Pizza was very good, service was very friendly

Llegamos sin reserva, logramos conseguir una mesa en poco tiempo, el lugar estaba verdaderamente lleno sin embargo el camarero fue muy educado y proactivamente tomó la iniciativa de traer lápices de colores y papel para nuestro hijo, , la comida era buena, llegó lo que pedimos rápido y no hay necesidad de dar seguimiento, recomendaría este lugar sin una pregunta.

Good food, good music and good service. I recommend it.

On Saturday afternoon we got a seat without a reservation and were served quickly and friendly. The food was super tasty, the prices are reasonable.

Food was very good, but the service very bad as always. They brought the food for the kids 10 min later than others. The one with kids know how difficult it will be :-/. Hope they improve this, please Kids First!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Pizza topping/topping was definitely with old ingredients, eggplants were already very hard and leathery, lettuce was discolored - looked like it was from 3 days ago... unfortunately picked up so no possibility of complaint...

I like being at Losteria and find the food very tasty and I especially think the Italian atmosphere is wonderful. But I found today's experience very shocking. The employee had no interest in her work and was extremely unfriendly to us. We didn't understand the real reason for this, but I don't think personal dissatisfaction should be let out to the guests. Maybe the manager needs to have a conversation and the young lady will be a little more satisfied with herself so that things will generally be better in the future. :)

Never again. You are greeted very unfriendly by the waiter at the reception and not served. He doesn't love his job. Wrong job.

The supposed manager who makes people wait for 40 minutes and then doesn't seat them argues with regulars at the entrance and doesn't serve them. Beware of the aggressive waiter seating people. He also didn't want to give his name out of fear.

We had a table on New Year's Eve. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly good or polite either. We had 2 jukeboxes over & it was just too loud to have a conversation with your own table. Food was brought at different times so we didn't all eat at the same time. Food was OK

Hadn't eaten for 2 days due to nausea. Delivery of 3!! Pizzas took more than 2 hours. In addition, the pizzas weren't particularly good. Instead of the classic thin, crispy Italian pizzas that L'Osteria is known for, we received thick, soggy pizzas smothered in seasonings like pepper and salt. Unfortunately a disappointment. Both for my palate and my stomach.

The waiting time was a bit long, but then you were seated and the service was extremely friendly. The pizza was, as always, very tasty.

Normally we always go to L'Osteria in Tullnaupark but this time we couldn't get a seat because it was full. Which benefited us this time. The noodle portion was much larger here than the last time in Tullnaupark, as was the tiramisu. Pizza just as delicious. Service very quick and very friendly. Food came very quickly even though the place was full. Regarding the noise level, yes, it's a restaurant where a lot of people are talking loudly. Either I like it or go somewhere else. We were very satisfied and would like to come back 😊.

Absolutely bad service. Sitting in the restaurant and no attention is paid to the guests. The waitress coughs all at once and needs three attempts because she can't take the order because she's coughing. The seat cushion is pulled out from under me while I'm sitting, claiming it's decoration. Unfortunately bad.

As with every L'Osteria, the food is simply great. I had the Pizza Rustica (one of my favorites); it was very tasty. The ambience in this long restaurant is not necessarily my taste. The staff was very polite.

Today we were scheduled for 6:30 p.m., but we arrived 15 minutes earlier and got a table straight away even though it was completely full, a huge compliment to our waitress, quick and tidy and despite the stress, super nice and friendly, always happy

We were there on December 17th. 24 at 6 p.m. in the Osteria. What bothered us the most was the volume of the music. We asked the waiter to turn it down a little. His answer was, "Unfortunately I can't turn it down because it's set that way." I find it very strange that you can't regulate the volume. Above all, I have now read in other reviews that the volume is annoying. Feedback from the restaurant: "The music should be pleasant and not disturbing. We hope that we score with the perfect volume on your next visit and look forward to seeing you." The food was ok, but I think it was too expensive despite being in the city center. 18.50 for a pizza is a lot. Because of the atmosphere and the noise, I won't be coming back here again.

Be careful when you guys come here. Make sure you check the receipt carefully. The waitress automatically added 15% of trinkgeld on the receipt without my permission. Right after I paid by credit card, she run away without giving me the receipt. Until I found her and asked again about it, she gave me and one more time tried to get away. I didn't realise until I'm on the way home. Wao! Such a shame for the trick!

We had ordered for 7 p.m. and were there about an hour earlier. Wasn't a problem at all. Very friendly staff and very tasty food. The pizzas are great. One pizza is enough for 2 people and can also be served separately.

Waitresses need to be a bit faster. At the entrance we waited for one of them around 10 min. Then to get a menu it took next 10 min more. One waitress serve the next table: put the forks and knifes, the second one made the chairs straight. Further, to take an order from the the guests took 10 min more. They were just walking around and staring at. The restaurant wasn`t full. Instead of 1,5 h lunch, it took 2 h. Where is 30 min is the waitress job. It happens not for the first time here. Waste of time. Dishes was okay, It`s a brunch restaurant, nothing to complain about the brunch. Something should be changed to be recomended.

Extremely unfriendly, I reserved a table for 6 people using the app and was informed that it was a company Christmas party, please corner in a quieter place at 2.30 p.m. we arrive at the table here, they didn't accept any requests in the middle of the restaurant as I put it in the app. We then had to wait 10-20 minutes until we had our table despite a reservation, and the starter salad wasn't as fresh as usual, we ate pizza very tasty and large very unfriendly where we said the salad wasn't the right one where we ordered 4 different ones were always brought what was wrong with the salad 5 times we didn't care and then took it, we got an email about how your visit was We talked straight away on the app the question was about the bill, we wanted to sit and talk, no, you have to go and wanted to finish your drink, the colleague put up the reserved sign straight away, it was around 4.30/4.45 p.m. and 30% of the restaurant was still free. Just disappointing and not recommended! Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait about 40 minutes for our table. The service staff were overwhelmed and annoyed, and the operations manager in particular was very unprofessional and unfriendly.

Unfortunately, our experience on the evening of December 7th, 2024 was very disappointing. The service was unfriendly, which made the entire visit unpleasant. The quality of the food was mediocre and did not meet expectations. In addition, the service was completely unprofessional - there were very long waiting times. We waited about an hour for the second table, endless discussions and complaints from the manager that there were too many of us and suddenly everyone was there, even though we had two tables for at least 2 weeks have reserved in advance; There was no effort to accommodate the guests. What was particularly annoying was that incorrect dishes were charged that we hadn't even ordered. All in all a very negative experience that we definitely won't repeat. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this place.

I would give -5 stars if I could. On Friday evening we were here to have something to eat after work. The day before, when we wanted to reserve the table by phone, we were explicitly told that we didn't need to reserve because we would get the table straight away. So we stood there and waited 30 minutes for a table because the restaurant was of course full. The apparently “manager” then explained to us that his instructions were to communicate this way to the guests on the phone. Ok, finally arrived at the table, and when the drinks came, the waitress dropped glasses and all the shards of glass fell into our faces and into the drinks. We had to TELL them to BRING NEW DRINKS because they didn't even come up with the idea themselves. When the pizza came, I still had to wait for the cutlery. The pizza was cold and dry like crispbread. We were charged full price and not even offered an espresso on the house to compensate for the whole chaos. At the end I was asked by the manager mentioned above whether everything was right for us. I thought I wasn't hearing properly 😵‍💫 We haven't experienced something like that for a long time, and that was the first and last time here. P.s. ah yes, people walking around the kitchen in street clothes, hygiene measures are probably a foreign concept here too.

They brought us a small, burnt, dry pizza! We told this to the staff, they didn't even offer to change the pizza!! But they offered that at the end they would bring a compliment (coffee or dessert). We ordered dessert, but we had to pay for it (we didn't get any compliment). We are regular customers, but we will not come again! This is terrible service, you should respect your customers!

We had a lovely evening at L'Osteria. We reserved a spot and got one straight away after a short wait. The service was quick and we didn't have to wait long for our food. Food tasted good, value for money was right 👍🏻 Friendly staff and good atmosphere. It was quite loud in the restaurant but I think that was normal due to the many people and the music. We'd love to come back! :-)

Went there as a group and were served really nicely! The pizzas are absolutely huge and very tasty! The prices are totally ok for a restaurant in the city center! The taste was great!

Our pizzas were, as usual at L'Osteria, very tasty - also the Rosato Mio and the wine. Our service staff was very attentive, quick and friendly! Reserving a table also worked wonderfully. Because it's the Christmas market, L'Osteria was full as expected - so respect to the kitchen and the service, who worked super quickly. Only the music and therefore the noise level of the conversations was a bit loud. We would love to come back and say thank you for the delicious evening!

Great Pizza Salciccia. Thin, crispy base and big as a wagon wheel. Short waiting time despite the restaurant being full and very attentive service staff. The plate wasn't empty for a minute and had already been cleared away.

The Osteria in Nuremberg is always well attended, which speaks for the quality and popularity of the food. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting and ideal for social evenings with friends or family. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious pizzas and fresh pasta dishes, prepared with noticeably high quality ingredients. Particularly noteworthy is the crispy, thin and perfectly seasoned pizza dough. It was some of the best pizza we have ever eaten. Despite the high number of guests, the service is always very friendly and quick. Overall, the Osteria is always an excellent choice for anyone who wants to enjoy good Italian cuisine! We can recommend them without reservation! 👍

Went there with her friends for our daughter's birthday. The pizzas were well received and very tasty. We had the antipasti, plentiful and tasty, as well as the avocado quinoa salad. The price is a bit more expensive but centrally located in Nuremberg's city center you wouldn't expect anything different.

Firstly, we had to wait 18 minutes despite having a reservation. The atmosphere at Christmas time is very hectic and loud. Unpleasant loud music at Christmas time, really not nice. Ate quickly and got out again.

Good environment, good food, drinks waitress very presumptuous and not very courteous. Evening with colleagues on November 25th, table of 8 people of about three metres, waitress brings drinks and stops at a corner of the table and has the glasses distributed to a customer, I pointed out to him that he could also go to the other side to give glasses because he risked spilling one on us. Waitress answers me immediately if I have problems, shortly afterwards she comes back to the manager telling me that she demands respect, in short we discussed with the manager, who was not very respectful towards customers, seeing that he too did not have much respect for customers. In the end I think the place is good, but those, perhaps not all, who work there are not up to par.

Long waiting times without planning. We often order food from L'Osteria to be picked up. Unfortunately, it has never worked out that the food is ready to be picked up at the specified time. I understand that there is a lot going on, but the fact that the time given has never been correct is incomprehensible to me. Although you usually get a drink while you wait, at some point your tolerance limit is reached. The service is sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Most of the time, the employees are completely stressed. If necessary, staff should be increased during peak times. The food is usually good, as in every L'Osteria, but unfortunately the pizzas are often burnt. In the future we will unfortunately have to switch to L'Osteria am Tullnaupark.

The pizza was very large, thin dough and tasted good, but not cheap at 18 euros. Pasta with shrimp had a very neutral taste. Side salad nothing special. Service was good. What we didn't like was the noise level. A conversation was not possible and it was far too loud. But the restaurant was completely booked. We don't have to go again, but there are definitely a lot of young people who like it.

As always, a great experience here at L'Osteria. The ambience and atmosphere are perfect for both a successful evening and a relaxed lunch break. The service and quality always impresses me.

Unfortunately our visit was not what we had imagined. Despite a reservation, we were not treated appropriately due to our age (underage, over 16). We had a terrible table, for example right next to the fire extinguisher with cobwebs, as well as right next to the coat rack where everyone kept hanging their jackets, etc. I think we pay, eat and drink just as much as adults and deserve a nice place ( the restaurant was empty at the time). We also asked if we could swap places, but that wasn't really addressed. My pizza was also in the oven too long, so the edge was very hard.

My online reservation was not available in store. It was annoying, there were six of us and we had a baby with us. The employee at the entrance was very nice, unfortunately everything was full so he couldn't do anything for us. There is a need for improvement in the reservation process.

A really very nice location!!! When you walk in you immediately feel at home and are served straight away. The service is very good and extremely nice. The food is almost like in Italy, the pizza there is particularly good. You will feel very full here and can end the evening nicely. A big recommendation

The shop was packed (actually as always and everywhere at L'Osteria at this time), but: After a short waiting time with bridging at the bar (many thanks to Fabio for the very friendly!!! (Grazie :-) ) service ), the friendly service continued at the table. It wasn't our first time at L'Osteria, but our first time here in Nuremberg after we moved here. We'd love to come back, you're great! (Even those who were not mentioned by name) Thank you for the great time :-)

The location is a must when we are in Nuremberg. Despite all the stress, the service is always friendly and tries to get the food to the table as quickly as possible. The food tastes great :) always happy to come here! :)

Caution!!! I ate a salami pizza and it upset my stomach so much that I can't even get out of bed because I'm just too weak. I have extreme stomach and intestinal cramps, chills, sweats, fever and nausea so I can't even drink water! It must be the pizza because it was the only thing I ate that day. Really a shame. Otherwise the service was very friendly.

Nice ambience, good food and friendly staff. For my birthday I had tiramisu. This came with birthday music over the speakers and candles. That was a very nice surprise. We'd love to come back.

This L'Osteria thrives on tourism and its location. Well located especially for families with children and the Hans-Sachs-Platz provides plenty of freedom of movement "free of charge". As far as the food is concerned, the only thing that stands out is the pizzas. Large, well topped and tasted completely fine. However, the pasta tastes different every time. The size of the portions also vary. The service is underground and thrives on non-returning tourists. Sometimes we waited 50 minutes for a pizza and 2x pasta. The drinks came slightly earlier. The waitresses are quick, but there are not enough of them to adequately serve the large location. The “placers” prefer to sit there and look at their cell phones, overwhelmed, instead of being supportive. We were there maybe 7 times in total and have now finally decided that we will no longer visit or recommend this L'Osteria.

Great evening! We were a large group and despite being busy, we were always served quickly. Super delicious food, from starter to dessert. Great staff. We'll be back!!
