Worst carbonara ever, the bacon cubes were only fried on one side and completely raw on the other. There was no sauce on them, but rather greasy pasta with pieces of egg in it. I didn't taste any cheese.

Super delicious pizza and bruschetta. The salad was also very varied and fresh. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The building is very tastefully decorated, partly in an industrial style.

Definitely recommended! A very nice location with fast, friendly service. The pizzas are huge, and because the base is nice and thin, the toppings don't soak through, the pizza tastes wonderful. We loved it so much that we went back the next evening, this time with pasta. Just as delicious.

Arrived in time for reservation at 6 p.m. 10 min waiting time. -> OK Space inside with high noise level -> asked for a quiet space outside. After about 15 minutes one was free -> "+" for the colleague. > 1:15 hours waiting for pizza -> "-". Pizza & salad ok. Service on site also OK. And no, the space occupancy was max 80%. from 7 p.m. even less. Photos are available. Maybe local guests should get their food BEFORE the delivery service? -> So unfortunately only 3 out of 5*

Yesterday at 7:00 p.m. we were offered a table (inside, with prior order!) for 4 people, where a maximum of four people can drink coffee. The waiter then explained that if they put larger tables in, they could close the shop because then fewer guests would come in!?! After we sat down outside (the tables are bigger there), he ignored us. It was more important for him to clean free tables (even though others were free) before serving us. For the prices (€14 to €19) that are quoted here for a pizza, we expect something different!

Kitchen has an organizational problem, we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for a pizza and two pasta dishes. Other guests who came much later had already had their food. It was only thanks to the really nice and hard-working waiter that we didn't get totally angry. Luckily we had ordered a vBruscetra as a starter, which came sometime after 45 minutes. So the kitchen team was very poorly organized. The food was very tasty, but our mood was only 3 out of 10. As compensation, we got desserts on the house, very tasty. Should be an unforgettable Mother's Day, it will be remembered, but more because of the long waiting time in the Osteria. Very, very unfortunate. The ambience is nice, but that doesn't make up for the poor organization. This really gets better!!!

Table reserved for 4 people, unfriendly reception when asked to sit in the restaurant, left standing. Recommended table clearly too small for 4 people. Going outside doesn't get any better! After 15 minutes without paying any attention to asking for drinks or other requests (preferring to clean unused tables) we left again. May 10th, 2025 reserved for 7:00 p.m. Sorry but this restaurant won't see us again.

Today (May 10, 2025, 7:00 p.m.) we ordered a table for 4 people for dinner and were seated at a small round table by the (in)-friendly receptionist... (to eat pizza!). After we moved to the outside area, he ignored exactly these employees (cleaning empty tables was more important to him than serving us). We went back and went to our trusted Greek! Once and never again, incompetent and unfriendly employee! Thanks for nothing!

The four of us wanted to go out to eat, the table was way too small, right next to the box with the music way too loud, The waiter prefers to clean tables instead of asking us if we would like to order something to drink. Felt invisible. Then of course we got up and went to the Greek restaurant. I definitely won't go there again.

The pizza tasted great again and you should skip lunch so you can eat this big pizza in the evening 😋

Yesterday it was nothing! First we forgot the order, asked, what was supposed to be 5 minutes turned into more than 15, we then only had 10 minutes to eat (the train isn't waiting), and even when we asked, there was no response. This is how the boring memory sticks.

I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to thank all the staff for their professional and friendly service. The food was outstanding and every plate I saw at the other tables looked great. My pizza was delicious and had a perfect crust. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends.

Pizza was partly burnt. The employees were already in after-work mode and weren't even asked during dinner whether everything was okay. We ordered more drinks, but no one came. Just to clear and cash in at the same time. It was obvious from the employees that they don't want guests who come a little later (it's best to change the opening times depending on the employees' desire and motivation). The music was loud the whole time, until we were the last ones and it was turned up to full blast.

Distinctive background noise due to the high room. Sharper knives are required to cut one of the large pizzas. The quality of the food was okay.

As always, the food was very tasty and the service was friendly and personable. :) My boyfriend and I love coming here to celebrate holidays or special occasions and we have never been disappointed.🩷

I really enjoy going to L’Osteria in different cities and countries because they always have good service – but not here and not today. We were ignored for 15 minutes, even though we were seen and even greeted us with a quick 'Hello'. Nobody told us that someone would come right away or take care of us. So we just left. Too bad.

Very friendly staff despite the house being full. Delicious dishes: VitelloTonnato, pasta and several salads. The cappuccino was also very tasty. Inside: nice ambience. Overall, it's a very noisy environment and it's difficult to have a conversation. The toilets could be checked more often.

I had the zoodle gamberetti and was extremely disappointed with the taste. I've never had a shrimp pasta dish that was so simple and yet so tasteless. My expectation from a restaurant is that it serves me a dish that tastes so good and sophisticated that I can't easily cook it myself at home. My noodles tasted watery and tasteless despite the shrimp. I can cook the same dish five times as tasty in about 25 minutes and have a total price (equivalent to three portions) of €10 instead of €16 for a portion that tastes like nothing. The friendly service staff and the relaxed atmosphere are positive, but they can't justify the price for such a disappointing and expensive meal in any way. Pure disappointment, not worth another visit given the prices (taste-wise on the level of an absolutely cheap Italian restaurant, price-wise on the level of a 5-star Italian restaurant). Clear non-recommendations from me

We were with a very large group at L'Osteria in Tullnaupark - and what can you say? It was just all around great! The food was incredibly tasty, the portions were generous as usual and the taste was simply great. We would particularly like to highlight the great service: Despite our large group, we were served quickly, friendly and in a good mood. The drinks also came surprisingly quickly, even though there were a lot of people. Everything went smoothly and professionally. In short: A visit to L'Osteria Nuremberg is absolutely recommended - even if you are traveling with a large group. We'll definitely be back!

The ambience is very nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the team was extremely understaffed and the kitchen and bar were far too slow. After 50 minutes our drinks arrived and that on a Wednesday evening...a shame. Management should definitely hire more generously. I felt very sorry for the rushed waiters.

At a franchise like "L'Osteria Nürnberg Tullnaupark" the food is of course standardized. In this case Italian pasta and pizza, with a balance between vegetarian and meat dishes. My wife and I went there twice with friends and ate Pizza Capricciosa and Braccio di Ferro (with spinach and egg) and the pasta dishes Maccheroncini Colorati and Paccheri Salsiccia Fresca, respectively. The pizzas are the size of a wagon wheel, but not too big because of the extremely thin dough. The paccheri with spicy sausage were very good, but the maccheroncini with grilled vegetables were not very exciting. The location in a former power station is absolutely fantastic! The well-attended guest room almost vibrated with life. The service was very friendly, although always a bit rushed due to the rush. I would recommend booking a table in advance.

Unfortunately a disappointing visit Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was a bitter disappointment. Eat: The pizza we ordered was not only cold, but also completely dried out. Cutting it was hardly possible - when I tried, it literally fell into dust. The taste was also not convincing and did not meet our expectations in any way. Service: The service also left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed very inexperienced, disorganized and sometimes overwhelmed. Around 30 minutes passed between serving the drinks and taking the food order - even though it was a Saturday evening and several tables were free. We felt overlooked and ignored several times. I always enjoy going to this L'Osteria. Great atmosphere and especially the terrace is very nice. The service is always top and polite. Especially the gentleman with glasses and tattoos is always courteous.

I actually love this local… Super nice atmosphere and also delicious food. Unfortunately there is only a certain older waiter who is quite rude. If he thinks you don't tip enough, he throws the rest of the money on the table and simply walks away. And otherwise he's just plain rude.

The pizza was burnt, you can see that in the photo. Pizza Hawaii, to improve the taste I would make it with white sauce with chicken and pineapple, it would be more tender, but that's also a matter of taste. If it is tea with mint, then in my opinion, again subjectively, tea should serve as the base, white or green tea will do. Always good service and atmosphere. Pizza size is big, so either prepare your stomach or your box to take half at home with you. Delicious, though. The terrace is also nice, but inside the decorum is amazing.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant. The older waiter clearly overcharged me and tried to sell it as a tip. When I asked, it turned out that I had supposedly paid more than half of the bill as a tip (€18 tip on a €35 bill). However, that wasn't the case. It turned out that the waiter knew exactly how to proceed - he asked in advance whether I wanted the bill, only then told me the price and then typed it into the debit machine himself. This all seemed very strange to me and didn't leave a trusting impression. It was obviously an attempt to deliberately manipulate the amount. The matter was only resolved after a conversation with a supervisor, who fortunately refunded the money. What particularly disappointed me, however, was that the boss didn't even seem surprised or concerned. It seems like the waiter's behavior is tolerated here. Definitely the last time I was in this restaurant for me. What a shame!

I think the atmosphere is great! Service needs to be optimized a lot, I took it in stride because the waiter was very personable and it was his third day there! Reason: starters were not brought, forgotten! The taste…..not really authentic Italian but ok! My son said (he had pizza) that it was true, but leeks have no place on a pizza! Overall ok, but I don't really need to go again!

Unfortunately a bit slackened. Pizzas were always very good, but now a bit expensive. On my last visit I had lasagna… felt like frozen goods, Mikiportuon for 14.90 - there are better alternatives…

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience this evening. As you can easily see in the picture, the soap dispenser in the women's toilet completely soaked my clothes. That alone would be annoying enough, but unfortunately the staff's handling of the situation was unacceptable. Instead of showing understanding for the situation, which was very unpleasant for me, I was told that unfortunately no one could say anything about how to use the soap dispenser and what I would expect now (until then I didn't know that it was even possible to use a soap dispenser incorrectly). What I'm primarily concerned with here is not the incident itself, but rather the behavior of the staff on site. In my opinion, such behavior is completely out of place in the catering industry. I found the interaction to be unprofessional, if not disrespectful.

First of all: This is just my personal experience and does not mean that other guests feel the same. But now to my visit: We had reserved a table, but still had to endure a short wait before we were finally allowed to sit down. The restaurant was very full, which meant that the staff were visibly overwhelmed - we were forgotten several times or not noticed at all. Our table was inconveniently located, directly behind an open cupboard that the waiters frequently used. Even more disturbing was the nearby trash can, which was constantly being opened and closed again with a loud bang. In addition, we were occasionally splashed by cleaning water that was used for the tables - fortunately never directly into the food. The pizza was visually appealing, but the taste was a bitter disappointment. The dough had more of a cookie consistency, which was really unacceptable for the price. In combination with the benefits of 1. FC Nürnberg membership, I was just able to bring myself to pay the amount. All in all, this restaurant visit was unfortunately not a success. If I were to consider coming here again, I would definitely think twice.

Here you can enjoy the best pizza in the world. I have been to number of countries but haven’t ever tasted a Pizza like this. Simply the Best 🌟

Went there on a Saturday at 8pm. We made a reservation, but we had to wait 10 minutes for a seat. Drinking came relatively quickly. However, eating took far too long. We were pretty upset because the music was really unbearable and way too loud. When the pizza came after 40 minutes, the waiter hit me on my brand new pants with the dripping oil because the pizza went over the edge of the plate. The food itself was quite good, but far too much oil and waiting with this music is unfortunately really not good for you. I think it's a real shame because the store looks really good from the inside and could be really nice with quiet and relaxed music. Price performance is quite ok. It really doesn't have to happen again

An excellent experience at L’Osteria Nuremberg (Tullnaupark)! From start to finish our visit was a real highlight. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent service from waiter Jakob, who contributed significantly to a wonderful evening with his friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. Thanks to his courteous manner, we felt completely at home. The food was great too - the huge, perfectly cooked pizzas and delicious pasta dishes exceeded our expectations. The quality of the ingredients and the loving preparation could clearly be tasted. An all-round successful experience – we will definitely be back!

After tonight's dinner, I can't do without this review. I actually wanted to give a rating after the first disaster, but I thought that maybe it was a one-off and that you shouldn't give it a bad rating straight away. 1st disaster: Waited 30 minutes so we could order, then we had to wait another 2 hours (!!!) for the pizza because it suddenly rained outside and most people had to go inside. All well and good can happen, but I saw how the waitress only gave the order to the kitchen after an hour and after repeatedly asking that we wanted our pizzas. 2nd disaster: Waited 1 hour for the pizza and when I wanted to pay, I had to wait 30 minutes until I got the bill on the table. 3. Disaster: Ordering went quicker this time than last time, but I had to wait almost 25 minutes for the bill again Surely it can't be too much to ask to type and print out an invoice? It always just says "the colleague will be with you in a moment" or "I'll come straight away" etc. But when I see the colleague taking orders from others or trying to send another colleague to me and he in turn takes a long time because he has something to do, then I feel sick. Either your system doesn't work properly or you simply don't have enough employees. I also have to mention that your employees hardly look around to see whether customers need something or are in touch. Instead, I was at least very often “overlooked”, so I sometimes feel like I have to shout so that someone comes towards me. I can't complain about the food because otherwise I wouldn't have come at all the second time, but the rest just doesn't work for you and otherwise the food can be as good as it wants. Update: Things have clearly improved. Great service. Food great as always. Update 2.0: So that was it with LOsteria. Waited for an extremely long time and then the pizza was burnt. We were then told that we would be given a discount. When the bill came, the device was put down and another customer was briefly taken care of. There was no sign of the discount. Since our little one was crying, I didn't want to argue and leave quickly. I then mentioned it again briefly and then they said that they had forgotten it. As an apology we were given a black coffee for three people. Great.

Unfriendly and rude service at entrance

Disappointing – Burnt pizza and no real compensation! There were three of us at L'Osteria and we were looking forward to a good pizza. Unfortunately, we were served a completely burnt pizza – black and hard like chips, absolutely inedible. Since it was Lent and we were already running late, we didn't want to exchange the pizza because the wait would have been 30 minutes (maybe more). As "compensation," we were given only a single Caffè Crema to go – for three people! Absolutely outrageous. Poor service, inedible food!

I've never been so rudely approached by a waitress (the gentleman with the glasses). We immediately drove back to L'Osteria on Pirckheimerstraße. The service there is friendly 👍 It was barely busy.

I've been visiting L'Osteria at Tullnaupark for years. I like going there because the service is really more than friendly and accommodating. They respond to individual requests and the food tastes consistently good. The only thing I would have to complain about would be the loud music, as I really had to half shout at the person I was talking to - to put it exaggeratedly. Still come back.

A bit noisy, but the food is delicious. Service wasn't great that day. We couldn't order more drinks because no one came. They were apparently very stressed because it was so busy.

Although we reserved a table twice, we still had to wait like 20 minutes for our table. After we arrived at our tables we had to wait 15 minutes before we can make an order. We ordered drinks and Pizza. We had to wait for 1 Hour until our food arrived. The Pizza is really nice but apart from that it's really not worth to waste the time and money on this place. The prices are also really high. Better places in Nürnberg to enjoy Italian food.

Top quality pizza. Beautiful atmosphere. A little longer wait from order to serving, but ok.

Despite making a reservation a week in advance, we were able to get the last makeshift table between the counter and a pillar right on the kitchen aisle, where you could just sit for two people. I had already finished my meal for more than 10 minutes - even though I was eating extremely slowly - when my husband finally received his order. That's not possible at all, and even being friendly doesn't help anymore. At least 1 espresso should be included as a small apology. If we hadn't had an appointment, we would have left the restaurant without pizza and gone somewhere else. Food is ok, but not so great that you would want to do it again. The prices are clearly too high for this level of service and just average food. Almost 17 euros for 1 pizza with a few slices of salami and 2 cocktail tomatoes and 15 euros for a salad in which the nuts, apples and beetroot in homeopathic cans have to be looked for with a magnifying glass...phew.

Unfortunately, I can't really understand the good reviews and high volume of this restaurant. First of all, the music was way too loud, you could hardly have a conversation. The pizzas were huge and looked good (hard to eat because the plate underneath was much smaller), but you shouldn't order pasta and salads there. Getting such tiny portions for around €15 is really a disgrace. I have never left a restaurant hungry again. One of us had ordered a side salad with her pasta, but it only came when she had almost finished her pasta. Generally, the salads we ordered only arrived when the rest of the table had almost finished eating. The spritz drinks tasted stale (some of them were complained about and replaced). The positive thing is that our feedback about the size of the portions was well received and a small compensation was offered, which accounts for the second star in this review, but I didn't feel like I was being taken 100% seriously, even though the waiter was really very nice and accommodating. What I can't imagine, with the best will in the world, is that there have apparently never been any complaints about the size of the portions and that people tend to "complain" that it's too much. That may be the case with pizza, but with all other dishes I don't think it has been accepted without a word. All in all, unfortunately, I would definitely not come back and would also advise against visiting this location.
