Caution!!! I ate a salami pizza and it upset my stomach so much that I can't even get out of bed because I'm just too weak. I have extreme stomach and intestinal cramps, chills, sweats, fever and nausea so I can't even drink water! It must be the pizza because it was the only thing I ate that day. Really a shame. Otherwise the service was very friendly.

Nice ambience, good food and friendly staff. For my birthday I had tiramisu. This came with birthday music over the speakers and candles. That was a very nice surprise. We'd love to come back.

This L'Osteria thrives on tourism and its location. Well located especially for families with children and the Hans-Sachs-Platz provides plenty of freedom of movement "free of charge". As far as the food is concerned, the only thing that stands out is the pizzas. Large, well topped and tasted completely fine. However, the pasta tastes different every time. The size of the portions also vary. The service is underground and thrives on non-returning tourists. Sometimes we waited 50 minutes for a pizza and 2x pasta. The drinks came slightly earlier. The waitresses are quick, but there are not enough of them to adequately serve the large location. The “placers” prefer to sit there and look at their cell phones, overwhelmed, instead of being supportive. We were there maybe 7 times in total and have now finally decided that we will no longer visit or recommend this L'Osteria.

Dining at L’Osteria is always a pleasant and satisfying experience, especially when it comes to their pizza. Even my daughter, who typically isn’t a fan of pizza, enjoys their Margherita with great interest. The atmosphere is inviting, and the quality of ingredients really shines through in every bite. It’s a great spot for family outings where everyone can find something they enjoy.

We spontaneously decided on this Italian restaurant on the first evening and were absolutely thrilled! The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was warm, and the food was really excellent. The food was particularly impressive, which is why we decided to eat there again the next evening. At first everything seemed just as beautiful as the night before. But when the food came, there was unfortunately a disappointment: the spaghetti carbonara was so salty that it was barely edible. Unfortunately the mood changed here. The waitress's reaction was unexpectedly unfriendly; We were asked why three times and finally we were even accused of adding salt to the dish ourselves. These accusations seemed very unprofessional and took away from our enjoyment of the rest of the evening. After we ordered a replacement dish, the waitress kept clearing the table without asking and being rude, even though people were still eating and drinking. Unfortunately, the positive experience of the first evening could not be repeated on the second evening. What was initially supposed to be a nice ending was unfortunately marred by the inappropriate handling of our complaint.

I've been to L'Osteria in Hamburg and Amsterdam several times, but this was my worst experience. We had two different pastas and pizzas, but taste of them was very disappointing. The pizzas had very few toppings, which, based on my previous experiences, shouldn’t be the case. There were only three basil on the top of Margarita. The inside of the 'Mezzalune Spinaci' should be filled with spinach and topped with cheese—it’s my favorite dish at this restaurant. But unfortunately, taste, filling and sauce were disappointing at this one as well. Overall, we trusted the brand image, but it disappointed us.

The pizza capricciosa was huge, but very sparsely topped, not to say stingy, and only lukewarm. This really does get better. Still very nice location, maybe better to go during the week and not on Saturday.

Three of us had dinner there last Thursday. Unfortunately my bruschetta came from my friends 10 minutes after eating. We had to return one person's tortellini because they were unfortunately far too undercooked and therefore too hard. However, our food tasted really good. I can really recommend the tartufo for dessert, it was delicious! The service was very friendly and understanding! I like the location too. I'll be back.

It started with the fact that no one felt responsible for taking care of newly arriving guests. After half an eternity, the bartender spoke to us over his counter and immediately told us that a colleague would take care of us. The other half of eternity passed until a waiter finally took pity on us and asked us what we would like. Unfortunately we had a reservation and couldn't just look for a table. It took at least if not longer until we got our food. All the tables around us, who of course came after us, were served. After some SERIOUS questions, the mills finally started grinding. "System error" was the answer. After 1.5 hours when our food arrived, the pizzas were very doughy and the pasta was cold. The only pleasant thing about the evening was our conditions! The young lady went out of her comfort zone to make it as pleasant as possible for us despite all the difficulties. I don't understand that! Why do you put up with this? Just because the store is hip? I'm sorry, I've lost you as a customer.

One star is already too many I was there with my 4-year-old daughter and wanted to eat something normally and the service didn't even have to look because we already knew everything beforehand Ordered everything 20 minutes later our 2 drinks arrived and after 50 minutes we still haven't received any food even though the other 3 tables that came after us have almost finished eating their starters and main course and we're still waiting but it was enough because my daughter was already crying and said I wanted to eat somewhere else I quickly paid for my drinks and just left Never again and I don't recommend anyone The worst restaurant and staff ever

Very nice, courteous service - extremely large, very tasty pizza, unfortunately not the same as I got to know in Rosenheim 15 years ago, but still very good. A bit noisy in the restaurant for entertainment - overall a nice evening with the option to repeat. We had the lunch table well screened in the outdoor area 6 weeks ago and the lunch menu was unbeatable.

We had a delightful Saturday afternoon at this Italian restaurant in Nürnberg. The service was impressively fast, friendly, and accommodating. Despite being a weekend, the restaurant wasn’t overcrowded, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing dining experience. Our food arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood spaghetti. Initially, it seemed quite bland, and I generally dislike carrots, but the chef’s skill in crafting this dish made every bite enjoyable. All the dishes we ordered were both tasty and beautifully presented. If I find myself in Nürnberg again, I would definitely return for more. ****** We went back on Thursday evening and the place was PACKED, please avoid visiting on this time.

Food is okay, but the service can really be improved and the price is exorbitant for the really simple dishes. Especially when you consider that you can't even comfortably eat two pizzas at a table for two... Result: everything ok, but nothing special.

The positive first: the food was good. The pizzas are delicious, the salads are fresh. BUT: the service was subpar. I know good people are hard to come by, but the appearance of the ladies was rather "casual". When we arrived, eight of us wanted to sit outside. Instead of immediately offering each other a table, we would have to discuss why we want to sit there, outside under the umbrella. Do work, but that's your job. When ordering drinks we asked for a carafe of tap water to go with the 7 other drinks, the answer was "It's not available here." When I asked for the restaurant manager, a carafe of water was placed on the table without a word. There was no Coke Zero, but according to the customer, there was at another table. When the food came, it was the last one delivered for the 3 children. Isn't it a given that hungry mouths should be fed first? While we were eating, the couple two tables away were asked to move the table so that the ladies right next to them could work on the WiFi repeater on the ceiling with a large ladder. A lot of dirt fell down there. I wasn't offered an invoice when I paid. That too must be a given. Conclusion: if I want to eat well, I go somewhere else because I value simple service and don't want to argue. Friendliness is an inevitable part of a customer-oriented store - even the pompous interior can't compensate for that.

If you want to completely ruin your perfect evening - welcome to Losteria! We only got one glass for a bottle of water and it had traces of lipstick on it😱 Prosecco is drunk warm in Losteria. Grilled vegetables on the antipasti plate are served raw. When I wanted to order another glass of wine (to improve my mood a bit) - no one came to us. You really have to wait a long time to order something. So we paid without me being able to quench my thirst. The bottom line: if you want something to drink - go to Café Katz, right across the street, the service there is friendly, young, fast and mostly pretty. If you want to eat delicious Italian food - 300 m at the main market there are good Italian restaurants with super tasty food. Ciao

Very loud music, we could hardly hold a conversation. There was no response to a friendly request to turn it down a little. Another request, now it was a no. No explanation, sorry, nothing. Huh? What unfriendly staff. Pizza used to be better... it doesn't taste as good as it used to, but it's quite expensive. There are much better pizzerias in Nuremberg. Don't ever go there.

Just like any other L’Osteria. Were there as a large group. We reserved online 2 days in advance, but the table was only confirmed after calls a day later. Despite a reservation, we were told at the beginning that the table was only reserved for us for one and a half hours. Stupid for a birthday dinner… Our table was outside under a tree from which birds constantly shit on the food, but when we asked, there was no umbrella to protect us. Part of the order was forgotten twice... Unfortunately below average...
