kann ich sehr empfehlen. Super leckeres Essen, freundliche Atmosphäre und wenn man einen Tag vorher Bescheid gibt bekommt man glutenfreies Injera.

Äthiopisches Essen ist ein wahrer Genuss. Ich war noch nie in Äthiopien und kann daher nicht beurteilen, was wirklich authentisch ist, aber die Gewürzmischung auf einer gemeinsamen Platte (33 Euro) schmeckt einfach unglaublich. Alles harmoniert perfekt miteinander. Man isst üblicherweise mit den Händen.

Das Essen ist eine 12 von 10! Wirklich sehr lecker , frisch zubereitet, wird schön warm serviert, genau perfekt. Auch für Veganer/ Vegetarier ist genug zu finden. Der Service ist ebenfalls wunderbar, aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend. Ich war bereits das dritte Mal dort essen und werde sicherlich bald wieder kommen. Kann es vom Herzen weiterempfehlen, die Fahrt außerhalb der Innenstadt lohnt sich! Nicht zu vergessen es läuft leise meditative Musik im Hintergrund, das Restaurant ist schön dekoriert und die Toiletten sind sauber und riechen gut.

Massiv Leckeres Essen - Ehre 🤝🏼 Die Vorspeise war Phänomenal ~ Vegan. Das Essen auf dem Foto ist das Vegane für 3 Personen. Der Service war super und uns wurde alles super erklärt und gezeigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ebenso war das Essen auch sehr lecker. Das Mixteller kann ich empfehlen, da es unterschiedlich gewürzt war und es verschiedene Sachen zum probieren gab. Das Brot war auch sehr gut.

Ein wunderschönes äthiopisches Restaurant. Das Essen ist köstlich und der Honigwein ist wirklich einzigartig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und vermittelt eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam!

Die Fleischgerichte waren recht gut. Langsam gegartes Fleisch ist jedoch fast immer gut, man kann kaum etwas falsch machen. Die vegetarischen Gerichte, Linsensalat usw. in der gemischten Küche waren eher enttäuschend. Das Injera-Brot wurde in großen Portionen serviert, war aber für ein Fladenbrot nichts Besonderes. Die Getränke waren sehr gut. Wählen Sie hier ausschließlich Fleischgerichte.

The food tasted good but the portion was very small. I ordered the mix Teller mit Fleisch for two. Very disappointed. Lots of bread but Not nearly enough of the main things you want. 30 euros. rip off. Better Ethiopian restaurants elsewhere in Nürnberg.

the food is amazing and a must try!! the bread injera is so soft and literally melts in your mouth when ate with the different dishes. Also the chef is very kind and the service is really good. Their coffee is served so authentic in ethiopean style and the desert is super tasty!

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited in Nürnberg. It was my first time trying Ethiopian food but the dishes were so delicious that it made me want to visit Ethiopia. The spice mixture used in the dishes was so aromatic and complex. The tangy injeras served with the food compliments the dishes so well. We also got to try Ethiopian beer which was pretty cool. The atmosphere felt very authentic. The place was decorated with beautiful Ethiopian art, and it contributed to the great experience. The servers were very helpful and kind throughout the night. If you have not visited this restaurant yet, you are missing out. I definitely recommend.

The food could be a bit more substantial, and the atmosphere would be more lively with some beautiful, local music. Otherwise, it was very tasty and pleasantly spicy.

I was at Restaurant Lucy today and I was absolutely thrilled. The food was incredibly delicious. I especially recommend the Sambusa and the Yebere Key Wot! Both were perfectly seasoned and made to perfection. The service was also friendly, and I felt at home. The atmosphere was warm and cozy; you can tell the love and care goes into the cooking here. I'll definitely be back!

This is the best Ethiopian restaurant in Europe. I have been in several of them and there was always something I wasn’t happy about. But Lucy is different. Everything is perfect.

You had dinner last week. They are honestly disrespectful and not a good service.

Absolutely delicious food! I only knew a few Ethiopian restaurants from Berlin and really wanted to try one near me. As already mentioned at the beginning, the food was really delicious and the plate for 2, although I was a bit skeptical at first, was totally enough for me and my girlfriend. You just have to bring some time. At first it “bothered” me a bit (too negative a word in this case) but then I remembered it as something positive. Since everything has to happen so quickly these days, it slows things down a bit and you can enjoy being together in the restaurant without having to worry about it in any way. I can only recommend it!

We chose Lucy before we started our trip. The food was very tasty and the service was very familiar and friendly. The portions are rather normal, but prepared with a lot of love you get super tasty quality here. So we still needed dessert. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again.

Tastes delicious and is reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and joined in on our jokes.

Were here for the first time. Visually, I know African restaurants to be completely different from both the outside and the inside. With more African flair throughout the facility. But we were here for the food. We were given great advice and started with the starter, a mixed platter for 2 and then dessert. Everything was a pleasant surprise in terms of taste. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant if you want to try good African cuisine.

The gentleman who served there, presumably the owner, was terribly nice and, when asked, explained to us how we "should" eat our food with our fingers. But he also offered us cutlery. The food was great. It also tasted great. It was fun there.

The Lucy mixed plate and the vegetarian national dish Tegamino Shiro were ordered. Both dishes can only be recommended and deserve the full five stars! Particularly worth mentioning is the good service. After the rice was completely consumed, we asked for a little extra flatbread, which was not charged extra.

We had dinner at Lucy today and ordered a vegetarian and a meat plate. Both dishes were served very appetizingly and presentably. The food tastes very good and you can tell that it was prepared with love🥰😍. The Ethiopian owners are very friendly, warm and accommodating🫶🏽. The restaurant is also centrally located near the main train station📍. It's only a few minutes' walk from Schweiggerstrasse. So it's easy to reach. Lucy is located in a quiet residential area and has fantastic interior design that really showcases Ethiopian culture. With a large area offering space for the coffee ceremony, the happiness seems perfect. The menu offers everything from vegan to vegetarian dishes to beef/chicken dishes. I can recommend the restaurant 100%. For me personally, the highlight is the quiet atmosphere.

Restaurant with Ethiopian style in interior. The outdoor area in front of the restaurant is equipped with plastic tables, so it doesn't really look idyllic. The service was initially a bit short-syllabic, but that improved over time. The food was very tasty and the prices were good. I would recommend it, but not for romantic meetings or anything similar.

An extraordinary, authentic, traditional culinary experience. Our group was delighted by the hospitality of the hosts and the impeccable service. Pleasant atmosphere, tasty dishes full of flavor. I recommend DjuDju beer and coffee which is served in a special way and has an inviting aroma. I can't wait to come back with my family to enjoy again the delicious dishes in the pleasant and quiet atmosphere of the Ethiopian Lucy restaurant.

This place is such a gem! My partner and I happened to be in the neighbourhood and stopped by, as they were the closest vegetarian option, and I'm glad we did -The food and flavours are amazeballs! Nice little vibe with the interior atmosphere and kind service my partner and I received too. We will return for sure.

My expectations were completely exceeded. Everyone says there is no Injera in Germany that even comes close, but this one really tastes so similar! The tips are also really good and the service is very attentive, courteous and friendly. I definitely recommend it and will come back! The ambience is reminiscent of Ethiopia with relaxed local music and there is incense and fresh coffee in the air, which also tasted very good! 10/10

I've eaten here 3 times and each time it was very good. My favorite is definitely number 10. I recommend everyone to take the injera. The service is great and in summer you can also eat outside. For newcomers who come for the first time, the platter for 2 is recommended as you can try a wide variety of dishes.

Very cute little establishment, attentive service. There are variations of coffee, soft drinks and everything revolves around oven potatoes. Unfortunately it is only open until 6 p.m. The target group is probably the employees in the neighborhood during the day. Still highly recommended.
