This only affects the delivery and not the business. Unfortunately the wrong main course The soup is also the wrong one and a mixture of lamb chicken and peas The rest seems to be water with chilli unfortunately not edible! Even the bread was bone hard and without garlic as ordered, a shame 👎🏻

This place had closed around 3 weeks ago..what a scam! You can still book it and they still post pictures and reviews but we asked the neighbouring restaurant which btw is great. It’s closed!!

To be honest, we have no idea how the good reviews here come about. Bought!? Almost seems like that... We've never experienced it like this before: unfriendly, listless waiter who just mumbled to himself and you could hardly understand a word. No trouble, neither with the food, the atmosphere nor the tables. Unfortunately, the food was the worst Indian food we have ever eaten, which is a shame. Watery, grainy, mushy rice pudding, a meat-infused soup with 2 pieces (1×1 cm) of meat and no sauce for the rice, dry dish. Batura and Spezi were delicious! The fact that the toilets were so dark that you could hardly see anything couldn't hide the dirt, only marginally. The store was empty except for us... And that was in the early evening, which is peak business time. That says more than 1000 words I think. Not recommended by us!

We come here every year for our year reunion and were here even more often during our studies. We were never(!) disappointed. The staff is warm, the food is delicious and the cocktails are to die for. Always my pleasure.

The dish wasn't bad. It just felt like you weren't a welcome guest. People were barely understood, which is why there were problems with ordering. The dish was, however, well prepared.

The atmosphere was very nice, the first waiter wasn't very friendly but that was more due to the language barrier The waiter who served us later was very nice. The cocktails we ordered only tasted like juice and the food was okay. In terms of taste, it was very lightly seasoned for me. Overall, you can do it!

Super tasty Indian food with good portions and a huge selection! We got additional rice and can also recommend the lunch menu with changing offerings.

Hello people, food is very tasty

Have been ordering more frequently from LUCK since the beginning of 2020. Food very good, delivery very quick and always very warm. Criticism: The only thing I noticed now is that the prices have increased (which is fine), but the portions have also become significantly smaller... You really shouldn't and don't have to save money on rice alone. Hope that changes again.

Unfortunately, the experience in the Indian "bistro" wasn't all that impressive, as the food was more reminiscent of an ordinary supermarket ready meal and was unable to excite me in any way. In addition, the two dishes were served surprisingly quickly, after about 5 minutes. It was noticeable that I was the only person there at 4pm on a Sunday. The only contact person mixed up dishes and drinks, which caused some confusion, and had to ask in the background. After serving, the man immediately withdrew and spent 30 minutes noisily chatting with the "cooks." Even if necessary you had to go to the "kitchen", which was inconvenient. The only people present were delivery people who came to pick up the underwhelming food. In terms of taste, the two dishes hardly differed from each other. The vegetables were just thrown in raw and the sauces were just warmed up, either tasteless or slightly spicy - other than that there was no real difference.

You could not pay me to eat here again. Watery salad, food devoid of any real taste, left feeling slightly nauseous and sad. Not sure how this place survives.

Wir sind seit circa 10 Jahren Stammgäste im LUCK. Meine ganze Familie ist auch vollkommen begeistert. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nichts negativ zu sagen bei einem Restaurant Besuch. Den Lieferservice haben wir noch nicht ausprobiert, also bewerte ich nur den Besuch im Restaurant. Preislich ist es in Ordnung. Ich esse seit 10 Jahren immer nur die gleiche Speise: Mater Parneer! Der Rest der Speisekarte ist auch in Ordnung, genau wie die Getränke. Meine Empfehlung: Der Yogitee und das Mangolassi. Der Mittagstisch ist Preislich ok und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

I love indian cuisine and Luck Restaurant is amazing. Great ambience, friendly staff, fast service and the food was super delicious. We had the indiand chicken soup which was spot on for a rainy day, and we had the chicken madrasi and the chicken tika masala and we got a salad and a naan on the house. The portions are generous and u can pay by card. Just lovely.

Too much cream in the food. I couldn't feel the curry anymore. One of the owners was a bit rude as well. Overall mediocre Indian food. The afternoon offers good for the price.

A truly great experience, we felt like in India again. We've got papadam with three sauces, lentil soup, mixed salad, mango chicken and butter chicken with rice, and kheer (milk rice) as dessert. Everything was really good, authentic food with a professional, friendly, and overall great service, definitely recommended!

Habe mir bislang immer nur Essen aus dem Restaurant liefern lassen, war aber immer vollstens zufrieden. Ob jetzt nun pikante, süße oder scharfe Speisen: mir hat alles immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wird mal Zeit, persönlich ins Restaurant zu gehen.

Das Essen war nichts besonderes und die gesamte Erfahrung eher ernüchternd. Wir hatten mehr erwartet. Espresso-Maschine hat nicht funktioniert. Nach dem Essen dann zwei unterschiedliche Cocktails getrunken - wobei beide gleich geschmeckt haben. Bei uns wird es hier wohl bei einem einmaligen Besuch bleiben. Genutzt hatten wir einen Groupon-Gutschein. Vielleicht sind wir auch deswegen eher "abgefertigt" worden. Bedienung wirkte genervt und launisch.

Food was not exactly what’s written on the description ( spicy is not spicy and so on) and not sure what you’re actually really eating.

Bad delivery service. My delivery instruction was that I will be waiting outside, but then as i waited outside for 15 minutes, no one came with my delivery. Then i called them, then i asked then about my delivery and they said they came and no one was there, but they never tried to call. Now they are redelivering my food but it will be cold :-)

Authentisch indische Gerichte mit frischen Zutaten und großen Portionen. Und ja, das Essen schmeckt echt überraschend gut. Die Pakoras sind nicht zu fettig, die Suppe nicht zu dünn und in der Konsistenz echt gelungen und die Hauptgerichte mit leckeren Saucen. Zusätzlich überragend ist die Mango Lassi. Wir kommen wieder!

If you are looking for good food and good mood, this is the place. On the outskirt of the city and just two stations from postdamer platz the ambience will induce you to stay for a longer period of time.

Pathetic food and pathetic customer service. I called them to complain about the food and they cut the phone and dint offer any support saying I can’t do anything. I ordered garlic naan and dal makhani, naan was not properly cooked and sour that no one could eat, dal makhani is beans and not dal makhani with so much soda that it was not edible et all. I don’t think the restaurant cares about customer or their feedback.

Kleines aber sehr gutes Lokal. Das Angebot ist abwechslungsreich, bei den Speisen sowie den Getränken. Wir waren 10 Gäste, uns allen hat es gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind angenehm erschwinglich, die Atmosphäre gemütlich., der Service hervorragend. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

It has the worst food ever. I asked them to make the chicken curry bit spicy then end up putting so mane chilli flecks which made it impossible to eat. Upon calling the restaurant they reply we can not do anything now forget your money. Edited : upon calling the restaurants next day, he threaten me and abused me to come to his restaurant and fight. Wir hatten einen Groupon-Gutschein geschenkt bekommen und waren zur Mittagszeit am Sonntag dort. Es ist ein kleines Restaurant mit schnellem und unaufdringlichen Service. Wir konnten uns aus der Speisekarte aussuchen, was wir wollten. Ist ja bei einem gebuchten 3-Gänge-Menü nicht immer so. Das Essen war schnell serviert, lecker und reichlich. Der inkl. Wein war auch oki. Hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Horrible taste, worst packing, worst naan i have ever tasted in my 3 years of stay in Berlin. Will never order again. Update : I can't stop thinking about this pathetic food after many hours so few more cents : Naan was soggy and very thick like raw flour dough. Paneer sabzi and chana masala tasted same gravy and guess what , pathetic sauce. There was a bad smell from the food probably the leftovers. No salad or any other accompaniment as compared to other Indian places. I am wondering why are people even eating there. Please don't call it Indian food , my humble request.

Sehr angenehm neutral eingerichtetes Restaurant. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten Entenbrust mit Mangosauce(sehr lecker) und ein Gericht mit Hähnchenfleisch und einer scharfen Soße, genauso gut. Dazu gab es einen kleinen Salat. Auch die Linsensuppe als Vorspeise hat uns gut geschmeckt. Zur Suppe gab es vom Haus aus noch das indische ballonbrot dazu. Was noch sehr positiv zu vermerken ist, die Portionen sind nicht so klein, wie ich sie schon öfter mal in indischen Restaurants erhalten habe. Ich glaube, ich wäre auch ohne die Vorsuppe satt geworden. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

I don’t even want to give you guys 1 star. I order paneer jaipuri today and it was horrible.. paneer was very smelly and old . As an Indian I know how paneer test and look like. For Health and safety reasons I will not recommend anyone to order food from you guys. 😡😡

Ich bestelle hier seit über 6 Jahren regelmäßig Essen und war immer zufrieden. Aber seit einigen Monaten hat sich die Qualität rapide verschlechtert. Die Speisen sind ölig und fettig und schmecken einfach nicht mehr lecker. _____________________________________ Update: Nach einer sehr netten Kontaktaufnahme seitens der Inhaber, wurde mir erklärt, dass kurzzeitig ein anderer Koch ausgeholfen hat. Danach habe ich dem Restaurant eine zweite Chance gegeben und das hat sich gelohnt. Es schmeckt noch besser als früher (bestelle immer vegetarisch oder vegan). Weiter so. Kundentreue wird beidseitig gepflegt. Sehr schön.

We love the food here! After having tried other Indian restaurants in the neighbourhood, we stick to Luck :)

Mango Lassi ist immer ein guter Indikator für Qualität. Der Strohhalmtest würde nicht bestanden, d.h. der Strohalm senkt sich zum Glasrand. Bedeutet meistens, dass das Restaurant Geld spart (wahrscheinlich nicht nur beim Lassi) und den Joghurt durch Milch ersetzt.

Der Inhaber war total unfreundlich. Ich habe extra angerufen, ob man mit Hund kommen kann. Die Antwort war positiv. So ist es doch besonders erfreulich, wenn man vor Ort erfährt, dass er es sich offensichtlich doch anders überlegt hat. Vielleicht hat er ja mit einem Chihuahua gerechnet. In dem Fall müssen wir ihn leider enttäuschen. Wir finden das Auftreten des Inhabers aus diesem Grund äußerst unprofessionell und raten Ihnen davon ab, dieses Restaurant zu besuchen.

Food was bland and nothing to do with Indian food.

Ich habe schonmal Indisches Essen probiert aber es war für mich ungenießbar. Hier habe ich der Indischen Küche nochmal eine Chance gegeben und es war SEHR LECKER. Empfehle es jedem weiter.

Ich esse absolut kein Indisch eigentlich, aber ich bestelle seit einem halben Jahr jede Woche gefühlt bei denen....Hähnchen schmeckt übernatürlich zart und saftig, Saucen nie zu stark/nie zu schwach und Reis immer auf den Punkt. Wenn ich nur noch an einem Ort essen gehen dürfte wärt ihr das! Wer hier nicht isst/bestellt der verpasst was....

I had better authentic Indian experience in Berlin. But Luck i liked too but stick to to ones which are popular like chicken tikka etc.

The food changed a lot lately. The meat is really low quality, especially the chicken and the lamb, you can barely chew them. The delivery experience is also unacceptable- ordered online, waited for 2 hrs and at the end they canceled the order and closed the restaurant.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, aber die Preise sind sehr hoch & die Mitarbeiter sind auch unfreundlich. Lieber zu Boxhagener Str Holteistr fahren da hat ein neuer Inder aufgemacht.

Ich habe Butterchicken bestellt und das Chicken ist einfach nur eklig. Die Sauce war lecker aber das Chicken selber war sehr sehr schlecht. Ich habe dann im Restaurent angerufen und der Besitzer hat mir ein neues Butter Chicken gesendet, aber es war wieder eklig. Obwohl er angekündigt hatte sein Koch würde diesmal das BESTE CHICKEN Der Welt zubereiten. Das Chicken hatte genau die gleiche Konsistenz. Ich esse immer Butter Chicken bei allen Indischen Lokalen die ich ausprobiere.Das hier war wirklich eine Katastrophe. Beide Chicken landeten direkt in der Mülltonne und 10 Euro sind Futsch. Kein gutes Erlebnis.

Gute Geschmack, gibt es gutes Mittages Angebot auch.. Und kann sein es ist die beste Indischen essen in die Ecke...

Wir waren heute dort zum Indisch Essen. Sehr nettes Personal und sehr grosse Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Preise sind angemesssen. Die Guete ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch die Wartezeit war ok. Ich kann Luck gern empfehlen. Man muss gerade an Wochenendabenden mit vielen Gaesten rechnen. Hier kann es schon mal ein Moment dauern bis das Essen kommt. Aber, volle Punkte. Kommen gern wieder.

Das Essen ist echt super! Nur zu empfehlen. Der Service am Telefon ist hingegen echt unverschämt! 2 mal bei einem Kunden auflegen!
