Cozy, without any hint of pretension – simply a slice of warm Italian hospitality. Pleasant atmosphere, soft music, relaxed. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't currently have a license to sell alcohol and beer, even though both are on the menu – so no Aperol to round off the evening. Overall, we were very satisfied. We went for take away here a while back, because the pictures looked good. Price was quite good for pizza, so good option if you don’t want to spend a lot. but the dough was a bit stiff and not of the best consistency, so from taste wise we’ve had better pizzas. Can’t say for the rest of the waiters, but the man on the phone when we ordered takeaway that day was extraordinarily rude from the start. We all have personal problems/ struggles, sometimes you just have a bad day and that’s fine. But having a kind and friendly attitude to those around you never hurt no body, inside or outside of work :)

The decor is more reminiscent of a shisha bar or nightclub than a pizzeria with cozy banquettes. But the quality of the pizzas was absolutely top-notch!

The pizzas there are delicious, the staff are always friendly and on the ball! We've enjoyed our visits regularly in the past. Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences with delivery orders. The delivery time was stated to be 15 minutes, but the pizzas actually arrived well over an hour later. This was unfortunately not an isolated incident... We never received a pizza that was on time (and halfway warm). After finding the door closed for the second time, even though Google said it was open and the website didn't mention our planned (!) vacation, we'll be choosing other pizzerias in the future.

We went to Ako's Lucky Pizza as a small group for dinner. Unfortunately, due to the restaurant's expansion and the resulting lack of a license, they weren't allowed to serve alcoholic beverages. Advance notice of this when reserving a table over the phone would have been appropriate. We were also told that there were no non-alcoholic beverage options (only soft drinks), but later, a non-alcoholic shandy was brought to the next table?! Our order wasn't taken for about 15 minutes. The soft drinks arrived in bottles (the water came in a small plastic bottle), and we were asked to pour ourselves. The glasses were dirty, so we all preferred to drink directly from the bottles. The food was good, hot, and arrived at the table for all guests at the same time. A side salad we ordered was completely forgotten. The server didn't come to the table to take any more drink orders, even though the bottles were already empty. In summary, we expected more.

Thank you very much for the excellent hospitality and prompt service. We booked at very short notice on Whit Sunday 2025 as a family group with two small dogs. We were seated inside at the window tables and felt very comfortable. Our follow-up orders were prepared promptly and efficiently.

Highly recommended! We ordered a pizza last night via Lieferando and were absolutely thrilled! The delivery was extremely fast. The pizza arrived in just about 20 minutes. Despite a minor complication with the elevator (which only works with a room card), the delivery man managed to bring the pizza right to our hotel room door. He was super friendly and helpful! The phone call was also excellent: The manager was very nice and assured us that the pizza would arrive soon, and it did. About the pizza: We had one with buffalo mozzarella, absolutely delicious! The dough was perfect: nice and airy, and the flavor was simply amazing. The topping was also fresh and very well-balanced. Unfortunately, many pizzerias don't offer real buffalo pizza, so we're all the more pleased that it was possible here, and in such good quality! We'll definitely order again!

I ordered a pizza to go. During the short wait (about 5-10 minutes), I watched the Germany vs. Portugal game in the restaurant. When the pizza was ready, I wanted to watch the last 20 minutes of the game while eating my pizza. The host/waiter, who had actually made a good impression on me beforehand, pointed out that I couldn't eat the pizza in the restaurant because I had ordered it to go. His reason: takeout is cheaper. I think it's a shame that guests are forbidden from sitting down and eating for a few minutes because of 1-2 euros – especially when the restaurant was almost empty. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

I discovered this place while looking for a late-night meal and was impressed. I go here every time I visit Munich. EDIT: After the renovation, something changed, and the pizza wasn't as perfect as it was before. :(

Ordered by phone – super friendly service – and then picked it up myself! The pizzas were delicious, with good ingredients, fresh produce, and best of all: the crust – yummy!

We were thrilled with the pizzas; the crusts were nice and crispy yet fluffy, and they were well-topped and very tasty. There was garlic oil and chili oil at the table, both of which were also very tasty. The salad was good, but unfortunately not dressed. We only had vinegar and oil at the table (salt and pepper would have been nice, at least). The service was extremely friendly and accommodating; we never had to wait long for anything, and they constantly asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. For dessert, we were recommended ice cream from the ice cream counter (about 10 different flavors), which also tasted good. The atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting, although a bit dark when you walk in, but you quickly get used to it. You could also imagine enjoying a cocktail there in the evening, although unfortunately, there aren't any on the menu. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back the next time we're in the Munich area!

I was there with my 9th grade class! It was a very nice and relaxing experience. My 28 students felt very comfortable and welcome. The service was relaxed and easy going. The pizzas were very tasty, all of them were LUCKY. For dessert there was Nutella pizza for everyone. I can 100% recommend Lucky Pizza. Thank you for the uncomplicated stay!

Had a confirmed order from Lieferando at lunchtime and was there to pick it up. The comment is that I don't do any delivery before 5 p.m. I canceled everything. Unfortunately, none of this reached me. And I was yelled at to complain to Lieferando, he took everything out in time. I assume that they didn't want to give me the 40% discount via Lieferando... Once and never again!

An exceptionally good pizza! You really can't complain, from the service to the serving time, everything was great!! The food made me feel like I was in Napoli myself, really great! I was here with my family and the little ones were treated very kindly, my littlest got a small gift. Very sweet how they treat the little ones. I can only recommend the place, take your time and go there!

Our experience was disappointing. Although we were waiting on the seats in front of the restaurant just a few minutes before the official opening, we were told in an extremely unfriendly manner that our stay was not welcome. We were subsequently refused hospitality (we actually waited specifically for it to open). We then visited another restaurant nearby. We will definitely not visit this restaurant again in the future.

No card payment possible. Unfortunately, pizza no longer tastes good since the change of ownership. The waiting time has also become much longer (3min -> 20min)

If this was supposed to be the best pizza in Munich, Munich wouldn't have much to offer 🤔 ...I don't think so. There is a lot of room for improvement. Since you expect something different, there are only 2 stars.

The pizza is simply delicious and the selection is great. There's not much to say about the staff, everyone is always in a good mood and very personable. But you really hit the jackpot with the ice cream... I LOVE IT! The last time I had such a creamy and delicious gelato was in Italy. Some ice cream parlors in Munich can learn a lesson from you. Keep it up.

Very nice service, the pizza is one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I have eaten. Come back👌🏻 We had a chocolate pizza delivered to the hotel late in the evening. It arrived crispy and fresh and the combination with the chopped hazelnuts + coconut flakes went very well. I would actually want to eat it again :D
