The food was delicious, but the pizza was a little burnt. It would have been remade, but since I don't eat crusts anyway, it was fine. The music was way too loud. You could still have a conversation, but you practically had to shout. The server (Daniela) was very friendly.

The pizza tastes delicious, and it's a great option to be able to put different toppings on the two halves. Half a pizza is definitely enough to fill you up. Denisa is very friendly and a great server :)

The pizza is huge, which is to be expected at over €15. The dough is paper-thin, and there could definitely be more toppings for the price. Because of its size, the pizza cools down very quickly, so you end up eating more than half of it cold. The staff are good 👍, and the atmosphere itself is nice. Unfortunately, we were unlucky that evening because there was a very loud group of young people who didn't know how to behave and were clearly getting on the nerves of the other guests. This also meant that I just finished my meal quickly and left.

Never again in Nuremberg. Tables far too small for four people, extremely loud, and the staff completely clueless. We've been to so many L'Oréal restaurants, but the one at Hans Sachs Platz in Nuremberg is a disaster. The food took almost an hour, and then we were practically rushed to finish because the table was already taken after 1.5 hours. Unbelievable. Zero stars, really.

I've visited many L'Osteria restaurants from Travemünde to Vienna. This one has had the best pizza so far. The service was very good, and the atmosphere was nice too. However, one thing was completely unacceptable: the noise level. Even though the restaurant was only half full, it was very loud. The background music was too loud. It was a Christmas market, after all.

It was very crowded and very loud. We had to wait 15 minutes at the entrance before someone greeted us and showed us to our reserved table. Someone came quickly, and we ordered. When our drinks arrived, the waitress dropped a coaster, didn't pick it up, and simply placed the drink on the table. Some of the portions were ridiculously small, and one of us was given the wrong size drink.

As always at L'Osteria, the food was delicious. However, I found it annoying that I had to wait for my table despite having a reservation – a complimentary aperitif or something similar would have been a nice gesture.

The restaurant was completely overcrowded, and the noise level was extremely high! The chairs were broken! We waited almost an hour for our food (with children)! There was no pleasant atmosphere whatsoever, even though we had a reservation for a birthday! Despite everything, the service was very attentive, but understandably stressed! Luckily, the food was good, as always!

L'osteria impressed me with its delicious food! The pizza and pasta were excellent. However, the prices are quite high. It's more of a place for special occasions or holidays and not for everyday visits, especially for those on a budget. The service: The waiters were friendly, smiling, and very attentive. On the one hand, this was great: plates were cleared immediately as soon as we finished eating. On the other hand, the service felt a bit intrusive. We were asked too many questions, and as soon as a plate was empty, we were immediately asked, "Would you like anything else?" Sometimes you just want some peace and quiet. If we wanted to order more, we would have done so ourselves. Overall, an excellent place with a great atmosphere and food, but I would have appreciated a little less intrusive attention from the staff.

It was very crowded, we (a group of 5) only got a small table despite having a reservation, and the music was much too loud.

One of the most dreadfull experience i had in this place 1) First the staff gave us 90 min to est as everything was reserved and then took 35 min to get out food . 2) the pizzaa was soooo big and they got the pizza in a small plate that the pizza was hanging outside the plate. 3) the pizza wasnt even cut into slices. 4) when i removed the plate to cut the slices and eat it . The paper under it also got cut i told them this not the righway. Instead they told me if thier table got damaged i have to lay for the table ... I understand then how the hell i eat my pizza . Atleast cut my pizza into slices . 5) i thought to take some pizza With me so when i asked to pack .. the women or Kellnerin just got me a pizza box and just handed over to me . And i should do the packing Really ? You supposed to do that. Pack it up and give it to me ..... I felt so disrepectfull by the staff . They didn't even gave me any tüte . The fact that they did the same to other people.. help them pack the food and gave them a tüte as well. The staff was so rude . They werent even focused what zhey were doing just eveything in rush Lesson learned... Never gonna go there ever in my life .

We often go to the Italian pizza chain L'Osteria, especially at Hans-Sachs-Platz. Today we brought our American friends here. The service was simply terrible! The waiter suddenly and quite roughly took the menu from the table where my daughter's pens and paper were. Everything flew all over the table. And then the waiter hit me on the nose with the corner of the menu! It hurt so much—almost to the point of tears. He didn't even apologize. Later, we got three pizzas, but the tables are so small and the aisles so narrow that a person passing by brushed against one of our pizzas, causing it to fall. The restaurant manager came, picked up the pizza with his hands, and placed it back on our plates. That was simply disgusting. And I was very embarrassed in front of our friends. Please work on your customer service!
