Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because the boss is so unfriendly. Some pizza bakers wrote and at first I replied so arrogantly and said they had a telephone number for a few questions. And the guy answers yes, what are you writing now? I understand why it's always looking for pizza bakers..if that's the case, you can search all your life plus the ad has the wrong address..have fun searching

Excellent pizza, although far from the city but close to Olympia Park and the BMW Museum. The service is pleasant. but only accept cash.

Absolute Juice Shop was closed; but according to Google not. If necessary, you should also change this here. Some people felt the same way when we were there, the shop was closed and the lights were off, Saturday lunchtime...

Very good pizza with very good dough! The edge is crispy and fluffy on the inside, just the way Neapolitan pizza should be.

A business that cannot serve 2 pizzas to the table in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Even if it makes the best pizza in the world, it is a place where you cannot enjoy eating it! Choose another place to save your nerves!

Absolute catastrophe since the takeover/change. The taste has significantly deteriorated, pizzas are delivered cold, and the last order even had the wrong pizzas. Orders will no longer be made here.

Seems to have a new owner (it's now called Ako's Lucky Pizza on Lieferando) and has gone bad. Our last 3 orders on Lieferando were incorrect (wrong pizza or missing ingredients), charred and cold. We didn't complain twice because that can happen, but that's enough now. It used to be our regular pizza service, but no longer. Last order: Pizza Padre Picante (with salami, corn, mushrooms, red onions), a charred pizza was delivered with only salami (see photo). The pizzas were also quite expensive - the price/performance ratio is definitely no longer right here, no recommendation!

Went here while on vacation and found Lucky Pizza online stopped in for a late dinner. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and friendly the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The service we received was quick prompt polite and professional. The menu had a wide selection of some traditional and some specialty pizzas along with other items like calzones. My wife and I each got a personal pizza and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I would highly recommend eating here if you find yourself in the area looking for great food a wonderful atmosphere and at a very reasonable price!

I ordered here on Lieferando and thought it was great! Really tasty, really hot and went much faster than Lieferando had announced. Nice supplier and all around top. Will be my new standard pizzeria. Personally, I would be happy about a vegan version, but otherwise you're doing a great job 👍

Was close to our hotel, so we took a chance and so glad we did! The service was great and the pizza was really good. We also split the chicken Caesar salad and it was really fresh and huge! They do only take cash, so just be prepared. But very worth it!

These pizzas never disappoint! Absolute insider tip for delicious pizzas that don't cost €20 like in the city center. Things like that aren't fun anymore. In summer you can also sit outside, which is great. The only things that could be improved are the salads and desserts, I wouldn't order them again.

Lieferando didn't give us our order... after 90 minutes of waiting, I called them personally. We apologized profusely and despite the store closing time, the pizza was delivered to us quickly, along with a brownie on the house. In addition, you personally took care of the cancellation at Lieferando and my money was refunded. Service great.

The Italian restaurant is highly recommended. The food was excellent and I ordered the pizza (28cm) shown in the picture. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The restaurant looks very tidy and the waiters do a great job. A small point of criticism, however, is the somewhat long waiting time.

Canceled my lieferando order without reason. Did not reimburse the tip. No option to call the place on lieferando. Found a telephone number on Google but nobody is picking up. I want my tip back please.

The base of the pizza was good like really “Napoli style “ but the pizza was completely empty almost no toppings. We waited around 30min for the drinks and 45 min for the pizza. The waiter was really unfriendly and not welcoming and on top of that he threw a sexist joke out of nowhere…

We ordered via Lieferando. An hour waiting time announced. After two hours there was still no delivery, even though the app had already indicated it. According to Info Pizzeria when we called, they had so many orders. We then drove there and got our pizza another 15 minutes later. The absolute headline here: Neither the pizzeria nor Lieferando felt compelled to reimburse us at least partially. Never again!

We came across this restaurant through TikTok because we were in town that day for the Coldplay concert. After sitting at the table for half an hour without service, we had to ask twice whether we could finally order something; at least it would have been nice to be served drinks. We had to wait a whole 1 1/2 hours for our pizzas or to be served properly. Admittedly, the restaurant was very busy at the time. However, customers constantly received their pizza, which they had ordered to be picked up, faster than the actual restaurant customers. When the food finally came, we were very disappointed with our Tartufo pizzas. Considering we had to wait so long, they didn't taste good at all and were dry. Very unfortunate. We were really happy, but were totally disappointed.

Everything but the name has changed. An absolute copy of what it once was. Was my favorite pizza in Germany, now it's just OK, but not a recommendation at all in this price segment

Yeah, unfortunately it's just typical delivery pizza now... pretty ridiculous and cheeky that the store continues to advertise the old, no longer available quality. The ingredients no longer correspond to reality either. My order didn't specify olives on the pizza, nor did I want them! How can you as a new owner take over such a great offer and mess it up like that?! The delivery was also 20 minutes late, meaning a total wait of 1:15 hours. The supplier came around the corner apologizing and asked for “not a bad review”🙃 Could it be more unprofessional?!

Nice, clean environment, you have to wait a few more minutes for the pizza as it doesn't have a wood oven, the owners are very kind, there is spicy and garlic oil on request, definitely better than other pizzerias tried in Europe, it's a pizza-like Neapolitan, but the edge is a little undercooked so it remains heavy. You pay only in cash, no cards. I was satisfied.

If this was supposed to be the best pizza in Munich, Munich wouldn't have much to offer 🤔 ...I don't think so. There is a lot of room for improvement. Since you expect something different, there are only 3 stars.

Delivery didn't even come, called the restaurant the guy picked up when i said i wanted to ask about my delivery he instantly hanged up, i tried calling again but the kept hanging up ! Terrible service would not recommend

Very good pizza, but I think it would be great if you could decide for yourself whether all the pizzas online are white or with tomato sauce. There are a lot of Bianco pizzas that I would like with tomato sauce :)

After 45 minutes, no drinks were even taken. We saw the waitress come outside three times during that time. Many people simply left even though they had ordered something (waiting times over 1 hour). You also had to wait at least 30 minutes for pickup.

We placed a large order with Lieferando. Apparently the restaurant doesn't want to deliver and suddenly canceled the order. Naughty and not nice, bad delivery service.

The pizza is not good, it has nothing in common with the original Lucky pizza. The owner changed, only the name remained. The staff is still friendly.

Unfortunately it has changed management! It was one of the best pizzas in Monaco, now it's still a pizza that tries to be "Neapolitan style", but has obviously become far from the quality it was. Many Germans will certainly like it, but Italians will immediately understand that it has become one of the many "oriental" managed pizza-buds. Great variety of halal pizzas with cured meats from different animal species on top, all good but not for me here. Sin.

Unfortunately it has deteriorated greatly. Both the service (due to the minority) and the pizza are no longer what they used to be. In addition, the new card is not nearly as good as the old one and the waiting times are enormous.

One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted

No card accepted. They should remove the details on Google maps that state that they do. Closest Automat/ATM is at Hagebaumarkt up the road. Came on a Saturday. Waited until 11:15 before noon. Still didn't open, although 11 in the morning is their official open time for Saturday. We even called and no one answered. Sadly...we went to the Pizza Hut down the main road.

I don't know where to start... The working hours that are in Google don't agree because "they open when they want". As far as food goes, pizza was pretty tasty, but that's the only thing about this place that's right. The salads aren't even garnished with oil, the dressings were brought in bags, which is the funniest thing, you also get balsamic dressing for Caesar salad (why? I have no idea). You pay €11 for a salad like this. We waited 1 hour for 2 pizzas and 3 salads. Pretty disappointing. Finally I come to the service. When the young woman tries to do her job, the owner (?) constantly yells at her in front of all the customers. The owner himself is rude and unfriendly. We couldn't pay for 30 minutes. When I came inside from the terrace, I was told: “YES, you have to be a little patient Señora, I work alone here! You pay at the table!” By the way, what I would like to do is someone would respond to me. So not recommended. There are better pizzas in Munich with friendlier service and atmosphere. Maybe it will be different if you go to... Ordered take away. But I have absolutely no desire to do that. The lack of staff should not be felt by customers...

Never order online! Takes forever for the food to be delivered

I ordered and the pizza arrived really quickly. Felt like 8 minutes. I had the Pizza Tonno and I really have to say that this is the best (delivery) pizza in Munich, and at a really good price. I'll definitely be a regular customer from now on!!

I ordered 2 pizzas, the bottom of the pizzas were all burnt black and I had to throw half of them away! Delivery took over an hour

Used to be very good the pizza here, unfortunately something changed during the last 2 orders. It's not the same pizza definitely, you can notice as soon as you open the box. Today we ordered 2 big ones, we got 2 small ones, not very cooked in some parts and burned on the other. Such a pity, i was happy to have a good pizza place around the corner 😢

The pictures look great. We expected pizzas like this. Unfortunately, they weren't like that at all. Very poorly documented. Unfortunately, the pizza base wasn't what you would expect from a Neapolitan pizza. The size of the pizzas wasn't worth it either. Felt like we got small pizzas but paid for the big ones. You can definitely get a great pizza here. But unfortunately we didn't have any good ones. Ordered 8 pizzas. None of them convinced us. A pity

An incredible experience of Neapolitan pizza that you absolutely have to do when you are in Munich. You can't find a better waiter in Munich, very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. A definite recommendation from me, as the price is more than reasonable for the quality that is offered here.
