It’s a restaurant with very good food But the last time I expected to be able to pay for the order in about 35-40 minutes starting with my first request for it

If you want to completely ruin your perfect evening - welcome to Losteria! We only got one glass for a bottle of water and it had traces of lipstick on it😱 Prosecco is drunk warm in Losteria. Grilled vegetables on the antipasti plate are served raw. When I wanted to order another glass of wine (to improve my mood a bit) - no one came to us. You really have to wait a long time to order something. So we paid without me being able to quench my thirst. The bottom line: if you want something to drink - go to Café Katz, right across the street, the service there is friendly, young, fast and mostly pretty. If you want to eat delicious Italian food - 300 m at the main market there are good Italian restaurants with super tasty food. Ciao

Very loud music, we could hardly hold a conversation. There was no response to a friendly request to turn it down a little. Another request, now it was a no. No explanation, sorry, nothing. Huh? What unfriendly staff. Pizza used to be better... it doesn't taste as good as it used to, but it's quite expensive. There are much better pizzerias in Nuremberg. Don't ever go there.

Just like any other L’Osteria. Were there as a large group. We reserved online 2 days in advance, but the table was only confirmed after calls a day later. Despite a reservation, we were told at the beginning that the table was only reserved for us for one and a half hours. Stupid for a birthday dinner… Our table was outside under a tree from which birds constantly shit on the food, but when we asked, there was no umbrella to protect us. Part of the order was forgotten twice... Unfortunately below average...

I had reserved a table for 7:15 p.m. today. There was a long line and by the time it was my turn it was 7:21 p.m. The lady (short, long brown hair in a braid) first told me that I was late and that she had passed on the table. Surprised, I looked at the clock and told her that I was only 5 minutes late and that I had been in line for 3 minutes. She angrily told me I was 6 minutes (?) late and that others had to wait 10 minutes (these were people without reservations). It should be mentioned that it says online on the website that the table will only be released after 15 minutes late. She reacted very rudely and finally gave me a table after telling me several times to calm down (I wasn't upset, just confused). I can totally understand if there is a lot of stress and you accidentally pass on a table, but unfortunately the lady showed no insight and ruined the evening with her behavior. Absolutely not recommended (we also had to wait 1 hour for our food, which unfortunately wasn't the worst thing about the evening)

It's a bit bold to refer to the online reservation only when calling to make a reservation. After filling out the online form, we received no response for half a day (for a reservation the following day). It became absurd when we received another call and were put off until late in the evening because there was so much going on. I remember: it was just a reservation request. Overall, the quality of the food is good, but you can now tell that the store is a chain. Individual requests (e.g. turning down the very loud music a little) will not be addressed without comment.

You simply feel welcome at L'Osteria on Hans-Sachs-Platz! Unobtrusive, warm and attentive service, an always present boss, that's how gastronomy should be! Important for me as a wheelchair user! - There is a toilet suitable for disabled people, unfortunately this is still not a given!

My order took over an hour to arrive and when it arrived they brought a very cold pizza.

We had a reservation for 5 people. Luckily not all of us had eaten pizza, otherwise there wouldn't have been enough space on the table. The menu is extensive, the food tastes good. The service staff is attentive, but has deaf ears when it comes to repeated requests to reduce the volume of the loud music. We had a person with us who was wearing a hearing aid and was unable to participate in a conversation because of the unusually loud music. But the rest of us also had to yell at each other. If I want to listen to loud music, I go to a club and not a pizzeria. If you don't want to chat, this is the place for you. Because the food tastes very good.

We had a delightful Saturday afternoon at this Italian restaurant in Nürnberg. The service was impressively fast, friendly, and accommodating. Despite being a weekend, the restaurant wasn’t overcrowded, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing dining experience. Our food arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the seafood spaghetti. Initially, it seemed quite bland, and I generally dislike carrots, but the chef’s skill in crafting this dish made every bite enjoyable. All the dishes we ordered were both tasty and beautifully presented. If I find myself in Nürnberg again, I would definitely return for more.

Typical L'Osteria, know one, know them all. The food is solid, tastes good and meets all expectations. The service is quick and courteous. On some days it's worth making a reservation as it gets crowded inside quickly. When we visited, the food we ordered came super quickly (under 10 minutes). The only negative point is the issue of volume, conversations from all the tables echo loudly throughout the entire store. Something would have to be changed architecturally to get this under control. So if you want to have conversations without having to shout, you should take a seat outside.

L’Osteria in the middle of the city, but still in a quiet location. Ultra nice and friendly service. Waiting time for the food was very ok. Everything perfect! Any time!

Pizza is generally very tasty, but the toppings are very, very sparse (4 tiny pieces of ham on half the Prosciutto pizza with a diameter of 45cm!), but there is an extra charge of €3.50 compared to a Margherita pizza.

Way too loud. You sit across from each other screaming. Of course, the noise from guests cannot be avoided. However, the music is also turned up loud. The walls are tiled, which doesn't make things any better.

All pizzas burnt, Caesar salad with chicken for 15 euros with very little chicken, just salad and croutons. Crema di pomidoro just tastes good. Whole order cost 92 euros for 4 people🙈

The food was very good as usual. A big compliment to the kitchen and thank you for the delicious pizza. Unfortunately, a male service worker cast a very dark shadow over the otherwise good offer. He was visibly impatient, reacted irritably to questions and ultimately refused to accept banknotes. The reason was (also in an annoyed tone) that he couldn't deposit the money into the ATM. In addition to the fact that the notes were in appropriate condition (not perfect, but appropriate), as far as I know, a restaurant employee is obliged to accept payment. Especially since it was not counterfeit money, an excessive amount of change, banknotes that were too large, the banknotes were not too badly damaged and were not dirty or unhygienic. It seemed that every situation that arose was an imposition for him. Since I tend to be of a happy and calm nature, the overall behavior surprised me a lot and unfortunately leaves a (for once) bad impression.

Since I've already visited a few L'Osteria, in Nuremberg it was actually like always. The only thing you should take with you is a can of anti-fly spray, they are not very annoying or penetrating inside or out. The food was very tasty and of very high quality. The waitress was always at the table with a smile, you could literally see how much fun she had at work. Except for the flies, a clear recommendation.

We waited 45 minutes after giving 20 minutes to order. Even though we went on a weekday, the service was terrible. Moreover, after waiting that long, they brought our friend a burnt pizza.

Good pizzas, average food selection, lots of outdoor seating. Nothing special. Slow and unmotivated service. Small selection of drinks. Medium price segment.

Overall, my stay at L'Osteria was okay. I had the Manzo salad with a very good spicy sauce, but not a gastronomic highlight. The ambience and service were also fine. Unfortunately it took a long time for the food to arrive. Nevertheless, it was a nice and relaxed evening. The price-performance ratio was right, so I was satisfied.

The food is delicious and it's nice to sit outside here in the summer. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, on each of the past visits I had to wait an extremely long time for my food and sometimes also for my drinks.

We had ordered home. Two pizzas, one without onions. After waiting over 1½ hours they were delivered, both were cold. There were still onions on it, but unfortunately I couldn't eat it. It's a real shame, especially for the price. Probably won't order again.

We were there for the first time on a recommendation - on a windy evening at 19°C we expressed the obviously extraordinary desire to sit INSIDE. This means that with jackets open everywhere you actually have to sit outside more than inside. We dared to close ONE of the 3 doors that were open to us. This was immediately reopened “we have to get through it”. It would also be really mean to comply with the guest's wishes! Food came quickly and was good, the atmosphere was as cozy as a crowded train station. The guest is constantly given the feeling of being in the way and being a nuisance. Everyone scurries around like frightened chickens; you automatically develop an instinct to flee. Therefore, of course, zero tip. Thanks no, once and certainly never again!

Waiters are very helpful and social. Especially Emir, helped us with the menu and he was kind and gentle. We realy recommended here if you come Nüremberg.you should certainly come and visit!
