop of ice cream at least looked appealing. But I ordered a soft serve, and it was simply awful. Basically frozen water with powdered milk. I returned it in horror. I bought a medium soft-serve ice cream for four euros. For that price, I expected good quality. Unfortunately, the ice cream was already very soft when it was handed over the counter and immediately dripped onto my hand. It also tasted quite watery and wasn't what I expected for that price. I would advise the owner to rethink the ice cream recipe. Perhaps they could adjust the machine to make the ice cream colder and firmer. Then it would definitely taste better.

Very friendly staff, the restaurant is small but nice, with pleasant outdoor seating. The crêpes tasted delicious with the Nutella, and they didn't skimp on the amount. The interior is very nice and modern. There are also pictures, flowers, and a nice bar. I can't fault it; it's simply top-notch! 5/5

Great store, I'm happy with everything, even there's soft ice cream

The ice cream at EisSchnecke is really delicious – creamy, fresh and with great varieties. The prices are absolutely reasonable and fair for the quality. It's also particularly nice that you can sit outside and enjoy the ice cream in comfort. Clear recommendation!

I drive here especially from Norderstedt, checking on Google beforehand whether the store is open. Once there, the store has been on winter break for two months. Thanks for nothing. Next time please update times when we go into the winter break.

Best soft serve ice cream EVER!!!! 3 different sizes, different toppings, even the “normal” ice cream variations are awesome. Reasonable prices, very nice staff. Opening times, like in every ice cream parlor, depend somewhat on the weather, unfortunately. CLEAR RECOMMENDATION, but we only come because of the soft ice cream 😅

Soft ice cream was tasty, but no comparison to Danish

Nice ice cream seller and nice shop. Large selection of treats + lots of toppings. I was just looking forward to the soft ice cream and was disappointed with it today. It just wasn't soft and not as nicely turned up as you know it. In addition, today there was only vanilla, although the display in front of the store also promises chocolate, among other things. I'll definitely go there again, but then maybe I'd rather try the ice cream scoop or a milkshake.

Very tasty soft ice cream. So delicious - especially with chocolate topping. And the guys behind the counter are really nice. Ramp and toilet at ground level. The wheelchair is happy about that.

There is hardly better ice cream (anymore). Super tasty, good selection, changing varieties. Plus nice staff. There is also no children's corner and you can sit outside. The cups are great in terms of price and offer what I think is the perfect amount - so they aren't overly large like some other ice cream parlors.

Unfortunately, the scoop ice cream tastes artificial. Unfortunately, pistachio in particular doesn't taste like pistachio. Better stay with Mutch and Antonios. But the staff is very friendly!

The ice cream parlor eisschnecke is definitely one of the best in the city. The area is cozy and inviting with ample seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the visit a pleasant experience. When it comes to ice cream, you can't go wrong here. The selection is large and there is something to suit every taste. The ice cream flavors are of high quality. I was particularly impressed by the variety of unusual flavors that you can't find in every ice cream parlor. My personal favorite is cookie ice cream.

Just heaven.. The ice cream is always fresh, what I like the most about it 👍

Die Leute vor Ort sind immer sehr freundlich und auch der Laden ist innen wie außen ohne Makel. Lobenswert die Sandkiste und das extra Tischchen für die Kleinen. Für die Kinder ist das hier der Eisladen Nr. 1. Für mich ist das Eis geschmacklich allerdings eher unterdurchschnittlich, eine geringe Intensität. Selbst Mutsch den ich persönlich auch nicht sonderlich gut finde, ist da besser. Die Eiscafés an den U-Bahnen Langenhorn und Fuhlsbüttel Nord sind geschmacklich stärker.

Mir hat das Spagettieis sehr gut geschmeckt 😋 Werde in diesem Sommer bestimmt öfters anhalten und es mir schmecken lassen.

Absolute Empfehlung. Das Eis schmeckt einfach Mega gut! Jede Sorte bisher ein Hit. Die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich so wie man es sich vorstellt.

Waren schon im alten Lokal sehr gerne, aber das neue ist richtig hübsch geworden. Das Eis so lecker wie immer und der Inhaber auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer und gerne wieder. Wir wünschen auf diesem Wege ganz viel Erfolg in dem neuen Lokal.

In der Eis-Schnecke findet man leckeres Eis zu fairen Preisen. Dazu eine entspannte Athmosphäre und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Der Laden ist eine Bereicherung für Fuhlsbüttel und jetzt schon mein neuer Lieblings-Eisladen ☺️🍦
